Abstract

Abstract GoPay is an electronic wallet service that facilitates online payment transactions using the GoJek application which attracts many enthusiasts in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of convenience, benefits, service features, and cashback on the decision to use Gopay. Quantitative descriptive method used in this research begins with data collection, processing and presentation of results through tables and pictures. This research was conducted on several gojek users in the city of Makassar, especially students of the Nobel Institute of Technology and Economics in Indonesia. Probabily sampling, a sample of 100 respondents will be used to carry out the process of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study found that convenience, benefits, service features and cashback had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Gopay.Keywords: convenience, benefits, service features, cashback, the decision to use Gopay.Abstrak GoPay adalah layanan dompet elektronik yang memfasilitasi transaksi pembayaran online menggunakan aplikasi GoJek yang menarik banyak peminat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini yang bertujuan ingin menguji pengaruh kemudahan, manfaat, fitur layanan dan cashback terhadap keputusan penggunaan Gopay. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, pengolahan dan penyajian hasil melalui tabel dan gambar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada beberapa pengguna gojek di kota Makassar khususnya mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Ekonomi Nobel di Indonesia. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probabily sampling, akan digunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden untuk melakukan proses analisis data dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kemudahan, manfaat, fitur layanan dan cashback berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan Gopay. Kata Kunci: kemudahan, manfaat, fitur layanan, cashback, keputusan penggunaan Gopay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (a) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Kopi ILBS di Gowa. (b) Nilai pelanggan berpengatuh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (c) variabel yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Kopi ILBS di Gowa . Penelitan ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, sehingga data penelitan diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online kepada secara online kepada pelanggan Kopi ILBS dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapa loylitas pelanggan pada Kopi ILBS di Gowa (b) nilai pelanggan berpangaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Kopi ILBS di Gowa (c) Variabel nilai pelanggan lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada kopi ILBS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (a) kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar (b) kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar (c) variabel manakah yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 orang yang merupakan seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar (b) kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar (c) variabel kompensasi yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar.

Abstract

This research examines the application of the "basic business cycle" business simulation in entrepreneurship learning at ITB Nobel Indonesia, Makassar City. This business game simulation is the first of three "Start and Improve Your Business" modules developed by the International Labor organization (ILO). This research uses a mixed method, namely quantitative descriptive, by obtaining data in the form of numbers and qualitative descriptive to explain phenomena that occur in the classroom during and after the game simulation is completed. This research was conducted on 40 ITB Nobel Makassar students using questionnaires and direct observation during the game. From the business game simulation results, students stated that this game provided `practical' experience in carrying out business simulations in class. Students can also discuss with each other how to make decisions and face the consequences that they have to do, especially the best use of capital in business. From the quantitative results of this research, the entrepreneurship learning plan through business game simulations can generally be achieved with the answer choices being firmly agreed, above 60% and above 30% who agree, and no one who disagrees or strongly disagrees. Entrepreneurship learning through business simulation games is practical because it uses experience-based learning tools where students learn business processes by running a simulated company in a risk-free, interactive, and realistic environment..

Abstract

Classification of Small Business is a grouping of some of the characteristics of entrepreneurs are small, ranging from income, entrepreneurial skills, and motivation to grow, which in the classification of small business is divided into 4 groups: Livehood Activities, Micro Enterprise, Small Dynamic Enterprise, Fast Moving Enterprise. Working capital is the capital that is used to perform the operations of the company as invested in liquid assets or short-term assets. This study uses analysis test and multiple linear description of the entire Account Officer PT. SRB Commerce Madani Branch Makassar. Results obtained F test at page 53 paragraph 4 shows simultaneously variable Livehood Activities, and Micro Enterprise significant effect on working capital loans. Then partially or t test on page 54, paragraph 3 shows that partially or individual all independent variables namely Livehood actvities and Micro Enterprise significant effect on working capital loans.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in consumer perceptions and expectations of the quality of Indihome Triple-Play service product. This research was a survey research using a questionnaire. The population in this study were cunsumers of PT. Telkom Indonesia in Makassar City area and the sample were 100 respondents who have subscribed to Indihome Triple-Play. The data analysis and T test using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The results of this study indicate that the average consumer perceptions and expectations had no differences in performance, reliability and features, and there were significant differences (gap) in conformance to spesification and perceived quality toward the quality of Indihome Triple-Play service products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of aspects of non-financial and financial Gallery. The data analysis method used is qualitative (legal aspects, social and econonomic aspects, technical aspects, market aspects and marketing and management aspects. Whereas financial analysis for the feasibility of financial aspects uses quantitative analysis (present value, net present value, profitability index, payback period, internal rate of return, the average rate of return). To find out whether or not a business is feasible and which will be carried forward. The results of the study indicate that the Laode Gallery business of the non financial aspect is feasible to run from the legal aspects, social and economic aspects, technical aspects, market aspects and marketing and management aspects. And the results of the analysis of the financial aspects of the next 10 years show Laode gallery through a present value analysis of 761.395.342.-, the net present value of Rp. 143,465,342.-, 27% profitability index, 17% internal rate of return, 6 years 7 months payback period, while the average rate of return obtained during the prediction of the next 10 years is 26%.

Abstract

This MAGS Water Depot business is an effort to Refill Drinking Water. The purpose of this research was to analyze the feasibility of non-financial and financial aspects of MAGS Water Depot. Data analysis methods used are qualitative (legal aspects, social and economic aspects, market and marketing aspects, management aspects and human resources and environmental aspects). While the quantitative analysis tool used for the feasibility of financial aspects uses analysis (Present value, Net present Value, Profitability Index, Pay Back Period, Internal rate of Return, Avarage Rate of Return) to find out whether or not it is feasible. The results of the research showed that MAGS Water Depot business from non-financial aspects was feasible to conduct from the legal aspects, social and economic aspects, management aspects and human resources and environmental aspects. The results of the analysis of the financial 10 years ahead show that MAGS Water Depot through Present Value analysis was Rp. 1,581,771,274.-, Net Present Value was Rp. 756,271,274.-, Profitability Index was 37%, Pay back Period was obtained for 3 years 2 months, Internal Rate of Return was 32%, while Avarage Rate of Return was 31% for 10 years.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh brand image, harga dan fashion lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian pakaian Thriftshop online Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyak nya thriftshop online Kota Makassar menjual pakaian Thrift secara online melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampelnya yaitu non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan responden sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 23. Analisis datanya yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel brand image, harga dan fashion lifestyle secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian thrifshop online Kota Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The effect of price and product variety partially on purchase intention at Kaganga Coffee in Makassar (2) The simultaneous effect of price and product variety on purchase intention at Kaganga Coffee in Makassar (3) Which variable has the most dominant influence on buying interest in Kaganga Coffee in Makassar. The sample of this research is 84 people who are customers of Kaganga Coffee. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that (1) Price and product variety partially have a significant effect on buying interest at Kaganga Coffee in Makassar (2) Price and product variety simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest at Kaganga Coffee in Makassar (3) The most dominant variable influence on buying interest in Kaganga Coffee in Makassar is Product Diversity
