Abstract

Parking is an important part of the transportation system, as every private vehicle journey typically begins and ends at a parking lot. The government regulates various forms of parking permits, such as public parking, incidental parking, special parking, parking lots, parking buildings, and parking pools. However, the practice of illegal parking fees still frequently occurs and is categorized as illegal extortion (pungli). Under the Criminal Code (KUHP), such extortion can be prosecuted under Article 368 on extortion, which imposes a prison sentence of up to nine months on offenders who force someone to hand over property or money unlawfully through violence or threats.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konsep kunci dalam Asuransi Syariah: Subrogasi, Restorno, Endorsement, Klausula, dan Urutan Kekuatan Hukum (KUHD) Polis dan Klausula. Subrogasi adalah hak penanggung untuk menggantikan tertanggung dalam menuntut ganti rugi pihak ketiga setelah membayar klaim, sesuai Pasal 284 KUHD, guna menghindari keuntungan berlebihan tertanggung. Restorno adalah pengembalian premi karena batalnya pertanggungan, berdasarkan Pasal 281 KUHD, yang mencerminkan keadilan dan keseimbangan. Klausula mengatur syarat, jaminan, dan risiko dalam polis, dengan jenis-jenis seperti All Risk dan RSCC. Endorsement adalah lampiran perubahan polis yang dapat memperluas atau mempersempit jaminan serta mengubah data tertanggung. Urutan kekuatan hukum diatur dalam Pasal 255 KUHD, di mana polis dan klausula memiliki kekuatan mengikat setelah pendaftaran Hak Tanggungan, memperkuat asas pacta sunt servanda dalam perjanjian asuransi syariah.

Abstract

Berbagai risiko kehidupan seperti kecelakaan, bencana, dan ketidakpastian ekonomi telah mendorong lahirnya asuransi sebagai instrumen perlindungan finansial. Meskipun demikian, keberadaan asuransi menimbulkan perdebatan di kalangan ulama. Sebagian pihak menilai asuransi tidak diperbolehkan karena dianggap mengandung unsur gharar, maysir, dan riba, sementara yang lain membolehkannya dengan alasan kemaslahatan dan prinsip tolong-menolong. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pandangan ulama sekaligus menelaah fatwa DSN-MUI mengenai keabsahan asuransi syariah melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya dua pandangan utama: ulama yang menolak karena alasan syariat, dan ulama yang menerima dengan landasan maqashid al- syari’ah. Sebagai jalan tengah, DSN-MUI mengesahkan asuransi syariah (takaful) dengan prinsip akad tabarru’, ta’awun, mudharabah, dan wakalah bil ujrah. Dengan demikian, asuransi syariah dapat diposisikan sebagai alternatif yang sesuai ketentuan syariah sekaligus memberi manfaat sosial- ekonomi bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

The management of information and public services at the pekon level is still largely manual, resulting in delays, inefficiencies, and limited access for the community. This research aims to design and develop a mobile web application that supports improving access to information and administrative services in Pekon Tanjung Rejo. The methods used include needs studies through observation of service processes and interviews with pekon officials and residents, system design using the UML approach, implementation using PHP, Bootstrap, and XAMPP, and functional testing using the black-box method. User Acceptance Testing was conducted on eight participants consisting of three pekon officers and five residents as representatives of end users. The results of the development resulted in four main modules, namely the pekon information page, the administrative dashboard, the community contact feature through the Sapa Village menu, and the officer management module. Functional testing shows that all core functions including authentication, data management, and information delivery are running as specified. User acceptance tests show that the application interface is considered easy to understand, and supports accelerating access to information by the public. However, several obstacles were found, such as limited internet connectivity in certain regions and variations in users' digital literacy that affect the optimal use of applications. This study recommends improving connection stability, improving notification features, and long-term evaluation to assess the impact of applications on the effectiveness of public services at the pekon level.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the marketing strategies of the fast-food consumer goods industry, particularly UHT milk, which faces intense competition in the Indonesian market. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Ultrajaya UHT milk at Minimarket X in Bandung City. Methods research using approach quantitative explanatory with A survey technique was used to select 95 consumer respondents through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 29. Results Partial tests show that Digital Marketing has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, as does Brand Awareness. show influence positive significant to Decision purchase. The simultaneous test results showed that both variables had a significant effect together, explaining 62.5 percent of the variation in purchasing decisions. This finding confirms that integrating digital marketing strategies and strengthening brand awareness are crucial factors in improving consumer purchasing decisions in the UHT milk industry in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Student Facilitator and Explaining model and its improvement on the critical thinking skills of class V students of MI Baitul Haq. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, each with two meetings. Data collection techniques are carried out through teacher observation, student observation, and critical thinking ability tests. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Student Facilitator and Explaining model can improve students' critical thinking skills, indicated by an increase in the average value and percentage of students' classical completion. In cycle II, the second meeting, the average student score reached 8% and classical completion reached 85%, which was previously only 64% with classical completion of 54% in the first meeting. It can be concluded that the Student Facilitator and Explaining model is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills in class V MI Baitul Haq.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the joyful learning strategy on the mathematical problem-solving ability of the third-grade students of SDN 001 Teratak on plane geometry. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design method using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were the third-grade students of SDN 001 Teratak, consisting of 20 students in the experimental class and 20 students in the control class. Data collection techniques were carried out through mathematical problem-solving ability tests in the form of pretests and posttests as well as observations during the learning process. The research instrument was a validated test item. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with normality tests and independent sample t-tests assisted by SPSS. The results showed that based on the independent sample t-test, the significance value was smaller than 0.05 (Sig. <0.05), so there was a significant difference in conceptual understanding between students who learned using the joyful learning strategy and students who learned with the CTL method. Thus, the use of joyful learning strategies has a significant effect on increasing students' conceptual understanding compared to CTL learning on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities on flat shape material for class III SDN 001 Teratak.

