Abstract

Abstract. Mathematical traffic flow model was first developed by Lighthill, Whitham and Richards in 1956, known as (LWR) model. In LWR model, velocity function was most important. In this paper, Underwood velocity function was used. Implicit finite difference method used to found the numerical solution of LWR model with Underwood velocity model. Convergence the implicit finite difference method proved using the Lax equivalence theorem. The numerical simulation of 10 km highway of single lane was performed for 1 hours using the implicit finite difference method based on artificially generated initial and boundary data. Numerical simulation performed with two different parameters. An experimental result for the stability condition of the numerical scheme was also presented. Density, velocity, and fluks for 1 hours was experimental result of numerical simulation.

Abstract

Background: Population growth has led to an increase in the participation rate of rice consumption. This has led to constant pressure on the limits of food supply. Meanwhile, the uneven distribution of food causes food inequality in local areas. These conditions will cause some regions in Indonesia not to achieve food security, even though food availability is sufficient, if people's food access is not good and food utilization is not in accordance with the rules of balanced and safe nutritious food consumption, then the area cannot be categorized as achieving food security. Drylands have great potential and role in supporting national food availability. Food security at the national or regional level does not automatically guarantee the achievement of food security at the household level.Purpose: This study aims to 1) assess the level of food security of dryland farmer households and 2) analyze the factors affecting the food security of dryland farmer households in the Selo Subdistrict. Design/methodology/approach: Sampling was done by simple random sampling from a sample frame of dryland farmer groups totaling 100 respondents. Household food security was analyzed using the Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES) indicator. The factors influencing household food security were analyzed using binary logistic regression. Findings/Result: The prevalence rate of moderate food insecurity is 10.74% of total households in the Selo Subdistrict. Farmer households in the Selo Subdistrict experiencing moderate food insecurity is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately. Although the prevalence rate is relatively small, the actual number is relatively large. The prevalence rate of severe food insecurity in the Selo Subdistrict is 0.00% of total households. The food security status shows that most households in Selo Sub-district fall into the food security category with the majority of households being food producers. Factors that significantly influence the food security status of dryland farming households in the Selo Subdistrict are the length of education of the household head, the number of household members, the ratio of expenditure on rice, and the total household income.Conclusion: The prevalence value of the moderate food insecurity category amounted to 10,74%. The most significant factor is the ratio of household expenditure on rice with an Exp (B) value or odds ratio of 401,150.611. The unstable price of rice has led most households to reduce the amount of rice purchased.Originality/value (State of the art): This study explains that dryland farmer households still have a moderate food insecurity category, although the number is small but must be considered. The rice expenditure ratio is an important factor in influencing food security status which has implications for more optimized government policies. Abstract

