Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi seperti AI menjadi sorotan dan pembahasan yang menarik. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang validitas dan reliabilitas penggunaan OpExams platform pembuat soal berbasis AI. Bertujuan untuk memberikan acuan dari hasil uji v aliditas dan reliabilitas soal dari OpExams. Apakah soal yang disajikan valid atau tidak dan mampu diandalkan atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari 30 responden dengan kriteria setara yang terdiri dari 5 butir soal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan 80% soal dinyatakan valid dan 20% soal tidak valid. Kemudian soal dinyatakan tidak reliabel.

Abstract

Penjaminan mutu adalah proses perencanaan/perumusan, penetapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi pelaksanaan, pengendalian pelaksanaan, dan pengembangan/peningkatan standar mutu pengelolaan pendidikan tinggi secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan, sehingga stakeholders internal (mahasiswa, dosen dan karyawan) dan eksternal (masyarakat, dunia usaha, asosiasi profesi, pemerintah) memperoleh kepuasan dari perguruan tinggi tersebut. Bahan yang menjadi objek pembahasan bersumber dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah tentang Peningkatan mutu perguruan Tinggi, dan juga tentang penjaminan mutu internal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan jurnal ini adalah menggunakan literature review dari berbagai sumber. Keberhasilan SPMI akan sangat bergantung dari dukungan semua pihak, khususnya seluruh civitas akademika dan tenaga kependidikan yang diharapkan memiliki kesadaran yang utuh, bahwa budaya mutu adalah pola pikir, pola sikap dan pola perilaku dari semua pihak yang berkepentingan pada perguruan tinggi tersebut. Dengan mengimplenentasikan SPM Dikti yang terdiri atas tiga sub sistem, yaitu SPMI, SPME, dan PD Dikti, diyakini bahwa semua perguruan tinggi di Indonesia akan mampu membangun budaya mutu, baik di perguruan tinggi masing-masing maupun akan berkontibusi pada pembangunan budaya mutu pendidikan tinggi pada tingkat nasional.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu proses yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan manusia yang tidak sekedar memiliki kecerdasan intelektual, tetapi juga dapat berpikir secara ilmiah dan filosofis. serta dapat menumbuhkan spiritualitasnya. Pendidikan yang berkualitas diperlukan untuk melahirkan generasi emas. Guru memegang peranan penting dalam dunia pendidikan sebab dari keseluruhan unsur pendidikan, gurulah yang paling berpengaruh. Untuk menyongsong generasi emas Indonesia 2045, guru harus lebih kreatif, inovatif, dan inspiratif dalam merancang aktivitas pengajaran yang berkualitas. Penelitian kali ini mengandalkan kajian dan analisis data sekunder. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yang diperoleh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dari sumbernya. Spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Artikel ini secara keseluruhan membahas hubungan antara pendidikan dan perwujudan generasi emas Indonesia, upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mewujudkannya, dan peran pendidik dalam mewujudkan upaya tersebut.

Abstract

The philosophy of science should be able to educate generations of people in a country through education. This research includes three theories, namely: scientific structural revolution, epistemological anarchism, and research programs in the new philosophy of science. This new research on the philosophy of science from the ideas of Thomas Kuhn, Paul Feyerabend, and Imre Lakatos according to the specific scope of their theory can provide new contributions to the general public, because it contains concepts in the form of scientific structures, views of science, and renewable research programs that can be applied to the realm of education in the present by learning from experience based on basic wisdom and love, namely: (philosophy). It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference for future researchers to increase further understanding of the new philosophy of science that has been presented by the three philosophical ideas of science in efforts to develop education and can be utilized by all groups as well as possible according to the scientific domain, especially for teaching and future learners. nation for the sake of progress, regeneration, and education to become better.

Abstract

The concept of education cannot be separated from philosophical thinking. Basically, the meaning related to the concept of education discusses human nature. Therefore, the development of education in Indonesia must be based on philosophical approaches. Currently, curriculum development in Indonesia is a hot topic of conversation. The Minister of Education and Culture launched the Independent Curriculum which is a solution to the learning loss problem that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Merdeka curriculum is here to be a breath of fresh air in the world of education. This research aims to determine the philosophical approach to the Independent Curriculum. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The research results show that the concept of a curriculum, especially the Independent Curriculum, cannot be separated from the philosophical approach to education. The philosophical approach in the Independent Curriculum is viewed from three approaches, namely the speculative approach, the value approach, and the radical critical approach. The speculative approach sees the formation of the Independent Curriculum based on the overall view, especially in the current good educational situation. The normative approach contains the values to be raised in the curriculum concept where the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the values of the Pancasila Student Profile. The radical crisis approach looks at how the Independent Curriculum is implemented in schools. It can be concluded that in forming a curriculum, consideration of educational philosophical views is needed.

