Abstract

Catering is a business engaged in food services, this business serves food for weddings and other parties on a large and small scale, with the development of culinary business activities in Lampung, catering is one of the businesses thatbenefit for now, therefore this business requires Relationship marketing to build long-term relationships with customers. This study aims to determine the effect of Relationship marketing and product quality on customer satisfaction in South Lampung Kencana Catering, This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection instrument uses the distribution of questionnaires to Catering Kencana customers. The population in this study is all Kencana Catering customers in 2022, the research sample used in this study amounted to 44 people using the saturated sample technique. Testing is carried out by Multiple Regression by testing classical assumptions first, then testing the hypothesis partially with Test t and simultaneously with Test f. then looking for the coefficient of determination to see how much the percentage of variance of the independent variable affects the dependent variable. The results stated that partially and simultaneously the two independent variables studied, namely Relationship marketing and product quality, had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a fairly large coefficient of determination value of 74.5% and the rest was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. Abstract

Increasingly competitive business competition makes business actors compete to get attention as a form of maintaining their business. Marketing strategy in social media is a form of marketing effort to achieve high levels of sales volume and profit. The higher level of social media users means that sales opportunities will increase, so this creates opportunities for business actors to be able to develop markets just by holding a smartphone. This is also done by home industry managers in marketing their products, as is currently being done by residents of the South Coast of Tlanakan sub-district who are active as fishermen and home industries processing fish and fish waste. The research method used is descriptive by describing existing and ongoing phenomena. Descriptive research aims to create a systematic, factual and accurate picture of the facts and characteristics of a particular research object. Home industry business owners of tuna fish paste on the south coast of Tlanakan sub-district have used digital marketing as a means of marketing their products. The social media used are Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), WhatsApp (WA). The big benefit that is most felt by the home industry players in the tuna fish paste on the south coast of Tlanakan sub-district is the intensity of direct communication with customers which is efficient and effective. ease of transactions and displaying product images via community media and information updates all the time so as to increase sales volume all the time.

Abstract

During this use Endocarp mostly produced by the oil palm plantation industry. Research is done by mixing Endocarp oil palm that has been sun-dried with maximum dry conditions along with soft clay soil with a content of Endocarp 4%, 6%, and 8%. The sample used in this study is a samples undisturbed , and samples disturbed prepared in the laboratory by mixing clay and Endocarp with a variation of the mixture used is 4%, 6%, and 8% from one bag of clay weighing 2 kg. There is a mix Endocarp the following results were obtained: equal to 1.37 gram/cm3 with a water content of 24.72% (original soil). The CBR value of the mixture Endocarp this study 4%, 6%, 8% obtained the result that the CBR value is mixed Endocarp 4% has the greatest CBR value, which is equal to 7.99% (Unsocked) and 6.69% (socked). The UCT value of the soil will increase in the presence of a mixture Endocarp until mixed Endocarp added by 4% and the UCT value will decrease after the mixture Endocarp above 8% fiber content, maximum UCT value is produced in the mixture Endocarp 4% with a qu value of 0.9295 kg/cm2. The value of the soil shear resistance (su) on the test Vane Shear Test continued to improvement in the mixture Endocarp as much as 4% worth 92 kPa (25 blow condition).

Abstract

The promotion of tourism through guidebooks stands as a pivotal marketing strategy to entice visitors to their desired destinations. However, a considerable number of tourism books fall short due to inadequacies in adhering to the language of tourism (LoT) criteria. Among the essential functions within tourism discourse is the directive function, with a specific focus on imperative verbs. This study employs a corpus-based approach to identify and classify imperative verbs in the Three Sixty Guide Bali, according to their functions in the guidebook. The imperative verbs are categorized for various purposes, including food attractions, health services, sports activities, retreats, zoo visits, shows, and party recommendations. The analysis reveals approximately 94 verbs serving directive functions in the guidebook, imbued with persuasive nuances aimed at captivating readers and transforming them into potential customers. These findings offer valuable insights for tourism guidebook writers and website developers, facilitating the creation of persuasive and compelling guides that assure prospective tourists of the services, amenities, and experiences awaiting them.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a collection of symptoms in a person caused by an increase in blood glucose levels due to decreased insulin secretion. To overcome the instability of blood glucose levels can be through two ways, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. One of the non-pharmacological techniques is relaxation that can stabilize blood glucose levels, the type of relaxation therapy that has high effectiveness in reducing blood sugar levels is progressive muscle relaxation therapy. This research design is a type of descriptive observational research in the form of a case report. The research time was from May 15 to June 3, 2023. The population of this study were all male patients with DM who were admitted to the Interne room in Padang Hospital. The sample amounted to 2 people taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interview methods, physical examination and observation of DM patients with blood sugar checks for the application of progressive muscle relaxation therapy to stabilize blood glucose levels. The evaluation results of the intervention given to patients showed the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy in stabilizing the blood glucose levels of Diabetes Mellitus patients in the Male Interne room of in Hospital.  The suggestion of this study is that progressive muscle relaxation techniques can be considered to be an alternative non-pharmacological intervention that can be done by nurses to reduce blood glucose levels of patients with Type 2 DM.

