Abstract

Recording the results of community health screening is still mostly carried out manually, which often leads to errors and hinders data analysis and reporting. This community service activity aims to introduce and implement a computer-based recording application to support the digitalization of health screening data. The methods used included community education, basic health screening such as measuring height and blood pressure, and recording the results into a simple application developed using data processing software. The results of the activity showed increased recording speed, easier data recap, and more accurate information processing compared to manual recording. The community also gained a better understanding of the importance of regular health screening and the benefits of using information technology. In conclusion, the implementation of a computer-based recording application can improve the effectiveness of health screening data management and strengthen the role of information technology in community health services.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a public health challenge in Indonesia with an incidence of 391 per 100,000 population. Kelurahan Serangan Sub-Health Center (Pustu) lacks standardized TB service flow, causing practice variations and suboptimal coordination. This activity aims to improve suspected TB case service quality through evidence-based service flow socialization and standardization. Methods included existing condition analysis, SOP development, socialization and training, guided implementation, and evaluation. Results showed 100% of health workers (6 people) participated in training with 90% satisfaction rate. SOP implementation achieved 85% adherence in daily practice. There was a 45% increase in TB service practice standardization and 35% reduction in inter-staff variations in case management. Coordination with referral facilities improved by 40% through structured communication system implementation. This activity successfully standardized TB service flow and enhanced health worker capacity in TB early detection at primary care level.

Abstract

Research on CNN Model and Adagrad Optimizer is expected to help identify diseases in the medical world. Especially in the field of image classification in Gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures . The research is specifically for the process of classifying medical images of Diverticulosis, Neoplasm, Peritonitis and Ureters . Previously, there have been quite a lot of studies on CNN and its various optimizers. However, those who have studied the Adagrad optimizer are not too many, especially those discussing the use of minimum parameters. The use of minimum parameters is expected to be one of the contributions of researchers in the fields of computing and medicine. The research was conducted to determine the use of the best parameters and obtain the highest level of accuracy. The research was conducted using minimum epochs starting from epoch 1, epoch 5, and epoch 10. Then the combination process between epoch and the number of convolution layers between 1 and 5 was carried out, resulting in 15 combinations. The test was carried out using 4000 images with 1000 images in each class. From the results of the test, the highest accuracy value was obtained, namely 82.875%. Then the highest average accuracy value was 81.625%.

Abstract

Chest X-ray imaging is widely used to support the diagnosis of lung diseases, yet many automated similarity techniques still rely on RGB formats, which differ from the grayscale images commonly used in clinical systems. This discrepancy raises the question of whether color information is necessary for effective similarity assessment. This study aims to evaluate the performance of RGB and grayscale pixel-based similarity methods for lung X-ray analysis and determine whether grayscale images can provide comparable similarity performance with lower computational demands. A total of 300 chest X-ray images representing normal, pneumonia, and COVID-19 categories were processed in both formats. Pixel-level similarity was calculated across 30,000 image pairings, followed by statistical testing to assess differences between methods. The results show that grayscale similarity scores closely match those of RGB, with variations generally below 0.3%. A meaningful difference was observed only in the comparison between normal and COVID-19 images, indicating that RGB may capture subtle visual variations not present in grayscale. Overall, this study demonstrates that grayscale pixel-based similarity analysis provides a reliable and computationally efficient approach, contributing to the development of lightweight medical image retrieval and clinical decision support systems in the field of health informatics.

Abstract

POSYANDU (Integrated Service Post) is a monthly activity post to monitor the health status of pregnant women and toddlers (children under the age of five). This activity is carried out to monitor the growth and nutritional status of children under five on a regular basis and to understand the situation of pregnant women who are at risk so that preventive measures can be taken to prevent the death of pregnant women and malnourished children. However, in practice there are some difficulties such as searching for data and recording the same name in different formats. This study uses a qualitative method with a cross-sectional approach, where the aim of this research is to design and build a system that can manage Posyandu data in an integrated and well-computerized manner based on WEB cloud computing. The result of this study is a posyandu application consisting of immune data, vaccine data, child data, mother data, officer data, and posyandu data. The accuracy of the application implementation based on the blackbox method by posyandu officers who focus on the functionality side, especially on the input and output of the application by the officers, results of the application running according to the design requirements.
