Abstract

This research is descriptive quantitative and aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Secretariat of Gorontalo Regency; (2) The effect of work motivation on job satisfaction of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Secretariat of Gorontalo Regency; (3) The influence of leadership style, work motivation on job satisfaction of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Secretariat of Gorontalo Regency. provides opportunities for employees to advance, work motivation has an influence weak but positive on employee job satisfaction by 0.147 or 14.7 percent, due to lack of opportunities for advancement, low job performance, lack of responsibility; (3) Leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a strong and positive influence on job satisfaction (Y). It is suggested that participative leadership style is needed effectively for its employees, considering that this variable has a strong influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

To increase the productivity and maximum efficiency of teachers at work, job satisfaction is an important concern for every organization. Increasing job satisfaction is important for organizations to increase commitment and organizational citizen behavior (OCB). The effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher job satisfaction is the subject of this research. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the help of IBM SPSS version 25, and the research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. 71 respondents were taken as a sample through the census method, and data was collected through a questionnaire. The results showed that the organizational commitment variable (X1) influenced teacher job satisfaction (Y1), as shown by testing the t-test hypothesis, where Tcount>Ttable (5.413>1.995) and a significant level that was less than 0.05, namely (0.021< 0.05). Organizational citizen behavior (OCB) variable (X2) influences job satisfaction (Y1).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) kerajinan tangan dan ekonomi kreatif di Provinsi Gorontalo melalui pendekatan Collaborative Governance berbasis Pentahelix. Data diperoleh dari observasi lapangan, wawancara, serta dokumentasi kebijakan pemerintah daerah dan laporan instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah UMKM meningkat signifikan dari 82.732 unit pada 2024 menjadi 118.826 unit pada 2025. Produk unggulan seperti sulaman Karawo, anyaman rotan, dan kuliner khas Gorontalo telah berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah sekaligus pelestarian budaya. Namun, tantangan utama masih mencakup keterbatasan akses modal, literasi digital rendah, serta program pemberdayaan yang belum berkelanjutan. Evaluasi Collaborative Governance menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antaraktor pemerintah, akademisi, pelaku usaha, masyarakat, dan media sudah berjalan, tetapi belum sepenuhnya efektif. Rekomendasi penelitian menekankan perlunya penguatan literasi digital, akses pembiayaan inklusif, serta monitoring lintas aktor yang konsisten untuk memperkuat daya saing UMKM di Gorontalo.
