Abstract

Local wisdom includes the outlook on life, knowledge, and life strategies implemented by the community in meeting their needs. Activities that reflect local wisdom include religious practices, culture, and customs. There are many variations of local wisdom in Indonesia because the people consist of various tribes and cultures. One example of an area that promotes culture and introduces history and philosophy through activities is Banjarnegara Regency, especially in the Dieng Highlands. In this area, an annual cultural festival known as Dieng Culture Festival is held, which showcases various arts and cultures. Cultural festivals such as Dieng Culture Festival are a good way to promote local wisdom, because they can attract the attention of people from various regions and even abroad. In addition, such activities can help local communities maintain their cultural heritage and introduce it to the younger generation. This research uses a literature review method that refers to various sources such as articles, journals, and other media. A narrative approach is used in compiling this review literature by grouping existing data and summarizing the analyzed content. This research resulted in information that Dieng, an area in Banjarnegara Regency, has an annual cultural festival known as Dieng Culture Festival. Dieng Culture Festival is an annual parade event that showcases local culture and wisdom. This event consists of several series, including: a) Jazz over the clouds and lantern festival, b) Traditional art performances, c) shadow puppet performances, d) Cultural relays, f) Dreadlocks shaving rituals, and so on.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan adalah suatu proses bagi peserta didik sebagai generasi penerus bangsa dimasa depan, yang memiliki rasa kebangsaan, dan cinta tanah air. Sehingga sumber daya manusia yang mampu bersaing di era global. Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum yang menggantikan “Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) 2006”. Salah satu standar penilaian pada kurikulum 2013 adalah penilaian autentik. Penilaian autentik merupakan suatu sistem penilaian pada kurikulum 2013 yang   komprehensif   dalam  menjelaskan   dan   menggambarkan secara detail hasil belajar siswa. Sistem penilaian ini telah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Komdo Labuan Bajo, tetapi penilaia ini masih belum terlaksana dengan sempurna. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui lebih jauh tentang pelaksanaan sistem penilaian untuk guru, serta kendala yang dihadapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan penilaian autentik serta kendala yang dialami oleh guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru diantaranya: (1) Kegiatan pelatihan dan kesempatan mengikuti seminar tentang persepsi guru terhadap penilaian autentik kurikulum 2013 yang belum merata. (2) Belum mampu mengelola waktu untuk melakukan penilaian sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum. (3) Kurang lengkap jenis penilaian yang digunakan. (4) Belum terbiasa menyusun rubrik penilaian.Kata Kunci: Penilaian autentik, kurikulum 2013, Sekolah Menengah Pertama. AbstractEducation is a process for learners as the next generation of the nation in the future, who have a sense of nationality, and love of the homeland. So that human resources are able to compete in the global era. Curriculum 2013 is a curriculum that replaces "Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) 2006". One of the assessment standards in the 2013 curriculum is authentic assessment. Authentic assessment is an assessment system in the 2013 curriculum that is comprehensive in explaining and describing in detail the student's learning outcomes. This assessment system has been implemented at Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Komdo Labuan Bajo, but this assessment is still not implemented perfectly. Therefore, researchers want to know more about the implementation of the assessment system for teachers, as well as the obstacles they face. This study aims to describe the application of authentic assessments as well as the obstacles experienced by teachers. The results showed that the obstacles faced by teachers include: (1) Training activities and the opportunity to attend seminars on teacher perception of authentic assessment of the 2013 curriculum that has not been evenly distributed. (2) Not yet able to manage the time to conduct assessments in accordance with the demands of the curriculum. (3) Incomplete type of assessment used. (4) Not yet used to compiling assessment rubrics.Keywords: Authentic assessment, curriculum 2013, Junior High School.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan keragaman budaya dan agama, yang tercermin dalam falsafah negara Pancasila. Namun, masih banyak permasalahan dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, seperti rendahnya kualitas pendidikan, ketidak merataan akses pendidikan dan tingginya angka putus sekolah. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan pendidikan di Indonesia dapat dilakukan dengan penguatan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan. Penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam pendidikan dapat dimulai dengan memperkuat peran pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang nasionalis, religius, mandiri, kooperatif, dan demokratis. Hal tersebut dapat dicapai dengan mengembangkan kurikulum yang menekankan pada pembentukan karakter siswa berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan melibatkan seluruh komponen pendidikan seperti guru, orang tua dan masyarakat untuk memantapkan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila tersebut. Selain itu, pendidikan Indonesia dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan keterampilan para siswa. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan keterampilan siswa adalah dengan mengembangkan program pendidikan yang lebih menitikberatkan pada pembelajaran aktif, kreatif dan inovatif serta bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa berpikir kritis, kreatif dan inovatif. Hal ini dapat dicapai dengan memperkuat peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pendidikan, memberikan siswa akses ke sumber belajar yang lebih kaya lagi. Simpulannya penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan dapat menjadi langkah awal untuk meningkatkan pendidikan di Indonesia. Penghayatan nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat membentuk karakter siswa yang nasionalis, religius, mandiri, kooperatif, dan demokratis. Selain itu, kualitas pendidikan dan keterampilan peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengembangkan program pendidikan yang terfokus pada pembelajaran aktif, kreatif dan inovatif dengan penguatan peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pendidikan. Abstract

