Abstract

Indonesia trades ten groups of wood in the Asia-Pacific region. Many forest industry problems occur during trade. Competition and interdependence in trade are research objectives. The research secondary data source is taken from UN Comtrade 2011-2021 and analyzed using the Export Similarity Index (ESI), Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Trade Complementarity Index (TCI), and Intra-Industry Trade (IIT) methods. The research results show that the wood export trade between Indonesia and competing countries competes weakly with each other in the six partner countries. Indonesia is competitive in the products SITC 245 (fuel wood (excluding wood waste) and wood charcoal), SITC 248 (wood, simply worked, and railway sleepers of wood), SITC 251 (pulp and waste paper), SITC 634 (veneers, plywood, particle board, and other wood, worked, n.e.s.), SITC 635 (wood manufactures, n.e.s.), and SITC 641 (paper and paperboard). On the other hand, Indonesia and partner countries almost complement each other as trading partners in terms of exports and imports of wood. However, the integration of Indonesian wood trade with partner countries is considered weak. Products SITC 248 (wood, simply worked, and railway sleepers of wood), SITC 251 (pulp and waste paper), SITC 641 (paper and paperboard), and SITC 642 (paper and paperboard, cut to size or shape, and articles of paper or paperboard) are several product industries that have led to intra-industry trade. Policy recommendations are to utilize resources optimally, develop the wood processing industry to produce finished wood products, and improve the quality and standards of wood products in accordance with policies in trade cooperation.

Abstract

With the development of industrial technology, this requires students to continue to adapt to keep up with technological developments. The increasing use of internet technology is not only popular among students but also in various agencies in the world of work. At a basic level, understanding network installation and configuration is one of the competencies taught in the Informatics and networking department at Vocational High Schools (SMK). The existence of network technology causes many conveniences including students being able to share resources such as scanners, printers, hard disks and others by simply connecting to the network. There are so many benefits that will be obtained by students by mastering skills in the field of network technology. This is one of the reasons for conducting training to improve student competence in the field of network installation and configuration. The method applied in this training activity is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) where this method is an approach used in community development that focuses on the active participation of the community in the learning and decision-making process. The results of this activity are expected to have a positive impact on the competence of students at SMKs NWDI Wanasaba in the field of computer network technology so as to increase student confidence in facing school competency exams.

Abstract

The limited availability of land and the high price of land make it difficult for the government to carry out sectoral development. To overcome this problem, the government has established a special agency (sui generis) in 2021, the Indonesia Land Bank Authority. The purpose of this study is to conduct a study of the regulations and legal entities that manage the provision of land using the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) research method. The scope of the study is limited to regulations and institutions related to land provision management, namely Perumnas, BP Batam, Land Bank Agency and Private Enterprises. The results show the limited role of the Ministry of ATR/BPN and the suboptimal role of various forms of institutions as state land managers in managing land supply, especially in relation to overlapping land acquisition functions in existing agencies. In conclusion, this research proposes a policy that the only appropriate institution as the State Land Manager is the Land Bank Agency due to its specificity (sui generis), which can flexibly carry out public and private interests in land supply management. However, in its implementation, this agency needs regulatory support to effectively become the state land manager, namely through a one-door policy for the government's land acquisition function. The diversification value of processed cocoa exports in RCEP member countries is lower than that in non-member countries. However, after the implementation period of the agreement in 2023, there are differences in export decisions of member countries. Conclusion: The RCEP trade agreement implementation positively and significantly affected the value and volume of Indonesian processed cocoa exports in the international market but had no impact on diversification.Originality/value (State of the art): This study focuses on the impact of the RCEP on Indonesia's processed cocoa export performance. This study uses 25 central destination countries for processed cocoa exports, with 10 countries in the treatment group and 15 in the control group. Abstract

Technology literacy training and typing skill development constitute a strategic initiative in preparing students to face the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK), particularly at SDN 1 Surabaya Utara, Sakra Timur District. Rapid technological advancement requires students not only to master academic content but also to possess fundamental competencies in using computer technology. In practice, however, a number of elementary school students still demonstrate limited familiarity with computers, both in terms of hardware recognition and basic operational skills. The training program discussed in this article was designed as a short, practical intervention encompassing an introduction to basic computer hardware—such as monitors, keyboards, mice, and CPUs—as well as typing exercises emphasizing correct spelling and writing conventions. The program was implemented through a gradual and interactive approach, allowing students to engage in hands-on practice. This method aimed to build students’ confidence in operating computers while simultaneously improving their typing accuracy and speed. The results indicate that the training program led to a significant improvement in students’ typing abilities and their understanding of basic computer technology. Students became more accustomed to using computer devices and demonstrated increased readiness to participate in ANBK. Therefore, technology literacy and typing skills training can be considered an effective supporting strategy for enhancing elementary school students’ preparedness to meet the demands of modern, technology-based learning and assessment environments
