Abstract

Kader posyandu membutuhkan keterampilan dalam pengolahan data, untuk mengurangi kesalahan dalam pendataan, pendaftaran dan mencatat agar lebih cepat, dengan mengikuti pelatihan aplikasi Microsoft Excel kader posyandu Desa Sukaraharja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelatihan Microsoft Excel untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengolahan data kader posyandu Desa Sukaraharja. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pelatihan dan teori keterampilan. Metode penelitiannya ialah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah delapan orang Kader Posyandu Desa Sukaraharja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelohan data menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sangat mudah dalam proses perhitungan dan mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan data. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwasannya pelatihan Microsoft Excel bagi Kader Posyandu Desa Sukaraharja ini sangat efektif dalam mengelola proses pendataan Posyandu. Hal ini membuat Kader Posyandu Desa Sukaraharja dapat memaksimalkan kinerjanya dengan baik dan dengan adanya pelatihan dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman sekarang ini.

Abstract

Indonesia, a nation rich in natural resources, faces challenges in providing equitable access to education, particularly for children in remote areas. Open High Schools offer an alternative platform for students facing limitations in accessing regular schools. In West Java, the Open High School program aims to improve education participation rates. However, effective management of Learning Activity Places (LAPs) remains a crucial aspect of ensuring a conducive learning environment. This research investigates the urgency of LAP managerial training for Open High School teachers to enhance their LAP management skills. A phenomenological qualitative approach was used, and data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The training program was well-planned, employing the andragogy approach, and focused on managerial aspects, including teamwork, module development, and LAP challenges. The evaluation showed improved LAP management skills, but some areas for improvement were identified.

Abstract

Abstrak.  Minat merupakan suatu kecenderungan yang menetap untuk memperhatikan dan mengingat suatu kegiatan. Seseorang yang tertarik pada suatu kegiatan akan dengan senang hati memperhatikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui minat musik pada anak usia 8-12 tahun di gereja HKBP Ressort Pengembangan Medan. Pada hasil penelitian didapatkan minat anak belajar bermain musik dikarenakan beberapa faktor yaitu faktor minat dari anak itu sendiri, faktor keluarga, dan faktror lingkungan sosial. Abstract. Interest is a persistent tendency to pay attention to and remember an activity. Someone who is interested in an activity will be happy to pay attention to it. This research uses qualitative research with the aim of finding out the interest in music in children aged 8-12 years at the HKBP Resort Development Medan church. The research results showed that children's interest in learning to play music was caused by several factors, namely the child's own interest, family factors, and social environmental factors.

Abstract

Rendahnya dayasaing pada kelompok usaha kecil dan menengah disebabkan oleh lemahnya melek aksara kewirausahaan. Usaha yang berkelanjutan hanya pada aspek ekonomi dalam skala kecil.Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan literasi kewirausahaan, daya saing  usaha dan usaha yang berkelanjutan . Metode penelitian menggunakan paradigma konstruksivistik dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dengan partisipan para pengusaha konveksi peserta belajar literasi, penyelenggara literasi, pengusaha lokal.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bajwa literasi kewirausahaan para peserta masih terbatas dan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhambat akibat belum optimalnya ketersediaan sumberdaya dan pemahaman mengenai struktur industri konveksi dan tata kelola usaha. Aspek ekonomi, sosial,dan lingkungan belum menjadi fokus perhatian para pengusaha konveksi

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is in seventh place with 1,408,000 cases of early marriage. The West Bandung Child Protection and Family Planning Women's Empowerment Agency (BP3AKB) noted that the rate of early marriage in West Bandung Regency (KBB) is still high, on average in all districts in KBB the rate of early marriage is still in the high category, including Lembang and Padalarang sub-districts. Early marriage is marriage to adolescents under 20 years old who should not be ready to marry. A marriage that is done when a person is not ready physically and mentally has a negative impact. The most experienced impacts were psychological, health, and socio-economic impacts. This early marriage needs to be prevented to reduce the negative impact it produces in society later. One of the efforts to reduce and prevent these negative impacts is by providing targeted education. This research aimed to know the application of premarital education with the audio-visual method, describing the knowledge and perceptions of adolescents before and after education is given and the relationship between changes in knowledge and perceptions of adolescents in Kec. Padalarang Regency. West Bandung after being given premarital education. This research was conducted using the Pre experiment one group pretest-posttest design method with a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 25 adolescents aged 18-25 years. Based on the results of statistical testing, it is known that there is a change in knowledge (p=0.000) and adolescent perceptions (p=0.000) in Kec. Padalarang Regency. West Bandung, which is significant after being given education about premarital with the audio-visual method. Changes in the average value of adolescent knowledge from 10.16 ± 3.21 to 12.16 ± 1.97. At the same time, the average value of adolescent perceptions was from 53.04 ± 5.09 to 56.48 ± 4.61. Premarital education with audio-visual methods is applied to adolescents in Kec. Padalarang Regency. West Bandung is given in the form of a briefing before teenagers continue to the marriage stage in the form of a YouTube video. This premarital educational material contains six aspects. The aspects conveyed in the video are the foundation of marriage, planning for partner selection, the dynamics of married life, the needs of family life, the continuation of quality generations, and family resilience. The aspects presented are packaged in a familiar language and easily understood by teenagers. Keywords:        premarital education, youth, audio-visual media

