Abstract

Introduction & ObjectivesGlaucoma is a leading cause of irreversible blindness, and implantation of drainage devices is aneffective treatment option for patients with advanced glaucoma. The purpose of this study was toinvestigate success rate of glaucoma drainage devices implantation in Kariadi Hospital MethodsThis study was an observational analytic study with a retrospective design. All patients who receivedVirna implantation between January 2020 and December 2022 were included. Intraocular pressure(IOP) examination was performed at baseline and at the first day, seventh day, first month, and thirdmonth following surgery. The success rate was divided into three groups: complete success if IOPwas <21mmHg without medication, qualified success if IOP was <21mmHg with medication, andfailure if IOP was >21mmHg with medication. ResultsThis study included 42 patients (42 eyes) with an average age of 43.3 years. There were 16 male(38%) and 26 female (62%) patients in the group. Of these patients, 11 (26.2%) had primaryglaucoma and 31 (73.8%) had secondary glaucoma. There was significant decrease in IOP frompreoperative measurement (37.1±10.1mmHg) compared to IOP on first day (13.0±6.0mmHg),seventh day (15.4±3.8mmHg), first month (18.2±4.4mmHg), and third month (23.4±8.9mmHg) aftersurgery (p<0.05). At three-month follow-up, complete success was 14.29%, qualified success was50%, and failure was 35.71%. ConclusionGlaucoma drainage device implantation was found to successfully reduce IOP in patients withadvanced glaucoma. The qualified success rate was higher than complete success rate, suggestingthat some patients may require medication to achieve target IOP levels.

Abstract

Introduction : Malignant glaucoma most commonly occurs after glaucoma filtration surgery. Most cases require surgical intervention such as vitrectomy. However, even after successful treatment, it can reoccur in some cases. We present two cases of recurrent malignant glaucoma. Case Illustration : The first case involved a 48-year-old female with primary angle closure glaucoma who developed malignant glaucoma 1-week after undergoing combined glaucoma surgery. The second case involved a 70-year-old man with primary angle closure glaucoma and pseudophakia who developed malignant glaucoma 4-month after trabeculectomy. They received total vitrectomy treatment. We observed anterior chamber deepening in these 2 cases, but intraocular pressure remained increased 2-week after intervention. Discussion : We found improvement in anatomy by deepening the anterior chamber, but the intraocular pressure increased in the 2 weeks. Although the problem of releasing aqueous accumulations from the vitreous has been resolved after vitrectomy, but there is no permanent passage between the anterior chamber and the vitreous cavity. So, recurrences can occur. It is possible to manage this condition by restoring aqueous flow from the anterior vitreous to the anterior chamber. YAG laser capsulo- hyaloidotomy or vitrectomy combined with hyaloido-zonula-iridectomy are frequently effective in treating underlying causes. Conclusion : Vitrectomy can help to improve the deepening anterior chamber, but intraocular pressure may remain increased after 2-week follow-up. The recurrence of malignant glaucoma may be related to incomplete resolution of the underlying condition.

Abstract

Since education is a means of expressing the dynamic nature of human culture and a prerequisite for growth, any modifications or advancements in the field should be aligned with shifts in the culture of life. Study this aims to know the effective application method and ask for answers to increase results study student class VI at MI Nawwarul Uyun NW 2 Tutuk. Method ask answer chosen because can push interaction active between teacher and student as well as develop understanding student through question and focused answers on material learning. The research used is Study Action Class (PTK) with participants totaling 15 students from class VI MI Nawwarul Uyun NW 2 Tutuk.  The study was done in two cycles, where every cycle consists of stage planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Results study show a positive change in the interaction between teacher and student after applying the method to ask for answers more efficiently. The teacher is capable push participation and more students active by giving bait constructive feedback. Besides that mark, before the average applied method asks the answer is 63 under KKM 70, meanwhile after the applied method asks the answer with efficiency, the average value increases to 71 .4 on cycle first And reaches 77.6 in cycle second. Based on the observation of the results, can concluded that the application method asks for answers in a manner effective in learning Mathematics and can increase results study student class VI MI Nawwarul Uyun NW 2 Tutuk. Method this can push thinking critical and involve the student in learning.

