Abstract

Di zaman sekarang, visual seperti foto sangat penting untuk membantu sekolah menunjukkan kegiatan dan suasana belajar mereka kepada masyarakat. SD Charitas Batam sebagai salah satu sekolah dasar yang aktif, memiliki banyak kegiatan positif yang sayangnya belum terdokumentasi dengan baik secara visual. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk membantu sekolah menghasilkan foto-foto edukatif yang menggambarkan aktivitas siswa, suasana belajar, serta interaksi antarwarga sekolah. Seluruh proses dilakukan dengan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan terarah, mulai dari observasi, sesi pengambilan gambar, hingga pengelolaan foto menjadi album digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa kumpulan foto yang bisa langsung digunakan untuk keperluan promosi, dokumentasi, maupun media sosial sekolah. Dengan adanya foto-foto ini, SD Charitas Batam dapat memperkuat citra sekolah dan lebih mudah menjangkau masyarakat secara positif dan profesional.

Abstract

Kegiatan kerja praktek ini dilaksanakan di SMK Al-Azhar Batam dengan tujuan untuk membuatkan Website Sistem Ekskul dan Kalender Kesiswaan untuk SMK Al-Azhar Batam memudahkan proses terkait ekstrakulikuler dan mempublikasikan kegiatan yang ada ataupun yang akan datang kepada warga sekolah SMK Al-Azhar Batam dengan bahasa pemograman TypeScript dan framework NextJS. Serta juga menjadi salah satu kesempatan penulis untuk mengabdi kepada masyarakat dengan ilmu dan keterampilan yang telah dibelajarkan di Universitas Internasional Batam, serta meningkatkan keminatan dan keterampilan penulis dalam pembelajaran teknologi dan bidang pemograman dan memenuhi salah satu syarat kelulusan penulis dari Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Internasional Batam dengan bentuk kegiatan Kerja Praktek. Abstract

Kegiatan kerja praktek yang dilaksanakan di KOPKAR Batamas Megah dengan tujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem POS untuk KOPKAR Batamas Megah yang dapat memudahkan proses terkait manajemen transaksi penjualan , dan inventory barang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman TypeScript dan framework NextJS. Serta juga menjadi salah satu kesempatan penulis untuk mengabdi kepada masyarakat dengan ilmu dan keterampilan yang telah dibelajarkan di Universitas Internasional Batam, serta meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan penulis dalam pembelajaran di bidang teknologi dan bidang pemograman . Kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat memenuhi salah satu syarat kelulusan penulis dari Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Internasional Batam dengan bentuk kegiatan Kerja Praktek.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement the front end of a company profile website for PT Sarana Bangun Sejati as a digital platform to enhance its corporate image and business communication in the digital era. The development process involved needs analysis, user interface design using HTML, CSS with the Bootstrap 5 framework, JavaScript, and PHP, and applied the Agile Scrum methodology consisting of three weekly sprints. The website is designed to be responsive and compatible across various devices, with a page structure that includes Home, About Us, Products, Projects, Gallery, and Contact. The final outcome of this project is a fully functional website that serves as an official digital communication and promotional medium, supporting the company's online presence and enhancing public trust.

Abstract

Kegiatan kerja praktik dilaksanakan di PT. Heshun Manajemen Indonesia dengan fokus utama  meningkatkan konten media sosial Heshun Cuisine. Ruang lingkup kegiatan mencakup perancangan dan implementasi konten media sosial pada platform TikTok yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness Heshun Cuisine. Aktivitas yang dilakukan meliputi analisis kebutuhan konten, wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, penyusunan kalender konten, produksi video pendek yang mengikuti tren, hingga publikasi dan evaluasi performa konten menggunakan TikTok Analytics. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan pengguna dan konsistensi dalam strategi komunikasi media sosial perusahaan. Penerapan strategi ini juga membantu memperkuat identitas visual Heshun Cuisine dan menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas secara efektif.

Abstract

This project aims to design and implement a professional teacher profile photo session at SD Charitas Batam, as part of enhancing teacher identity and the school’s image in the digital era. Based on observations and interviews with the school, it was found that most teachers did not have standardized and high-quality profile photos. Therefore, a visual concept was planned, followed by a structured photoshoot and photo editing process focused on producing professional, neat, and representative portraits. The final photos were used for administrative purposes, school websites, social media, and other official publications. The results showed that teachers now have more consistent visual identities, contributing to the branding of SD Charitas Batam as a modern and credible educational institution.

