Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas XI MIPA 4 SMA 8 MAROS. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 4 yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik, perempuan 23 orang dan laki-laki 13 orang. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (CAR). Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari II siklus, dimana satu siklus terdiri atas empat komponen, yaitu: (1) perencanaan (planning), (2) pelaksanaan (action), (3) pengamatan (observing), dan (4) refleksi (reflecting). Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara individu, datanya dianalisis apabila siswa telah berhasil mencapai atau melewati standar nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) sebesar 80%. Hasil menunujukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar mencapai 83% atau ada 30 siswa dari 36 siswa sudah tuntas belajar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus II ini ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal telah mengalami peningkatan lebih baik dari siklus I.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership and teacher motivation to improve student learning achievement in State Elementary Schools in Batee District. This research uses a quantitative approach, this type of research uses correlation research methods. This research used 125 samples by dividing them into each elementary school in Batee District. Data collection in this research used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis in this research used the SPSS version 26 program. In this research, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests (R2) were used. The research results prove that the principal's leadership partially has a significant effect on student learning achievement. Teacher work motivation partially has a significant effect on student learning achievement. The principal's leadership and teacher work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on student learning achievement.

Abstract

The competency of teachers is a critical factor in the quality of education, and leadership as well as work motivation play vital roles in enhancing this competency. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of school principal leadership and work motivation and their influence on the competency of basic education teachers in Pidie Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational research type, the study found that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = -5.743 + 0.636X1 + 0.484X2. The leadership of primary education school principals in Pidie Regency has been effective, significantly influencing the competency of basic education teachers (Y) in Pidie Regency, with a calculated t value of 5.207 and a significance level of 0.000. The work motivation (X2) of basic education teachers in Pidie Regency is high and significantly influences their competency, with a calculated t value of 3.786 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, the variables of principal leadership effectiveness (X1) and work motivation (X2) significantly affect basic education teacher competency (Y) in Pidie Regency, with a calculated F value of 256.737 and a significance level of 0.000. The correlation coefficient (r) of 0.928 indicates a very strong and unidirectional relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.861 shows that the independent variables collectively contribute 86.1% to the dependent variable, while the remaining 13.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research. This research contributes to the field of education by providing evidence of the significant impact of school principal leadership and teacher work motivation on teacher competency, highlighting the importance of effective leadership and motivation in enhancing educational outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan nasional pendidikan yang ingin dicapai dalam Kurikulum Merdeka adalah Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan penguatan karakter dan kemampuan yang dibangun dalam keseharian dan dihidupkan dalam diri setiap individu peserta didik melalui kegiatan kokurikuler yaitu Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Implementasi P5 memerlukan kesiapan dari berbagai aspek, salah satunya adalah kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan projek-projek yang mendukung penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan upskilling atau peningkatan keterampilan para guru di SD/MI di Kecamatan Tenggarong Seberang dalam melaksanakan projek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan para guru dapat memahami konsep dasar P5 secara mendalam, memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun projek yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, serta mampu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang berfokus pada pengembangan kompetensi holistik siswa sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dengan tema Upskilling Guru dalam Melaksanakan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SD/MI Kecamatan Tenggarong Seberang telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru. Peningkatan yang signifikan dari kategori "Kurang" ke "Baik" membuktikan bahwa strategi pembelajaran, pendekatan berbasis proyek, dan materi yang diberikan mampu memberikan dampak positif dan langsung pada peningkatan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are essential to apply in all areas related to business. Without marketing, the business you run will not develop rapidly. This research aims to determine the marketing strategy carried out by the Dottoro coffee shop business to increase sales. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The informant was chosen deliberately, namely the owner of the Dottoro coffee shop. Data collection procedures used in research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the research results, show that the strategy implemented by the Dottoro coffee shop business in Jalan Tinumbu Makassar, South Sulawesi Province is in quadrant one, namely Aggressive (growth-oriented strategy), which is a very profitable situation with implementation through Marketing Strategy. The coordinates of point x are the IFAS strategy coordinates with a coordinate point obtained, namely 3.45. In contrast, the coordinates of point y are the coordinates of the EFAS strategy with a coordinate point obtained, namely 3.06. The strategy that needs to be improved in the coffee shop business is to maintain the reputation of the Dottoro coffee shop by serving local specialty coffee. The availability of raw materials will make it easier for the Dottoro Coffee Shop business to expand locations in strategic places. Keywords: Coffee shop, marketing strategy, SWOT analysis, MSMEs

