Abstract

In Indonesia, various studies have shown that there is still a significant gap in public understanding of applicable laws and regulations, especially in rural or remote areas such as Bila Village. Therefore, efforts to bridge this gap require socialization of legal compliance and awareness in Bila Village, Sabbangparu District, Wajo Regency as a form of community service aimed at increasing public compliance and awareness. This socialization method is considered very effective in internalizing the law in the community to ensure that the law is not only known, understood and internalized but also respected and obeyed.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase knowledge about the impact of early marriage as a preventive measure against early marriage at MTS As'adiyah 28 Salopokko, Ugi Village, Sabbangparu District, Wajo Regency. Madrasah is an educational institution that focuses primarily on religious and moral education, so counseling on preventing early marriage at madrasah is expected to be an agent of change in preventing early marriage among adolescents with a religious approach in the future. This community service activity is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the reporting stage. The success of this community service activity is measured before and after the delivery of the material. The results of the reporting stage show an increase in students' knowledge regarding the prevention of early marriage.

Abstract

Pengembangan minuman lumut cincau di Indonesia memiliki potensi besar unuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah nilai pendapatan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dengan cara melakukan inovasi terhadap salah satu minuman menjadi sebuah minuman yang menarik dengan harga terjangkau yaitu “LUMUT CINCAU”. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, tanya jawab atau diskusi, dan pelatihan. Pelaksanaan PKM di laksanakan di Kelurahan Malengkeri, Kecamatan Tamalate, Kota Makassar. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan yaitu (1) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan minuman “LUMUT CINCAU” direspon dengan baik oleh peserta; (2) Minat dan motivasi yang tinggi dari peserta pelatihan sangat menunjang transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari pengabdi kepada peserta pelatihan, sehingga materi pelatihan yang diberikan dapat terserap semua; dan (3) Produk pelatihan pembuatan minuman “LUMUT CINCAU” dapat dikonsumsi sehari-hari dan dapat dijadikan sebagai produk berwirausaha.

Abstract

This research is the result of community service activities conducted using counseling methods on the dangers and negative impacts of early marriage in Baru Tancung Village, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency. The counseling focused on delivering material on the impacts of early marriage on legal aspects, child protection aspects, health aspects, gender aspects, social aspects, and economic aspects. This counseling targeted an audience of mothers as parents who have the closest emotional connection to their children. This counseling succeeded in increasing mothers' understanding and awareness regarding the dangers and negative impacts of early marriage.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan psikologis guru mengaji desa sebagai pelopor pendidikan non-formal di desa sengka Kecamatan Bontonompo selatan Kabupaten Gowa. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan ekonomi bagi guru mengaji desa sebagai pelopor pendidikan non formal di Desa Sengka sangat berpengaruh atas proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan di TPA Nurul Ichsan Allu karena beberapa dari mereka merasa pendapatan yang didapatkan masih belum memenuhi harapan. Akan tetapi, mereka melakukannya dengan dasar keikhlasan dan didasari rasa ikhlas. Kesejahteraan psikologis bagi guru mengaji desa sebagai pelopor pendidikan non formal di Desa Sengka juga mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar karena jika mereka melakukan kewajiban mereka dalam keadaan kurang baik maka proses belajar mengajar juga jadi tidak maksimal. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hal tersebut, guru mengaji perlu diperhatikan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka, peran penting lembaga Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an sebagai pelopor pendidikan non formal di Desa Sengka adalah salah satu wadah, sumber dan tempat bagi anak-anak di Desa Sengka mendapatkan pembelajaran tentang akhlak dan khususnya pembelajaran tentang Al-Qur’an sejak dini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the impact of education investment on labor productivity in Indonesia over the past ten years. Education investment is viewed as a strategic element in human resource development, which ultimately contributes to national economic growth. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the World Bank, which includes indicators of government spending on education and labor productivity levels. The analytical method used is linear regression to measure the relationship between these variables. The results show that increased investment in the education sector contributes significantly to increased labor productivity. Education not only plays a role in improving skills and technical competencies but also influences individual competitiveness in domestic and global labor markets. These findings strengthen the argument that effective and sustainable education policies are key to accelerating the transformation of a knowledge-based economy. Therefore, the government and stakeholders are expected to strengthen resource allocation and education programs that are more inclusive and relevant to current industry needs.

Abstract

This article aims to critically analyze how the strategy of optimizing the role of MSMEs in the digital economy ecosystem can encourage sustainable regional economic growth. This research uses a library research method, with narrative data analysis that emphasizes extracting, interpreting, and telling experiences or phenomena based on existing literature. The results show that optimizing the role of MSMEs in regional economic growth can be achieved through digital transformation and local technology-based innovation. Collaborative support from the government, private sector, and community is needed so that MSMEs are able to adapt, improve competitiveness, and create an inclusive and sustainable economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal communication on employee engagement. Effective internal communication is believed to be able to increase employee engagement, which has a positive impact on productivity and work loyalty. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The results of the analysis show that internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. This study emphasizes the importance of open, clear, and two-way communication between management and employees to build high engagement in the work environment. The implications of this study encourage companies to strengthen internal communication channels and strategies in order to create a participatory and collaborative work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine effective business communication strategies in shaping and enhancing corporate image in the digital era. Using a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach, the research explores various theories related to business communication, the role of digital media, participatory communication, and reputation management. The findings show that consistent, interactive, and responsive communication is essential in building public trust and strengthening corporate reputation. Social media plays a crucial role in creating consumer engagement, while participatory digital communication strategies enhance loyalty and foster positive public perception. These results highlight the importance of communication as a strategic tool in today's dynamic and transparent business environment.

Abstract

There are several approaches to business communication, including; management, economics, administrative science, communication science, or business science itself. As the use of the internet becomes more popular, so does the use of online media for marketing. The aim of this research is to study how the role of online shop media in business communication influences consumer buying interest. This kind of exploration utilizes an illustrative subjective methodology. Interviews and observations were used as data collection methods. Using a purposive sampling strategy in Makassar City, data was collected from four student informants who run online shops. According to research findings, students who operate online stores are very adept at carrying out business communications to increase consumer buying interest
