Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis terkait pemenuhan hak pelayanan sosial penyandang disabilitas rungu wicara di SLB YPAC Kota Pangkalpinang. SLB YPAC ini memberikan sarana pendidikan bagi anak penyandang disabilitas terkhusus disabilitas rungu wicara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1). Menganalisis pemenuhan hak pelayanan sosial penyandang disabilitas rungu wicara, dan 2). Mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat pemenuhan hak pelayanan sosial penyandang disabilitas rungu wicara di SLB YPAC Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori struktural fungsional yang dikemukakan oleh Emile Durkheim sebagai pisau analisis penelitian. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan yakni sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling yang sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu yaitu : 1). Kepala Sekolah SLB YPAC Kota Pangkalpinang, 2). Guru, 3). Orang Tua Anak Penyandang Disabilitas Rungu Wicara, 4). Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, dan 5). Terapis Wicara. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Terdapat 4 pemenuhan hak pelayanan sosial penyandang disabilitas rungu wicara yaitu hak pendidikan, kesehatan, pendataan dan aksesibilitas, hak tersebut dijalankan oleh 3 struktur yaitu keluarga, sekolah, dan pemerintah yang menjalankan peranannya masing-masing. 2). Faktor pendorong pemenuhan hak ialah adanya regulasi UU No. 8 Tahun 2016 dan tersedianya pelatihan keterampilan, sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu minimnya pemahaman bahasa isyarat SIBI dan harga terapi bicara dan alat bantu dengar mahal. Kata Kunci : Disabilitas Rungu Wicara, SLB YPAC Kota Pangkalpinang, Hak Pelayanan Sosial, Aksesibilitas.

The Influence of Moving Class and Learning Creativity on Student Learning Outcomes in Jurisprudence Subjects in Class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam Simpang Limun Labuhanbatu Selatan. Thesis. Postgraduate Islamic Religious Education Masters Study Program, Imam Bonjol State Islamic University, Padang. This research is motivated by the gap between theory and practice in the field. It was explained that theory, moving classes and student learning creativity influence student achievement and learning outcomes, however, the reality in the field is that moving classes and student learning creativity have not had an influence on student learning outcomes. This research aims to describe: 1) the influence of moving class on learning outcomes, 2) the influence of learning creativity on learning outcomes, 3) the influence of moving class and learning creativity together on student learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative descriptive correlational type method.The respondents in this research were class VIII students at MTs Darussalam Simpang Limun. The research sample was taken as a whole from the existing population of 81 people. The research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple regression and multiple regression. The research findings show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between moving class on learning outcomes with an achievement of 30.6%, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between learning creativity on learning outcomes with an achievement of 18.5%, (3) ) There is a positive and significant influence between moving classes and learning creativity on student learning outcomes with an achievement of 30.5%. Based on this explanation, it can be interpreted that the high and low learning outcomes of students are determined by the high and low levels of each moving class variable and learning creativity. Therefore, to improve learning outcomes, moving classes and high learning creativity are needed. Recommendations in the research refer to other variables that have an influence on student learning outcomes. This research only describes the influence of moving class variables and learning creativity on student learning outcomes at MTs Darussalam Simpang Limun, Torgamba District, South Labuhanbatu Regency

Abstract

Quantum physics presents significant conceptual challenges due to its abstract nature and incompatibility with students’ everyday logic, often resulting in misconceptions and low conceptual understanding. Teaching materials that are not contextually grounded and conventional instructional models further exacerbate the difficulty of quantum physics learning. Considering the importance of mastering quantum concepts in higher education, particularly in preparing future physics educators, innovative teaching approaches are urgently needed. This study aims to investigate research trends on the use of contextual teaching materials in quantum physics instruction employing Problem-Based Learning (PBL) models through bibliometric analysis. By analyzing 100 articles from 2015 to 2025 using Publish or Perish and VOSviewer, this study identifies dominant research focuses, including the role of analogies, PBL modules, and immersive technologies in enhancing conceptual understanding. The results are expected to inform future developments in quantum physics education by highlighting effective pedagogical strategies supported by teaching materials and student-centered learning models.

Abstract

Brain gymnasium is related to the ability to integrate the upper brain (cortex) and lower brain (brainstem), and the lateral and focus dimensions are related to the ability to integrate the back and front of the brain. Early childhood development learning patterns can be improved by combining the left and right brain. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the principal and class teachers and documentation was collected of several activities carried out by the children of Tk Islam Tirtayasa brain gym before the start of learning taking place in their respective classes for example Brain buttons (brain switch), The thinking cap (plug your ears), Brain cross crow (cross movement), Brain lazy 8s (sleeping eights), Hook Ups (relaxing hooks) and Uniting the brain because it becomes easier and more focused

