Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to test the mathematical problem solving ability with RME learning model assisted by Jarimatika better than the mathematical problem solving ability with conventional learning, (2) to test the mathematical problem solving ability with RME model assisted by Jarimatika better than the mathematical problem solving ability with conventional learning, (3) to test the improvement of mathematical problem solving ability with RME model assisted by Jarimatika better than the improvement of mathematical problem solving ability with conventional learning. This research is a pure experimental research. The design was pre test post test control group design. The population was fifth grade students at Jatilawang 1 State Elementary School and Kemantran 1 and 2 State Elementary School. While the sample was first grade Jatilawang 1 State Elementary School as the experimental class and Kemantran 1 State Elementary School as the control class. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation and tests. The data analysis used in this research  (1) mathematical problem solving ability completeness test (one sample t test) and classical completeness test, (2) mathematical problem solving ability average difference test (independent t test), and two proportion difference test, (3) mathematical problem solving ability improvement test. The results of this study are (1) The problem solving ability of students with the RME model assisted by teaching materials exceeds 70, and the proportion of students with the RME model assisted by teaching materials reaches the completion of problem solving ability exceeds 80%. (2) The problem solving ability of students with RME model assisted by teaching materials is better than the problem solving ability of students with conventional learning, and the proportion of students with RME model assisted by teaching materials achieving completeness of problem solving ability is more than or equal to students with conventional learning, (3) the improvement of students' problem solving ability with RME assisted by teaching materials is better than the improvement of students' problem solving ability with conventional learning, (4) the influence of curiousity on problem solving ability is 90%. The implication of this research is that the use of the RME model assisted by Jarimatics can develop problem solving abilities, problem solving abilities with the RME model assisted by Jarimatics are better than conventional models.

Abstract

In today's knowledge-based economy, knowledge sharing is essential for organizations to be successful. However, knowledge sharing can be challenging due to a lack of trust, fear of losing power or status, cultural barriers, and lack of incentives. This study aims to create a conceptual model to understand better the relationship between social capital and the knowledge sharing process. We use a literature review approach to understand what comes before and after knowledge sharing. By looking at existing research, we want to find out the things that lead to knowledge sharing and the results of it. This helps us get a full picture of how sharing knowledge works and what factors play a role The study will examine how social capital dimensions (structural capital, relational capital, and cognitive capital) affect knowledge collecting and knowledge. The findings of this study will help practitioners and managers to create an environment that encourages people to share their knowledge, leading to increased innovation, productivity, and decision-making effectiveness.

Abstract

The prevalence of overweight and obesity in adolescents is increasing in the world, predicted to rank 4th in the risk of obesity in Indonesia in 2030, high risk of adverse effects on the quality of life of adolescents in the form of metabolic disorders, physical discomfort, absenteeism from school, low achievement, and low self-esteem. The purpose of the study was to analyze the correlation between overweight and the impact of physical social health on adolescents. This study used a cross-sectional design. The study population was 242 adolescents with a sample size of 151 overweight adolescents from seven schools in Palu City. The research instruments were weight scales, height measuring microtoice, body mass index standards according to the Ministry of Health in 2020, tensimeter, blood sugar, cholesterol, uric acid, interview format related to physical complaints and self-esteem felt in the last three months, and academic and non-academic grades asked to the homeroom teacher. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate Pearson test and Spearman test. The results of the study were obese 21 (13.91%), overweight 130 (86.09%). Correlation test between overweight and cholesterol score (p=0.000; r=0.373), academic score (p=0.026; r= -0.18), self-esteem (p=0.004), systole blood pressure (p=0.53), diastole blood pressure (p=0.278), fasting blood sugar value (p=0.22), uric acid value (p=0.107), absenteeism (p=0.099), complaints (p=0.167). The study concluded that there was a positive correlation between overweight and high cholesterol levels, as well as adolescent self-esteem, while a negative correlation was found with academic grades. The research recommendation is to further analyze the behavior and sociocultural of overweight adolescents before nursing/health interventions.

