Abstract

Tujuan penelitian aalah untuk mengoptimalkan peran mediasi (perubahan kurilukulum dan lingkungan kerja) sebagai predictor pengaruh langsung atau tidak langsung antara interaksi social terhadap transformasional kepemimpinan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner (survey) pada guru sekolah dasar dikota Cilegon berjumlah 195 respon dan menguji mediasi dengan alat statistic partial least square (PLS SEM). Hasil penellitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh interaksi social terhadap lingkungan kerja; (2) ada pengaruh interaksi social terhadap perubahan kurikulum; (3) ada pengaruh interaksi social terhadap transformasi kepemimpinan; (4) ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap transformasi kepemimpinan; (5) ada perubahan kurikulum terhadap transformasi kepemimpinan; serta (6) peran mediasi (perubahan kurikulum dan lingkungan kerja) sebagai predictor mampu memediasi variable secara penuh (full mediation). Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu transformasional kepemimpinan pendidikan merupakan transformasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang dipengaruhi oleh interkasi social, perubahan kurikulum dan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan bentuk keterlibatan sumber daya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui TQM pada Lembaga Pendidikan, dan mengevaluasi strategi karena perubahan lingkungan. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian positivism (kuantitatif). Populasi penelitian adalah para guru ASN sekolah dasar di kota Cilegon. Tekmik sampling menggunakan teknik random sampling (acak) dengan google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alat analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian Total Quality Management (TQM) dipengaruhi oleh komitmen Bersama, dan iklim kerjasama. dan untuk menciptakan iklim kerjasama perlu ada tanggung jawab Bersama, dan komitmen Bersama. Simpulan, Inovasi TQM Lembaga Pendidikan melalui peran guru, peran kepala sekolah, dan peran komite sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kebutuhan dasar manusia dan membangun inovasi disiplin untuk meningkatkan prestasi guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei pada guru sekolah dasar dengan cara menyebarkan google form, pada 135 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan Teknik random yaitu Teknik acak untuk memperoleh kualitas jawaban responden. Alat uji menggunakan structural Equation Model (SEM) yang menggambarkan potensi disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi guru.  Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) tidak ada pengaruh rasa bahagia terhadap disiplin guru; (2) ada pengaruh rasa bersyukur terhadap disiplin guru; (3) tidak ada pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap disiplin guru; (3) ada pengaruh disiplin guru terhadap prestasi guru; (4) ada pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi guru; serta (5) variable mediasi (disiplin guru) dapat memediasikan antara rasa bahagia, dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi guru. Simpulan, inovasi disiplin dapat dikembangkan melalui penerapan rasa bersyukur pada individu guru sekolah dasar, dan berdampak pada prestasi guru.

Abstract

Prestasi kerja menimbulkan produkrifitas kerja, dan inovasi daya saing perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan daya saing perusahaan melalui prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menambahkan variable intervening sebagai variable prediksi yang memengaruhi secara tidak langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survei (kuesioner) pada karyawan PLTU secara acak (random). Data yang terkumpul sebanyak 185 responden dan akan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain prestasi kerja terhadap keselamatan kerja dengan nilai p-value 0.000 < 0.05, dan prestasi kerja terhadap lingkungan kerja dengan nilai p-value 0.000 < 0.05. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu peran prestasi kerja dalam organisasi mampu menjembatani keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja dan berdampak positif apabila organisasi menerapkan prestasi kerja sebagai ukuran kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

