Abstract

Traditional medicine has become an integral part of people's culture to maintain health and balance in life. This journal proposes a study that explores the potential of traditional medicine using the gusmus raksa jasad method in improving the community's economy. Gusmus raksa jasad is a holistic approach that combines spiritual, mental and physical elements in healing efforts.This research aims to identify the positive impact of implementing the traditional treatment of gusmus raksa jasad on public health and how this can stimulate local economic growth. The research methodology involved surveys and interviews with traditional medicine practitioners, patients, as well as local economic stakeholders. The collected data will be analyzed to understand the effectiveness of traditional medicine in improving community welfare.It is hoped that the research results will provide in-depth insight into the economic potential of traditional gusmus raksa jasad medicine and support the development of policies that integrate local values with efforts to improve the economic welfare of the community. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution in preserving traditional healing practices and encouraging sustainable economic development at the local level.

Abstract

Single parents are people who raise their children alone, without help from their parents. They have significant responsibilities when it comes to raising their family. Single-parent families have more serious problems than single-parent families. This is largely due to the need for extra care and attention to ensure that the child is not abused in any situation. This research uses qualitative methodology. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, namely samples selected with certain considerations and objectives. Research findings show that very few solitary parents raise their children according to their own wishes. Therefore, the way one presents oneself to others has a significant impact on a child's behavior. If the way they present themselves to others is not appropriate, children can become introverted or extroverted. There are several types of parenting styles that parents can give to children, namely as follows: (1) Democratic Parenting Pattern (2) Authoritarian Parenting Pattern (3) Permissive Parenting Pattern.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti Silent Reading Book Club "Baca di Bandung", yang berfokus pada perannya dalam meningkatkan minat membaca dan mempromosikan literasi masyarakat melalui inisiatif akar rumput. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pengalaman peserta dan faktor kontekstual yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan enam peserta yang dipilih secara sengaja, pengamatan langsung terhadap kegiatan klub, dan analisis dokumentasi media terkait seperti tampilan 2data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi sumber memastikan validitas dan keandalan temuan dengan mereferensikan silang data dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa klub menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik untuk membaca dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung dan bebas penilaian sambil menjembatani kesenjangan generasi dan profesional. Penggunaan ruang publik dan model yang digerakkan oleh peserta menyoroti pentingnya visibilitas dan kemampuan beradaptasi dalam promosi literasi. Tantangan seperti hambatan logistik dan aksesibilitas diidentifikasi, dengan peserta menyarankan integrasi alat digital dan format hibrida untuk meningkatkan inklusivitas dan keterlibatan. Studi ini menggarisbawahi potensi transformatif program literasi akar rumput dan memberikan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk merancang model yang dapat diskalakan dan dapat disesuaikan.

Abstract

Strategic partnerships among Community Learning Centers (PKBM), industries, and governments play a critical role in empowering community economies through entrepreneurship education. This study aims to identify and develop an effective collaborative model that integrates multiparty efforts to support entrepreneurship training based on local needs. The research employed a qualitative-descriptive method with a case study approach at PKBM Attarbiyah, Arjasari District, Bandung Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that collaboration involving industries in providing technology-based training, government support through policies and regulations, and PKBM as program facilitators effectively enhances learners' entrepreneurial skills and strengthens local economic ecosystems. This model resulted in a 40% increase in learners' economic independence through training tailored to local industrial demands. The implementation of this model underscores the importance of multiparty synergy in ensuring the sustainability of entrepreneurship education. These findings support the development of policies and practices in community education aligned with the goals of community-based economic empowerment.

Abstract

Yayasan Pendidikan Ilmu Al-Qur’an (YPIQ) berperan penting dalam memberikan pendidikan berkualitas kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Namun, hasil belajar siswa seringkali dipengaruhi oleh kesulitan meningkatkan kualitas guru dan efektivitas metode pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidik YPIQ melalui inovasi pembelajaran berbasis AI (AI) dengan menggunakan platform Quizizz dan Wordwall. Metode penelitian melibatkan penerapan platform tersebut secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran. Di antara materi yang dibahas adalah strategi penggunaan AI dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan konten interaktif, dan evaluasi efektivitas pembelajaran. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendidik memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik untuk menggunakan AI, dan bahwa keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan kelebihan dan kekurangan penggunaan platform AI, serta prospek pengembangan lebih lanjut. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi pembelajaran berbasis AI meningkatkan kualitas guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran di YPIQ, yang berdampak positif pada sistem pendidikan di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Kata Kunci: Inovasi Pembelajaran Artificial Intelegent (AI), Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan   ABSTRACT The Al-Qur'an Science Education Foundation (YPIQ) plays an important role in providing quality education to the people of South Cimahi District. However, student learning outcomes are often influenced by the difficulty of improving teacher quality and the effectiveness of learning methods. The aim of this research is to improve the quality of YPIQ educators through AI-based learning innovations using the Quizizz and Wordwall platforms. The research method involves applying the platform directly in the learning process. Among the materials discussed are strategies for using AI in learning, developing interactive content, and evaluating learning effectiveness. The results show that educators have a better ability to use AI, and that student engagement and learning outcomes improve. In addition, this research discovered the advantages and disadvantages of using AI platforms, as well as prospects for further development. This study concludes that AI-based learning innovation improves teacher quality and learning effectiveness at YPIQ, which has a positive impact on the education system in South Cimahi District. Abstract