Abstract

Abstract PT X has a manufacturing center division which is directly responsible for the production process (transfer load) of the products it produces, starting from the process of checking images of products to be produced, checking the completeness of production materials, reporting production progress, and reporting quality assurance checks. /quality assurance. The production process is still carried out manually and is considered less efficient because it is prone to errors in conveying information, the controlling process is not transparent, it takes a long time to access the files being worked on and it is difficult to find work history/drafts, so this division created an information system website-based with the name MC BRO which can make it easier for employees to monitor production activities. Along with its use, this information system continues to be developed according to the needs of employees, including in terms of appearance. To meet these needs, a Front-End design for the MC BRO website was created which was made according to the interface design that had been designed by the UI/UX designer into HTML, CSS and JavaScript program code. In the creation process, the Front-End design goes through a workflow, namely the process of needs analysis, literature study, implementation, revision and utilizing the classes in the Bootstrap 5 framework in order to speed up the process and produce a responsive and comfortable MC BRO website appearance to use, so that it can meet user needs in the display aspect.

Abstract

The task of this study discusses Volunteer Recruitment Procedures of PT. Dyandra Promosindo’s Event. The method used by the author on this study is qualitative method with secondary data collection technique and doing direct observation in the field, and interview. The observation result shows the Volunteer Recruitment Procedures of PT. Dyandra Promosindo’s Event consists of the stages of determining the needs of the workforce, then conducting socialization, filling in digital forms. Interviews, database compilation, and ending with a volunteer meeting and signing of employment contracts or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Abstract

Medicinal plants are used by millions of people around the world. The medicinal plants chosen are usually plants that are interchangeable for first aid. The existence of medicinal plants is very important, especially for families who do not have easy access to medical services such as clinics, health centers or hospitals. The aim of this research is to increase the knowledge and health of school residents by drawing air from healthy Family Medicinal Plants or well known as TOGA and as first aid in case of minor health problems. Empowerment activities were carried out at SMK BAZNAZ, South Sulawesi on March 4-7 2022 using the Asset Based Community Developments (ABCD) method. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was concluded that TOGA implementation counseling had an increase in knowledge in class 10 students at SMK BAZNAS and the results of interviews with informants stated that they wanted to hide TOGA in the surrounding environment considering the many benefits of family medicinal plants. It is suggested to the school to continue running the TOGA cultivation program at school. Apart from that, the school also provides special land for cultivating TOGA because the school in question also has a pharmacy major. Hopefully in the future this TOGA can be useful for pharmacy majors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menerapkan model disvovery learning dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada materi ekosistem di kelas V SD Negeri Andadowi, Kecamatan Sampara Kabupaten Konawe. Menggunakan Jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 sesi pembelajaran, subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri Andadowi dengan total siswa 19 orang terdiri dari 10 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan. Prosedur penelitian ini terdiri dari: (a) perencanaan (b) pelaksanaan tindakan (c) observasi dan evaluasi (d) refleksi, jenis data adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) siklus I indikator kemampuan berpikir kreatif keaslian mencapai persentase 4,31%, Kelenturan mencapai 16,63%, kelancaran mencapai 11,05%, dan indikator penguraian mencapai persentase 6,10% (b) siklus II indikator kemampuan berpikir kreatif keaslian mencapai persentase 27,47%, kelenturan 18,10%, kelancaran mencapai 12,68% dan indikator penguraian mencapai persentase 12%. Dari hasil penelitian bisa disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkannya model discovery learning pada materi ekosistem di SD Negeri Andadowi, Kecamatan Sampara, Kabupaten Konawe.

