Abstract

Asuransi syariah di Indonesia berkembang dengan mengedepankan prinsip taʿawun, tabarru’, keadilan, dan bebas dari riba, gharar, serta maysir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hierarki kekuatan hukum dalam asuransi syariah, yang mencakup KUHD, polis, endosemen, dan klausula, serta implementasinya dalam praktik industri, khususnya dalam penyelesaian klaim dan sengketa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KUHD tetap menjadi dasar hukum utama, sementara polis berfungsi sebagai kontrak tertulis yang mengikat, endosemen memungkinkan perubahan atau penyesuaian kontrak, dan klausula memberikan batasan serta rincian tambahan. Hierarki hukum ini memiliki implikasi penting terhadap pelaksanaan subrogasi, restorno, serta mekanisme klaim dan penyelesaian sengketa. Meski demikian, tantangan masih muncul terkait keterbatasan pemahaman peserta dan kurangnya transparansi klausula. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara regulasi negara, fatwa DSN-MUI, serta praktik industri untuk memperkuat kepastian hukum dan menjaga prinsip syariah dalam asuransi syariah.

Abstract

In general, high school students view mathematics as a difficult and boring subject. In addition to students, teachers also have difficulty in conveying material for the introduction of majors for lectures. The lack of student interest in learning mathematics is a problem for every high school teacher. This happens if the teacher's ability to use conventional learning methods such as from textbooks and explanations from the teacher only. Therefore, it is necessary to strive in the process of learning mathematics to be more interesting, more interactive and fun. This issue also applies to science materials that require understanding. For this reason, teaching aids are needed that are used to stimulate students' responsiveness in studying material according to their scientific competence. This service aims to apply knowledge and technology by conducting training in making and tutorials on mathematics learning media so that it can increase understanding and attract students' interest in learning and help improve the quality of teacher education and teaching at Husni Thamrin High School.

Abstract

Value data processing is one of the most important parts of school operations and activities. Husni Thamrin Medan Private Middle School, one of the schools that organizes an educational process based on the 2013 Curriculum, manages value data through manual and separate input by each teacher. It is hoped that through the development of a web application-based value management system, value data processing can be carried out more easily and integratedly. To implement the use of this application, training is needed for teachers so they can get to know the features and how to use the application.

Abstract

The Gayo language is one of the regional languages rich in meaning and cultural values. The Gayo language has two varieties of modes: the ordinary spoken Gayo language used by the current generation and the Gayo customary language known as PM (Peri Mestike). The PM language contains profound meanings and features modes of speech, namely metaphorical and indirect, or can be referred to as indirect and non-literal speech. The preservation of the Gayo language through customary language, especially in the practice of peri mestike, is important for maintaining the cultural identity of the Gayo community. This study discusses how the customary language (PM) functions as a medium for preserving the Gayo language and the cultural values contained within it.

Abstract

The customary law still in effect in Central Kalimantan, particularly among the Dayak Ngaju tribe, serves as a means of social control and governance. This study employs normative legal research methods and qualitative research types with a statutory approach. In Dayak Ngaju customary law, "Singer" refers to a sanction in the form of a fine. Established in 1984 during the great Tumbang Anoi meeting, the Singer was intended to put an end to hostile traditions between Dayak sub-tribes, such as headhunting and slavery. The fine acts as a form of atonement to avoid divine retribution and the wrath of nature's guardians. The primary objective of Singer is to deter individuals, making them aware of their wrongdoing and preventing recurrence. Offenses subject to customary sanctions include environmental destruction, violations of social norms, criminal acts, infringements on customary rights, and disobedience to customary law. Customary fines may consist of goods, animals, or money, often accompanied by rituals to restore communal balance. For legal certainty, the regulation of the execution of Dayak customary court decisions should be codified into clear written law, specifying the authorities responsible for enforcement and penalties for those who fail to pay the Singer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of puzzle media in improving students' cooperation skills on the topic of How to Get All Our Needs in science learning in grade IV of SDN 043 Batu Gajah. The background of this study is the low ability of students to cooperate in group activities, such as the absence of active participation, responsibility, and being given appreciation for friends' opinions during the discussion process. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The research subjects consisted of 1 teacher and 20 students, with details of 8 males and 12 females. The objects in this study were puzzle media and students' cooperation skills. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and documentation, while data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study showed an increase in students' cooperation skills, from the initial condition of 39.25% (very poor category), increasing to 58.25% at the end of cycle I (sufficient category), and increasing again to 87% at the end of cycle II (very good category). The conclusion of this study is that puzzle media is proven to be effective in significantly improving students' cooperation skills in science learning. Abstract

