Abstract

This study aims to examine the relevance of Islamic educational values to the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 from the perspective of the Qur’an. Indonesia Emas 2045 represents the national aspiration to realize a developed, competitive, just, and morally upright nation. Islamic education, as a system grounded in divine values, plays a fundamental role in shaping human resources that are intellectually, spiritually, and morally excellent. This research employs a qualitative approach using the thematic exegesis (tafsīr maudhu‘ī) method, analyzing Qur’anic verses related to education, human potential development, and character formation. The findings indicate that Qur’anic values such as integrity, responsibility, wisdom, competence, intelligence, and moral virtue constitute the core foundation for the holistic development of the Indonesian people. These values provide the ethical and spiritual basis for Islamic education in preparing a generation that is characterized, productive, and globally competitive. Thus, Islamic education from the Qur’anic perspective has a strong relevance in supporting the realization of the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision—an advanced, civilized nation oriented toward the common good.

Abstract

This research discusses the synthesis of precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) standard for raw paper materials from chicken bones. In the paper industry, PCC is used as a coating and filler to enhance paper's smoothness, brightness, and opacity. The primary material used in this research is chicken bones from the frozen food industry waste, solving environmental problems. Chicken bones were dried in an oven at 100°C, then crushed and sieved to 100 mesh. X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis shows that chicken bones contain calcium at 98.83%. The high content can make chicken bones a raw material for PCC. This research uses variables of Na₂CO₃ solution and precipitation time with a temperature of 30°C. The target of this research to produce high quality Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) with a calcite crystal structure suitable for industrial applications particularly as raw material for the paper industry. Based on the analysis results, the best conditions were obtained at a Na₂CO₃ concentration of 2.5 M and a precipitation time of 40 minutes. The XRF and XRD test analyses showed that PCC was polymorph calcite with a particle size of 2.14752 µm. This research proves that chicken bones can be an alternative raw material for PCC by ISO 3262-2:1998 parameters for industry standards.

Abstract

Scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT) is widely used as an image local feature extraction method because of its invariance to rotation, scale, and illumination change. SIFT has been implemented in different program libraries. However, studies that analyze the performance of SIFT implementations have not been conducted. This study examines the keypoint extraction of three well-known SIFT libraries, i.e., David Lowe's implementation, OpenSIFT, and vlSIFT in vlfeat. Performance analysis was conducted on multiclass small-scale image datasets to capture the sensitivity of keypoint detection. Although libraries are based on the same algorithm, their performance differs slightly. Regarding execution time and the average number of keypoints detected in each image, vlSIFT outperforms David Lowe’s library and OpenSIFT.

Abstract

Latar belakang penulisan makalah ini adalah tentang keberadaan Kompilasi Hukum Islam sebagai salah satu hukum positif nasional yang sudah mengadopsi nilai kesetaraan gender dengan tetap menjaga nilai-nilai sakral dan nilai-nilai profane. Tetapi penyerapan nilai-nilai kesetaraan gender ini belum dipandang cukup oleh kalangan feminis Islam liberal dengan menuntut adanya penggantian pasal 79 tentang kedudukan suami sebagai kepala keluarga dan istri sebagi ibu rumah tangga. Padahal kedudukan suami sebagai kepala keluarga dan istri sebagai ibu rumah tangga itu bersifat sakral didukung oleh surat an-Nisa ayat 34. Kelompok feminis Islam liberal memahami pasal 79 secara terpisah tanpa menghubungkan dengan pasal lainnya dalam Bab XII tentang hak dan kewajiban, sehingga menimbulkan kesalahpahaman bahwa pasal 79 memberi kewenangan suami sebagai kepala keluarga pada setiap laki-laki tanpa syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa kedudukan suami sebagai kepala keluarga diperoleh melalui dalalah mantuq dalam surat an-Nisa ayat 34. Oleh karena itu batas-batas penerapan nilai kesetaraan gender dalam keluarga hanyalah dimaksudkan untuk membentuk karakter profesional di dunia public, sementara di dalam keluarga relasi antar anggota keluarga adalah kasih sayang dan saling membantu, karena keluarga adalah institusi gemeinschaft dan bukan geseelschaft. Itulah kandungan pasal 79 patut dipertahankan dalam keluarga.