Abstract

Keberadaan tanah ulayat tidak lepas dari kegiatan peralihan tanah ulayat seperti jual-beli, hibah, wasiat, dan lain sebagainya. Hibah ialah dimana penghibah dengan cuma-cuma menyerahkan sesuatu kepada si penerima hibah semasa hidupnya, dan tanpa dapat ditarik kembali. Hibah tanah ulayat pada masyarakat adat di Kecamatan Langgam diberikan secara tertulis dengan bukti surat hibah oleh Pemangku Adat, sehingga timbul pertanyaan mengenai keabsahan dari surat hibah pemangku adat tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis keberadaan tanah ulayat masyarakat adat yang terdapat di Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan; mekanisme hibah atas tanah ulayat; dan keabsahan surat hibah atas tanah ulayat untuk kepastian hukum bagi penerima hibah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis empiris, yang bersifat deskriptif analisis, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan seicara purposiivei (purposiivei sampliing). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penelitian lapangan berupa wawancara dan studi kepustakaan, dengan analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif, dan metode penarikan kesimpulan deduktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan telah banyak tanah ulayat milik Pebatinan yang beralih kepada masyarakat diluar masyarakat adat atau perusahaan yang menunjukkan keberadaan tanah ulayat di Kecamatan Langgam masih ada, namun telah menipis dan hak perseorangan atau hak milik menjadi kuat. Hibah tanah ulayat pada masyarakat adat di Kecamatan Langgam diberikan oleh Batin yang dilakukan secara tertulis dengan Surat Hibah Pemangku Adat. Surat hibah oleh Pemangku Adat seperti pada masyarakat adat di Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan, tetap sah dan diakui keabsahannya menurut hukum adat, namun belum dapat dijadikan alas hak untuk pendaftaran hak sehingga belum memberikan kepastian hukum bagi penerima hibah. Surat Hibah oleh Pemangku Adat merupakan sebagai permulaan bukti tertulis untuk menerbitkan Surat Keterangan Tanah (SKT) dari Kepala Desa/Lurah berdasarkan Pasal 24 PP Nomor 24 Tahun 1997. Saran yang disampaikan dalam penelitian ini Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pelalawan perlu segera untuk membentuk Peraturan Daerah sebagai dasar hukum dan penentu kriteria masih adanya tanah ulayat. Pemangku Adat dan masyarakat adat diharapkan untuk tetap menjaga keberadaan dan kelestarian tanah ulayatnya serta perlu sosialisasi dari stakeholder terkait kepada pelaku hibah tanah ulayat mengenai tertib administrasi pertanahan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum atas surat hibah oleh pemangku adat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menguji keterkaitan Kinerja Moneter (suku bunga) dan Kinerja Ekonomi (pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi), serta dampaknya terhadap Profitabilitas (ROE). subjek penelitian ini adalah pertusahaan pertambangan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia sedangkan objek penelitian ini suku bunga, pertumbuhan eknomi, inflasi dan profitabilitas. Data yang di analisis berupa data 14 perusahaan, data yang di ambil tahunan yang di mulai dari tahun 2020-2022. Penarikan sampel ini juga menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Moneter (suku bunga) tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas 0,243 > 0,05. Kinerja Ekonomi (pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas 0,005 < 0,05. dan 0,015 < 0,05. Dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan simultan uji F menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap profitabilitas yang di tunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan 0,034 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi bepengaruh terhadap profitabilitas

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of tax planning on earnings management which is moderated by deferred tax assets. Tax planning is measured using the Tax Retention Rate, Profit Management is measured by discretionary accruals, Deferred Tax Assets are measured by deferred tax assets. The population in this research is industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The type of research used is associative quantitative. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis and processed using the Eviews 10 application. The variables used in this research are Tax Planning as the independent variable, Profit Management as the dependent variable and Deferred Tax Assets as a moderating variable. The research results based on the T test results are that Tax Planning has an influence on earnings management and Deferred Tax Assets cannot moderate the influence of tax planning on earnings management..
