Abstract

The Apriori algorithm is a data mining technique used to find relationship patterns between items in a transaction dataset. In this context, the Apriori algorithm will be used to identify products that are often purchased simultaneously by customers. By understanding these purchasing patterns, companies can design more effective marketing strategies, such as strategic product placement, bundling package offers, and special promotions. This research involves several stages, starting from collecting sales transaction data, data preprocessing, applying the Apriori algorithm, to interpreting the results. The transaction data used is taken from the sales database of a retail store during a certain period. After the data is processed, the Apriori algorithm is applied to identify frequent itemsets and form association rules. The results of this research show that there are several significant purchasing patterns, such as a combination of product A and product B which are often purchased together. By applying data mining using the a priori algorithm method, you can find out which products sell the most. From the results of manual calculations it was found that consumers who bought RB 1060 would buy RB 1099 with 81% confidence, whereas using WEKA it was found that consumers who bought RB 1060 would buy RB 1099 with a confidence value of 82%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of information technology, adherence to accounting rules, and human resources to the reliability of financial statements in Central Lombok District Government. This study uses a quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through questionnaires. The respondents are the employees of finance department of Cen-tral Lombok District Government. The independent variables used in this study are infor-mation technology, adherence to accounting rules, and human resources, while the depen-dent variable is the reliability of financial statements. The respondents are asked to answer a set of questions listed in a questionnaire. 72 samples are taken from the total population of 256, however only 63, which are considered valid to be analyzed. For the data analysis, it used double linear regression method and processed by using SPSS 18.0. The data analysis results based on t-test show that information technology and human resources have positive significant effect on the reliability of financial statements, but adherence to accounting rules has positive insignificant effect on the reliability of financial statements in Central Lombok District Government. The implication of this study leads to the importance of the optimized preparation of financial statements to achieve the reliable financial statements.

Abstract

The implementation of this community service aims to increase moral and ethical awareness in the digital era among teenagers from the Al-Lathifah Mosque Youth Association, West Cikarang, through a structured and interactive counseling program. In its implementation, community service involves four main steps: preparation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, surveys and discussions were carried out to determine teenagers' needs regarding digital ethics. Next, at the planning stage, outreach materials are prepared thoroughly and delivery methods are chosen carefully. The outreach includes lectures, group discussions, and interactive activities designed to strengthen understanding and application of digital ethics in everyday life. Evaluation was carried out using questionnaires and in-depth interviews to measure changes in participants' understanding and attitudes. The results of this research show that there is a significant increase in digital moral and ethical awareness among teenagers after attending the counseling. This program has also succeeded in creating an environment that supports the development of better character. Thus, this outreach program has made a positive contribution to increasing digital moral and ethical awareness and could be an example for similar programs in the future.

Abstract

This research analyzes the phenomenon of amelioration on concrete nouns in the novels Layar Terkembang by Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana and Sitti Nurbaya by Marah Roesli. Amelioration is the process of changing the meaning of a word that leads to a more positive connotation. The purpose of this study is to identify the forms of amelioration, the positive connotations formed, and how these changes in meaning reflect the social and cultural context of colonial Indonesia. The research method used is corpus linguistics with documentation techniques through the KORTARA (Korpus Nusantara) application to identify frequency patterns and word collocation in literary texts. The results showed that there were 57 words undergoing amelioration that reflected changes in social views, culture, and religious values. For example, the word "khalikulalam" in Sitti Nurbaya's novel has undergone improvements, a shift in meaning that increases its value and respect; The word "virgin" in the novel Layar Terkembang carries a more subtle and respectful connotation, describing a young woman who is seen not only by her status but also associated with beauty, purity. The words not only have basic meanings, but also additional connotations that symbolize respect, sanctity, spiritual power, and cultural pride. The amelioration of these concrete nouns shows the changes in colonial society's perspective towards social roles and cultural values in daily life. The findings support the theory that amelioration is closely related to broader social dynamics, where words with high moral and cultural values tend to experience an increase in meaning. This research is expected to contribute to the study of Indonesian linguistics and semantic education, as well as add to the understanding of the interaction between language and social values in society.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital di berbagai bidang, termasuk manajemen aset. Pengelolaan aset yang efektif menjadi krusial bagi perusahaan dan individu untuk memastikan akurasi data, optimalisasi sumber daya, dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Namun, PT. Sinar Sosro masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan aset secara optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan Aplikasi Asset Management berbasis Android menggunakan metode Waterfall. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk menyimpan data aset perusahaan, memudahkan staf dalam mengakses informasi aset, serta mendukung pengelolaan yang efisien melalui perangkat mobile. Dengan antarmuka yang intuitif dan berbasis cloud, sistem ini dapat diakses secara fleksibel melalui smartphone, menjadikannya solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan kecepatan dalam manajemen aset.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution patterns of sachet machine product weights using the K-Means algorithm as a clustering technique. The dataset consists of 940 entries of primary production records, each containing ten weight measurement samples per production cycle. The data underwent a cleaning process to ensure the absence of missing values, duplicates, and outliers, followed by the selection of relevant attributes (product weight samples) and transformation using Min-Max normalization to scale all variables within the 0–1 range. The clustering process was performed iteratively by updating the centroids until convergence was achieved. The evaluation results indicate that the optimal number of clusters is three (k=3) with a Silhouette Coefficient of 0.55, reflecting a good balance between intra-cluster homogeneity and inter-cluster separation. Cluster 1 represents products with relatively low weights (8.00–8.18 grams), Cluster 2 includes medium-weight products (8.19–8.34 grams), and Cluster 3 consists of high-weight products (8.36–8.98 grams). Overall, the product weights tend to be stable with low variation, although some anomalies were observed in certain machines. These findings demonstrate that the K-Means algorithm can effectively classify product weight data, providing valuable insights for quality control, product variation identification, and minimizing risks of deviation from production standards.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms and types of conceptual metaphors and image schemas found in the corpus of Malay Sanggau song lyrics using a cognitive semantic approach. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data sources in the form of a corpus of seven Malay Sanggau songs taken from YouTube channels: Pancur Aji, Posan Ini, Riyak Sekayam, Lanau Idau, Borita Kalengkang, Ngapai Kapuas, and Biar Gonting Inang Putus. Data were collected through audiovisual and digital document analysis, as well as interviews with native speakers of Malay Sanggau to verify meanings. The analysis process was carried out through the stages of transcription, translation, identification of metaphors based on Lakoff and Johnson's Conceptual Metaphor theory, and application of Croft and Cruse's Image Schema theory to find cognitive relationships between the source domain and the target domain. The results of the study show that in the Sanggau Malay song corpus, there are three orientational metaphors, three structural metaphors, and three ontological metaphors. Each type of metaphor describes how the Sanggau Malay community interprets their life experiences, emotions, and cultural values through figurative language. These findings reinforce the view that conceptual metaphors function as a mirror of the cognition and local cultural identity of the Sanggau Malay community. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk dan jenis metafora konseptual dan skema citra yang terdapat dalam korpus lirik lagu Melayu Sanggau dengan menggunakan pendekatan semantik kognitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data berupa korpus tujuh lagu Melayu Sanggau yang diambil dari kanal YouTube: Pancur Aji, Posan Ini, Riyak Sekayam, Lanau Idau, Borita Kalengkang, Ngapai Kapuas, dan Biar Gonting Inang Putus. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen audiovisual dan digital, serta wawancara dengan penutur asli Melayu Sanggau untuk verifikasi makna. Proses analisis dilakukan melalui tahapan transkripsi, penerjemahan, identifikasi metafora berdasarkan teori Metafora Konseptual Lakoff dan Johnson dan penerapan teori Skema Citra Croft dan Cruse untuk menemukan hubungan kognitif antara domain sumber dan domain sasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam korpus lagu Melayu Sanggau terdapat tiga metafora orientasional, tiga metafora struktural, dan tiga metafora ontologis. Setiap jenis metafora menggambarkan cara masyarakat Melayu Sanggau memaknai pengalaman hidup, emosi, dan nilai budaya mereka melalui bahasa kiasan. Temuan ini memperkuat pandangan bahwa metafora konseptual berfungsi sebagai cermin kognisi dan identitas budaya lokal masyarakat Melayu Sanggau.

