Abstract

This paper examined various information content to gain an in-depth understanding of the status or law of Binary Options in Indonesia's trading context. In recent years, the development of digital-based businesses has been growing and proliferating, thus requiring an explanation of the legal status in business and trade. Therefore, we have obtained research evidence that provides a comprehensive understanding of the existence of binary options and their legal status. Before concluding, of course, we need a scientific data processing process to account for these findings regarding the validity and reliability of these findings. As for the process, we get the data through a Google search on some sources of binary business literature and legality both in the Indonesian context and internationally. So, based on the results of the study and discussion, we can conclude that the legal status of binary options trading is a business that is forbidden due to the nature of its work is highly speculative or chancy, and this is not in line with the context of the legal status in Indonesia. It is hoped that these findings will add to the repertoire of scientific understanding of business and trade in Indonesia, especially in the digital era.

Abstract

This paper discusses the issue of the pandemic vaccine and its impact on health services in both public and private hospitals. The author believes that if a pandemic hits the world, the world leaders call for a united response to the pandemic issue by being very prepared and mobilizing all their energy and policies. For this reason, we want to understand how experts think about health services in hospitals and the issue of responding to the pandemic. Our data were obtained from various literary sources such as publications of scientific journals on public service health during the pandemic and various other reading sources that actively discussed the issue in question. The review effort involved a series of methods, including coding data interpretation of data in a detailed evaluation and concluding based on the validity of the data findings. Finally, after discussing the findings, we can conclude that the issue of pandemic vaccines impacts other health services in Indonesia. This is because government policies are very intense and focused on dealing with vaccines and other services.

Abstract

This paper aims to obtain authentic scientific evidence about the status of the Covid-19 vaccination regulations from experts from both world health organizations and various institutions concerned with vaccination and pandemic issues. We obtained data to support this study from an electronic search for national and international health journals that focus on vaccination and preventing conflict in future meetings. We conducted in-depth studies and tests to turn off the data that we found answered the problem of this study wholly and validly. This study obtains secondary data from the evidence of previous scientific studies with a phenomenological approach, namely the exploration of accurate and accurate data to obtain valid answers. Based on the evidence and discussion of this data exposure, we can conclude that the vaccination law is a recommendation from the government to provide services against various threats caused by this pandemic, which is a recommendation that must be submitted persuasively and accurately. Thus, these findings become supporting data for further studies in the future.

Abstract

This paper's legal review will discuss how to understand the Russian invasion in 2022 from the point of view between self-defense and disobedience to international law. To discuss the above theme, we conducted a series of data source searches on some scientific publications, global politics, international law, and the mass media that seriously discuss the racial conflict with Ukraine. This study uses a phenomenological approach, which is trying to understand international events, complete with the questions of this study. We found information and supporting data by searching on the Google engine or electronically and continued with data analysis with an in-depth evaluation and concluding relevant to the topic of discussion. So, based on the evidence from international reports, we can conclude that international law history on Russia's attack on Ukraine in 2022 is a violation of international law. However, when viewed from a country's defense, its existence, and openness to foreign powers in a neighboring country. Russia, then this is a threat to the safety of secrets in the future.

Abstract

The mandatory Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing continues to be an interesting issue for many people. So the legality of the polymerase chain reaction test for local airline passengers is interesting for us to study. The data for this study were derived from secondary data from various journals and related literature readings that we obtained electronically. Then we explore as deeply as possible to understand the question and purpose of this study. So we also conducted a study through the evaluation system and data coding to draw valid conclusions and have high reliability. Sources of publication data include international and national journals. Based on the discussion of the findings, we can summarize that the regulatory status of mandatory testing for prospective passengers often changes, both in terms of price and legality, and other conditions. So along with this study, we report that there are still changes and the legal status of mandatory testing or not for prospective domestic passengers. It is hoped that this study will be helpful in the development of legal studies and business legality of PCR in Indonesia.

This research discussed the effectiveness of memorizing the Koran online for the Muslim millennial generation in Indonesia. The success of memorizing Allah's word for the Muslim generation in the millennial era is greatly influenced by the learning and training system. One aspect of learning is selecting and applying methods that are believed to be useful in memorizing the Koran. To obtain material for discussing this theme, we have conducted a series of data searches through Google Scholar and the Education Research Information Center. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed critically, involving in-depth coding and interpretation systems. The data analysis process begins with an understanding of the problem's theme and is then linked with data that will answer questions before being taken as findings with validity and reliability principles. By paying attention to the literature and publication review data about the effectiveness of the memorization method, it can be concluded that our findings include that the method of memorizing the Koran is practically very useful in learning in the Quran memorization foundation with all the advantages of this online web application. Thus these results will add new knowledge for many parties.

Abstract

AbstractFull day schools are not the latest issue. America has long recognized and applied it in the world of schooling. This issue heated up in Indonesia as a logical consequence of two things; on the one hand the more uncomfortable the social environment for child development, while on the other hand the parents rarely accompany the children at home because they work all day long. Then, is there still a comfortable environment for our children? This paper examines FDS from the perspective of the sociology of education. That school as a learning organization has turned out to be the best institution in fortifying children from the negative effects of the increasingly unfriendly social environment. Keywords: Full Day School, Sociology of Education. AbstrakSekolah sehari penuh bukanlah isu terbaru.

Abstract

Trust in the foundation must show clarity for the beneficiary. At present the foundation is unclear. This ambiguity is caused by the foundation being a social institution, while the benefit is only for individuals who are not public, for example in the trustee. Trustees only use assets if owned by a legal entity, in the principle of beneficiary assets owned by the public. The foundation after the enactment of Law Number 28 of 2004 concerning Amendments to Law Number 16 Year 2001 concerning Foundations does not occur because the trustee cannot own assets that become legal entities. If there is a legal entity, the trustee becomes an absolute owner, it cannot be, the foundation has become ambiguous since the foundation law, the foundation should belong to the beneficiary. Ownership of benefits can be either goods / services or services. But in the management of the foundation, management is carried out on objects (zaak). The application of Trusts institutions in the management of foundation assets in Indonesia prior to the enactment of Law Number 28 of 2004 concerning changes to Law Number 16 of 2001 concerning Foundations by using doctrines in law, then departs from the initial conception of Anglo Saxon legal traditions regarding trust , where the settlor surrenders the right of ownership (dominium) to the trusts in the form of registered owner (legal owner) and beneficiary in the form of equitable owner, it is clear that by surrendering the object in the trust to the trustee, the settlor no longer has any interest any more for objects submitted in trusts (except in resulting trusts). Through the theory formed from the doctrine, it can be stated that the trust is an understanding aimed at an institution tasked with managing property that is not his property and is intended for the benefit of other parties outside the party who gave away the property and trustee.