Abstract

Desa Kampung Panjang memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah dikarenakan letak desa ini berada dialiran Sungai Kampar. Sebahagian besar mata pencaharian Masyarakat desa adalah Bertani, namun sebahagian bermata pencaharian sebagai petani keramba. Desa Kampung Panjang dapat memproduksi sebesar 72,74 ton pertahunnya, maka hal ini dinilai bahwa Desa Kampung Panjang berpotensi sumber ikannya yang sangat banyak. Desa Kampung Panjang membentuk kelompok untuk budidaya Ikan Lomak (Ikan air tawar Sungai Kampar). Usaha ini sukses dengan panen perdana yang menghasilkan 1,7 Ton perkeramba ikan lomak. Oleh karena potensi ikan lomak yang melimpah maka sebaiknya dibuat kerajinan ikan lomak yang salah satunya adalah bakso ikan lomak untuk meningkatkan pendapatan Ibu-ibu PKK Kampung Panjang. Pengabidan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yatiu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metoda yang dilakukan dengan metoda presentasi dan sosialisasi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktek dan pendampingan. dan yang terakhir dengan melakukan evaluasi. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, hal ini terlihat dari respon Apartur desa dan Ibu-ibu PKK. Kedepannya diharapkan pengabdian ini tetap berlanjut serta adanya perhatian dari pemerintah setempat

Abstract

This research aims to develop a science learning model based on Integral Islam and Science on addictive substance material that is valid and practical. This type of research is development research with a 4D model consisting of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The research population is students of MTS Negeri 4 Kerinci and research samples for class VIII MTs Negeri 4 Kerinci. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. Data analysis in this research is a test of validity and practicality. The results of the research concluded: 1) The Islamic and Science-based science module on addictive substance material was validated by media experts with a final percentage of 83% in the very valid category, validation of the material with a final percentage of 85% in the very valid category and validation of the language aspect obtained a percentage of 88 % in the very valid categor..

Abstract

The chemical reaction of cement and water produces compounds that are alkaline and react with various acids so that they can reduce the quality of concrete. To minimize this effect, pozzolanic materials need to be added. Organic pozzolan materials such as coffee shell ash waste can be used as material for making lightweight foam concrete which can be applied to non-structural buildings such as lightweight bricks. This research was conducted to see the effect of coffee shell ash substitution for cement on the properties of fresh concrete and the mechanical properties of lightweight foam concrete and to find the most optimal substitution composition for coffee shell ash for cement as well as lightweight foam concrete with FAS 0.5. Substitution of coffee shell ash for cement weight was carried out with variations of 0% BBN, 5% BBAAK1, 10% BBAAK2, and 15% BBAAK3 using 1% superplasticizer additive. The test object used is a cylinder with dimensions of 15 cm x 30 cm. The number of test objects used was 24 pieces. Tests for compressive strength and split tensile strength were carried out at the age of 28 days. The results of compressive strength tests carried out at 28 days for the lightweight foam concrete variations BBN, BBAAK 1, BBAAK 2 and BBAAK 3 were respectively 15.29 MPa, 12.21 MPa, 18.29 MPa and 19.52 MPa. The greater showing variation in the percentage of coffee shell ash substitution used, the greater the resulting compressive strength and split tensile strength values. Abstract

Notarial deed as an authentic deed has an important function in the life of society. The need for authentication in writing, in the form of an authentic deed is increasing in line with the growing demand for legal certainty which is one of the principles of the state of law. Notarial deed is the perfect tool of verification so as to ensure legal certainty, but in recent times it often used as a tool to commit crimes of fraud or other crimes. The results show that the deed of agreementmade in front of the notary can serve as a means to commit fraud criminal acts. For example, a deed made without the presence of complete parties, unclear object of the agreement and contains an unlawful causa element in the agreement which would potentially cause harm to either party in terms of misusing of the deed. The use of notarial deed as a tool for committing fraud crimes is a development of the modus operandi of crime by taking refuge behind thesanctity of the agreement, meaning that it is nothing other than to be protected from criminal penalties. A notary may be held accountable for crimes of fraud committed by another person by using the deed of agreement made in front of him as a tool of fraud crime. Certainly, with a note that a notary has issued a deed which he knows contains legal defects and then the deed is used by others as a tool of fraud crime, the act is included in the qualification of crime aids(medeplichtigheid).

Abstract

اعتمادا على ملاحظة الباحثة فيMIN 8 Banda Aceh أن بعض التلاميذ لم يفهموا في تدريس اللغة العربية. المعلم لم يستخدم طريقة المنسبة في تدريس اللغة العربية. واما أهداف البحث التعرف على كيفية عملية المعلم والتلاميذ في تطبيق طريقة Fun Learning أثناء تدريس اللغة العربية بـ MIN 8 Banda Aceh والتعرف على فعالية استخدام تطبيق طريقة Fun Learning في تدريس اللغة العربية، وأما منهج البحث الذي تستخدم الباحثة في هذه المدرسة فهو المنهج التجريبي بتصميم التهيدية (One Group Pretest Posttest). ولجميع البيانات استعملت الباحثة بالإختبار القبلي والبعدي كأدوات البحث. وأما نتائج عملية المعلم والتلاميذ في تطبيق طريقة Fun Learning أثناء تدريس اللغة العربية بـ MIN 8 Banda Aceh ممتزة، بالنتيجة المحصولة المعلمة هي 97،5%.ونتيجة المحصولة للمللاحظة التلاميذ هي 96،4%. أن تطبيق طريقةfun learning فعال في تدريس اللغة العربية أن تطبيق طريقة Fun Learning فعالية في تدريس اللغة العربية، كما يتضح من نتيجة الإختبار الاختبار- ت (Uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank) Asymp Sig.(2-tailed)0،00 وهي أصغر من نتيجة الدلالة 0،05.
