Abstract

The opinion on whether or not it is permissible to replace sacrificial animals with an amount of money equivalent to the sacrificial animal has emerged as a contemporary fiqh issue caused by the condition of society. The practice of sacrificing in this way is considered more beneficial and has many benefits for the Muslim community itself, especially in unstable economic conditions. At first glance, this opinion is an alternative and very responsive to the problems that occur. However, there is not a single argument, either in the verses of the Qur'an or the hadith of the Prophet, as well as the consensus of scholars and the MUI fatwa, which states that replacing sacrificial animals with money is permissible. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach, namely by searching for and making library materials the main source by writing, reviewing, and reducing books, scientific works, books of scholars and other literature related to the evidence for sacrifice. The results of this study indicate that based on a review of the MUI fatwa Number 37 of 2019 concerning the Preservation and Distribution of Processed Qurban Meat, and the ijma' of scholars of the four schools of thought and supporting evidence, it was decided that replacing sacrificial animals with money is not permitted because the essence of qurban is iraqah ad-dam, namely (slaughter).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Kauny Quantum Memory method in improving the ability to memorize and understand the Qur'an at SD Islam Imam Syafi'i Kisaran and SDS IT Ar-Roja Kisaran. The Kauny Quantum Memory method emphasizes an approach based on relaxation, visualization, and memory binding techniques to make it easier for students to memorize and understand the meaning of the Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative method with a multi-site study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of tahfiz teachers, students, and other related parties. The results of the study showed that the application of the Kauny Quantum Memory method had a positive impact on students' memorization and understanding. The implementation of this method is carried out through several stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. This study concludes that the Kauny Quantum Memory method is effective in improving students' memorization and understanding of the Qur'an and contributes to the development of more innovative tahfiz learning methods.

Abstract

Religious Moderation that provides a comprehensive perspective on moderation in the Indonesian context. M. Quraish Shihab’s activeness in writing tafsir works and his moderate attitude in responding to differences among Muslims are added values. This study aims to understand his views on religious moderation and how these values ​​can be applied in education to create harmony amidst diversity. This study uses the library research method, where researchers collect various relevant literature.Religious moderation education is a systematic and holistic process in instilling balanced, inclusive, and contextual Islamic values, which aims to form a tolerant, critical, and humanity-oriented Muslim personality through the integration of prophetic values, rational and spiritual balance, and peaceful national commitment in a pluralistic society. The application of prophetic education in religious moderation, which includes three main values: humanization, liberation, and transcendence. These values ​​are very important in Islamic education because they are able to create individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have high social and spiritual awareness. Yusuf Al-Qaradhawi defines justice as the peak of moderation, which must be realized in the social and educational systems. Meanwhile, M. Quraish Shihab emphasized that Islam recognizes the needs of humanity and spirituality in a balanced manner. Then the definition of religious moderation education was found which was formulated from several indicators above through the analysis of the two books Kalimat fi al-Wasathiyyah wa Ma’alimuha and Wasathiyah: Islamic insight into religious moderation, namely, “Religious moderation education is a systematic and holistic process in instilling balanced, inclusive, and contextual Islamic values, which aims to form a Muslim personality that is tolerant, critical, and oriented towards humanity.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the role of the Muhammadiyah Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah Institution (LAZISMU) in Asahan and Medan in supporting the development of Islamic education for students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) and Madrasah Aliyah (MA). Data was collected through non-participatory observation, in-depth interviews with key informants (LAZISMU chairperson, school principals, teachers, and beneficiary students), and documentary studies of program reports and institutional archives. Data analysis employed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, with validity testing through source triangulation, member checking techniques, and referential adequacy. The research findings indicate that LAZISMU's educational programs, such as the Mentari Scholarship, Sang Surya Scholarship, and School Kit, significantly contribute to improving access to and the sustainability of education for students from underprivileged families. These programs reduce the risk of school dropout and enhance students' motivation to learn and their engagement in school. LAZISMU's transformative approach through Islamic development activities, such as Qur'an memorization, Ramadan boarding schools, and spiritual training, further strengthens the formation of religious character and discipline among students. These findings indicate that professionally managed zakat not only functions as charitable assistance but also as an instrument for sustainable and value-based educational development. This study provides empirical contributions to the discourse on Islamic philanthropy by emphasizing the importance of value-based philanthropy in shaping intellectually and spiritually superior Muslim generations at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Ismubaristik program in strengthening worship education at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. The research focuses on the execution of program activities, supporting elements, and the challenges encountered during its implementation. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was adopted to explore students’ lived experiences while participating in the program. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with students and teachers, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the Ismubaristik program is carried out through various worship habituation activities such as Qur’an memorization (tahfidz), congregational prayer, funeral bathing practice, and hajj and umrah simulations. The program is systematically implemented through well-planned stages and regular evaluations. Its implementation has proven effective in fostering students’ religious character, as reflected in increased discipline, responsibility, and spiritual awareness in both school and daily life settings.

