Abstract

Effective change management requires five main steps: assessing the situation, planning the change, putting the plan into practice, analyzing the results, and ensuring that the change is safe and effective in the organization. This research is in-depth about “Organizational Change Management: Effective Strategies in Facing Global Challenges.” Through the literature study method, this research examines more deeply how to implement an effective change management strategy to face an era of boundless global competition characterized by rapid changes in the business environment and advances in communication and information technology. In this effective strategy, it is necessary to involve employees and leaders who change the paradigm of thinking to face the rapid changes in the business environment in global competition for the success of the transformation.

Abstract

Prestasi kerja dapat diukur dengan sertifikasi guru yang berdampak langsung terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memprediksi keberlanjutan kinerja guru sekolah dasar kota Cilegon, dan mengoptimalkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh langsung atau berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif berupa data responden yang dikumpulkan melalui sebaran kuesioner pada guru sekolah dasar di Kota Cilegon, dan dianalisis dengan alat statistic structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) tidak ada pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kedisiplinan; (2) tidak ada pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja; (3) ada pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru; (4) ada pengaruh prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; serta (5) hasil uji mediasi kedisiplinan dan prestasi kerja mediasi layak digunakan. hasil uji mediasi dapat memediasi antar variabel secara parsial. Simpulan penelitian yaitu pemerintah telah mengambil berbagai langkah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan memastikan bahwa masing-masing guru memenuhi syarat untuk melaksanakan tanggung jawab mereka. Kondisi ini dapat ditunjukan dengan hasil penelitian antara lain faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru yaitu Prestasi kerja, dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Komitmen merupakan sikap bekerja dengan rekan kerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendalami factor yang berdampak langsung dengan komitmen Bersama. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari guru sekolah dasar kota Cilegon, dengan Teknik sampling random (acak) dari populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti dengan cara menyebarkan google form, dan responden yang menjawab sebanyak 175 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) komitmen Bersama dapat dipengaruhi oleh factor iklim kerja sama dan kemampuan berbagi informasi; (2) kemampuan berbagi informasi dipengaruhi factor iklim Kerjasama; dan (3) variabel mediasi dapat memediasi sebagian variable (partial mediation). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah komitmen bersama merupakan kolektifitas sikap yang dibangun dari cara membangun iklim kerjasama dan saling berbagi infomasi dan berdampak pada tanggung jawab bersama.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalh untuk mengoptimalkan kepala sekolah sebagai penjamin mutu Pendidikan, resilience, dan peka terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan responden para guru sekolah dasar kota Cilegon. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey google form dan terkumpul 150 responden untuk diuji dan dibahas melalui alat statistic structural equation modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh tanggung jawab kepala sekolah terhadap supervisi akademik; (2) ada pengaruh tanggung jawab kepala sekolah terhadap fasilitas belajar; (3) ada pengaruh tanggung jawab kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi guru; (4) tidak ada pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi guru; (5) tidak ada pengaruh tidak ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap kompetensi guru; serta (6) hasil uji mediasi fasilitas belajar dan   supervisi akademik mengindikasikan bahwa variable independent tidak mampu mempengaruhi langsung ke variable dependen kecuali melalui variable fasilitas belajar dan supervisi akademik. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis pada kemajuan pendidikan antara lain tanggungjawab pada supervisi akademik, tanggungjawab pada fasilitas belajar dan tanggungjawab terhadap kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengoptimalkan peran mediasi (lingkungan sekolah dan iklim sekolah) antara kesehatan siswa terhadap mental siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitattif dengan metode survey pada guru sekolah dasar kota Cilegon, dan memasukan variabel mediasi prestasi kerja sebagai predictor yang mampu (tidak) menghubungkan antara variable independent (kesehatan guru dan lingkungan kerja) terhadap kinerja. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif bagian adopsi Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh kesehatan siswa terhadap lingkungan sekolah; (2) ada pengaruh kesehatan siswa terhadap iklim sekolah; (3) tidak  ada pengaruh kesehatan siswa terhadap iklim sekolah; (4) ada pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap mental siswa; (5) tidak ada pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap mental siswa; (6)   hasil uji mediasi  mediasi  iklim sekolah sebesar P value 0.222 >  0.05 artinya variable independent tidak mampu mempengaruhi langsung ke variable dependen kecuali melalui variable mediasi; serta (7) uji mediasi lingkungan sekolah sebesar 0.000>0.05 artinya variable independent mampu mempengaruhi langsung ke variable dependen. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh peran mediasi (lingkungan sekolah dan iklim sekolah) antara kesehatan siswa terhadap mental siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel kesempatan promosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey dengan metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS dengan menggunakan 40 indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel laten terhadap 233 responden dari enam perusahaan yang keseluruhannya merupakan Grup Wilmar company yang terdapat di Kabupaten Serang Provinsi Banten. Hasil uji empiris menggunakana outer model analisis didapatkan dari 40 indikator terdapat 9 indikator yang tidak valid sehingga didropping dari model penelitian. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukan item indikator memiliki kehandalan dan konsistensi yang baik. Sedangkan hasil uji empiris menggunakan inner model analisis didapatkan model penelitian memiliki goodness of fit yang baik dengan nilai r-square yang sangat tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kesempatan promosi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang memperhatikan aspek keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of strategic planning in financial management to support educational success at the Kampung Baru State Elementary School (SDN). Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews, participant observation, document analysis, and focus group discussions (FGD), this research highlights challenges, best practices, and recommendations for improving financial management in these schools. The research results reveal that SDN Kampung Baru faces significant challenges in managing limited financial resources, including a lack of funding and increasing operational costs. However, best practices such as careful budget management and active participation from stakeholders have been identified as important factors in improving the effectiveness of school financial management. Strategic recommendations resulting from this research include the development of a long-term financial strategic plan that involves participation from all relevant parties, increasing transparency and accountability in school financial management. This research also contributes to a better understanding of the importance of strategic planning in the context of school financial management and provides a foundation for further research in this area