Kantong Semar (Nepenthaceae) merupakan tumbuhan yang dilindungi dan keberadaan di habitat alaminya semakin terancam , akibat kebakaran hutan, pengalihan fungsi hutan jadi lahan pertanian, dan eksploitasi spesies tertentu. Tumbuhan ini bermanfaat sebagai tanaman hias, untuk obat, sebagai bahan pembungkus makanan dan sebagai tali pengikat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakter morfologi dan mengidentifikasi dari spesies Nepenthaceae yang ada di hutan lindung Danau Selogan kabupaten Kapuas Hulu Kalimantan Barat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dapat mendeskripsikan karakter morfologi dan mengidentifikasi enam spesies Nepenthes dua spesies hybrid alami yaitu: Nepenthes albomarginata, Nepenthes ampullaria, Nepenthes bicalcarata, Nepenthes gracilis, Nepenthes mirabilis, Nepenthes rafflesiana, Nepenthes xhookeriana (N.ampullaria x N.rafflesiana) dan Nepenthes xcantleyii (N.bicialcarata x N.gracilis). Pengukuran faktor lingkungan abiotic di habitat Nepenthes yaitu : rata-rata suhu udara 30,7°C -32,6°C, suhu tanah 29,7°C -30,6 °C, Kelembaban udara 71,8-88,5%, dan pH tanah 4,6-5,8.

Abstract

The increasing demand for insurance products in Indonesia, especially among the Muslim majority, has prompted the need for an in-depth study of the differences between sharia insurance and conventional insurance. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach, where data sources are obtained from academic literature, regulations, and relevant national journal articles. The analysis was conducted through content analysis to identify the fundamental similarities and differences in terms of legal basis, fund management mechanisms, fund ownership principles, and risk sharing systems. The results of the study show that sharia insurance is based on the Qur'an, Hadith, ijma, and qiyas, with the main principle of mutual assistance (ta'awun) and a risk-sharing mechanism through tabarru' funds that remain the collective property of the participants. Conversely, conventional insurance is rooted in Western positive law with the principle of transfer of risk, where the premiums paid become the full property of the company, while the investment profits are fully controlled by the insurer. In addition, conventional insurance practices have the potential to contain elements of gharar, maisir, and riba, which are not in accordance with Islamic law. The conclusion shows that sharia insurance is not merely a financial protection instrument, but also a form of social solidarity and justice that is more in line with the needs of the Muslim community in Indonesia.

Abstract

An environmentally friendly lifestyle is currently difficult to implement, meanwhile the use of single use product is increasing among the public, which has resulted in an increase in waste ini the living environment especially household waste. This condition has caused the current waste problem to become a global problem. Waste banks provide a solution to overcome the increasing amount of waste which can damage the environment and what’more, if waste banks are run with good management, they have the potential to generate profits that will increase economic value and empower the community. However, the term waste bank is still not very popular among the public, especially among mothers who are members of the Bataknese Mission Church, so it is important to conduct socialization about waste bank to educate mothers can broaden their knowlegde about waste banks and have an understanding of how to manage waste into economic products which can later increase household income.

Abstract

Mudharabah merupakan salah satu akad yang penting dalam sistem keuangan syariah, yang didasarkan pada prinsip kerja sama dan pembagian keuntungan antara dua pihak, yaitu pemilik modal (shahibul maal) dan pengelola usaha (mudharib). Dalam akad ini, keuntungan yang diperoleh dari hasil usaha akan dibagi sesuai dengan nisbah atau proporsi yang telah ditentukan sejak awal.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan analisis dokumenbagi hasil merupakan sistem yang meliputi tata cara pembagian hasil usaha antara pemilik dana dan pengelola dana. Dalam hukum Islam, penerapan sistem bagi hasil harus berlandaskan prinsip At-Ta’awun, yaitu saling tolong-menolong dan bekerja sama demi kebaikan bersama di antara anggota masyarakat. Implementasi akad mudharabah dalam asuransi syariah memiliki tujuan untuk menciptakan sistem keuangan yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah Islam, yang menghindari unsur gharar (ketidakpastian), riba (bunga), dan maisir (spekulasi). Dalam konteks asuransi syariah, mudharabah berperan sebagai mekanisme pengelolaan dana peserta secara profesional dan transparan. Dana kontribusi peserta diinvestasikan ke dalam instrumen halal, dan hasilnya dibagi berdasarkan nisbah yang telah disepakati. Sistem ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat finansial, tetapi juga memperkuat nilai solidaritas sosial melalui prinsip tabarru’ (tolong-menolong).