Abstract

Low student motivation in English speaking skills highlights the need for technology-based learning innovations. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Duolingo and Hello Talk applications in increasing students’ confidence and motivation. The method used in this study is quantitative. The subjects were 20 students from class A and 20 students from class B in Junior High School, selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test administration after the treatment using Duolingo and Hello Talk applications. The research instruments consisted of a questionnaire and a test. Data were analyzed using paired t-test to compare the mean scores before and after the treatment in both groups. The analysis showed that students achieved a higher average score using Duolingo (7533.3) compared to Hello Talk (6966.7), with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.001) and a medium to large effect size (Cohen’s d = 0.789). A moderately strong positive correlation (r = 0.660) between the results of both applications indicates that they complement each other in supporting the learning process. It can be concluded that Duolingo is more effective in consistently increasing student motivation through structured practice, while Hello Talk contributes to building confidence through authentic social interaction. The results of this study imply the importance of integrating both applications into English learning strategies, particularly in developing students’ speaking skills more comprehensively and adaptively in accordance with 21st-century learning needs.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik, termasuk sikap toleransi sebagai bagian dari nilai-nilai Islam yang moderat. Namun, kenyataannya masih banyak ditemukan perilaku intoleransi di lingkungan sekolah yang menunjukkan kurangnya pemahaman dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas model pembelajaran role playing dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi peserta didik dalam konteks pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Metode kajian dilakukan dengan menelaah teori-teori pembelajaran, hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu, serta literatur yang relevan dengan penerapan model role playing. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model role playing mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan emosional dan sosial peserta didik melalui simulasi peran dalam situasi sosial yang menggambarkan keberagaman. Melalui pengalaman belajar yang aktif dan reflektif, peserta didik dapat memahami makna toleransi secara lebih mendalam dan menerapkannya dalam interaksi sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, model role playing dinilai efektif sebagai strategi pembelajaran afektif dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) untuk membentuk sikap toleransi peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity aims to improve the academic and professional competencies of prospective economics teachers by strengthening their understanding of accounting courses. The target participants are students of the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Palangka Raya. The activity was conducted online via the Zoom Meeting platform for five weeks, from February 2 to March 6, 2025. The implementation methods included interactive material delivery and group discussions. The materials provided focused on strengthening the basic concepts of accounting and contextual teaching strategies. The results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding of accounting material. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm in practicing innovative online learning. This activity is expected to support the readiness of students as competent economics educators who are relevant to the current needs of the education sector.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Keberhasilan optimalisasi kunjungan ANC lengkap bergantung pada beberapa faktor utama, seperti ketersediaan tenaga medis yang kompeten, fasilitas kesehatan yang memadai, sistem pemantauan yang terintegrasi, serta dukungan keluarga dan masyarakat dalam membangun kesadaran ibu hamil akan pentingnya ANC K6. Tujuan: Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang pentingnya kunjungan ANC K6. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan optimalisasi kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC) hingga K6 melalui program "KENARI HARAPAN" menggunakan pendekatan edukatif, partisipatif, dan berbasis pendampingan. Hasil: Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yaitu para ibu hamil menjadi lebih mengerti tentang pentingnya kunjungan ANC K6. Simpulan: Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu para ibu hamil jadi lebih memahami tentang kunjungan ANC K6.

Abstract

Hate speech is a phenomenon that frequently occurs in society, particularly on social media. Hate speech refers to sentences designed to contain harsh words to insult, hate, and discriminate against the characteristics, race, religion, and even the gender of a person or group of people. This study aims to examine the types of hate speech contained in the comment column of Abidzar Al Ghifari's Instagram post using the types of hate speech based on the National Police Chief's circular letter number SE/6/X/2015. The researcher also revealed the illocutionary act of the hate speech using Speech Act Theory by Searle (1969). The qualitative method was used to describe this research. Data were collected from the comment column on Abidzar's Instagram posts. The data were analyzed using data analysis procedure techniques by Miles and Huberman (2014). The results showed that there were 30 hate speeches with each type, namely, insult (10 data), defamation (5), provocation (11), and incitement (4).  As for the illocutionary act data, there are (4) assertive data, (17) directive data, (3) commissive data, and (6) expressive data. It can be seen that the most dominant type of hate speech is provocation, and for an illocutionary act, it is directive.

Abstract

Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution is a field of the global economic life. The aim of this research is the transfer of capital investment transactions in a safe condition with the hope of obtaining profits in the future within a certain period of time. The problem is how the Legal Construction of Consumer Protection occurs in the event of a dispute based on Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority? The method used in this research is normative juridical research, which is research focused on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. The discussion is that the legal construction is regulated in Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market which has required every party to implement the principle of transparency in order to create order and efficiency and protect the interests of Business Actors. The Capital Market does not provide an exact definition of Insider Trading, but there are regulations that regulate the types of prohibited transactions, including special access in the company to conduct securities buying and selling transactions with the company. Insider trading refers to trading activities carried out by individuals that have not been announced to the public in general. In conclusion, the existence of the Financial Services Authority in Indonesia is expected to be able to maximize the existing economic activities well by realizing protection for consumers. Insider trading through illegal actions in the capital market within the company. The suggestion is that it is necessary to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Financial Services Authority through increased budgets, human resources, and information systems.
