Abstract

Considering that poverty is a very complex problem that has an impact on the increasing needs of the community for clothing, food, and shelter which is also accompanied by an increase in population, various poverty alleviation efforts cover various aspects of community life, so they need to be implemented in an integrated manner. One way to improve the economy is to develop local businesses to improve welfare and reduce unemployment in local life. Home industry is one of the businesses carried out at home, home industry businesses can absorb unemployment and empower the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment through the Dapoer Kue and Catering Rei's home industry. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method used to find out or describe reality. Data collection used observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of the study conducted at the Dapoer Kue and Catering Rei's home industry RW 03, Baros Village, Cimahi Tengah District, Cimahi City showed that women's empowerment can improve knowledge, skills, insight, and of course increase income. The implementation stage of women's empowerment activities is related to the formulation of empowerment objectives, namely improving skills and improving the economy. Women empowerment carried out by home industry owners so that housewives can be empowered, and what the housewives feel is the same and there are other additions such as being able to gain knowledge, skills, being able to develop abilities and increase insight. Not only that, they also get income to help with daily needs. And the housewives are very enthusiastic because they also want themselves to develop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the policy of digitizing public services at the sub-district level in the perspective of state administrative law. Digital transformation in the public bureaucracy in the modern era is an important step in creating effective, efficient, and accountable services. However, the implementation of digitalization is often not accompanied by an adequate legal framework, resulting in the potential for administrative irregularities and violations of the principles of good governance. Using a normative research approach, this study examines the compatibility of digitization policies with the principles of state administrative law, such as the principles of legality, legal certainty, proportionality, professionalism, openness, and accountability. The results of this study show that the digitization of public services at the sub-district level requires strengthening technical regulations, increasing the capacity of the apparatus, and integrating digital service systems and standards based on legal principles. This research not only focuses on technological innovation, but is also supported by a strong legal foundation to ensure the protection of public rights and the legitimacy of public services.

Abstract

IntroductionWhistleblowers serve as pivotal actors in exposing corruption within governmental and institutional systems. While Indonesia has formal legal instruments aimed at protecting whistleblowers, practical challenges persist, and public perception continues to discourage reporting. Despite Islamic ethical teachings that support moral intervention, cultural and institutional obstacles remain unaddressed. This study investigates whistleblower protection in Indonesia from both legal and Islamic economic perspectives.ObjectivesThe study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of whistleblower protection regulations in Indonesia, identify legal and institutional gaps, and explore how Islamic ethical principles can support and enhance existing mechanisms to promote ethical reporting and institutional accountability.MethodUsing a qualitative research approach, this study applies a structured literature review of statutory laws, academic publications, institutional documents, and comparative international frameworks. It integrates positive legal analysis with normative Islamic economic thought to assess the institutional and cultural readiness of Indonesia to protect and empower whistleblowers in corruption-related cases.ResultsThe study reveals that while legal frameworks such as Law No. 31 of 2014 offer formal protection, enforcement is weak, jurisdictional overlaps exist, and regional implementation is inconsistent. Institutions like the LPSK and KPK lack adequate coordination and resources, particularly outside Jakarta. Public stigma against whistleblowers remains high. Comparative analysis shows that countries with clear reporting procedures and strong enforcement offer better protection. Islamic ethical principles such as justice (adl), accountability (mas’uliyyah), and public welfare (maslahah) can serve as normative frameworks to strengthen public trust and ethical motivation for whistleblowing.ImplicationsThe findings suggest that whistleblower protection in Indonesia requires a multidimensional reform strategy involving legal precision, institutional capacity building, and cultural transformation. Incorporating Islamic values into education, legal discourse, and institutional governance may promote greater societal acceptance and operational effectiveness of whistleblower mechanisms.Originality/NoveltyThis study offers a unique contribution by synthesizing legal analysis with Islamic ethical principles to propose a hybrid framework for whistleblower protection. It highlights the necessity of culturally grounded legal reform in Muslim-majority contexts and provides actionable recommendations for legal, institutional, and educational policy development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the improvement of PT. LEN Industri's (Persero) competitiveness through the readiness of human resources to support the development of defence and security equipment locomotion in the fourth industrial revolution era. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaire distribution and literature study. The respondents in this research are PT employees. LEN Industri (Persero) who are involved in the development of defence and security equipment locomotion. The analysis results show that most respondents are ready to face the fourth industrial revolution, but there are still obstacles to using digital platforms—improving PT. LEN Industri's (Persero) competitiveness can be achieved by enhancing the readiness of human resources to adopt new technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Twin. In conclusion, this research recommends PT. LEN Industri (Persero) to further enhance and manage its human resources to be better prepared to increase competitiveness in the fourth industrial revolution era.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk melihat penyebab kurang efektif dan optimalnya program TAUD di PKBM Nurul Islam Al-Husna, 2). Untuk melihat proses Pendidikan di program TAUD di PKBM Nurul Islam Al-Husna dalam melakukan pembelajaran, 3). Untuk melihat kinerja pendidik dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran di program TAUD di PKBM Nurul Islam Al-Husna, 4). Untuk melihat factor yang ikut mempengaruhi tidak efektifnya suatu pembelajaran selain dari pendidik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PKBM Nurul Islam Al-Husna di Cimahi Selatan pada tahun 2022, dengan menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi dan instrument pengumpulan data. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan beberapa temuan sebagai berikut: 1) Evaluasi terhadap penyelenggaraan program PKBM Nurul Islam Al-Husna menggunakan model evaluasi program CIPP menunjukkan hasil yang sangat efektif. 2) Dalam penyelenggaraan program PKBM Nurul Islam Al-Husna, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, antara lain ,inimnya pengetahuan stakeholder tentang misi program, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, proses pengelolaan program yang belum optimal, kurangnya kerjasama dan partisipasi, kecakapan hidup yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, prestasi akademik yang belum mencapai tingkat yang diharapkan. Untuk menanggulangi kendala-kendala tersebut, beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah sebagai menggalang dukungan masyarakat dalam mendukung program PKBM, memperbaiki cara pandang masyarakat terhadap pentingnya program ini, mensosialisasikan program dengan lebih luas dan intensif mengatur peralatan,bahan, dan ruang belajar agar lebih efisien dan efektif, merencanakan anggaran dengan baik agar dapat mencakup kebutuhan program, melakukan pengadaan alat, bahan, dan ruang belajar secara bertahap untuk memastikan kelancaran program. Abstract

