Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Genially yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Research and Development (RD) dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Sebanyak 10 siswa dari kelas V SD menjadi subjek penelitian dalam uji terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Genially dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dengan skor N-gain rata-rata 80,75 yang menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Validasi dari ahli materi menghasilkan rata-rata 87,6%, validasi dari ahli pembelajaran sebesar 89,3%, dan uji respon siswa menghasilkan 89,5 %  Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide basic knowledge about learning mathematics how to use media and several learning models, one of which is RME, as well as knowledge about the 2013 curriculum. math. To increase the basic knowledge of mathematics learning, the trainees were given basic knowledge and skills on: 1) Mathematics Learning Problems at SD/MI Level, 2) Elementary Mathematics Textbooks according to the 2013 Curriculum, 3) RME, 4) Fun Mathematics Learning Methods. The service was held at SDI Makarimul Akhlak Building with ±30 participants on Saturday, May 14-19 2016. The methods used were lecture, practice, question and answer, discussion and practice methods. Based on the results of the evaluation, it turned out that in general there was an increase in the knowledge of the training participants for the empowerment of SD/MI teachers in improving mathematics learning, this was evidenced by the tasks given to the participants. In the future, the hope of this activity is that participants can practice in class during math lessons and can transfer the knowledge that has been obtained to other SD/MI teachers.

Abstract

Background: Transformasi pembelajaran matematika bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan deep learning dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya materi bangun datar, mendorong siswa kelas 3 SD Negeri Sumbertaman 2 dalam membangun pola pikir yang kritis sekaligus kreatif. Metode: Pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek 26 siswa dan guru kelas 3 SD Negeri Sumbertaman 2. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, serta studi dokumentasi. Untuk menjamin validitas data, digunakan triangulasi baik dari segi sumber maupun metode, sementara proses analisis mengacu pada model interaktif Miles & Huberman (1994). Hasil: Penerapan deep learning pada materi bangun datar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa dengan menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Kesimpulan: Rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini adalah agar sekolah dapat terus mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika, serta memberikan pelatihan kepada guru untuk memaksimalkan potensi deep learning.

Abstract

In the world of education, science learning is less effective if it is only done by rote memorization or passively listening to the teacher explain. In science learning activities, there must be a scientific process, producing scientific products by carrying out trials/experiments and forming students' scientific attitudes. The purpose of this research and development is to create Flashcard media by utilizing peer teaching strategies on material on the influence of heat on temperature and shape of objects, which is included in the valid category, which is approved by material experts, media experts, and teachers as users, and is practical and effective when used with science learning. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The research was carried out in trials at SDN 2 Plosokerep and testing at SDN 1 Kepanjenlor with subjects as fourth grade students. Data was obtained based on the results of observations, interviews, questionnaires and test evaluations. The Flashcard media validity test obtained an average score of 94.1% in the very valid category. The practicality test got an average of 89.1% in the very practical category and the effectiveness test with an average of 81% in the effective category. With the conclusion that this research and development can produce Flashcard media that meets the categories of validity, practicality and effectiveness tests.

Abstract

Early abilities in recognizing numbers and understanding vocabulary serve as a fundamental foundation in developing literacy and numeracy skills among first-grade elementary students. Unfortunately, the conventional subject-separated approach to learning often leads to a lack of student interest and difficulty in grasping concepts holistically. This study aims to explore the use of the Webbed-type integrated learning model based on educational games as a fun and developmentally appropriate method to improve students' understanding of numbers 1–10 and vocabulary mastery. Learning activities were conducted using media such as number snakes and ladders, number hopping, and number cards, under the theme “Let’s Play While Learning Numbers.” The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, and learning outcome tests. The study involved 32 first-grade students of SDN Klampok II, Tongas District, Probolinggo Regency. The results showed an increase in learning interest, active participation, and comprehensive understanding of numbers and vocabulary. These findings support the application of the Webbed model based on educational games as an effective and enjoyable alternative approach for early-grade elementary education.

