Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence of multiple intelligences on English learning outcomes in seventh grade at SMPS IT Mutiara. To find out the significant influence the researcher used research with survey methods with a quantitative approach. The population of the study was seventh grade students at SMPS IT Mutiara with a total of 193 students, consisting of seven classes. Due to the large number of population, the researcher took a sample of 127 students from all seventh graders. The data collection technique that the researcher uses is in the form of non-test, namely multiple intelligence questionnaires and documentation in the form of student reports in odd semesters (I). The results of the study of the significant influence of multiple intelligence on English learning outcomes can be seen from, this is known from hypothesis testing using a stimulant test (F test). Where, the result of F count of 9.608 > F table 3.92, with a p value of 0.002 < 0.05. This was in accordance with the criteria from the F test which said P < 0.05, so there was a significant Influence of Multiple Intelligence toward English learning outcomes

Abstract

This research discusses The Effectiveness of using Zoom Cloud Meeting Application toward improving students’ speaking ability at the eleventh grade MIPA of SMA NEGERI 2 Mandau.  The purpose of this research was to find how is The Effectiveness of Using Zoom Cloud Meeting Application Toward Improving Students’ Speaking Ability at the eleventh grade MIPA of SMA NEGERI 2 Mandau. The approach used a quantitative approach and the research design used correlation with a population of 209 students with a sample of 35 respondents obtained using the random sampling method. Measurement of the effectiveness of the using Zoom Cloud Meeting Application to improve students’ speaking ability is calculated through correlation analysis, hypothesis testing and effective testing. The correlation result   show that the using Zoom Cloud Meeting Application is significantly effective in improving students’ speaking ability at The eleventh grade MIPA of SMA NEGERI 2 Mandau. The criterion for rejection of Ho is if a significant value α < 0,05 and Ha is accepted if a significant value α> 0,005, so because the result is accepted that is sig(2 tailed) 0,109 > 0,05. That is can be concluded that there is a relationship between Zoom Cloud Meeting Application is Effective to improve students’ speaking ability at the eleventh grade MIPA of SMA NEGERI 2 Mandau. So it can be concluded that the  using Zoom Cloud Meeting Application toward improving  students’ speaking ability at the eleventh grade MIPA  of SMA NEGERI 2 Mandau with percentage of 77,6% from result Effective testing

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan di Komplek Pasar Ikan Pantai Timur Pangandaran dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas sosial dan ekonomi para pengrajin ikan asin melalui pendekatan partisipatif. Fenomena yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa pengrajin menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan teknologi, manajemen usaha yang belum tertata, serta melemahnya semangat gotong royong akibat persaingan ekonomi modern. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan pengrajin, tokoh masyarakat, dan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pelatihan manajemen usaha, edukasi pemasaran digital, serta penerapan teknologi pengeringan berbasis energi surya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi produksi, kualitas produk, dan kemampuan pengrajin dalam mengelola usaha secara mandiri. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil membangun kembali solidaritas sosial dan kerja sama antarwarga melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama. Kesimpulannya, pelaksanaan PkM berbasis partisipasi dan kearifan lokal tidak hanya memberikan dampak ekonomi, tetapi juga memperkuat nilai sosial dan budaya masyarakat pesisir sebagai fondasi pembangunan berkelanjutan di Pangandaran.

Abstract

Perkembangan fisik pada masa anak-anak meliputi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan organ tubuh, sistem saraf, dan kemampuan motorik. Hal ini dikarenakan masa pertumbihan anak tersebut merupakan masa yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan seseorang, di mana terjadi banyak perubahan dan perkembangan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Perkembangan Peserta didik selama masa Sekolah pada tingkat Dasar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Aktifitas Kemandirian (PAK), program ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan; September-Oktober 2025 pada sekolah dasar negeri Cikundul Jawa Barat. Program ini melalui tahapan dan aspek penting meliputi pertumbuhan fisik , perkembangan keterampilan motorik, dan perkembangan otak. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kepercayaan diri, kreativitas, dan kesadaran kontekstual guru dalam mengajar, serta peningkatan keterlibatan peserta didik. Guru mulai mengintegrasikan aktivitas motorik, materi, dan pengalaman sehari-hari ke dalam pengajaran mereka, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih relevan dan partisipatif. Model kemandirian program terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan agensi guru dan inovasi pedagogis yang berkelanjutan. Prakarsa ini berkontribusi pada model pengembangan profesional guru dengan menunjukkan bagaimana tahapan dan aspek penting dapat menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik dalam pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Ensuring that library services strictly comply with national library standards is urgently essential. As a government institution responsible for managing library affairs, the Balaiyanpus DPAD DIY must deliver high-quality and fully standardized public services without compromise. Failure to meet these standards can directly undermine service effectiveness, whereas strong adherence will significantly enhance service performance and boost public satisfaction.. The descriptive and qualitative research method is implemented by systematically collecting data through literature reviews, direct observations, and documentation analysis. National Library Regulation No. 2/2024 serves as the main reference to operationalize a legalistic analysis, which is then compared with the empirical conditions observed in the field. Nine aspects with 18 success indicators are examined through a legalistic analytical approach. The findings urgently demonstrate that the Balaiyanpus DPAD DIY has complied with the national standards for provincial library services as mandated by National Library Regulation No. 2/2024. Given the critical role of standardization in ensuring accountable and high-quality public services, future research should promptly extend this analysis to encompass the full scope of national standards for provincial libraries stipulated in the regulation.

Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis is a chronic disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This type of bacteria is commonly called acid-fast bacteria (AFB) because it is composed of rods and is acid-fast. Generally speaking, most pathogenic tuberculosis worsens the lung parenchyma and causes parenchymal tuberculosis. However, these bacteria also have the ability to infect other organs of the body (extrapulmonary TB), such as the pleura, glands, bones, and other organs. Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance in taking anti-tuberculosis drugs in TB patients at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Regional Hospital, Lampung Province. Method: This type of research is a type of quantitative research using the analytical survey method. Analytical survey research is a study that tries to find out why health problems can occur, then analyzes the relationship between risk factors (factors that influence the effect) and effect factors (factors influenced by risk). With correlation analysis to find out how far the risk factor contributes to the effect or an event of a health problem, so that in analytical research a research hypothesis and statistical test are needed. Results: Based on the results of the chi-square test that has been carried out, a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of parental knowledge and compliance with taking anti-tuberculosis drugs for children at Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province in 2025

Abstract

Background: To handle the crisis conditions of pediatric patients, knowledge is needed with the assessment of nurse readiness and special skills in the ER, one of which is by understanding preparedness. Based on the recapitulation of the number of visits by pediatric patients in the ER of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province in 2023 was 35,683 and in 2024 was 25,341. The number of deaths in pediatric patients in 2024 was 164. The number of deaths of pediatric patients increases every year, if nurses on duty in the ER handle the crisis situations of pediatric patients properly, the number of deaths can decrease. Objective: To analyze the relationship between knowledge and nurse readiness in crisis situations of pediatric patients in the ER of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province. Method: The type of research used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study were all nurses who worked in the Emergency Room of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province, starting from January 25 to May 14, 2025, totaling 34 people. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests, the p-value data was obtained at 0.116 or p-value <0.05, which means that there is no statistically significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of nurses in dealing with crisis situations of pediatric patients in the Emergency Room of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province in 2025.   Conclusion: It is hoped that the results of this study can add references for other students who want to conduct further research on emergency nursing in pediatric patients.

Abstract

Background: Anemia is defined as a condition in which blood hemoglobin levels fall below normal values. Adolescent girls are more susceptible due to monthly iron loss during menstruation. Beetroot juice has been identified as an effective non-pharmacological intervention, as it contains essential nutrients that support erythropoiesis and are rapidly absorbed by the body. In liquid form, beetroot is absorbed by the digestive system within approximately 20 minutes, compared to around 18 hours for whole fruit. Objective: The effectiveness of beetroot juice in increasing hemoglobin levels among adolescent girls with anemia was demonstrated through a family nursing care approach in Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City. Method: This study employed a quantitative method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of two respondents selected through purposive sampling. The intervention was conducted over a period of seven days involving two subjects, An. H and An. T. Results: The evaluation of the seven-day beetroot juice intervention showed an increase in hemoglobin levels in both subjects. In An. H, hemoglobin increased from 9.5 g/dL to 11.6 g/dL (a rise of 2.1 g/dL), while in An. T, it increased from 9.9 g/dL to 11.8 g/dL (a rise of 1.9 g/dL). Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be concluded that beetroot juice has a positive effect on increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls with anemia. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the use of beetroot juice as an effective non-pharmacological therapy for managing anemia in adolescents.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the emergence of web-based health information platforms that are faster, more efficient, and easily accessible. This study aims to design and implement the HealthDoc website as a digital product that provides healthcare service information through a modern, responsive, and user-friendly interface. The benefits of this research include offering a web-based health information solution for companies and serving as a reference for frontend development using a UI/UX approach. The dataset used consists of company information content, healthcare service data, design assets from the UI/UX team, and visual prototypes created using Figma. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with the Waterfall development model, covering stages such as requirements analysis, UI/UX design, implementation using HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, as well as responsiveness and functionality testing using DevTools and the black-box method. The development process includes design slicing, structuring layouts using Tailwind CSS utility-first classes, adding interactivity with JavaScript, and deploying the website via Vercel to ensure stable online access. The results show that the HealthDoc website operates optimally across various devices, with all features functioning as intended and the interface aligning with the original design. Therefore, the HealthDoc website is effective as both a digital health information platform and a professional company profile

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a web-based Contract and Minutes Application (SIKOBA) system to support the Contract and Minutes of Handover (BAST) process at the BPS of Sukabumi City. Previously, this data management was still done manually, which complicated the monitoring process, information retrieval, and increased the risk of recording errors. The system was developed using Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, Express.js on the backend, and PostgreSQL as the database. The development method used a prototype approach, where the system was built in stages and refined based on user input. The system implements role-based authentication that differentiates admin and user access rights. Admins are responsible for managing master data and monitoring documents, while users create contracts and BAST. The development results show that the system is able to improve data management efficiency, accelerate document creation processes, and support the digitalization of administration within the BPS of Sukabumi City.
