Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. Research Methodology: The study used a questionnaire as the instrument and a sample of 64 employees. Associative research was employed to understand the influence between the independent and dependent variables through multiple linear regression. Results: The results show that compensation has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, and both compensation and work motivation have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction. Limitations: The study was limited to PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia, and the findings may not be generalizable to other organizations. Contribution: The findings of this study can be useful for human resource management, particularly in the automotive industry, to understand the importance of compensation and work motivation in enhancing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Sustainable healthcare is becoming increasingly important in this modern era. Transformational leadership is expected to play a key role in achieving these goals. This study uses the Literature Review method by collecting data from various accredited sources such as journals, books, and online articles. The criteria used included literature published in the last five years (2020-2024) and the relevance between keywords and results. The literature search was carried out by four methods: Search Strategy, Selection Criteria, and Quality Assessment. The results of the study show that transformational leadership strategies have a significant positive impact on the sustainability of health services. By blending dimensions in transformational leadership, organizations can improve operational efficiency, drive innovation, and build long-term commitment from the workforce. This research emphasizes that transformational leadership is an important holistic approach in encouraging the sustainability of health services in the modern era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at the Keisha Collection Pangkalan Balai clothing store. The variables used in this research are Product Quality (X1), Promotion (X2), Customer Satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is the customers of the Keisha Collection Pangkalan Balai clothing store, totaling 330 people. The sample for this research was 77 people. The type of research used is quantitative, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The regression results obtained the equation Y= 1.335 + 0.412 X1 + 0.243 X2. Which means that customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality and promotion. The results of the F test obtained Fcount (86,000), meaning that there is a simultaneous influence of Product Quality and Promotion on Customer Satisfaction. The results of the t test for the Product Quality variable obtained tcount (4.717), and the Promotion variable obtained tcount (2.685), meaning that Product Quality and Promotion partially influence Customer Satisfaction at the Keisha Collection Pangkalan Balai Clothing Store.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara media pembelajaran baamboozle dengan minat belajar peserta didik di SMIPT Al-Ridwan Karawang. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan mei 2024. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental design dan menggunakan model non equivalent control group design. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan bentuk skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berawal dari analisis dekskriptip, uji prasyarat dan uji t-test. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Variabel independen yaitu media pembelajaran baamboozle dengan minat belajar di SMPIT Al-Ridwan Karawang. Hasil perhitungan ini adalah dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari uji t-test diperoleh nilai t sebesar -11,286 dan df 28. Dari tabel distribusi t diperoleh nilai t 0,05 : 19 = 1,73. Karena t = -11,286 > -ttabel = 1,73 terlihat bahwa nilai sig 0,000 karena α = 0,05 > 0,000 dan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penggunaan media baamboozle terhadap minat belajar peserta didik SMPIT Al-Ridwan Karawang. Abstract

Stress is an unavoidable part of human life. Nursing students face a demanding learning process that includes academic activities, clinical practice, observation, report writing, coursework, and practicals. Family social support plays a crucial role in managing academic stress among nursing students. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between family social support and academic stress in nursing students. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The study involved 177 undergraduate nursing students from FPOK UPI. Data were collected using questionnaires that measred levels of family social support and academic stress. Spearman correlation tests were used to analyze the relationship between the two variables. The study found that 51.98% of students had very high family social support, and 50.85% of students experienced low levels of academic stress. The Spearman rank correlation test showed significant results (P<0.001), indicating a negative relationship between family social support and academic stress. This study demonstrates that family social support plays an important and positive role in reducing the level of academic stress among undergraduate nursing students at the Indonesian University of Education, Bandung.

Abstract

The failure to optimally apply the PAI curriculum has a significant impact on various aspects of education, including students' understanding of religion, character formation, quality of learning, and academic achievement. This research identified several causal factors, such as teacher perceptions, student interests, infrastructure, family environment, government policy, curriculum format, community support, and quality of human resources. The most prominent impacts are students' shallow understanding of religion, difficulty in reading the Koran, and weak internalization of moral values. Apart from that, the non-applicability of the curriculum also contributes to an increase in deviant behaviour, ethical crises, mental health problems, and a decrease in the overall quality of learning. To overcome this problem, comprehensive efforts are needed involving various parties, such as evaluating and revising the curriculum, improving the quality of teachers, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, collaborating with parents, and effective outreach regarding the importance of religious education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran pembelajaran sains yang dapat membangun karakter anak, (2) mengetahui karakter-karakter yang muncul selama pembelajaran sains, dan (3) mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Bona Kota Serang Banten. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mengamati pembelajaran sains berbasis karakter pada anak usia dini. Pengumpulan data dalam studi kasus ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, yang semuanya bertujuan untuk memperoleh data yang utuh dan kesimpulan yang jelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama menjadi acuan dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai dengan baik melalui penggunaan metode, model, dan media pembelajaran yang tepat. (2) Karakterkarakter yang muncul ketika guru memberikan stimulus dalam pembelajaran sains antara lain adalah kerja keras, jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, mandiri, rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi, dan percaya diri. (3) Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi karakter anak adalah sikap dan pembawaan dari dalam diri anak itu sendiri, sementara faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi adalah lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga.

Abstract

Plant parts deemed as waste, such as banana corm and watermelon mesocarp, show promise as raw materials for cosmetics when processed using nanocream technology. This study aimed to assess the characteristics of nanocream creams combining these extracts. The characterization of the nanocream creams included organoleptic testing, homogeneity testing, pH testing, nanocream type testing, spreadability testing, stability testing, viscosity testing, antioxidant activity testing using the DPPH method, and sunscreen activity evaluation through SPF determination using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The research results show that the organoleptic properties of all formulations are semi-solid, with a white to yellowish color. The type of cream for all formulations is oil-in-water, and homogeneous. The pH values for FI, FII, and FIII are 6.37, 6.2, and 6.2, respectively (pvalue=0.017), the spreadability values are 5.94, 5.72, and 5.64 respectively (p=0.024), the viscosity values are 5635, 5339, and 5181, respectively (p<0.05), the antioxidant activity is indicated by IC50 values of 66.39, 24.50, and 56.45 respectively, while the SPF values are 0.95, 0.87, and 1.01 repectively. The resulting nanocream demonstrate favorable organoleptic characteristics, pH, homogeneity, spreadability, and viscosity meeting the required standards, with the highest antioxidant activity observed in FII and no significant sunscreen potential in any of the formulations.

Abstract

Wayang Kulit is a very important art to be preserved considering the many values of life that exist in Wayang Kulit itself. The values of Islamic education can also be found in Wayang Kulit art. This study aims to determine that values of Islamic education in the art of Wayang Kulit and the role of the younger generation in preserving the Wayang Kulit. The research of Islamic education values within Wayang Kulit is conducted based on library research. Essentially, the Wayang Kulit is still exist until today, but the problem relied on it is the fact that young generation has not been built to preserve this art. Besides, the Islamic of Indonesian values can be found within the soul of Wayang Kulit, such as in the epic story of Ramayana dan Mahabharata. Wayang Kulit is not merely an art to entertain people, but its role can also be taken as one of educational method. It because within the story of Wayang Kulit itself relied some great, moral, and ethics values.

Abstract

The development of Islamic religious education is very important considering that there are still many unresolved educational problems regarding morals. Educational policies also contribute to the development of Islamic religious education. This study aims to determine the implementation of educational policies in terms of the development of Islamic education in schools. Research on educational policies in the development of Islamic education in schools is conducted by reviewing the manual literature. Islamic education policies are very dependent on national policy, thus experts must contribute in formulating the policies that are in line with community expectations regarding to the growth of moral maturity and characters.
