Abstract

The increasing digitalization of the global tourism industry has highlighted the potential of cryptocurrency to enhance transaction efficiency, promote financial inclusivity, and strengthen destination competitiveness. Mandalika, a rapidly emerging tourism hub in Indonesia, offers a unique context to explore the adoption of this technology. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility and implications of cryptocurrency integration into Mandalika’s tourism ecosystem, addressing key factors such as technological readiness, regulatory frameworks, socio-economic impacts, and adoption trends. A Cite-based Integrative Thematic Analysis (CIT) method was employed, combining bibliometric analysis and thematic synthesis to review and analyze relevant literature. The findings reveal that while cryptocurrency adoption offers significant benefits—such as reduced transaction costs and increased trust—it is hindered by challenges including regulatory ambiguity, limited digital literacy, and infrastructural gaps. This research underscores the importance of a phased implementation strategy, beginning with pilot programs and stakeholder education. By addressing these challenges strategically, Mandalika can position itself as a leader in innovative and sustainable tourism development. The study contributes to the growing discourse on cryptocurrency in emerging markets and offers actionable insights for policymakers, businesses, and researchers interested in digital transformation in tourism.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low poetry writing skills of elementary school students, which can be seen from the lack of variation in diction, minimal use of language style, and limitations in expressing ideas creatively. The aim of this research is to analyze supporting aspects in writing poetry including theme, diction, imagination, rhyme, and amana. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory qualitative design. The research subjects consisted of 20 fifth grade students. Techniques for collecting data using documentation. The data analysis technique uses semantic analysis. The research results showed that the level of students' ability to write poetry in the theme aspect obtained an average percentage of 86.25% with a very good category and the dominant types of themes used were themes about parents, school, environment and friends. The diction aspect obtained an average percentage of 85% in the good category, the rhyme aspect obtained an average percentage of 60% in the sufficient category, the imagination aspect obtained an average percentage of 46.25% in the adequate category and the words used for imagination were sight, hearing, smell, and for the mandate aspect, the average percentage was 86.25% in the very good category. The conclusion of this research is that the ability to write poetry for class V students at SDN Wonogiri is in the good category with a percentage of 72.75%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore and explore the role of fourth-grade teachers at SDN 1 Loloan in increasing motivation in thematic learning. This research was conducted in a motivator and facilitator role, ensuring students were sufficiently motivated to participate in teaching and learning activities. The teacher's role has been well-exemplified, as seen in providing motivation in various ways. They provide motivational stories and activities that can increase student enthusiasm and motivation. They provide good examples and role models for motivation for students. They communicate motivation that influences learning. They provide facilities in the form of media or learning methods and guidance to both motivated and unmotivated students. They provide praise, prizes, and grades that can increase student motivation and create individual and group competitions to stimulate enthusiasm and motivation. They also conduct assessments in terms of attitudes, behavior, and knowledge. Thus, the teacher's role is crucial in providing motivation in thematic learning activities. The impact of providing motivation is a sense of interest and enjoyment in students participating in learning activities.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop scrapbook for teaching descriptive text. This research used Model of Development. It was undertaken to develop scrapbook for teaching descriptive text. To gain the purpose, it was needed a research approach that highlights an effort to produce the teaching writing media. Therefore, in designing the model, the researcher used Research and Development approach by adapting Borg and Gall Model. The subject of this research were students of SMA Sains Plus Tahfidz Qur’an Al Ammar at the grade XI in the academic year of 2022/2023. The researcher used two data collection techniques, they were descriptive qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data and quantitative results were obtained from questionnaire validation expert, reviews of material expert and teaching media expert. The data was from the field trials obtained from the comments or responses, questionnaire result and test results. The instruments of data collection were gathered by administrating interview and distributing questionnaire to 22 respondents to get students’ needs. The mean of the questionnaire related to the materials appropriateness is 3.7. The mean value falls into “Good” category since it is in the interval 3.4 < x < 4.2. The result indicates that scrapbbok are appropriate for Grade XI of SMA students. The researcher used test to know the students’ writing skill achievement based on the media used and the test was done twice; pre-test and post-test; pre-test and post-test. Then, t-test was used to analyze the data. The result of the data above is the value of t-test was the value of t-test was higher t table (12,21 > 12,96) at the level significance 0.05 for two tailed and degree of freedom (df) = 22-2 = 20. It means that Scrapbook significantly affects the students’ writing skill achievement.