Abstract

Biji mangga memiliki kandungan protein (7,5 – 13%), karbohidrat (69,2 - 80%), kalsium (0,21%), abu (2,2 –2,6%), fosfor (0,22%) dan serat (2,0 – 4,6%). Oleh karena itu, biji mangga dapat diolah menjadi bahan pangan yang potensial. Tujuan penelitian yaitu membuat tepung biji mangga, mengetahui pengaruh waktu blanching serta konsentrasi asam askorbat terhadap kandungan karbohidrat, lemak, protein, kadar air dan sensori tepung biji mangga. Pembuatan tepung biji mangga melalui tahapan diantaranya pengupasan kulit, pencucian biji, pemotongan tebal 0,5 cm, penimbangan, blanching 85℃ selama (0; 2,5; 5; 7,5; 10) menit, perendaman 30 menit dengan Na-metabisulfit 0,2%, perendaman dengan 20 menit dengan asam askorbat (0; 0,5; 1; 1,5; 2)%, pengeringan (80℃, 4 jam), penghalusan, pengayakan 80 mesh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin lama waktu blanching, kadar karbohidrat, protein dan air tepung biji mangga semakin meningkat, sedangkan kadar lemak semakin menurun. Konsentrasi asam askorbat semakin tinggi juga meningkatkan kadar karbohidrat, dan protein tepung, namun menurunkan kadar air dan lemaknya. Perlakuan blanching dan perendaman asam askorbat pada biji mangga berpengaruh nyata terhadap warna tepung (p<0,05), namun berpengaruh tidak nyata pada aroma dan tekstur tepung (p>0,05). Mango seeds contais protein (7.5 - 13%), carbohydrate (69.2 - 80%), calcium (0.21%), ash (2.2 -2.6%), phosphorus (0.22%) and fiber (2.0 - 4.6%). Mango seeds can be processed into potential food. The objectives of the study were to make mango seed flour, determine the effect of blanching time and ascorbic acid concentration on the content of carbohydrates, fat, protein, water content, and sensory of mango seed flour. Steps to make mango seed flour including peeling and washing the seeds, cutting 0.5 cm thick, weighing, blanching at 85℃ for (0; 2.5; 5; 7.5; 10) minutes, 30 minutes soaking with Na-metabisulfite 0.2%, immersion with 20 min with ascorbic acid (0; 0.5; 1; 1.5; 2)%, drying (80℃, 4 hours), pulverization, 80 mesh sieving. Research result showed that the longer the blanching time, carbohydrate, protein and water content of mango seed flour increases, while the fat content decreases. The higher ascorbic acid concentration also increased the carbohydrate and protein content of flour, but decreased the water and fat content. Blanching treatment and ascorbic acid soaking treatment on mango seeds had a significant effect (p<0,05) on the color of the flour, but did not significantly affect the aroma and texture of flour(p>0,05).

Abstract

Kualitas sperma merupakan salah satu faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program bayi tabung. Parameter pemeriksaan sperma yang meliputi konsentrasi, motilitas dan morfologi telah diketahui memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan fertilization rate dan cleavage rate. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas sperma dengan fertilization rate dan cleavage rate pada pasien yang menjalani program bayi tabung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Melati RSAB Harapan Kita sebagai pusat pelayanan infertilitas pertama di Indonesia yang dilakukan dari bulan Januari hingga Desember 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Cross Sectional. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan uji statistik Chi Square serta analisis deskriptif. Data kualitas sperma dianalisis menggunakan kriteria World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2010 yang meliputi konsentrasi, motilitas dan morfologi sperma. Fertilization rate ditentukan berdasarkan persentase sel telur yang terbuahi, sementara cleavage rate diukur berdasarkan persentase embrio yang berhasil membelah setelah fertilisasi. Hasil analisis statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara kualitas sperma yang meliputi konsentrasi, motilitas dan morfologi sperma dengan fertilization rate dan cleavage rate. Hal ini disebabkan karena penggunaan prosedur Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) yaitu penyuntikan sel telur dengan sel sperma yang dilakukan di RSAB Harapan Kita. Rekomendasi lebih lanjut adalah dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor lainnya yang berhubungan dengan fertilization rate dan cleavage rate selain kualitas sperma.

