Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reform of Indonesia’s immigration policy in the era of globalization and to compare it with the immigration policies of other ASEAN countries, such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The research uses a literature review method by analyzing current regulations, international reports, and academic publications. The findings indicate that Indonesia has made significant reforms through immigration service digitalization, the implementation of e-visas, and a human rights-based approach. However, compared to neighboring countries, Indonesia still faces challenges in inter-agency coordination, undocumented migrant regulation, and refugee protection. The comparative study reveals that ASEAN countries adopt varied approaches, from merit-based systems to migrant regularization programs. This research concludes that Indonesia has great potential to lead the harmonization of migration policies in the ASEAN region, but it requires stronger legal frameworks and more integrated governance.

Abstract

To enhance students' critical thinking skills in learning the Indonesian language, this study developed an e-learning module based on the ADDIE model. Utilizing Google Classroom, the program was made interactive through discussion boards, HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) exercises, and digital resources. The results showed a significant increase in debate participation (from 30% to 75%) as well as improvements in analytical (from 65% to 88%), evaluative (from 50% to 82%), and argumentative (from 55% to 80%) skills. These findings align with constructivist theory, which views technology as a catalyst for active learning. With the provision of infrastructure and training, limitations such as teacher readiness and access to technology can be addressed. The study recommends developing similar modules for other subjects, incorporating advanced elements such as gamification.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a shift from traditional (manual) working methods to more modern and efficient ways of utilizing technology. This study aims to describe the digital transformation process in population administration services and the supporting and inhibiting factors in Tangerang Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach. There are three data collection types: observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used is interactive. The results of the study show that the implementation of digital transformation in population administration services in Tangerang Regency has had a positive impact, especially in accelerating and facilitating access to services. Despite facing challenges such as limited technology, digital literacy, and human resource readiness, the government has taken strategic steps to overcome them. Continued infrastructure support and education programs are the key to success.

Abstract

Trias Politica (eksekutif, legislatif, yudikatif) ialah suatu prinsip normatif bahwa kekuasaan diserahkan kepada orang yang berbeda untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan kekuasaan oleh pihak yang berkuasa. Pada yudikatif, Mahkamah Agung tidak cukup dalam mengontrol kekuasaan kehakiman, maka lahirlah Komisi Yudisial, yang memiliki peranan penting dalam usaha mewujudkan kekuasaan kehakiman yang merdeka melalui pencalonan hakim agung serta pengawasan terhadap hakim yang transparan dan partisipatif guna menegakkan kehormatan dan keluhuran martabat, serta menjaga perilaku hakim. Di NTB Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) masuk 13 besar Provinsi yang jumlah laporan hakim melanggar kode etik, tertinggi dari 38 Provinsi di Indonesia, ini menjadi pertanyaan dan tantangan bagi Komisi Yudisial NTB dalam penegakan kode etik hakim. Tujuan peneltian ini untuk mengetahui Eksistensi Komisi Yudisial NTB dalam melakukan penegakan kode etik hakim di lingkungan Peradilan NTB dan untuk mengetahui kendala Komisi Yudisial NTB dalam penegakan kode etik hakim di lingkungan Peradilan NTB. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif-empris. Yaitu penelitian yang meneliti aturan terkait dengan aturan-aturan yang mengatur tentang Komsi Yudisial dalam melakukan penegakan kode etik Hakim, dan pendapat-pendapat para ahli (law in the book), serta turun lapangan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaannya di lapangan (law in action). Untuk mempermudah penelitian ini digunakan metode pendekatan undang-undang (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach), dan pendekatan sosiologis (sociological approach).

