Merancang strategi komunikasi yang tepat dalam membuat dan menyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada mahasiswa merupakan hal yang sangat penting dilakukan oleh Dosen sebagai komunikator. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pendidik, rencana strategi komunikasi yang dibangun dan dilaksanakan oleh Dosen akan membantu mahasiswa menerima, memahami dan mengaplikasikan ilmu yang diperoleh pada perkuliahan dengan lebih efektif sesuai tujuan pembelajaran masing-masing mata kuliah. Lebih dari itu, strategi komunikasi juga mampu membangun hubungan yang kuat antara Dosen dan mahasiswa sehingga dampak komunikasi sebagai bagian dari pendidikan memiliki efek yang berkelanjutan.

The process of social interaction is an element of the communication process, where the two are closely interrelated. The process of social interaction can be built if the communication process is also effective between individuals and individuals, individuals and groups, groups and groups. As time goes by, global competition, all in an all-sophisticated era, social interaction can also be done indirectly by interacting through social media or in other words interacting online. Social media can be said as a medium used to communicate without face to face. The purpose of this research is to know how the process of interaction that occurs between the users of social media users and those who do not use social media in a public space. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data source consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. while the analysis technique consists of data reduction, data presentation and data vertification. From the results of this determination show that interaction on social media is more active in comparison with direct or face-to-face interaction is caused by the influence of the internet or wifi network which greatly affects the patterns of interaction between communities, it is caused because most of the people who come to an public space is not solely for visiting, relaxing or just for coffeebut by instilling an intention to use the wifi that has been provided.

AbstractHealthy Jakarta Card ( KJS ) is a Health Insurance program provided by Jakarta Provincial Government through the UP . Jamkesda Jakarta Provincial Health Office to the community in the form of medical assistance to the population of Jakarta , especially for the poor and underprivileged with tiered referral system . KJS use tariff system the price of Indonesia Case Base Groups ( INA - CBG 's ) issued by PT Askes ( Persero ) , This study aims to measure the ability of rates Hemodialysis INA CBG 's to cover the real cost , to take the example of a hospital -type B education in North Jakarta . This study used a descriptive analytical approach . The data used are secondary data from reports in 2013 , which then these data are grouped into groups of direct costs and indirect costs . The data were processed using a computer program spreed sheet . The results of this study showed that the rate of CBG 's INA Hemodialysis Program KJS still able to cover the real costs of action Hemodialysis , Hemodialysis where the real cost of only 89.6 % of the fare . Suggested make clinical pathways for each health service that can be incurred cost efficiency .Keywords : INA CBGs , the real cost , hemodialysis

ABSTRACT. This research is motivated by the thought that Hemodialysis Unit at ABC hospital whichopened in 2005 , is a unit that produces , but in the determination of rates of hemodialysis services have notbeen done in detail , which includes only the cost component of operating costs of direct material regardless ofpersonnel costs , telephone and general logistics costs . The issue is whether income rates that have not beencalculated in detail to cover the costs incurred by the unit or how hemodilisia Cost Recovery Rate ( CRR ) ofthe Hemodialysis Unit.This study is a qualitative study using secondary data from monthly reports of severalABC RS unit to calculate total revenue and total cost Haemodialysis Unit. ABSTRACT -This research is motivated by the lack of passionate students of the Program StudiPerumahsakitan Vokasi in the following study courses Biostatistics, because the teaching method does not makethe students become active and participate. Consequently Biostatistics courses often leave some students areforced to repeat the due credit limit does not reach the threshold value eventually pass (C) and of course is verydetrimental to the student having to repeat the course credit until they intern (last semester). This study is aclass act with the entire student subjects RS1 50 people Academic Year 2012/2013 in the University ofIndonesia with the material limits of Biostatistics emphasis on material probability. Results were obtained incycle 1 achieved an average score of 3770/5000 = 75.4, cycle 2 average scores achieved 4105/5000 = 82.1and cycle 3 achieved an average score of 4585/5000 = 91.7. Conclusion The method of cooperative learningapproach through the media LKM have a positive impact in improving student achievement is marked by anincrease in the average scores achieved in each cycle, and through the media worksheet can increase studentinterest and motivation shown by increased activity in the classroom discussion. The research was determine is "Teacher's Pedagogic Competence in Improving Learning Outcomes in Sociology Subjects in Class X of the Pontianak Al-Jihad MAS". The purpose of this study was to determine teacher planning in conducting sociology learning with the 2013 curriculum, to find out the implementation of teachers in conducting sociology learning with the 2013 curriculum, to describe evaluations conducted by teachers in sociology learning with the 2013 curriculum. The approach used was a qualitative approach with descriptive method . Data collection techniques used were interview techniques and documentation, with data collection tools in the form of interview guides and documentation. Based on the results of interviews and documentation that the researchers have done prove that the sociology learning plan carried out by the teacher is still not optimal because the device is still incomplete. Then the implementation of sociology learning has not been implemented well because it did not achieve the planned learning objectives, and the evaluation carried out in sociology learning was quite good because it had used the assessment criteria as planned.