Abstract

Biodiesel is an environmentally friendly fuel made from oil vegetables that contain triglycerides. Biodiesel from avocado seed vegetable oil in Indonesian agricultural areas which according to BPS 2022 data, Indonesia produces 183,000 tons of avocados per year. This research aims to gained the effect of adding reaction temperature and Oil : Methanol ratio influence on biodiesel production. The avocado seed oil obtained by soxhlet extraction method, where 50 gram avocado seeds powder extracted with n-hexane solvent in 1 hour extraction time and 60℃ temperature giving result 10% yield of avocado seed oil . The CaO catalyst are obtained from Calcination procees of blood cockle shells in 900℃ temperature and 4 hours calcination time giving 98.82% CaO Cotent. The biodiesel is produces with 97% methanol reactant and 98.82% CaO catalyst in various methanol volume (30; 40; 50; 60; and 70 ml) and under different temperature conditions (30; 40, 50, 60, and 70 ℃). The best result of transesterification process biodiesel is obtained in 50℃ and 40ml methanol gets biodiesel yield of 96%, methyl ester content of 99.83%,  density of 865 gr/cm3, viscosity of 2.5 cSt  , mgKOH/gr acid number of 0.56 of, and heating value of 9871.6 kcal/kg. Based on the high result of methyl ester content and heating value of biodiesel obtained from the procees, the avocado seed oil biodiesel potentially used as an sustainable energy.

Abstract

The separation of radioactive and rare earth mineral carried out in PLUTHO produces waste that still contains thorium and uranium. The resulting waste requires further processing to be environmentally friendly. The purpose of study is to reduce thorium content and radioactivity in liquid waste of PLUTHO monazite treatment process using ferro sulphate coagulant. PLUTHO Pilot Plant is one of facility that built to dissociate uranium, thorium and light rare earth from mineral of monazite. Variations of treatments applied in the research are coagulant dosage and pH. Thorium content is measured by Spectrophotometer UV-Vis method, whereas radioactivity is measured by radiation counting meter Ludlum Model 1000 Scaler. The result shows that the optimum condition of coagulation is in pH 8,0 with concentration of ferro sulphate 225 mg/L which may reduce thorium content up to 45,20 % and reduce radioactivity to 100 % out of its initial thorium content and radioactivity as much as 0,73 mg/L and 1,35 Bq/g, respectively.

Abstract

This study aims to examine financial management in Islamic religious education through a library research method, utilizing various relevant sources such as books, journal articles, and previous research findings. A descriptive qualitative analysis was employed to explore the principles and implementation of effective financial management in Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that financial management in Islamic education should be based on Islamic values such as trustworthiness, transparency, accountability, justice, efficiency, and effectiveness, which serve as the foundation for a professional, accountable, and worship-oriented financial system. The financial management process includes planning, organizing, budget implementation, as well as supervision and evaluation, all of which aim to ensure the effective and efficient use of funds to improve the quality of education. Applying these principles enables educational institutions to establish sustainable financial governance, strengthen public trust, and support the comprehensive achievement of the vision and mission of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study focuses on the synthesis and performance evaluation of silica membranes supported on ?-–alumina flat disks for bio–CNG (CO2/CH4) purification. The membranes were fabricated via a sol–gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the silica precursor and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as the templating agent. CTAB concentrations were varied from 0.01 to 0.09 M, while drying temperatures ranged from 80 to 120 °C. Characterisation through SEM–EDX, XRD, and gas permeation tests revealed that an increase in CTAB concentration produced a more uniform pore structure and enhanced CH4 flux. However, excessive CTAB led to over–templating, resulting in microcracks. The optimal membrane was obtained at 0.05 M CTAB and a drying temperature of 105 °C, yielding a separation factor (?- = 2.14) with stable structural integrity. Gas transport was dominated by Knudsen diffusion, favouring CH4 over CO2, with an experimental CH2/CO4 selectivity (?- = 3.21) exceeding the theoretical Knudsen value (1.66). This indicates that, in addition to Knudsen flow, microstructural factors such as pore interconnectivity and partial defects contributed to CH4 transport through the silica membrane. These findings indicate that silica membranes synthesised under optimised sol–gel conditions exhibit strong potential for efficient bio–CNG upgrading, supporting renewable, low–carbon energy applications.