Technology and communication advancements have led in a decline in people's reading habits. It is necessary to conduct an activity that educates individuals about the benefits of family reading habits. The function of the school in fostering a reading literacy culture is not exclusive; it may be played by the community as well. The Reading House was founded with the assistance of institutional funding, corporate and religious donations, and community funds. The objective of this research is to detail numerous initiatives made by Alfata Reading House to enhance reading literacy culture. Alfata Reading House, Baroh Village, Pidie District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province. This research was done at the Alfata Reading House, Baroh Village, Pidie District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province. A qualitative descriptive study was employed to conduct this research. Data collecting methods included interviewing and observing. According to the procedures and strategies utilized for data collecting. Meanwhile, observations were made about the development of a reading literacy culture inside the Baroh Village community through the Alfata Reading House. This study made use of the following data analysis techniques: data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion drawing. The study's findings indicate that the Alfata Reading House routinely welcomes Nadhlatul Ulama schools in the Pidie area, connects with Nadhlatul Ulama branch leadership, and collaborates with parents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of students' attitudes toward hate speech on social media and the factors that influence students' attitudes toward hate speech. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method. The study population was all tenth-grade students of Nusantara Plus Senior High School, Ciputat, South Tangerang, with a sample of 70 students. The research instrument in this study was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested. Data were analyzed using normality tests and one-tailed t-tests with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 2.0. The results of the study indicate that the level of students' attitudes toward hate speech is in the very low category, with an average score of 143.21, lower than the limit value of 294. Students' attitudes toward hate speech are influenced by a conducive school environment, parental supervision, and sufficient understanding of digital communication ethics. The results of this study emphasize the important role of schools and families in preventing negative behavior on social media through digital literacy development and strengthening tolerance values.

Abstract

Self-confidence is an important aspect during senior high school. Because self-confidence is related to better academic performance, positive social involvement, and readiness to enter the workforce or higher education. However, in reality, some students feel insecure both at school and outside of school. Therefore, this research answers whether these two variables are relevant. This research aims to find out how much soft skills contribute to the development of self-confidence in students using quantitative descriptive methods at SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta from April to May 2024 involving 158 students as samples taken using simple random sampling techniques using the program SPSS version 23 as a tool for processing data. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, show that the independent variable is proven to contribute significantly to the dependent variable, which means that there is a positive contribution between students' mastery of soft skills and students' self-development, which has implications for the need to master soft skills to support the achievement of students who have strong character. It is hoped that mastery of soft skills will be supported by all parties, including teachers, schools, and parents. Keywords: confident; education; soft skill.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between the implementation of school rules and the level of student discipline. Quantitative research methods use hypothesis testing with Kendall's Tau analysis and determination correlation analysis to measure the strength and significance of the relationship. The results of the hypothesis test show that the implementation of school rules has a strong and significant correlation with the level of student discipline at SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. Kendall's Tau analysis score of 0.000, smaller than the significance level of 0.01, confirms that the relationship between school rule implementation and student discipline is significant. A closeness of 0.568 indicates that the relationship is not only significant, but also strong and positive. Regression analysis showed a correlation value (R) of 0.805, indicating a positive relationship between the implementation of school rules and student discipline. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.648 indicates that 64.8% of the variation in student discipline can be explained by the implementation of school rules. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the implementation of school rules, the higher the level of student discipline at SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. The school needs to continue to pay attention and improve the quality of the implementation of school rules to maintain and improve the level of student discipline. In addition, this research contributes in the context of fostering students character and morals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of green information technology and learning orientation as predictors of influencing teacher performance and innovative teaching governance. And to find out the role of the innovative teaching governance construct as a predictor of influencing teacher performance. The population of this research is all teaching staff at State High Schools/Vocational High Schools in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was non-probability simple random sampling with the distribution of questionnaires using google form and a completely filled out questionnaire totaling 183 teaching respondents. The analytical tool used is SEM AMOS. The results showed that there was a significant effect of green information technology and learning orientation on innovative teaching governance; green information technology and innovative teaching governance have been proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance, but learning orientation has no effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Elementary school teachers face challenges in developing teaching materials that are engaging and adaptive to students' learning needs, while the use of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) for this purpose remains limited, particularly in the ability to compose structured prompts. This community service activity focused on improving the competence of teachers at SDN Rawajati 06 Pagi in developing AI-assisted comic-based teaching materials and measuring its impact on student learning outcomes. The activity aimed to improve teachers' understanding of prompt engineering principles for producing contextual instructional comics and to evaluate its effectiveness on student learning outcomes. The methods used included a needs analysis through a pre-training questionnaire, material presentation and demonstration, hands-on practice in composing AI prompts, a post-training questionnaire, and a classroom trial of the resulting comics evaluated through a pretest-posttest design involving 21 students. The results showed significant improvement in teacher competence: the percentage of teachers able to compose structured comic prompts increased from 0% to 55.6%, the use of AI to create comics increased from 11.1% to 57.1%, and all participants (100%) expressed satisfaction with the training. At the student level, the average learning outcome score increased from 7.10 to 8.43, with an N-Gain of 0.50 (moderate category) and a paired t-test showing a significant difference (p < .001). This activity demonstrates that training in AI prompt composition for comic-based teaching materials effectively improves teachers' digital competence and positively impacts student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan zaman telah banyak mengubah tatanan kehidupan terutama pada sisi dunia pendidikan. Terlihat pada banyaknya peserta didik yang dalam kesehariannya kurang menerapkan nilai-nilai kaidah pancasila. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas unsur PPKN dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila di MTs Anwar Futuhiyyah. Studi ini menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur seperti jurnal, buku dan laporan penelitian. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas PPKN adalah kualitas pengajaran guru, pentingnya bahan ajar, dan partisipasi aktif siswa. Studi penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dan pengumpulan data berbagai informasi mengenai topik pembahasan efektifitas mata pelajaran PPKN terhadap penerapan nilai pancasila di MTS Anwar Futuhiyyah. Dalam melakukan penelitian pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari hasil literasi penulis, pengalaman penulis dan pemikiran penulis atau gagasan penulis sendiri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan supaya pembelajaran siswa dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan inofatif. Metode pengajaran yang inovatif, interaktif dan menarik dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila di sekolah.