Abstract

Universities establish policies, standards, and quality assurance instruments. The IQAS (internal quality assurance system) policy is the general direction and policy of higher education institutions in implementing quality assurance. IQAS standards are criteria used to assess the quality of higher education implementation. The IQAS instrument is a tool used to collect data and information to assess the quality of higher education implementation. This study aims to conduct an analysis and study of the implementation of the internal quality assurance system in higher education: a case study at the Bakti Asih Polytechnic, Purwakarta, Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Research data was obtained through interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and document analysis were then analyzed qualitatively. Qualitative analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Overall, the implementation of IQAS at the Bakti Asih Polytechnic Purwakarta has gone well. However, efforts are needed to improve the communication and socialization of IQAS, as well as regular monitoring and evaluation of IQAS.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi di Desa Gombang, Kabupaten Cirebon melalui revitalisasi perpustakaan desa dan pengaktifan minat baca dengan memanfaatkan acara Pasar Malam desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang meliputi identifikasi aset lokal, pemetaan kebutuhan, pengembangan program, dan implementasi serta evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam minat baca masyarakat berkat penambahan koleksi buku dan fasilitas perpustakaan serta keberhasilan integrasi kegiatan literasi di Pasar Malam. Kesimpulan dari program ini adalah bahwa penggabungan kegiatan literasi dengan acara lokal dapat efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan memperkuat budaya membaca di masyarakat.

Abstract

Managing change in human resource management (HRM) is a crucial aspect for the sustainability and advancement of institutions, particularly in educational settings such as universities. This study aims to reveal effective strategies for managing change within such environments, focusing on a case study of developments in a higher education institution. In this dynamic era, understanding and applying appropriate strategies is key to ensuring successful adaptation and innovation amidst ongoing changes. HRM is a primary pillar in maintaining an organization's continuity and progress. Amidst the constant flux of change, strategic HRM becomes increasingly important, serving not only as a guide but also as a foundation that enables organizations to adapt, grow, and succeed in an ever-changing environment. This research offers valuable insights into HRM strategies by deeply understanding how organizations manage their human resources, both in specific contexts like universities and in broader scopes. By identifying successful patterns, potential obstacles, and opportunities for innovation (Wang, Z., Xu, H., & Song, M., 2021), this study provides essential knowledge. Case studies, such as the one detailed in this article, offer concrete insights. By examining specific development cases in universities, we learn about strategic steps such as organizational restructuring, employee development, effective communication, and active stakeholder engagement, each significantly impacting organizational well-being. Therefore, this research aims to explore how these strategies are understood, adopted, and adjusted within the context of universities. It is hoped that a profound understanding of HRM strategies will contribute positively to sustainable and innovative managerial practices in the future. The study employs a systematic and comprehensive literature review approach using the SCOPUS database, considered credible and internationally indexed, to identify research trends and developments in HRM strategies. This methodology ensures an objective, transparent, and replicable analysis, providing a rich and beneficial contribution to the field of strategic HRM in higher education.

Abstract

Knowledge is the result of human curiosity about something. Each type of knowledge also differs depending on how to obtain it and where to learn this knowledge. Talking about science, basically scientific activity in its development is due to three main problems, namely: what do you want to know, how to get knowledge, and what is the value of that knowledge. Epistemology includes the nature and sources of knowledge, methods of obtaining knowledge, and criteria for the validity of knowledge. The method used in this paper uses literature study methods or conducting studies from various books and other scientific works related to the topic raised, namely Science in Review of Philosophy Related to Epistemology: Definition and Scope of Epistemology, Theory of Truth, Objectivity of Science, and Methodology Science. This study aims to determine the extent to which the topic is related to current developments so as to produce new knowledge and contribute to knowledge that can be useful for the public.

Abstract

Systematic philosophy broadly includes, namely; Ontology or essence theory which discusses the nature of everything that gives rise to knowledge, epistemology or theory of knowledge which discusses how we obtain knowledge, and axiology or value theory which discusses the use of knowledge (Juanda, 2016). These three theories actually discuss the same nature, only starting from different things and goals. The purpose of this writing is to explain science in terms of philosophy from an ontological perspective, and to find out how objects and concepts are in science. In writing this article, we used the literature study method or carried out studies from various books and other scientific works related to the topic raised.