The background of analyzing the dynamics of foundation organizations in advancing community education lies in the increasing need for effective mechanisms to address societal educational challenges. By scrutinizing the operational dynamics of such organizations, insights can be gained into their pivotal role in shaping community educational landscapes. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for devising strategies that optimize their contributions to enhancing societal learning outcomes. This study analyzes the dynamics of foundation organizations in efforts to enhance community education. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, researchers identify the main challenges faced by foundations in this context. The research method involves analysis of relevant literature sources. The findings indicate that factors such as resource management, leadership, and community involvement influence the effectiveness of foundations in advancing community education. These findings offer valuable insights for practitioners and policymakers to improve the performance of foundation organizations in supporting community education. To enhance their impact, recommendations include improvements in management strategies, increased community participation, and enhanced collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying Hypnoteaching-assisted ESQ in improving the literacy discipline of POLRI Diktuk Education students. The research method used is the Research and Development method. The instruments used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and interview guidelines. Testing the effectiveness in this study using qualitative and quantitative data. The sample used was 25 students at SPN Cisarua, West Bandung Regency. This study found that the average timeliness of attendance in learning activities was quite good. The development of the Hypnoteaching-assisted ESQ method was carried out in two stages: 1) development of a hypothetical draft and 2) conceptual and empirical testing by experts as a process of rational, structural and editorial assessment. Based on the results of the disciplinary questionnaire, there was an increase after participating in ESQ training with the help of hypnoteaching. The application of hypnoteaching in ESQ training also has some drawbacks. Students feel they do not get the same attention from educators and the number of meetings is still limited. The conclusion of this study is that there are significant differences in discipline between before and after receiving hypnoteaching-assisted ESQ training.

Abstract

This research employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology to delve into PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia's digital marketing strategies. Through interviews, observations, and documentation, the study utilizes the SOSTAC model, analyzing Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Actions, and Control to comprehensively assess the clinic's digital marketing strategy. The research begins by examining the current state of PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia's digital marketing efforts, aligning them with their objectives. The strategic plan outlines how the clinic targets middle to upper-class individuals throughout Indonesia, aiming to become a recognized leader in the beauty and skin health industry. Leveraging the 4Ps model, PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia offers dermatological services and beauty products with standardized pricing. Additionally, the clinic maintains a strong online presence, with multiple strategically located branches and promotional activities. The content creation process and advertising tools are integral to content dissemination. The clinic continuously monitors performance, ensuring alignment with objectives. In the suggestion section, recommendations are offered to enhance the clinic's digital marketing strategy, including responsive website development, localized social media profiles, content marketing, customer engagement, data analytics utilization, personalized services, and strategic online advertising. Recommendations for clinic customers emphasize staying connected through official platforms, sharing feedback, exploring informative content, and benefiting from seasonal offers. Future research suggestions encompass in-depth channel analysis, customer preference evaluation, competitive landscape exploration, offline marketing assessment, and a comprehensive study of digital marketing implications in the healthcare and skincare sector, including regulatory and ethical aspects.

Abstract

This research examines the technique of forming Indonesian and Arabic deverbal nouns through contrastive analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a synchronous time range. That is, the technique of forming Indonesian and Arabic deverbal nouns through a morphological derivation process will be described as is. The data will be taken from books and journals that study techniques for forming Indonesian deverbal nouns, and from sorof books that discuss techniques for forming Arabic deverbal nouns. The method that will be used by the author in contrasting the components of the two languages being compared is the comparative method. The results of the study show that the formation of Indonesian deverbal nouns uses the technique of derivational formor affixes and derivational compound affixes. The formation of Arabic deverbal nouns (masdar) uses several techniques: (1) sima'i technique (generally for masdar which is formed from fi'il sulation), (2) affixation techniques (preffix, infis, suffix, config), (3) changes in internal vowel sounds, (4) following certain wazn patterns and (5) using letter removal and letter replacement techniques. However, the essence of forming Arabic deverbal nouns is using the sima'i technique and following certain wazn patterns. As for whether or not the formation of Arabic deverbal nouns (masdar) is regular, some are formed regularly by following a special wazn pattern called the term qiyasi, and some are formed irregularly called the term goiru kiyasi, whose formation technique uses the sima'i technique.

Abstract

Pentingnya pembelajaran inovatif pada era digital sangatlah besar karena mencerminkan adaptasi terhadap perubahan zaman dan tuntutan kemajuan teknologi. Workshop Pembelajaran Inovatif bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Kecamatan Cidaun, Kabupaten Cianjur. Metode workshop melibatkan penyampaian beragam strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan penggunaan teknologi. Hasilnya, para guru mampu mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan efektif, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, dan daya serap materi pelajaran. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah adopsi praktik pembelajaran inovatif yang berkelanjutan, memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan di wilayah tersebut.The importance of innovative learning in the digital era is enormous as it reflects adaptation to changing times and the demands of technological advancement. The Innovative Learning Workshop aims to improve the quality of learning in Cidaun Sub-district, Cianjur Regency. The workshop method involves the delivery of various innovative learning strategies and the use of technology. As a result, teachers were able to implement more interesting and effective learning methods, increasing student engagement and subject matter absorption. The implication of this research is the continued adoption of innovative learning practices, improving the quality of education in the region.
