Abstract

Enhancing communication skills is vital for individuals involved in lobbying and negotiations. Lobbying is a critical aspect of all aspects, including corporations, non-profits, and interest groups that seek to influence policymakers. Effective communication is at the heart of successful lobbying efforts. Negotiation is a critical skill needed for effective management. Based on the GAP analysis executed by the researcher, on the keywords Lobby and Lobby in English and Indonesian words, the researchers conduct analysis beginning with research trends identified from keywords and themes from research titles, as well as abstracts and research contacts, in order to identify publications, as well as the focus and novelty of the research. In prior research utilizing Scopus data, one cluster including four elements was identified, derived from a total of 20,001 publications from 2021 to 2025. Based on the data obtained and the results of the analysis that have been described by researchers here, it can be concluded that lobbying and negotiation in communication science studies have not been discussed much in previous research, making it possible for researchers in the field of communication science to discover new themes or discover novelty of the research.

Abstract

Now the world is changing rapidly, especially after Covid 19, the world is experiencing The Great Reset (large scale changes) resulting in disruption. As a result of this, many institutions, institutions and companies have closed down because they are not ready to face these changing times. Because of the importance of this problem, in this paper we try to highlight a holding company that has successfully carried out the process of changing this era, namely the Djarum Group. In this case the problem raised is what factors play a role in the successful adaptation of PT's marketing strategy. Djarum (Djarum Group) through Cultural Shift? This paper uses the literature study method using the Djarum Group case study with a descriptive qualitative paradigm approach.  From the description it was found that the factors that played a role in the successful adaptation of PT's marketing strategy. Djarum (Djarum Group) through Cultural Shift is a strong and visionary leadership factor of two brothers, namely the Hartono Brothers who are the heirs to the founders of PT Djarum, where they have both succeeded in realizing the vision and mission of their parents when founding PT. Djarum even goes beyond this by providing a touch of innovation and sophisticated production technology. Making the Djarum Group a global company that is world-famous and the Hartono brothers are always listed as the richest people in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini berisi tentang fenomena pelecehan seksual verbal sesama jenis yang terjadi melalui platform YouTube dalam video game live streaming, khususnya dalam konten Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MLBB). Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada semakin maraknya kasus pelecehan seksual verbal di ruang digital, yang sering kali dinormalisasi sebagai bahan candaan atau hiburan, sehingga berpotensi merusak nilai-nilai sosial dan psikologis korban. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk pelecehan seksual verbal dalam live streaming, serta dampaknya terhadap interaksi sosial di dunia maya. Teori yang digunakan adalah Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) oleh Wood dan Smith, yang menjelaskan peran komputer sebagai mediator dalam interaksi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi pesan pelecehan seksual verbal dalam video live streaming akun YouTube "Top Global Miya". Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelecehan seksual verbal terjadi melalui pesan teks dan audio yang dikirim via platform donasi seperti Saweria. Pesan-pesan tersebut sering kali dibalut candaan, sehingga dinormalisasi oleh penonton. Reaksi streamer berupa trash talking justru memperkuat siklus pelecehan, karena dianggap sebagai hiburan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya regulasi lebih ketat dari platform seperti YouTube dan Saweria untuk memfilter konten pelecehan, serta edukasi bagi pengguna tentang dampak negatif normalisasi pelecehan seksual. Streamer juga diharapkan bisa membatasi penggunaan saweria berbentuk audio untuk mencegah pelecehan dalam bentuk suara. Selain itu, penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan pelaporan kasus pelecehan di ruang digital.Abstract. This study examines the phenomenon of same-sex verbal sexual harassment occurring through the YouTube platform in live-streamed video games, particularly in Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MLBB) content. The urgency of this research lies in the increasing prevalence of verbal sexual harassment in digital spaces, which is often normalised as a form of humour or entertainment, thereby potentially damaging the social and psychological values of victims. The objective of this study is to analyse the negative impacts of live streaming games, particularly the presence of sexual harassment. This research employs qualitative content analysis to identify messages within the live streaming videos of the YouTube account ‘Top Global Miya.’ Data was collected through observation, documentation, and literature review. The results of the study indicate that the negative impacts of communication during live streaming include verbal sexual harassment occurring through text and audio messages. These messages are often disguised as jokes, thereby normalised by the audience. The streamer's reactions, such as trash talking, reinforce the cycle of harassment, as it is perceived as entertainment. This study found the negative impacts of communication, highlighting the need for stricter regulations from platforms like YouTube and Saweria to filter content, as well as education for users about the negative impacts of normalising sexual harassment, including the importance of increasing legal awareness and reporting cases of harassment.

