Abstract

Learning loss menjadi salah satu dampak pandemi covid-19 bagi dunia pendidikan. Pencegahanlearning loss dapat dilakukan oleh fasilitator dengan cara memahami inovasi pengembangan konsep pembelajaran sains pada anak usia dini, dengan bermain menggunakan media/material lepas, karena media yang digunakan mudah ditemukan di rumah dan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat pemahaman fasilitator/ orangtua dan pendidik tentang belajar di rumah: bermain sains menggunakan loose parts bagi anak usia dini di Taman Baca Ciha Ngawi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah fasilitator dengan objek penelitian belajar di rumah: bermain sains menggunakan loose parts bagi anak usia dini di Taman Baca Ciha Ngawi. Hasil penelitian yaitu, fasilitator mempunyai pemahaman yang baik tentang belajar dirumah: bermain sains menggunakan loose parts dan juga mampu mengaplikasikannya pada kegiatan bermain di rumah dan di Taman Baca Ciha. Inovasi pembelajaran sains ini dapat menjadi salah satu program pembelajaran di rumah dan lembaga pendidikan yang menyenangkan dan memerdekakan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Murabahah, Musyarakah and Ijarah financing on Profitability with Non-Performing Financing (NPF) as a moderating variable at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the 2016-2020 period. This type of research is quantitative. Data is obtained by accessing financial reports and annual reports through the website of each Islamic Commercial Bank. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method using criteria so that a sample of 8 (eight) companies can be obtained for 5 (five) years of observation. This research was conducted using an analysis that includes descriptive statistical tests, capital estimation approach tests, panel data regression models, classical assumption tests, coefficients of determination (r^2) tests, partial tests, simultaneous tests and moderated analysis regression (MRA) tests through software Eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that murabahah financing has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks as measured by ROA, musyarakah financing has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks as measured by ROA and ijarah financing has no negative and significant effect on profitability. Islamic Commercial Banks as measured by ROA. Non-performing financing moderates murabaha financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, Non-performing financing does not moderate musyarakah financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and Non-performing Financing does not moderate Ijarah financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Web-Based Financial Management Information System at SMA Cendana Pekanbaru. This type of research is conducted using a descriptive Qualitative research method. Overall, the informants involved in this study consisted of 2 people. Research data was obtained by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that the Implementation of Web-Based Financial Management Information System at SMA Cendana Pekanbaru has been implemented well. This is indicated by the existence of a Web System in school fee payment activities. Furthermore, the process of Implementing this Web-Based Financial Management Information System has been implemented several years ago. And will continue to be implemented and increasingly improved. Furthermore, the service at this school is also quite good, so that when there is an obstacle for parents in using the system, the administrative staff are ready to help serve. The supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of this web-based financial management information system are marked by the existence of sufficient funds, then human resources, where the parties involved in this institution have quite good quality. For inhibiting factors, it is not so difficult for external parties to use, it just takes more education to understand the web system.

Abstract

Perikanan tangkap merupakan sektor perikanan penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian khususnya nelayan. Namun sektor ini masih menghadapi banyak tantangan dan permasalahan. Nelayan Desa Tondowolio memiliki produktivitas perikanan tangkap yang masih tergolong rendah yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya infrastruktur dan teknologi. Sehingga membutuhkan solusi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan melalui hilirisasi teknologi salah satunya alat pengumpul ikan berupa rumpon dasar. Tujuan pelatihan pembuatan rumpon dasar adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan nelayan dalam membuat alat bantu pengumpul ikan untuk meningkatkan hasil tangkapan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi fungsi dan keunggulan rumpon dasar, persiapan alat dan bahan, demonstrasi serta pendampingan pembuatan rumpon dasar. Pelatihan pembuatan rumpon dasar dilaksanakan di Desa Tondowolio dengan Mitra sasaran Kelompok Nelayan Dayung Sakti Tondowolio. Hasil pelatihan diperoleh bahwa nelayan mitra mampu mengetahui dan melakukan seluruh tahapan pembuatan rumpon dasar meliputi persiapan alat dan bahan, serta pembuatan rumpon dasar dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah yang diperoleh dari hasil sosialisasi.

