Abstract

Pendidikan karakter tidak dimulai di madrasah tetapi harus ditanamkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari anak sejak dini salah satunya karakter kemandiriaan. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi strategi pembinaan karakter peserta didik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus. Desain penelitian kualitatif melalui 1) orientasi, 2) eksplorasi fokus, 3) analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data dengan tiga langkah: reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan dilakukan dengan identifikasi kebutuhan, penetapan program dan sosialisasi program. Kepala madrasah membentuk tim penanggungjawab, membentuk program Taqwa Character Building. mengintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran, merencanakan pembiasaan senyum, sapa, salam, sopan santun, dan juga adanya program TCB camp. 2) Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan melaksanakan pengarahan serta realisasi pembinaan karakter peserta didik berupa pelaksanaan program Taqwa Character Building, mengintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran, pembiasaan senyum, sapa, salam, sopan santun, dan pelaksanaan program TCB camp. 3) Evaluasi dilakukan dengan kegiatan evaluasi dan kegiatan tindak lanjut berupa melakukan rapat evaluasi dan mengoreksi suatu kendala atau permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning community effectiveness and the use of the Rumah Pendidikan Platform on the pedagogical competence of public elementary school teachers in Tanggungharjo District, Indonesia. A quantitative survey approach was employed, involving 137 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires that had undergone validity and reliability testing and were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS 27. The results indicate that learning community effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ pedagogical competence (r = 0.820; R² = 0.703), explaining 70.3% of the variance. The use of the Rumah Pendidikan Platform also demonstrates a positive and significant effect (r = 0.684; R² = 0.469), accounting for 46.9% of the variance. Simultaneously, learning community effectiveness and platform utilization significantly influence pedagogical competence (R = 0.852; R² = 0.725). These findings highlight the importance of strengthening learning communities and optimizing digital education platforms to enhance teachers’ pedagogical competence. The study recommends that education authorities prioritize integrated digital training initiatives within teacher working groups to ensure sustainable improvement in pedagogical competence.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the instructional leadership capacity of school principals in Semarang Tengah District, Semarang City. Recognizing the crucial role of principals in improving the quality of education, the program focused on identifying specific challenges principals face in implementing effective instructional leadership and evaluating the impact of intervention strategies. The methodology used included a series of workshops and mentoring sessions designed to equip principals with practical skills. Pre- and post-test results showed a significant increase in understanding, from 32 to 75 percent. Participants widely stated that the material was very useful (79 percent) and expressed a high interest in implementing it in their respective schools (59 percent very interested, 34 percent interested). Eighty-five percent of participants indicated a need for ongoing support and mentoring to implement effectively. The output that has been produced from this service is a self-evaluation instrument for school principals in implementing instructional leadership. These findings emphasize the importance of instructional leadership for student achievement and school improvement. The program contributed to increased understanding and readiness for practice, with a clear demand for ongoing support. Recommendations include comprehensive training by the Education Office and continued collaborative learning through the Principal Working Group.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires teachers to possess adequate digital literacy competencies to support their professional performance in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy on the professionalism of public elementary school teachers in Purwodadi District. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of public elementary school teachers in Purwodadi District, with 220 teachers selected as respondents. Data were collected through a validated and reliable questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings reveal that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism. This indicates that the higher the teachers’ ability to access, understand, evaluate, and utilize digital technology, the higher their level of professionalism in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities. The study confirms that digital literacy is a strategic factor in strengthening teacher professionalism in the era of educational transformation. Therefore, sustainable digital competency development programs are essential to improve the quality of elementary education. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mengharuskan guru memiliki kompetensi literasi digital yang memadai untuk mendukung kinerja profesional mereka dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Purwodadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Purwodadi, dengan 220 guru dipilih sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah tervalidasi dan terpercaya, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kemampuan guru dalam mengakses, memahami, mengevaluasi, dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, semakin tinggi pula tingkat profesionalisme mereka dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa literasi digital merupakan faktor strategis dalam memperkuat profesionalisme guru di era transformasi pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, program pengembangan kompetensi digital yang berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of academic digitalization in the learning process at MA Negeri 2 Pati, with a focus on lesson planning, instructional delivery, and learning evaluation. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed, involving fifteen purposively selected participants, including teachers and students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. Data analysis followed an interactive approach consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that academic digitalization at MA Negeri 2 Pati has been implemented in a systematic and integrated manner. Digital tools are utilized in lesson planning, the deployment of digital learning platforms, interactive learning media, and digital-based assessment systems. This implementation positively contributes to learning effectiveness, assessment transparency, and the enhancement of academic service quality. The study highlights that the success of academic digitalization strongly depends on human resource readiness and sustained institutional support, including teacher professional development programs, adequate digital infrastructure, and policies that promote the integration of technology in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the principal’s management in integrating character education at Realfunrainbow Kindergarten in Salatiga City. Character education in early childhood has become increasingly important in response to globalization, the rapid development of digital technology, and socio-cultural changes that influence children’s behavior. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Methodological triangulation was applied to ensure the credibility of the findings. The research participants included the principal, two Group B teachers, three parents as program beneficiaries, and three local MSME owners as internship partners. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal a distinctive innovation at Realfunrainbow Kindergarten, namely the integration of character education with local socio-economic contexts through internship programs at MSMEs. This initiative enables children to practice values such as discipline, cooperation, respect, and responsibility in authentic settings, thereby strengthening experiential learning and community engagement. In addition, the integration of character education is systematically implemented through the principal’s management functions, including planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling. Planning is based on needs analysis with a focus on character development, while organizing involves assigning teachers as mentors, engaging parents as collaborators, and establishing partnerships with local MSMEs. Mobilization is carried out through role modeling and motivation, whereas controlling is conducted through continuous supervision and evaluation. In conclusion, the successful integration of character education is largely determined by the principal’s managerial and leadership capacities in managing school resources comprehensively and sustainably, as well as in fostering community partnerships to support early childhood character development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy on the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Sayung District, Demak Regency. The research is motivated by the gap between the demands for digital innovation in the curriculum and the relatively low level of teachers’ pedagogical quality, particularly in areas facing geographical challenges such as tidal flooding (rob). This study employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto research design. Data were collected from 177 elementary school teachers as respondents through questionnaires measuring digital literacy and pedagogical competence variables. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and linearity tests through SPSS software. The results show that the mean score of digital literacy was 130.33, while the mean score of pedagogical competence was 204.12. The linearity test yielded an F value of 394.391 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a very strong and positive linear relationship between the variables. In conclusion, digital literacy serves as a fundamental catalyst that significantly enhances teachers’ pedagogical professionalism. These findings emphasize that educational transformation relies more on the depth of teachers’ digital literacy as an instrument of resilience than merely on the provision of physical infrastructure