Abstract

Metacognitive will encourage students manage cognitive activities which be con trolled. This research aims to develop instruments that can measure students’ metacognition as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This research according to the ADDIE model. The research was conducted on students who had studied Environmental Change material in class X, with a small-scale trial on 10 students, and a large-scale trial on 50 students. Qualitative data analysis is in the form of descriptive validator comments. Quantitative data analysis includes validity, reliability, differentiated, question difficulty, and product effectiveness tests. Based on the development study, this product consists of 4 indicators, that is knowledge, regulation, awareness, and responsiveness. The instrument can ef fectively measure students’ metacognition, with the proportion of achievement of metacognitive integrated questions is 68%, and metacognitive questionnaires is 72%. The percentage of metacognitive integrated questions is 73.362%, with a KMO value is 0.875, and the fit category as a measurement instrument is 48%. The percentage of metacognitive questionnaire measurability is 82.123, with a KMO value is 0.578, and a fit category as a measurement instrument is 20%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of commitment of non-civil servant employees at the Kebumen Samsat Office. This study uses the variables Person Job Fit and Person Organization Fit to analyze the effect of Non-PNS Employee Organizational Commitment. In addition, this study uses the Job Satisfaction variable as an intervening variable to analyze the effect of Person Job Fit, Person Organization Fit on Organizational Commitment of Non-PNS employees at the Kebumen Samsat Office. The population in this study were non-civil servants at the Kebumen Samsat Office, amounting to 39 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample so that the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used is validity test, reliable test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, correlation analysis, Sobel test and path analysis. Data processing tools using SPPS 25.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Person Organization Fit does not directly affect Job Satisfaction. Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Person Organization Fit has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Job Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Person Job Fit on organizational commitment. Job Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Person Organization Fit on Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, brand awareness dan desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Gimmeback di Kabupaten Kebumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah brand image (X1), brand awareness (X2), desain produk (X3), dan keputusan pembelian (Y). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan statistik meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua variabel dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, tidak terdapat multikolinieritas, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, dan memenuhi syarat asumsi normalitas. Variabel brand image (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Gimmeback di Kabupaten Kebumen. Variabel brand awareness (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Gimmeback di Kabupaten Kebumen. Variabel desain produk (X3) tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Gimmeback di Kabupaten Kebumen. Variabel brand image, brand awareness, dan desain produk berpengaruh simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Gimmeback di Kabupaten Kebumen. Pengaruh variabel keputusan pembelian yang dijelaskan oleh variabel brand image, brand awareness,dan desain prooduk dalam penelitian ini sebesar 41,9%, sedangkan 58,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profesionalisme kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai ASN Puskesmas Karanganyar. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN Puskesmas Karanganyar sebanyak 47 responden. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu profesionaisme kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan disiplin kerja sedangkan variabel terikatnya yaitu kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengisian kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 23.00 For Windows. Metode dalam penelitian ini mggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Hasil uji T menunjukan bahwa profesionalisme kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai ASN Puskesmasn Karanganyar. Sedangkan   uji F menunjukan bahwa profesionalisme kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan disiplin kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh terhaap kinerja pegawai ASN Puskesmas Karanganyar.Penelitian ini diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) = 85,4% variabel kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variabel profesionalisme kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan disiplin kerja, sedangkan sisanya 14,6% (100%-85,4%) disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi, dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tri Telcon Utama Gombong Kebumen. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi, dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tri Telcon Utama Gombong Kebumen, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan. Data sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini yaitu pegawai PT. Tri Telcon Utama Gombong Kebumen yang berjumlah 35 sebagai responden. Instrumen atau alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS Release 26 for Windows. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa hipotesis pertama bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil hipotesis ke dua bahwa kompetensi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil pembuktian hipotesis ketiga bahwa insentif secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil hipotesis keempat disiplin kerja, kompetensi, dan insentif secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Word of Mouth, dan  Product Quality,  terhadap Keputusan pembelian konsumen Restoran Mie Kiro Kebumen. baik secara parsial maupun secara  simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Restoran Mie Kiro Kebumen dan Teknik pengambilan sampel Non-Probability Sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda (uji t dan uji f) , yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis meliputi, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen restoran Mie Kiro Kebumen. (2) Word Of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen restoran Mie Kiro Kebumen. (3) Product Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen restoran Mie Kiro Kebumen. (4) Persepsi harga, Word of Mouth dan Product Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen restoran Mie Kiro Kebumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji perngaruh motivasi, reward dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen yang berjumlah 95 guru yang diperoleh dengan teknik nonprobability sampling (jenuh). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25.0 For Windows. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Secara parsial motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan 2. Reward dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru SMK Taman Karya Teknik Kebumen.