Abstract

This study develops a Maslahah Mursalah-based conceptual framework to strengthen Sharia-compliant digital governance and halal industry sustainability. Using a qualitative normative-juridical and comparative approach, the research examines how Islamic legal principles operate within the digital regulatory systems of Indonesia, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The findings reveal that Maslahah Mursalah functions not merely as a supplementary legal argument but as a regulatory philosophy that bridges classical jurisprudence and modern digital governance. Indonesia represents a hybrid dual-authority model, Malaysia demonstrates centralized institutional integration, and the UAE applies a policy-driven innovation approach. Synthesizing these findings, the study formulates a three-dimensional model—normative (legal legitimacy), institutional (governance coordination), and practical (sustainability implementation)—that promotes coherence between Sharia ethics, regulation, and technological advancement. The research contributes to Islamic legal scholarship by repositioning Maslahah Mursalah as a proactive tool for adaptive digital regulation and provides policy recommendations for harmonizing transnational Sharia digital governance frameworks. The study concludes that embedding Maslahah-based ethics within digital transformation is vital for achieving inclusive, transparent, and sustainable halal economic systems.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low critical thinking skills of students in the subject of science in class IV of UPT SD Negeri 001 Bangkinang City. One solution to overcome this problem is to apply the inquiry learning model. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of students' critical thinking skills through the inquiry model in class IV of UPT SD Negeri 001 Bangkinang City. The method in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out for two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The time of this research was carried out at the end of May and early June 2025. The subjects of this study were 10 class IV students consisting of 2 boys and 8 girls. The data collection instruments in this study were observation sheets, test sheets, documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the critical thinking skills of class IV students of UPT SD Negeri 001 Bangkinang City through the pre-action test were 20%, cycle I meeting I was still the same, namely 20%. In cycle I meeting II it increased to 40%. Furthermore, in cycle II, meeting I became 60% and increased in meeting II to 80%. The conclusion is that using the inquiry model can improve students' critical thinking skills in the Science subject in class IV of UPT SD Negeri 001 Bangkinang City.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' collaborative skills through the implementation of the jigsaw cooperative model in Pancasila education, particularly regarding Indonesian culture. This study was a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in fifth grade at SDIT Nurul Ilmi Kulau in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects were 23 students, consisting of 11 female students and 12 male students. The research procedure was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used included observation of teacher activities, observation of student activities, observation of student collaborative skills, documentation, and data analysis using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis, there was an increase in student collaborative activities in Pancasila education. The percentage of student cooperation in the pre-action phase was 55.00%, in cycle I, meeting 1, the percentage of student cooperation was 63.04%, in cycle I, meeting 2, the percentage of student cooperation was 71.09%, in cycle II, meeting 1, the percentage of student cooperation was 78.26%, and in cycle II, meeting 2, the percentage of student cooperation was 84.13%. The increase in students' cooperation skills from pre-action to cycle I was 12.07%, while in cycle I to cycle II it was 14.13%. Thus, it can be concluded that students' cooperation skills have improved by implementing the jigsaw cooperative model in Pancasila education subjects in elementary schools.