Abstract

Integrated and Champion Puskesmas (PUSPA) is one of the programs created to overcome health problems in West Java Province. This study aims to evaluate the achievements of the PUSPA program in 2023, which is included in the 2018-2023 West Java Province Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) document, to ensure the implementation of the PUSPA program has successfully achieved the target of each indicator and to find out the factors that affect the achievement of each indicator. This study uses an ex-post evaluation model and employs quantitative descriptive and comparative analysis techniques. The results of the study show that from 3 indicators of the achievement of the non-communicable disease program, only 1 program was achieved, namely the presentation of diabetic patients getting services according to standards; from 6 indicators of the achievement of the nutrition program, only 4 indicators have reached the target, namely the percentage of toddlers weighed, the number of people/families who received education on growth and development monitoring, the percentage of pregnant women who received at least 90 tablets during pregnancy, and the percentage of pregnant women who were monitored for the consumption of 90 tablets during pregnancy; and from 2 indicators of the achievement of the immunization program, none has been achieved.

Abstract

The use of conventional methods, monotony, and lack of learning media results in students' lack of ability to understand the concept of numbers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of ESTABICAH games for early-grade elementary school students. This research uses a qualitative method involving students of elementary school. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through the observation and documentation stages. Data analysis techniques are carried out in three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that ESTABICAH games made students interested in the process of learning mathematics. It was shown that 18 out of 20 students better understood the concept of numbers after participating in the ESTABICAH game. ESTABICAH game can support students' interest and enthusiasm in learning activities and make learning more fun so that students do not get bored when participating in mathematics learning. The ESTABICAH game can be applied as an alternative to help the process of learning mathematics in number skills, especially the concept of numbers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis motivasi kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di CV. XYZ. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis deskriptif dengan langkah pengumpulan, reduksi, dan penyajian. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. XYZ menerapkan motivasi finansial, seperti bonus dan insentif, serta non-finansial, seperti pujian. Namun, ada perbedaan persepsi di antara karyawan mengenai efektivitas motivasi. Perusahaan disarankan untuk menyesuaikan program motivasi agar lebih personal. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan perusahaan berada di kuadran II, yang berarti memiliki kelemahan internal tetapi juga peluang eksternal. Rekomendasi strategi alternatif adalah strategi W-O, yang fokus pada meminimalkan kelemahan, menghindari ancaman, serta memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada.

Abstract

The integration of technology in education has now become a necessity. Digitalization in education opens up great opportunities in educational management to optimize effective learning. However, in Indonesia, educational digitalization poses a challenge in terms of equity. This article aims to examine how the digitalization of education management can improve the quality of learning and address the technology usage gap in Papua. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review, analyzing various data from books and journals, and applying triangulation to obtain more comprehensive data. The results show that the integration of technology has a significant positive impact on the accessibility and efficiency of learning. However, Indonesia's geography hinders digitalization in all regions, especially in Papua. The remote areas of Papua with many 3T regions still use conventional models due to difficult access, limited internet, and a lack of competent human resources. There is a need for the improvement of human resource quality, the utilization of technology, and collaboration with the government and non-profit organizations.

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation is an important instrument in efforts to improve the quality of education. This study aims to evaluate teacher performance by focusing on the model and practice of minimal teacher performance. This study is relevant considering the importance of the role of teachers in the learning process and the demands for improving the quality of education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The subjects of the study were a number of teachers from various levels of education. Data collection was carried out through document analysis from various articles related to teacher performance evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the models and practices of teacher performance applied still vary. Some teachers have implemented innovative learning models and actively involved students. However, there are still many teachers who tend to use conventional learning methods. In addition, the practice of teacher performance assessments that are carried out also still needs to be improved. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that efforts are needed to improve teacher performance through various strategies. Some recommendations that can be given include the development of ongoing training programs for teachers, the provision of adequate learning facilities and infrastructure, and the development of a more objective and accountable teacher performance assessment system. Thus, it is hoped that the quality of learning can improve and national education goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, manajemen yang efektif sangat penting, dan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) memainkan peran utama dalam hal ini. Kinerja karyawan yang baik tergantung pada faktor seperti kepemimpinan, komunikasi, motivasi, pelatihan, dan kerja sama tim. Metode penelitian literature review yang menganalisis penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya untuk menjawab hipotesis 1. Apakah pelatihan yang diadakan secara teratur berhubungan dengan peningkatan motivasi karyawan? 2. Apakah adanya program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang efektif berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan dalam organisasi? Pelatihan teratur berhubungan dengan peningkatan motivasi karyawan, baik melalui motivasi intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik. Pelatihan membangkitkan motivasi, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, dan pengetahuan karyawan, yang berdampak positif pada kinerja mereka. Program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang efektif juga membantu meningkatkan kontribusi karyawan dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Untuk mendorong dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perusahaan harus menawarkan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karir yang efektif.