Abstract

Background: Lemon is a source of vitamin C and antioxidants which are beneficial for health. The benefits of lemon are overcoming nausea and vomiting, controlling blood pressure, overcoming digestive disorders, overcoming constipation, increasing endurance, maintaining the bone health of pregnant women and fetuses, a source of antioxidants and others. Pregnancy is a natural process for every woman. One of the inconveniences experienced by pregnant women is nausea and vomiting / emesis gravidarum. This study aims to determine the effect of lemon infusion on the intensity of emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women. Methods: Type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design using a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all Trimester I Pregnant Women who experienced Emesis Gravidarum in April 2023 totaling 30 people in the PMB Working Area of the Botania Health Center. Sampling using total sampling. The time for the research was April – May 2023 which took place at the PMB working area of the Botania Health Center. The research instrument used the PUQE 24 assessment sheet and was analyzed using Wilcoxon. Results: The results showed that the average emesis gravidarum intensity before being given lemon infusion was 11.03 and the average emesis gravidarum intensity after being given lemon infusion was 7.47. The results of the analysis with a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Conclusion: there is an effect of steeping lemon on the intensity of emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women

Abstract

Sharia investment products is considered a key determinant in shaping University Student’s Investment Decisions among Muslim investors. A comprehensive understanding of the concepts, types, and characteristics of Sharia-compliant investments can significantly influence an individual's propensity to invest in accordance with Islamic principles. The purpose of this study aims to investigating the impact of Sharia investment product knowledge and religiosity on university students' Investment Decisions, with financial literacy serving as a moderator. The present study will employ a quantitative approach using a survey method. The data collection process will involve administering the questionnaire to the purposively selected sample Students, either through an online survey or in-person distribution on campus. The hypothesis is tested using version 3.37 of the Smart PLS program. The results showed that the Product Knowledge and Religiosity variables did not affect Investment Decisions. Meanwhile, Financial Literacy affects Investment Decisions. Financial Literacy is a moderating variable that only moderates the effect of Religiosity on Investment Decisions. As for the impact of Product Knowledge on Investment Decisions, it cannot moderate the effect of Religiosity on Investment Decisions.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran Posyandu Melati 12 di Kelurahan Tanjung Sari, Kecamatan Medan Selayang, sebagai pusat pemberdayaan kesehatan dan kebidanan. Meskipun Posyandu memiliki potensi sebagai sumber informasi dan layanan kesehatan primer, perlu adanya upaya meningkatkan peranannya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait kesehatan dan kebidanan. Metode yang diterapkan melibatkan penyusunan program pelatihan bagi kader Posyandu, penyuluhan masyarakat, dan pembentukan kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait. Hasil dari pengabdian ini mencakup peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader Posyandu, serta kesadaran masyarakat terkait kesehatan dan kebidanan. Kolaborasi yang terjalin berhasil mengoptimalkan pelayanan Posyandu Melati 12 sebagai pusat informasi dan layanan kesehatan yang mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Dampak positif dari pengabdian ini melibatkan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam Posyandu Melati 12, perbaikan indikator kesehatan di Kelurahan Tanjung Sari, dan penguatan peran Posyandu dalam pemberdayaan kesehatan dan kebidanan. Simpulannya, pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, menjadikan Posyandu Melati 12 bukan hanya sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan, tetapi juga sebagai agen perubahan yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat setempat. Kesimpulan ini didasarkan pada hasil peningkatan pengetahuan kader Posyandu, kesadaran masyarakat, dan efektivitas kolaborasi dengan instansi kesehatan dan pemerintah desa. Dengan demikian, diharapkan bahwa Posyandu Melati 12 dapat terus menjadi motor penggerak perubahan positif dalam komunitasnya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, and NPM on Company Value (PBV) with Dividend Policy as mediation in raw goods companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2022 period. The data collection method is documentation study. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. A sample of 49 companies was obtained from a population of 96 companies registered in the automotive subsector over a 3 year period (2020-2022). This research data uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing prove that NPM has an influence on dividend policy, but ROA and ROE have no influence on dividend policy. ROE and NPM have an influence on company value, but ROA and dividend policy have no influence on company value. Dividend policy (DPR) can mediate the effect of ROA on company value but cannot mediate the effect of ROE and NPM on company value.

Abstract

The low economic condition of the population in Bandar Selamat Subdistrict, Medan City has caused the children there to drop out of school. This caused several local youths to take the initiative to build the Rambutan Reading House as a learning forum for children to continue receiving an education. The aim of this leadership project activity is to strengthen the reading literacy of the children of Rambutan Reading House using Pop Up Book media. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation with twenty children as research subjects. The results of this activity show the enthusiasm of the children of Rambutan Reading House in reading literacy activities using Pop Up Book media. Apart from that, they are also able to retell the contents of the story and answer all the questions correctly during quiz games

Abstract

Ekonomi hijau dan bisnis syariah merupakan dua konsep yang semakin mendapat perhatian dalam upaya mendorong bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara ekonomi hijau dan bisnis syariah, serta potensi penerapannya dalam praktik bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang mengulas berbagai referensi ilmiah bereputasi dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi hijau dan bisnis syariah memiliki keselarasan prinsip dalam mendorong bisnis yang ramah lingkungan dan beretika serta berkontribusi positif bagi masyarakat. Integrasi kedua konsep ini dapat menciptakan model bisnis yang komprehensif dan holistik. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya kesadaran, regulasi yang belum optimal, dan sumber daya yang terbatas. Sinergi dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan sangat diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan ekonomi hijau dan bisnis syariah dalam praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab.