In the educational environment, schools have a critical role in determining the quality and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. Transformational leadership that focuses on motivation and innovation is considered capable of responding more effectively to the challenges of modern education. In Cilegon City, there is an observation that performance has a direct impact on teacher discipline and mentality, which in turn affects the quality of teaching by teachers. Several factors that can improve performance are transformational leadership and work discipline. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and the application of discipline on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in elementary schools in Jombang District, Cilegon City. In an era of increasingly complex education, the role of transformational leadership is crucial in building a work culture that is inspiring and oriented towards improving the quality of teaching. The application of discipline is also considered an important factor in shaping teacher behavior and work ethic. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving a number of teachers as respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to test the relationship between variables. The research results show that transformational leadership and the application of discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to be an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of transformational and disciplinary leadership on teacher performance. These findings indicate that efforts to improve teacher performance do not only depend on aspects of leadership and discipline, but must also consider the level of job satisfaction felt by teachers. The practical implication of this research is the importance of school principals adopting a transformational leadership style and strengthening the application of discipline in order to increase job satisfaction and overall teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia in the post-COVID-19 pandemic period. This study is based on the phenomenon of increasing demand for pharmaceutical products during the pandemic, which significantly affected the company's revenue structure, profitability, and efficiency. With the end of the global health crisis, it is important to understand how the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies has changed and whether there have been adjustments to their business strategies in facing the new normal. The research method uses a quantitative approach with financial ratio analysis covering liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity. Data are taken from the annual financial reports of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023, representing the periods before, during, and after the pandemic. Comparative analysis was conducted using different tests (paired sample t-test and ANOVA) to assess the significance of changes in performance between periods. The results show that in general, pharmaceutical companies experienced a significant increase in financial performance during the pandemic, particularly in profitability ratios. However, after the pandemic ended, there was a decline in revenue and profit margins due to the decline in demand for emergency health products. Nevertheless, several companies were able to maintain positive performance through product diversification and healthcare service innovation. These findings are relevant for corporate management, investors, and policymakers in understanding the dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry in the post-pandemic era and the adaptation strategies needed to maintain business sustainability amid fluctuating healthcare sector demand.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets and Return on Equity on firm value in automotive sector issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Profitability is viewed as a fundamental factor influencing market valuation and investor confidence, particularly in the automotive sector, which experienced significant pressure during the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges of post-pandemic economic recovery. The research method employed a quantitative approach using secondary data in the form of financial reports and annual stock prices. The sample was determined through purposive sampling of automotive companies consistently listed on the IDX throughout the study period. Firm value was measured by the Price-to-Book Value (PBV) ratio, while the independent variables were ROA and ROE. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test to ensure model sphericity.The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that ROA and ROE simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value (p < 0.05). Partially, ROA has a positive and significant effect, indicating that efficient asset utilization directly increases firm value. Meanwhile, ROE also had a positive effect, but with a lower level of significance, indicating that return on equity also supports increased firm value, although it does not influence ROA.

Abstract

The mining industry has become one of the hopes for the economic advancement of the nation. In the electric vehicle industry, Indonesia's metal and mineral raw material industry also contributes to the supply of raw materials for electric vehicles (EVs). This presents an attractive opportunity for investors to purchase shares in mining companies. This research aims to determine the long-term and short-term effects of Return on Equity (ROE), interest rates, and exchange rates on the stock prices of mining companies in the metal and mineral sub-industry (B146) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2018-2019. The study employs a quantitative method and utilizes data analysis techniques with the assistance of Eviews-12, using a sample of 49 observations. The results indicate that ROE, interest rates, and exchange rates do not have a significant impact on stock prices in the short term. However, ROE and interest rates have a negative effect on stock prices in the long term, while exchange rates have a positive effect on stock prices in the long term.

Abstract

The study was designed with the aim of determining the effect of TATO, DER, and ROE variables on stock price variables. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with time series data analysis through a multiple linear regression model based on Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), which was processed using Eviews12 software. The partial results of the TATO variable obtained While the DER variable showed meaning that acceptance of and ROE obtained a stating that was accepted. The results of the study simultaneously showed a In conclusion, TATO, DER, and ROE simultaneously and significantly influence stock price movements. However, TATO was found to have no significant effect on stock prices. In contrast, DER and ROE showed a significant real impact on stock prices.

Abstract

Stock returns serve as a key indicator for maximizing profits and minimizing investment risks. This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Interest Rate, and Financial Distress on Stock Returns in both the short term and long term for manufacturing companies in the pulp and paper sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015–2024 period. The research employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 7 companies selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Panel Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method with the assistance of Eviews 12 software. The results show that in the short term, Current Ratio and Interest Rate do not significantly affect Stock Returns, while Financial Distress has a significant effect. In the long term, Current Ratio, Interest Rate, and Financial Distress all have a significant effect on Stock Returns. These findings imply that investors should carefully consider both company fundamentals and external macroeconomic factors when making investment decisions, particularly for long-term investments.