Abstract

Nutritional disorders in pregnant women often include Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Anemia and Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women are the primary causes of hemorrhage and infection, which are major factors in maternal mortality. Moringa leaves are one of the plants that contain many nutrients, their benefits and nutritional value are not yet widely known by the public. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women in creating additional food menus according to local foods available around them, especially Moringa Leaves. The activity will take place on January 10, 2024, in Tembilahan City Subdistrict, targeting 20 pregnant women with CED. The method used is counseling with pretest and posttest activities to assess the pregnant women's knowledge about supplementary feeding for pregnant women, and a demonstration of making a simple recipe using Moringa Leaves, which can be used as additional supplementary feeding for pregnant women. Respondents are then given the opportunity to ask questions about the material presented. The posttest will measure the increase in knowledge and attitudes of the respondents toward the material delivered. Following the posttest, questionnaires, monitoring, and evaluation of the pregnant women will be conducted. The results of the community service activity showed that after the education, the majority of pregnant women had better knowledge. Pregnant women were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity, as it became a platform for consultation on nutritional needs and the use of local food sources like Moringa leaves as supplementary feeding for pregnant women.

Abstract

Pemberitaan penolakan warga Aceh terhadap kedatangan etnis Rohingya menimbulkan banyaknya respons dari masyarakat Indonesia, salah satunya di media Youtube. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktor yang memegang peran dalam respons dari jaringan komunikasi yang berlangsung pada kolom komentar dan menemukan adanya sentimen dari kalimat komentar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data berupa frekuensi angka dan hasil analisis teks komentar melalui pendekatan Social Network Analysis berdasarkan alat bantu Netlytic.org dan Gephi. Melalui teori Jaringan Komunikasi, penelitian ini akan melihat interaksi yang berkembang di kolom komentar Youtube sebagai bentuk forum digital dalam terjadinya pertukaran pesan yang saling terhubung antar pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya aktor @men_sim sebagai aktor paling aktif dalam menyebarkan komentar, sementara aktor sebagai pemicu timbulnya respons dari aktor lain terhadap komentarnya yaitu @dyatra6410. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa respons masyarakat terhadap kedatangan etnis Rohingya berupa respons negatif pada kolom komentar sebagai ruang komunikasi publik digital. Penilitian ini berkontribusi dalam pemahaman dinamika jaringan komunikasi di media digital, khususnya pada media Youtube.

Abstract

Previous research has shown that political influencers affect internal political efficacy. The widespread exposure of Generation Z to political influencers on social media raises the question of whether this exposure enhances political knowledge, comprehension, and skills. The study examines the linear impact of political influencers on internal political efficacy by categorizing exposure as low, medium, or high. A survey was distributed through social media platforms. The study population consisted of Generation Z social media users, selected through purposive sampling (N = 488). Eligibility criteria included being between the ages of 17 and 26, holding Indonesian citizenship, and following at least one political influencer on social media. Data were analyzed using linear regression with SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that the influence of political influencers varies according to the level of their following. Influencers significantly affected internal political efficacy only among participants who followed them moderately. This effect was seen only among individuals with low or average political interest. For those with a high interest in politics, the influence of political influencers was minimal, likely because these individuals seek information from other sources. These results contribute to understanding the non-linear relationship between political influencer exposure and internal political efficacy.Keywords: Generation Z, internal political efficacy, political influencers, political interest ABSTRAKStudi terdahulu telah menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari political influencer terhadap internal political efficacy. Dengan begitu banyak terpaan political influencer yang dapat diterima Generasi Z melalui media sosial, memunculkan pertanyan apakah semua terpaan tersebut berfungsi optimal  dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan skill  di bidang politik dari Gen Z. Studi ini  bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak linier dari political influencer terhadap internal political efficacy, dengan membaginya pada tiga kelompok tingkatan following (rendah, sedang, tinggi). Penelitian menggunakan metode survei yang dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner melalui jejaring media sosial.  Populasi merupakan  Generasi Z pengguna media sosial, dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (N=488). Kriteria sampel adalah mereka dengan usia 17-26 tahun (Gen Z), warga negara Indonesia, dan mem follow minimum satu political influencer di media sosial. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier dengan  aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh influencer politik memiliki perbedaan pada tingkat following yang berbeda. Hanya pada kelompok following moderat, influencer memberikan dampak pada internal political efficacy Gen Z. Selain itu, pengaruh influencer hanya berlaku jika individu memiliki ketertarikan politik yang rendah atau rata-rata. Ketika individu memiliki ketertarikan politik yang tinggi maka pengaruh influencer cenderung berkurang, hal ini dimungkinkan karena mereka dengan ketertarikan politik yang tinggi cenderung akan mencari informasi dari sumber alternatif lainnya. Temuan ini memberikan sumbangan konseptual terkait adanya hubungan non linier dari pengaruh political influencer terhadap internal political efficacy. Kata Kunci: Generasi Z, efikasi politik internal, influencer politik, minat politik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital marketing strategies through the TikTok platform in building brand trust among Generation Z. TikTok is highly relevant due to its large Gen Z user base and interactive features that support viral content distribution. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research analyzes digital content from the MS Glow brand during the period of January to June 2025. The findings indicate that strategies such as storytelling, collaboration with micro-influencers, user-generated content, and social value campaigns are effective in enhancing brand trust. This study offers practical insights for marketers in designing relevant digital communication strategies for Gen Z.