Abstract

Textbooks serve an important impact in molding students' learning outcomes, especially in terms of reading comprehension and cognitive skills. Recent research on Indonesian EFL textbooks, however, indicates that comprehension tasks are frequently dominated by lower level thinking skills (LOTS), with few possibilities for higher order thinking skills (HOTS). The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which LOTS and HOTS are reflected in the reading comprehension activities of the English for Nusantara textbook. A qualitative content analysis approach was used to assess 64 reading comprehension questions from five chapters using Bloom's Revised Taxonomy. The data suggest that LOTS are more prominently represented (64%), particularly at the remembering and comprehending levels, while HOTS appear to a lesser extent (36%) while analyzing and assessing activities. The generating level (C6) was missing from all chapters. Although the cognitive requirement gradually increased in later chapters, the overall distribution remained imbalanced, with LOTS dominating the majority of activities. Beyond description, these findings have practical ramifications. Teachers are encouraged to enhance their classroom practice by including HOTS-oriented activities such as debates, project-based learning, and creative writing projects to build evaluation and creation abilities. Textbook authors and curriculum developers, meanwhile, should redesign future editions to include a more balanced number of LOTS and HOTS, ensuring that comprehension exercises not only strengthen core literacy but also challenge students to think critically and creatively. By doing so, textbooks can better connect with the ideals of the Kurikulum Merdeka and the Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

Merdeka sebagai bentuk inovasi pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap tantangan abad ke-21. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam pemanfaatan media digital pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, serta merumuskan strategi yang digunakan guru untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran penting sebagai fasilitator, inovator, dan pengembang media pembelajaran digital. Tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital, dan kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, guru mampu merespons tantangan tersebut dengan strategi adaptif, seperti penggunaan media sosial dan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan ruang yang luas bagi guru untuk berinovasi, namun membutuhkan dukungan sistemik agar implementasinya berjalan optimal

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires the improvement of human resource competencies, particularly in the field of computer network security. SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Selatan, as a vocational high school focusing on information technology, has significant potential to produce work-ready graduates; however, it still faces limitations in students’ knowledge and skills related to network access security implementation. The main problems identified include low network security literacy, limited technical skills in configuring security systems, and a lack of digital ethics awareness in network usage. This community service program aims to enhance students’ knowledge, practical skills, and awareness of the importance of computer network access security through structured and application-oriented training. The implementation method consists of preparation, socialization, theoretical and practical training, case study simulations, evaluation, and follow-up for program sustainability. Training materials cover password management, firewall configuration, VPN usage, two-factor authentication, and role-based access control. The expected outcomes of this program are improved student competence in applying network security practices, optimized utilization of the school’s computer laboratory, and the establishment of a digital security awareness culture within the school environment. This program also contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of vocational school graduates in meeting industry demands and technological advancements.