Toxic parenting behavior is bad behavior carried out by parents which can hinder the emotional development of teenagers. Toxic Parenting occurs due to several factors. First, parents are not satisfied with the child's results. Both parents do not understand the science of parenting and the dangers of toxic parental behavior. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection using observation, documentation and interview methods. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are carried out using three methods, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there is an impact of toxic parenting on the emotional development of teenagers in RT 03 Sukajaya Village, Bojongpicung District, Cianjur Regency including, (1) The pressure that children feel due to behavioral actions carried out by parents (2) The potential for self-injury is quite large, such as attempting suicide due to physical violence by parents. (3) Passion for learning decreases, because they are not given access to develop their potential (4) Become a stronger and more independent person.

Abstract

Traditional medicine has become an integral part of people's culture to maintain health and balance in life. This journal proposes a study that explores the potential of traditional medicine using the gusmus raksa jasad method in improving the community's economy. Gusmus raksa jasad is a holistic approach that combines spiritual, mental and physical elements in healing efforts.This research aims to identify the positive impact of implementing the traditional treatment of gusmus raksa jasad on public health and how this can stimulate local economic growth. The research methodology involved surveys and interviews with traditional medicine practitioners, patients, as well as local economic stakeholders. The collected data will be analyzed to understand the effectiveness of traditional medicine in improving community welfare.It is hoped that the research results will provide in-depth insight into the economic potential of traditional gusmus raksa jasad medicine and support the development of policies that integrate local values with efforts to improve the economic welfare of the community. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution in preserving traditional healing practices and encouraging sustainable economic development at the local level.

Abstract

Single parents are people who raise their children alone, without help from their parents. They have significant responsibilities when it comes to raising their family. Single-parent families have more serious problems than single-parent families. This is largely due to the need for extra care and attention to ensure that the child is not abused in any situation. This research uses qualitative methodology. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, namely samples selected with certain considerations and objectives. Research findings show that very few solitary parents raise their children according to their own wishes. Therefore, the way one presents oneself to others has a significant impact on a child's behavior. If the way they present themselves to others is not appropriate, children can become introverted or extroverted. There are several types of parenting styles that parents can give to children, namely as follows: (1) Democratic Parenting Pattern (2) Authoritarian Parenting Pattern (3) Permissive Parenting Pattern.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti Silent Reading Book Club "Baca di Bandung", yang berfokus pada perannya dalam meningkatkan minat membaca dan mempromosikan literasi masyarakat melalui inisiatif akar rumput. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pengalaman peserta dan faktor kontekstual yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan enam peserta yang dipilih secara sengaja, pengamatan langsung terhadap kegiatan klub, dan analisis dokumentasi media terkait seperti tampilan 2data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi sumber memastikan validitas dan keandalan temuan dengan mereferensikan silang data dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa klub menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik untuk membaca dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung dan bebas penilaian sambil menjembatani kesenjangan generasi dan profesional. Penggunaan ruang publik dan model yang digerakkan oleh peserta menyoroti pentingnya visibilitas dan kemampuan beradaptasi dalam promosi literasi. Tantangan seperti hambatan logistik dan aksesibilitas diidentifikasi, dengan peserta menyarankan integrasi alat digital dan format hibrida untuk meningkatkan inklusivitas dan keterlibatan. Studi ini menggarisbawahi potensi transformatif program literasi akar rumput dan memberikan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk merancang model yang dapat diskalakan dan dapat disesuaikan.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) effectiveness and efficiency in distributing KUR applying sharia principles is expected to provide convenience for MSMEs, especially Muslims. It is expected that the contribution of BSI KCP Muara Bulian in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of KUR distribution, so as to have a greater impact on the development of MSMEs in the region. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population used in this study were MSMEs using KUR in 2022-2023 at BSI KCP Muara Bulian using the Slovin formula, a sample of 75 respondents was obtained, 25 respondents for the trial and 50 were used as a test of the research instrument. The data collection techniques used by the researcher were Observation, Interviews and Questionnaires. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 20 program.