Abstract

As data complexity increases, Tableau-based data visualization dashboards play an important role in simplifying information and improving understanding for decision makers. This study uses a mixed methods approach by combining quantitative data from 154 questionnaire respondents and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with five informants from various industrial sectors. Statistical analysis using SmartPLS shows that ease of data comprehension has a significant effect on efficiency (coefficient = 0.703) and decision-making accuracy (coefficient = 0.566), while Tableau dashboard visualization has a positive but more moderate effect (coefficient = 0.207). Qualitative results reinforce these findings, where the application of interactive dashboards has been proven to accelerate the analysis process, reduce interpretation errors, and improve communication between departments within the organization. In addition, real-time data access helps decision makers obtain information more quickly and reliably. However, there are still challenges in implementing data visualization, particularly limitations in digital literacy and technological infrastructure. Therefore, effective data visualization integration needs to be accompanied by technical training and user competency improvement in order to optimize its benefits in the modern industrial era. The results of this study provide practical implications for industry in improving operational performance and the quality of data-based decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of the MyPertamina application in Batam City using the UTAUT2 model approach and the IS Success Model. This research model includes variables such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, facilitating conditions, information quality, system quality, service quality, behavioral intention, user satisfaction, and use behavior. Data were collected from 177 respondents who used the MyPertamina application in Batam City and analyzed using the PLS-SEM and SEM (Amos) methods. The results showed that factors such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, supporting conditions, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and behavioral intention had a significant influence on the acceptance of the MyPertamina application. In contrast, hedonic motivation and system quality did not show a significant influence. This study provides important insights into the factors that influence the acceptance of technology-based applications and provides recommendations for the development of similar applications in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse and compare the accuracy of rice productivity prediction using Multi-Layer Perceptron  Regressor (MLPRegressor) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) models. The data used comes from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) for the period 2018-2023, covering rice productivity from 34 provinces in Indonesia. The study employed six different architectural models for each model, with training data using the 2018-2020 period and testing data for 2021-2023. The results show that the LSTM model with 2-42-42-42-1 architecture achieved the highest accuracy rate of 94.12% with MSE 0.00305660, while the MLPRegressor model with 2-22-1 architecture achieved 91.18% accuracy with MSE 0.00471975. These results indicate that LSTM performs slightly better in predicting rice productivity, which can be used as a reference for agricultural planning and food policy in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation of public administration has led to the adoption of (B) Natural Language Processing (NLP)-powered chatbots to enhance the accessibility, efficiency, and responsiveness of (O) e-government services. However, despite their increasing deployment, many government chatbots still struggle with intent recognition, response accuracy, multilingual processing, and user engagement, limiting their effectiveness. This study investigates (M) the role of NLP in improving chatbot performance within e-government services by evaluating four case studies: Ask Jamie (Singapore), UK Government Digital Assistant, MyGov Corona Helpdesk (India), and Gov.sg Chatbot. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research assesses chatbot effectiveness based on accuracy, response time, query resolution rate, and user satisfaction metrics. The findings indicate that (R) NLP-driven chatbots significantly outperform rule-based systems, with higher accuracy (up to 89%), faster response times (~2.1 seconds), and improved query resolution rates (92%), demonstrating their capacity to automate public service delivery efficiently. However, key challenges remain, including bias in NLP models, data privacy concerns, and the difficulty of integrating NLP chatbots into legacy IT infrastructures. Additionally, multilingual processing remains a limitation, affecting inclusivity for diverse populations. To overcome these challenges, this study proposes advancements in adaptive NLP models, real-time learning algorithms, ethical AI frameworks, and blockchain-based security solutions to ensure fair, secure, and transparent chatbot interactions in digital governance. These findings contribute to the growing body of research on AI-driven public service automation and highlight the potential of NLP to enhance (C) citizen-government interactions, reduce administrative burdens, and improve trust in e-government platforms. Future research should focus on bias mitigation, improving multilingual NLP capabilities, and integrating AI ethics into chatbot governance frameworks to ensure sustainable, scalable, and citizen-centric e-government chatbot solutions.