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Analisis Lembaga Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN) Pada Netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara di Pemilukada 2024 sangatlah diperlukan bagi perkembangan ilmu hukum tata negara khususnya studi Lembaga Negara, pasca muncul berbagai kasus ketidaknetralan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Pemilukada tahun 2024. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui peran Lembaga Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara dan hambatannya dalam penegakan pelanggaran Netralitas ASN. Metode yang digunakan ialah penelitian normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan-bahan kepustakaan atau data-data sekunder. Luaran penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi kebijakan bagi para pemangku kebijakan dan peneliti hukum secara luas

Abstract

Case Study Research: The purpose of this research is to analyze the State Administrative Law Strategy in Addressing Waste Problems in Mataram City, NTB. To obtain excellent research results, the method used in this research is a normative juridical research method. Law is described as what is written in legislation (law in books) or law is conceptualized as rules or norms that serve as benchmarks for human behavior that are considered appropriate. This normative legal research consists of primary and secondary legal materials, namely research that refers to the norms contained in legislation. To facilitate this research, a statute approach method was used. The results of the research are that regulatory policies related to waste have not fully resolved the waste problem in NTB. Waste management infrastructure in NTB is not optimal, so a good State Administrative Law Strategy is needed to address the waste problem in Mataram City, NTB. In addition, a collaborative participatory approach is needed between the local government and all levels of society committed to resolving the waste problem in NTB.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of adaptive learning in instructional design and its impact on student engagement in the context of online learning in higher education. Using a systematic literature review approach, this study analyzes ten scientific articles through thematic analysis and source triangulation methods to obtain credible and comprehensive findings. The results of the analysis reveal that adaptive learning supports the personalization of the learning process through the use of learning analytics, learning style mapping, and adaptive content arrangement. Adaptive instructional design serves as an implementation framework that allows for learning flexibility through formative assessment, scaffolding, and material modularization. The integration of the two components has a positive impact on student engagement, both in the affective, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions. This study produces a conceptual model that explains the logical relationship between adaptive learning, instructional design, and student engagement. The implications of these findings encourage the development of a more personalized e-learning system and learning that is oriented to individual student needs.

Abstract

Abstract contains a brief description of the research objectives, methods used, instruments, data analysis techniques, and research results. The emphasis of writing abstracts is mainly on research results. Abstracts are written in Indonesian and English. Abstract typing is done single-spaced with margins that are narrower than the right and left margins of the main text. Keywords need to be included to describe the realm of the problem under study and the main terms that underlie the implementation of the research. Key words can be single words or a combination of words. The number of key words 3-5 words. These key words are necessary for computerization. Searching for research titles and abstracts is made easier with these key words.

Abstract

Mathematical thinking ability is the ability of thinking processes to think systematically, analyze arguments and come up with ideas with evidence to develop a logical mindset on what to do. This very important because students will be helped in thinking mathematically rationally in drawing conclusions and observing the problems that exist. It is also necessary to pay attention to self confidence which is the ability of students to solve existing problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between students 'mathematical critical thinking and students' self-confidence in learning mathematics for Grade IX students. This study uses quantitative research with a non-experimental approach, namely the correlation approach. The population of this study is class IX at SMP Al Madani with a sample of 21 people through the sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis used normality test and Pearson correlation test. Based on the research, the results obtained were 1) normality test with a significance of 0.586> 0.05, which means the data was normally distributed and 2) a correlation value of 0.520 and significant 0.016 <0.05, which means that there is a positive relationship between students' critical thinking skills and self-confidence. in mathematics learning. In other words, the higher the students 'critical thinking, the higher the students' self confidence. This can be explained also that students of SMP Al Madani have good self-confidence so that it can affect students' critical thinking skills in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Leuweunggajah Village, Ciledug District, is one of the villages that have untapped potential for tourist objects and attractions, so an analysis of the potential and opportunities as a tourist village must be carried out. To obtain potential opportunities for potential tourist objects and attractions in Leuweunggajah village, it is necessary to data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the data collection that has been carried out will be analyzed and described according to current conditions and circumstances. Leuwuenggajah Village has 9 (nine) potential tourist objects and attractions including the Old Sacred Well, the Baitussu'ada Jami Mosque, the Red Brick and Kentongan of the Baitussu'ada Jami Mosque, the Dome of the Baitussu'ada Jami' Mosque, the Habib Toha Grave, the Tradition of selling on Fridays. 'at Kliwon, Sugar Factory in Leuwunggajah village, Ciledug Station, Ciledug District, Cirebon Regency, MSME activity programs: Seed house, Geol Crackers, Peanuts, and Umpet so that Leuweunggajah village has the opportunity to become a tourist village in Ciledug district which of course must be supported by the village government, community leaders, the role of the Putri Wanaliman Farming Women's Group (KWT) and educational institutions.