Abstract

Philosophy is present to answer human questions that are not addressed by other fields of knowledge. Every branch of knowledge begins with philosophy and ends with art. This means that all sciences, both natural and social sciences, originate from philosophy before undergoing further development. As the foundation of knowledge, philosophy questions sciences based on ontological, epistemological, and axiological aspects. This paper is compiled from a literature review (library research method) of Foucault's works, the works of theorists mapping Foucault's social thoughts, and research based on Foucault's approach. The literature study method is a study used to gather information and data with the help of various materials available in the library, such as documents, books, magazines, and so on. Many contributions have been made by Foucault to the intellectual world, whether in philosophy, culture, social, political, or artistic fields. One of Foucault's significant contributions in philosophy and politics is his concept of power. Therefore, acquiring knowledge through educational programs requires power, in this case, referring to proficient language abilities, and conversely, gaining power requires knowledge. Knowledge indeed holds power and brings about authority, and obtaining knowledge also requires authority. The results of this thinking can be observed in real-life, such as in the United States, which has become a superpower due to the abundance of information received and language hegemony that demonstrates a balance of power.

Abstract

The role of the Inspectorate in effectively and efficiently supervising and overseeing governance supports the creation of a clean and authoritative government apparatus, disciplined and organized in carrying out its duties and functions in accordance with applicable regulations. The legal basis for this is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government, strengthened by Government Regulation No. 20 of 2001 concerning the Guidance and Supervision of the Implementation of Regional Government and Presidential Decree No. 74 of 2001 Regarding the Procedures for Supervising the Implementation of Regional Government. This research is qualitative (interviews), aiming to comprehensively reveal the events at the research site through the natural collection of data, utilizing the researcher as a key instrument to seek meaning. The current implementation of supervisory functions by the Inspectorate of Makassar City is considered ineffective. This is due to the fact that the results of the supervision are not conveyed to the Regional People's Representative Assembly (APH), so APH is not clearly informed about the performance of the Inspectorate of Makassar City in carrying out its supervisory functions. Several factors that also hinder the effectiveness of the Inspectorate of Makassar City in carrying out its tasks include human resources factors that are lacking in quantity and quality, as well as educational qualifications that do not match their duties. Additionally, infrastructure, community, and cultural factors further contribute to these challenges.

Abstract

This article aims to explain Auguste Comte's three-stage law of epistemology in the theory of social change, namely the theological, metaphysical, and positive stages, and to explore its relevance to the study of sociology. The article employs qualitative research with a literature review approach. This method is utilized to gather information and data through various materials available in the library, such as documents, books, magazines, and so on. Comte attempts to elucidate that social change occurs in three stages: the Theological Stage (fictional), the Metaphysical Stage (abstract), and the Positive Stage (scientific). These three stages are considered universal laws that generalize the evolution of society throughout its history. Comte proposes that the positive stage represents the pinnacle of human thought evolution, and sociology, as a science, should adopt a positivistic approach focused on empirical analysis and objective observation to understand the structure and function of society. The positive stage is viewed as the culmination and highest point in the development of human intelligence, where humans seek to understand all relationships within the order of nature through scientific approaches and empirical data. This pursuit aims to shape human intelligence for more advanced and progressive living.

Abstract

Desa Bonto Tengnga, yang terletak di Kecamatan Sinjai Borong, Kabupaten Sinjai, memiliki potensi besar dalam pertanian, terutama dalam produksi tanaman cengkeh. Namun, penggunaan pestisida kimia dalam pertanian telah menimbulkan masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan yang serius. Oleh karena itu, program kerja ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan penggunaan pestisida nabati dari daun cengkeh sebagai alternatif yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelatihan pembuatan pestisida nabati dilakukan langsung kepada petani di Desa Bonto Tengnga. Program ini mencakup tahapan persiapan, pelatihan, dan pemaparan materi tentang pertanian organik dan berkelanjutan. Hasilnya adalah adanya produk pestisida nabati dari daun cengkeh yang dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti pestisida kimia. Program ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pertanian berkelanjutan, mengurangi penggunaan pestisida kimia yang berpotensi merusak lingkungan, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence exerted by digital marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive methodology. To collect research data for this study, questionnaires and documentation were both used. In this study, 50 people were used as samples, and the Likert scale method was used to calculate the number of samples. Partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coefficient of determination (R2), and classical assumption test are the data analysis techniques used in this study. The research findings show that each factor used has a beneficial impact on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl as a result of Digital Marketing (X1) related to marketing knowledge.