The tourism industry holds significant potential for supporting local economic growth, particularly in tourist areas like Kota Pari Pantai Cermin, where SMEs play a crucial role. However, the rapid growth of this industry brings challenges related to environmental and sustainability issues. Green marketing has become a key strategy to meet changing consumer preferences for environmentally friendly products. Enhancing employee environmental awareness is also vital to improving sustainability in this sector. This study aims to analyze the impact of green marketing and employee environmental awareness on the sustainability of tourism SMEs in Kota Pari Pantai Cermin, utilizing an associative method with 100 respondents from tourism SMEs that developed between 2022 and 2023. The results show that employee environmental awareness, SME competitiveness, and tourism industry development significantly influence SME sustainability. Recommendations from this study include increased environmental training for employees and support for environmental initiatives from SME owners. This research is expected to provide insights for sustainable policy development that supports both environmental and economic sustainability at the local level.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang manajemen pemasaran produk jasa keuangan perbankan yang beretika sesuai dengan prinsip dan nilai-nilai Islam. Tulisan ini dibagi kepada beberapa bagian, pertama: menjelaskan tentang apa yang dimaksud dengan pemasaran, ruang lingkup serta pentingnya pemasaran dalam bisnis. Bagian kedua: membahas bagaimana etika manajemen pemasaran dalam Islam, bagian ketiga menerangkan apa saja yang menjadi perbedaan antara pemasaran syariah dan konvensional. Pembahasan terakhir adalah tentang bagaimana etika dan nilai Islam diaplikasikan dalam manajemen pemasaran produk jasa perbankan. Ada beberapa hal yang menjadi catatan dalam pembahasan artikel ini, praktik penerapan etika dalam perusahaan perbankan akan selalu menguntungkan perusahaan baik jangka menengah maupun jangka panjang. Selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan motivasi kru, melindungi prinsip kebebasan berniaga serta meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Keseluruhan manajemen strategi yang telah dibuat berlandaskan etika akan berjalan sukses, sesuai dengan rencana, apabila para pihak marketing secara konsisten menjalankan strategi yang dijalankan, dan melakukan review terhadap strategi pemasaran yang telah dijalankan apabila tidak berhasil dalam usaha.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPrevention and educational efforts continue to be carried out increase knowladge, alertness, and anticipation ogf sexual harrasment. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge, the school environment, peers, and the role of parent to the prevention of sexual harassment in adolescents at SMP Negeri 2 Wih Pesam. The research method used cross sectional, the population of 194 people, and teh samples of 65 people. Using simple random sampling. Data analysing using Chi-square test. The result of Chi-square test correlation analysis was obtained signification knowladge value of 0,043 <0.05, the school environment of 0.051<0,05, peers of 0.039 <0,05, and the role of parent of 0.009 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, peers, and the role of parents in the prevention of sexual harrasment and there is no relationship between the school environment to prevention of sexual harassment in adolescents at SMP Negeri 2 Wih Pesam. It is expected that parent and the school environment can provide clear and correct education and fo instumentas in perventing sexual harrasment and positive associations can avoid sexual harrasment.Keywords : knowledge, the school environment, peers, the role of parents, prevention of sexual harassment

Abstract

The development of information technology and the internet has changed consumers’ behavior in buying and selling transactions. This causes the online buying and selling business to grow rapidly. We can find this online buying and selling activity in various media such as social media platforms and online shop websites. However, most of the payment systems are though bank transfer system and then confirmation of proof of payment, which is arguably not safe and efficient. This is impractical and vulnerable from a security point of view, especially if payments are made online. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based online store application by implementing a payment gateway system for safer and more efficient payment transactions. The method used in this study is the waterfall method with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The result of this study is the design of an online store application that has been equipped with online payment services using the Midtrans payment gateway. This system provides transaction security for customers and can make it easier for buyers to make online payments when placing orders for products because with the payment gateway system, there are more choices of payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, electronic wallets (GoPay), or Indomaret and Alfamart, and many more. In addition, this research is also expected to contribute to online buying and selling businesses, especially the development of better online shop applications and provide inspiration for the public to start innovate in promoting their business products.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Education by using the Student Recap Learning Strategy. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data of this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to improve student learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that Learning with the Student Recap Learning Strategy can improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of completeness of improving student learning outcomes in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 44.56%, the first cycle 75.57% and in the second cycle increased to 89.77%. Thus, the use of the Student Recap Learning Strategy can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data for this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that the Discussion Method can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 40.89%, the first cycle 68.87% and in the second cycle increased to 90.32%. Thus, the Discussion Method can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is elementary school students. The data of this study was obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze the learning activities of teachers and students. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with research success indicators. The results of the study show that problem-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completeness in each cycle with a breakdown of 40.19% in the pre-cycle, 65.37% in the first cycle and 89.52% in the second cycle. Thus, the use of problem-based learning can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning

Abstract

Pengelolaan dana desa merupakan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan yang dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan, sampai dengan tahap pertanggungjawaban dana desa yang dilakukan selama 1 tahun anggaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh tingkat pengelolaan dana desa terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Rappoa Kecamatan Pa’jukukang Kabupaten Bantaeng. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 responden yang diambil dari masyarakat desa Rappoa. Data yang diperoleh adalah data primer yang merupakan hasil dari jawaban responden atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengelolaan dana desa terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Hal tersebut dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil uji T, perhitungan uji ????hitung sebesar 5,602 sedangkan pada ????tabel adalah 1,661 pada taraf signifikan < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dana desa berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dan berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh dana desa menjelaskan 25,9% dari variabel kepuasan masyarakat