Abstract

Bahasa dan manusia bagaikan dua sisi dari sebuah koin yang tak bisa dipisahkan. Tanpa bahasa, manusia tidak dapat mengembangkan budaya, berinovasi, atau membangun peradaban yang maju. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan dan mengevaluasi keterampilan berbicara siswa dalam bahasa Arab melalui program Arabic Club. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, di mana peneliti berperan sebagai alat utama dalam menentukan fokus studi, memilih sumber data, mengumpulkan informasi, menilai kualitas data, menganalisis, menafsirkan, dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Arab pada siswa, berkat peningkatan rasa percaya diri dan motivasi mereka untuk belajar di kelas formal setelah mengikuti program Arabic Club, 2) program ini diterapkan dengan prinsip mudah, menyenangkan, namun tetap efektif, 3) faktor pendukung antara lain karena motivasi internal sedangkan hambatan berasal lebih banyak dari faktor eksternal

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Problem Based Learning Model on Metacognition of Fourth Grade Students in Islamic Religious Education Subject with the Material of the Story of the Prophet Muhammad's Hijrah to Medina at SD IT Zu Tsaqif, Kolam Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency aims to analyze the effect of the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the metacognition abilities of fourth grade students in Islamic Religious Education subject with the Material of the Story of the Prophet Muhammad's Hijrah to Medina at SD IT Zu Tsaqif. This study was conducted using a total sampling technique, namely using the entire population as a research sample. Documentation, questionnaires, and observations are examples of data collection tools. Based on the results of the correlation test, a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 was obtained, which means it is less than 0.05. This shows that the metacognitive skills of the experimental class and the control class before and after the application of the learning model on the material of the Prophet Muhammad's Hijrah to Medina were significantly different.

Abstract

This research specifically aims at (1) To determine the relevance of reason and lust in education, (2) To determine the role of reason in lust, (3) To determine the dominance of lust over reason viewed from the perspective of Islamic education. This research uses a qualitative research method, library research. Library research is a series of activities carried out by a researcher with various forms of written work by collecting library data, carrying out reading activities, and then taking notes and then processing the research material that has been received. The results of this research show that (1) Reason and passion have relevance to Islamic Religious Education. The relevance of reason to Islamic religious education can be seen in the formulation of educational goals. Meanwhile, the relevance of lust to Islamic Religious Education can be seen when Islamic Religious Education plays a role in forming, directing and guiding lust towards goodness by providing and imparting moral and character education lessons. (2) Reason has a very important role in lust. First, reason acts as a tool that can differentiate between good and bad. Second, reason acts as a tool that can restrain, bind, direct and control human desires. (3) The dominance of lust over reason is seen when there is a battle between reason and lust in the human soul. The dominance of lust over reason occurs when the human nature of piety is defeated by the nature of honesty, so that this is what leads humans to commit evil and disobedience which has a detrimental impact and makes human life miserable.

Abstract

Jual beli merupakan suatu akad hal yang paling tehubung dengan pembeli dan penjual, dimana penjual menawarkan barang, dan pembeli melakukan pembayaran benda yang mau di beli. pertukatan barang, dengan cara suka rela dan atas dasar keinginan, bukan paksaan, dimana pertukaran ini terjadi, pembeli mendapatkan barang, dan si penjual menerima uang, serta pertukaran itu terjadi dan dilakukan dengan akad yang sesuai Pada syari’ah islam dan disetujui oleh Allah SWT. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menjelaskan hukum-hukum jual beli online Tujuan adalah untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut tentang jual beli online. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Dalam metode ini peneliti mencaei permasalahn yang terjadi dimasyarakat. Dan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi sehari, lalu dalam penelitian ini peneliti memilih judul yang akan di kaji lebih dalam yaitu tentang bisnis online pada persfektif hukum islam, lalu peneliti mengambil informasi serta data-data yang sama dengan judul. Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tersebut, Jual beli secara online atau adalah bisnis yang dilakukan melalui media tekhnologi, tidak memerlukan pertemuan tatap muka atau secara langsung, serta mencantumkan ciri-ciri serta jenisnya. Media produk, Biaya dibayar dimuka, Produk telah dikirim.Keunggulan jual beli online antara lain kemampuan untuk transaksi pada saat dan pada kondisi dan tempat manapun, kebutuhan modal awal yang relatif rendah, kemampuan otomatisasi jual beli online, akses pasar yang lebih luas, dan potensi (konsumen) memperoleh keuntungan dari itu, termasuk gender. : Akses informasi yang lebih mudah meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, terutama efisiensi jarak dan waktu, serta menghemat berbagai biaya operasional.