Teachers have their own problems when it comes to deal with their performances quality they have done so far. One of the problems which is clear that some teachers do not really develop themsleves and do reflections to all their performance processes. Teachers’ performance improvement actually can be improved by two directions in human management concept, that is leader’s and colleague’s supports and motivating themselves to do many reflections. The human management concept that is studied in this article is focused on teachers’ performance improvement by maximize human potential as the first and main components to improve learning quality and education itself. Para guru memiliki problematika tersendiri ketika bersinggungan dengan kualitas kinerja yang dilakukannya. Salah satu problematika yang tampak adalah kurangnya sebagian guru dalam melakukan pengembangan diri dan refleksi terhadap keseluruhan proses kinerja. Peningkatan kinerja guru sebenarnya bisa dilakukan melalui dua arah pada konsep manajemen insani, yaitu dukungan dari pimpinan dan kolega dan memotivasi diri sendiri dengan melakukan banyak refleksi diri. Konsep manajemen insani yang dikaji pada artikel ini berfokus pada peningkatan kinerja guru dengan memaksimalkan potensi manusia sebagai komponen pertama dan utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran maupun pendidikan itu sendiri.

A study has been conducted to investigate some aspects related to seagrass Enhalus acoroides growth in Barrang Lompo Island Makassar by using a modified tagging method. Tagging was applied monthly to 20 seagrass stands for seven months with weekly observations. The results showed that Enhalus acoroides growth had a quadratic pattern and was strongly affected by exposed environmental condition, turbidity, nutrient, and temperature.

Higher Order Thingking Skill (HOTS) merupakan salah satu penilaian yang sudah banyak digaungkan pemerintah di abad 21 ini, tidak terkecuali pendidikan tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui prosedur pengembangan soal HOTS matematika untuk siswa kelas IV SD yang telah tervalidasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan desain modifikasi Model Wilson, Oriondo dan Antonio. Prosedur pengembangan meliputi tiga tahap, yakni tahap perancangan, ujicoba tes, dan pengukuran tes. Pada artikel ini dibatasi pada tahap perancangan dan validitas instrument tes. Instrument HOTS matematika dikembangkan dengan soal pilihan ganda beralasan sebanyak 15 butir. Soal dibuat dengan materi pecahan yang diperuntukan untuk siswa kelas IV SD. Pembuktian validitas instrumen HOTS dilakukan oleh 3 orang ahli di bidang matematika dan dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan dengan rumus indeks Aiken V. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa 15 butir soal semuanya valid dengan rerata indeks aiken 0,87. Soal yang telah divalidasi siap untuk diujicobakan.

This study aims to find problems in the online learning process in class iv sdn 024757 binjai city with the hope that all students in class iv can follow the online learning process by making class agreements involving teachers, students, and parents that refer to the principle of independent learning. The method used in this research is field research by conducting research studies on actual conditions through observations and interviews related to classroom management during online learning. The research techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation studies. By making a free learning class agreement, it can foster effective communication between teachers, students, and parents. In addition, it fosters a sense of responsibility for students to participate in the online learning process because previously students have been involved in determining the expected class.