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM), a comprehensive quality management approach, has been proven to increase efficiency and effectiveness in various sectors, including education. However, its implementation in elementary schools, especially in Cilegon City, is often not optimal. This problem will affect TQM on teacher performance through work commitment and reward management systems in these schools. This shows that there is a gap between the expected implementation of TQM and the existing reality, where many schools have not fully adopted or integrated TQM principles in daily operations. There are still many schools that have not implemented TQM effectively, often facing problems in inconsistent learning standards and school management. This research aims to analyze the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Management Reward on teacher performance with work commitment as an intervening variable in elementary schools in Jombang District, Cilegon City. In the educational context, the application of TQM principles is important to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of education. On the other hand, Management Rewards play a role in motivating and appreciating teachers so that they can improve their performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving a number of elementary school teachers as respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to test the relationship between the variables studied. The research results show that the implementation of TQM and Management Reward has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Work commitment was found to be an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of TQM and Management Reward on teacher performance. These findings emphasize that to achieve optimal teacher performance, integration between quality and reward management strategies is needed, as well as strengthening teacher work commitment. The practical implication of this research is that it is important for school policy makers to implement TQM and an effective reward system to increase teacher commitment and overall performance

Abstract

Teacher performance is a key factor in achieving optimal quality education. This research aims to investigate the influence of organizational learning and discipline on teacher performance, with work performance as a mediating variable, among elementary school teachers in Cilegon City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of 200 elementary school teachers selected randomly. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires that measure organizational learning, discipline, work performance and teacher performance. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques to test the direct and indirect relationships between these variables. The research results show that organizational learning and discipline have a significant positive effect on teacher work performance. In addition, job performance is proven to be a significant mediator in the relationship between organizational learning and discipline on teacher performance. These findings indicate that improving teacher performance can be achieved by developing an organizational learning culture and strengthening discipline. Job performance plays an important role in strengthening the impact of these two factors on teacher performance. Organizational learning and discipline are important factors that influence teacher performance, with job performance as a significant mediator. Implementation of policies that support organizational learning and discipline can improve teacher performance in elementary schools in Cilegon City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational learning and discipline on teacher performance by considering teacher performance as a mediating variable in elementary schools in Cilegon City. Organizational learning is an effort made by schools to improve teacher skills and knowledge through various training programs and professional development. Teacher discipline reflects the level of compliance with the rules and regulations that apply in the school environment. Teacher performance is measured based on the achievement of work results, innovation in teaching, and contribution to the school environment. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 118 teachers in several elementary schools in Cilegon City as research samples. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques and path analysis to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results of the study indicate that: 1) organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 2) Discipline also plays an important role in improving teacher performance. 3) Teacher performance was found as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between organizational learning and discipline on teacher performance. 4) These findings indicate that improving teacher performance can be achieved through the development of effective organizational learning and the implementation of strict discipline. This study provides practical implications for school administrators and educational policy makers to design professional development programs that focus on organizational learning and discipline enforcement to improve the quality of teacher performance
