Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflicts and work stress on the performance of female employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, Pettarani Branch, Makassar City. The population in this study was female employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Pettarani Branch, totaling 30 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, where all population members are used as samples. This quantitative research uses primary data from the results of filling out questionnaires by respondents. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, and partial test. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, the multiple role conflict and job stress variables negatively and significantly affected the performance of female employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, Pettarani Branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan promosi, kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan dan pengalaman dengan niat penggunaan Shopeepay. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Makassar konsumen e-wallet Shopeepay. Jenis metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah judgemental sampling, sehingga total sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Analisis data dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian menemukan bahwa promosi, kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan dan pengalaman dapat meningkatkan niat penggunaan Shopeepay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada PT Semen Bosowa Maros. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Human Resources Departement & General Affair di PT. Semen Bosowa Maros yang berjumlah 36 orang. Dalam penentuan responden dilakukan dengan tehnik sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu tehnik penentuan sampel semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner (angket) untuk responden. Adapun tehnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa disiplin kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada PT Semen Bosowa Maros.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan, mendampingi guru tentang perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, dapat meningkatkan softskill dalam proses belajar mengajar, mulai dari bagaimana guru membuat materi pembelajaran berbasis media, video pembelajaran yang menarik dengan menggunakan AI, sehingga para siswa mudah memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh gurunya dan mengintegrasikan AI dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini akan membantu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan guru. Dengan pendekatan yang teliti dan bijaksana, mulai dari pemaparan teori dan praktek langsung, pengembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan dapat membawa manfaat positif dan berkelanjutan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah guru SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Pemda Makassar sebanyak 18 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tingkat kepahaman peserta sebanyak 54%, kurang paham 29 %, dan tidak paham 17%. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mitra dapat memanfaatkan AI dalam mendesain materi pembelajaran, mengelola dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran.Abstract: The purpose of this service activity is to provide training, accompany teachers about the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world of education. With this activity, it can improve soft skills in the teaching and learning process, starting from how teachers create media-based learning materials, interesting learning videos using AI, so that students can easily understand what is conveyed by their teachers and integrate AI in the daily learning process. It is hoped that following these activities will help create a learning environment that is more effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of students and teachers. With a rigorous and thoughtful approach, starting from the presentation of theory and direct practice, the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education can bring positive and sustainable benefits to all parties involved in the educational process. Partners in this activity are 18 teachers of SD Inpres Unggul BTN Pemda Makassar. The result of this service activity is that partners can utilize AI in designing learning materials, managing and evaluating the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DPMPDPPKBP3A) Kabupaten Barru, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan pengaplikasian analisis regresi berganda. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil pada kantor DPMPDPPKBP3A Kabupaten Barru Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data diperoleh melalui teknik angket dengan sampel sejumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Variabel kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan tambahan penghasilan pegawai pegawai berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Variabel kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan tambahan penghasilan pegawai mempunyai pengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) Kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah kedisiplinan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable affecting employee performance at PT Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative method. The research sample consists of 30 respondents who are permanent employees of PT Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office in Makassar City. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this stud show that (1) The variables of talent management and knowledge management partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The variables of talent management and knowledge management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The variable of Knowledge Management is the most dominant variable affecting Employee Performance at PT Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office in Makassar City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of convenience, lifestyle and risk onInterest in using Paylater on the Shopee application. Quantitative descriptive methods were used in this research, starting with data collection, processing and presenting the results through tables and figures. This research was conducted in the community in Makassar City. The population used in this research is people in Makassar City who use Paylater on the Shopee application. The technique used to determine the sample in this research was purposive sampling technique so that the total sample was 100 people. The data source used in this research is a primary data type data source used obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, then the data was processed using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results found that there was a significant positive influence from the convenience variable on interest in using Pay later on the Shopee application; there is a significant positive influence of lifestyle variables on interest in using Pay later on the Shopee application; Meanwhile, there is no significant influence of the risk variable on interest in using Pay Later on the Shopee application.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to partially analyze the influence of social media use and product innovation on marketing performance. The analytical approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this research is all Big Bananas customers in the city of Makassar, the number of which is unknown.The type of non-probability sampling method used is judgmental sampling using the Rao Purba formula for sampling.So the total sample for this research is 96 Big Bananas consumers. The data analysis approach used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research results found that partially the use of social media and product innovation had a significant effect on marketing performance

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to explore how digital transformation, including mobile commerce, social media integration, and Industry 4.0 technologies, influences e-business strategies. By examining the evolving landscape of online commerce, the study aims to identify the strategic imperatives for businesses seeking to thrive in the digital marketplace. This study employs a systematic literature review approach to synthesize and analyze existing research on e-business trends and digital transformation. The research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the subject matter and extract valuable insights for practitioners and scholars alike by reviewing a diverse range of scholarly articles, reports, and case studies. The findings of this research highlight the transformative impact of digital transformation on e-business strategies. Mobile commerce, social media integration, and Industry 4.0 technologies emerge as significant drivers of change, offering businesses opportunities to enhance customer experiences, drive innovation, and gain competitive advantage. However, successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives requires businesses to address infrastructure, talent, and data governance challenges effectively. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing valuable insights into the dynamics of e-business strategies in the digital age. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of benefits, convenience, service features and security on interest in using Mobile Banking. The approach used by researchers in this study is a quantitative approach. Researchers used primary data derived from original sources, obtained directly by researchers by distributing questionnaires directly to active students in Makassar City who use e-BCA mobile banking services. The population in this study is unknown, so the sample is calculated using the Lameshow formula, then this study uses accidental sampling techniques to take samples. The results found that the benefits, convenience, service features and security have a positive and significant influence on the interest in using Mobile Banking.