Abstract

The Bumble app, with its key feature of giving women control over initiating conversations, has become popular among teenagers and adults as a new way to find partners. This study aims to analyze the alignment of expectations and experiences of users of the Bumble dating app, based on the social penetration theory framework. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods through interviews and observations, examining factors influencing user motivation, such as effectiveness, efficiency, accessibility, and ease of use, as well as challenges faced. The results indicate a gap between user expectations and the reality of Bumble usage. While issues such as identity theft, ghosting, security threats, and shallow communication contribute to a less-than-desirable user experience, enhanced features that provide more options for women have been shown to increase feelings of safety, comfort, and happiness. Abstract

Pertumbuhan pengguna internet usia anak menuntut tindakan bijak, seperti pendidikan literasi digital. Anak-anak memiliki potensi sebagai agen perubahan, dan sekolah serta guru memiliki peran penting dalam mendampingi dan berkolaborasi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi. Tim Pengabdi merancang Program PKM dengan judul "Gerakan Sekolah Cakap Digital: Pemanfaatan Tiktok dalam Model Pembelajaran 'Fun Learning' berbasis Kolaborasi Murid dan Guru di SD IT Attasyakur, Kota Depok." Tujuannya adalah menjadikan SD IT Attasyakur sebagai pilot project inovasi pembelajaran menuju "fun learning". Kolaborasi antara murid dan guru melalui media sosial diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi digital, terutama media sosial, untuk hal-hal positif dalam pembelajaran. Sasaran Program PKM ini adalah pengelola, murid SD kelas 3, 4, 5, dan guru kelas serta guru mata pelajaran lainnya seperti PJOK, Seni dan Budaya, serta Bahasa Inggris. Program ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu pelatihan bagi guru dan murid serta pembuatan konten pendidikan (Tahap 1), pengembangan kurikulum Tiktok dan monitoring (Tahap 2), dan evaluasi dan pembaruan (Tahap 3). Hasilnya, Program ini memberikan dampak signifikan pada seluruh entitas sekolah, termasuk pengelola, guru, dan murid. PKM ini memanfaatkan potensi guru dan murid SD IT Attasyakur dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan positif media sosial Tiktok yang diintegrasikan dalam berbagai mata pelajaran yang menekankan "fun learning". Sebanyak 31 konten edukasi telah diunggah di Tiktok sebagai hasil dari program ini.

Abstract

Online learning has become part of formal education. This learning process can produce efficiency in teaching and learning and foster a more exciting atmosphere. Using the Google Classroom application, teachers can apply their teaching and learning process through information technology-based media. Google Classroom training is conducted among students majoring in Islamic Religious Education from the Depok Islamic Religious Institute, where they will be prepared to become teachers/educators later. The results showed that the participants were enthusiastic about participating in the training to gain new teaching techniques that they did not previously possess, along with skills to become more familiar with the technology.