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of digital literacy among the member of youth organization (commonly called Karang Taruna) of Cicau Hamlet, Gadobangkong Village, Ngamprah Sub-district, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia, focusing on the use of the Internet in the context of community empowerment in the fields of self-development and economy. Case study methodology is employed, with data gathering approaches consisting of in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and observations of fifteen (15) Karang Taruna member informants. The findings of the study indicate that: The youth digital literacy in computer operation and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) abilities in the internet area are fairly strong, but there is still opportunity for improvement through enhancing infrastructure for stable internet connections and educating youth about the most recent ICT advances. When it comes to creating digital products in a variety of formats and models, youth have a low degree of digital literacy. This is due in part to a lack of imagination and creative thinking skills among digital content creators. Youth require continual training to increase their digital literacy and ability to create various types of digital material, which will contribute to the expansion of Indonesia’s creative economy sector. Youth digital literacy must be improved in terms of their ability to collaborate in the digital space, and education about collaboration must be conducted in accordance with digital ethics and security so that the youth of the Indonesian nation can collaborate with respect and remain safe from cybercrime. Youth still lack the digital literacy necessary to pick and filter legitimate and hoax-free content. Digital literacy pertaining to the ability to use digital technology for youth economic empowerment is included in the category of lacking because youth are still not literate and digitally proficient in using digital technology to increase income, raise their economic level through business opportunities in the digital space, and use digital wallets for sales transactions. Youth digital literacy in relation to self-development is also still weak and must be focused to add insight into access to information in the digital realm for career development and self-potential. As well as the usage of communities that are favorable to youth growth and self-healing. This study recommends intensive training and assistance for youth in digital content creation, as well as financial literacy education related to capital management and digital-based creative economy business opportunities.

Abstract

Interpersonal Skill menjadi keterampilan seseorang yang melekat pada setiap pribadi dalam persentuhannya dengan masyarakat (baik individu maupun kelompok) termasuk bagi para siswa Diktuk Polri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak dari pelatihan  keterampilan Interpersonal Skill siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode deskriptif ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil dari penelitian yang telah ditemukan dari lapangan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan beberapa teori yang relevan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SPN POLDA Jawa Barat yang beralamat di Jambudipa, Cisarua, Jambudipa, Kec. Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat 40551. dengan partisipan yaitu 150 siswa Diktuk BA Polri. hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pelatihan keterampilan Interpersonal Skill dapat membentuk polisi yang mahir, terpuji, patuh hukum dan unggul dengan hasil evaluasi dari pelatihan yang menunjukan11 orang siswa memperoleh nilai dibawah atau sama dengan 60 dengan predikat cukup dan persentase 7,3%,50 orang siswa memperoleh nilai 75-80 dengan predikat baik presentase 33,3%, 53 orang siswa memperoleh nilai 81-85 dengan predikat memuaskan dan persentase 35,3% dan terakhir 36 siswa memperoleh nilai diatas atau sam dengan 86 dengan predikat sangat memuaskan dan presentase 24,0%. jika dilihat secara keseluruhan siswa telah mencapai keterampilan Interpersonal Skill dengan memuaskan, dan hal tersebut diharapkan dapat mewujudkan SDM polri yang mahir, terpuji, patuh hukum dan unggul.

Abstract

Family parenting on the social emotional development of children in the Polri family environment, the purpose of this study is to find out how the parenting pattern in the Polri family environment and to find out whether family parenting has an impact on children's social relationships outside the dormitory. In accordance with the objectives that have been formulated, the population in this study is 10 Polri families who live in the West Java Police SPN dormitory. The author took samples using purposive sampling, amounting to 6 families. The data collection instruments of this research were in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research on parenting patterns on the social emotional development of children in the Polri family are 64.96%, so it is categorized in the Good Parenting Pattern in the Police Family. The parenting style applied in the police family is the Democratic Parenting Pattern. The impact of Parenting on children's social relations outside the dormitory which is dominantly carried out by children of Polri families is that they are dominant in being polite to their elders, giving smiles to friends who greet, and greeting each other when they meet each other. From this categorization, it shows that the impact of family parenting on children's socio-emotional social development is included in the Good category.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the implementation and impact of an online interactive learning platform optimization training program on the pedagogical competence of Package C tutors at PKBM Gagak Mas. Using a case study methodology, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the program manager, three training instructors, and six tutors. The findings revealed significant improvements in tutors' pedagogical competence, including enhanced interactive lesson design, facilitation of online discussions, advanced assessment strategies, differentiated instruction, and effective use of data analytics. Tutors also reported increased confidence in their teaching abilities and received positive feedback from students about the improvements in their teaching methods. This study contributes to the literature on professional development in non-formal education settings by demonstrating the effectiveness of structured, interactive, and supportive training approaches. The findings underscore the importance of tailored training programs that address specific needs and challenges faced by educators. The study's implications suggest that ongoing professional development and support are crucial in equipping tutors with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality online education. Future research should explore the long-term impact and scalability of such training programs to other educational contexts, providing further insights into effective professional development strategies.