Abstract

infrastructure, lack of educational resources, and lack of access to technology. However, students from this region still have the potential to excel if supported by the right approach. Strategies such as strengthening the role of communities, special training for teaching staff, and implementing simple technology can be effective solutions in improving the quality of education. Apart from that, support from the government and private institutions in the form of mentoring programs and the provision of learning facilities also plays a significant role in creating a conducive learning environment. With a holistic and collaborative approach, limited access to education can be overcome, so that producing outstanding students in remote areas becomes a reality that can be realized.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif menjadi hal utama dalam setiap pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif bagi guru dan siswa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para guru-guru di Sekolah Dasar. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yakni observasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan, diskusi, dan evaluasi. Dari hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 95% guru memberikan respon positif terkait kegiatan ini, kemudian para dewan guru juga mampu menyusun bahan ajar maupun worksheet yang terintegrasi pada penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis digital seperti articulate storyline yang bisa digunakan untuk semua mata pelajaran. Para dewan guru mengaku belum pernah mendapatkan materi pelatihan sepert ini karena kegiatan ini tidak hanya fokus pada pemberian materi pelatihan saja tetapi juga pemberian pendampingan kepada guru yang masih mengalami kesulitan untuk mengoperasikan articulate storyline.

Abstract

This study discusses the tradition of reading the verses of the Koran at TPQ Nurussholah which was born from communal practices that show the social reception of certain people or communities towards the Koran.In this case, it is TPQ Nurussholah, Marhaban village, South Singkawang district, Singkawang city. All students who are in TPQ are required to take part in readings that are routinely carried out after the maghrib congregation. In the tradition of reading, namely reading the verses of the Koran.Among the verses of the Koran are in the surah Al-Fatihah, Yasin, As-Sajadah, Al-waqi'ah, Al-mulk. This study focuses on the practice of reading the verses of the Koran in TPQ Nurussholah, Kampung Marhaban, Sedau Village and the meaning of the community towards the tradition of reading the verses of the Koran in TPQ Nurussholah, Kampung Marhaban, Sedau Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach and the theory of the sociology of knowledge by Karl Mainnhem.The results of the research in this writing are first, the practice of reading verses of the Koran in a tradition carried out routinely and istiqomah after congregation Maghrib prayer and followed by all students except those who are menstruating. Beginning with the reading of the surah alfatihah, the second reading of the verses of the Koran which includes the five surah then ending with a prayer.The tradition of reading these verses of the Koran at the TPQ Musholla Nurussholah when viewed by using the meaning of an action in Karl Mainnhem's sociological theory of knowledge, there are three categories of meaning obtained. The objective meaning is defined, the expressive meaning is a form of learning, fadhilah (virtue), as well as the expressive meaning that shows psychology or peace of mind and the meaning of documentary is as a culture

Abstract

The rapid advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has introduced significant challenges in the educational sector, particularly in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into teaching and learning processes. This community service program aimed to enhance the competencies of teachers at SD Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) in developing teaching modules based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) integrated with AI tools, aligning with the principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka. The program encompassed a needs assessment, coordination with school leadership, preparation of training materials, and the implementation of direct training sessions focusing on the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Magic School, and Jenni AI in designing PjBL modules. Evaluation through questionnaires indicated a significant improvement in teachers' understanding and ability to integrate AI into their teaching modules. As a result, teachers successfully developed comprehensive PjBL-based teaching modules incorporating AI, which are expected to enhance the quality of education and foster 21st-century skills among students.

Abstract

The nutritional status of children under five has a very big influence in creating quality human resources in the future. The nutritional status of children under five is closely related to economic factors. The economic condition of the family depends on the work of both parents. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the mother's employment status and the nutritional status of toddlers at Posyandu Karya Budi Asih 2B, RW 02, Cibeber Village. The research design used was cross-sectional. Data were collected through interviews, then the collected data were analyzed using Fisher's exact test. The results of hypothesis testing show a value of p = 0.00. Furthermore, it was concluded that there was a relationship between employment status and the nutritional status of toddlers.Keywords: toddler; nutritional status; mother's job ABSTRAK Status gizi balita memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di masa yang akan datang. Status gizi balita sangat berhubungan dengan faktor ekonomi. Kondisi ekonomi keluarga tergantung dari pekerjaan kedua orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status pekerjaan ibu dengan status gizi balita di posyandu Karya Budi Asih 2B, RW 02, Kelurahan Cibeber. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, lalu data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Fisher’s exact test.
