Abstract

lembaga pendidikan atau lembaga pendidikan agama, tetapi juga harus mampu menunjukkan kelayakannya sebagai lembaga ekonomi bagi kesejahteraan anak didiknya. Jika pesantren mampu melakukan program kewirausahaan, ekonomi lokal akan menguat. Kompetensi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kewirausahaan menjadi faktor pendorong peningkatan perekonomian melalui pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan sayur di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihya Lembang dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian sekolah. Konsep yang digunakan adalah teori pondok pesantren dan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan satu pengurus pondok pesantren, satu guru, dan tiga santri. Lokasi penelitian adalah Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihya Lembang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, implementasi kewirausahaan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari penjualan sayuran secara internasional, yang dapat membantu pesantren meningkatkan ekonomi mereka. Selain itu, keberhasilan pelaksanaan ini tidak terlepas dari variabel-variabel yang mendorong kegiatan ini, antara lain keinginan belajar siswa dan motivasi guru. Selain itu, efektivitas pelaksanaannya tergantung pada berbagai unsur lingkungan, yang terpenting adalah keinginan siswa untuk belajar dan motivasi dari guru.

Abstract

Karang Taruna is a forum for teenagers to be able to empower the community in various fields including the economy, and of course every family in a community must have a way to generate a source of livelihood in the form of money. However, with the lack of understanding of optimizing technology from the community, there must be a role for Karang Taruna in this problem, one of which is by helping the promotion of trade products through the Gobiz application that is connected to the internet. The purpose of this study is to describe how the role of Karang Taruna in increasing MSME income through the Gobiz application. The theory used is the theory of empowerment and community education training. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique was through observation and interviews, with one respondent being a youth youth coach, one youth organization administrator and two MSME actors. The main reason for using this instrument is to observe the problems faced by MSME actors and also related to the role of Karang Taruna in increasing MSME income through the Gobiz application in Bandasari Village, Perum Parken Blok D. The conclusion of this research is the role played by the Youth Organization Management. in increasing MSME income through the Gobiz application

Abstract

Peran fasilitator dalam pembelajaran memiliki fungsi yang penting, terutama dalam mendorong dan memotivasi warga belajar/peserta pelatihan untuk memenuhi tujuan pembelajaran. Deskriptif kualitatif ialah jenis metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan enam orang responden: satu administrator, satu fasilitator, dan empat peserta pelatihan/warga belajar. Wawancara dan observasi berfungsi sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama studi, dan teknik analisis data digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menyajikan, dan menarik kesimpulan dari data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran fasilitator sebagai pengawas pelatihan akan mengarahkan setiap kegiatan, khususnya penguasaan pola perubahan perilaku, baik pengetahuan maupun keterampilan, dan sikap, yang sangat menentukan metode (metodologi) dan hasil suatu pelatihan. pelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa peran fasilitator dalam kelas menjahit dan mendandani memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk melayani masyarakat dengan berbagi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Hal ini merupakan komponen yang memainkan peran strategis penting dalam membantu inisiatif untuk memerangi kemiskinan dan pengangguran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying Hypnoteaching-assisted ESQ in improving the literacy discipline of POLRI Diktuk Education students. The research method used is the Research and Development method. The instruments used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and interview guidelines. Testing the effectiveness in this study using qualitative and quantitative data. The sample used was 25 students at SPN Cisarua, West Bandung Regency. This study found that the average timeliness of attendance in learning activities was quite good. The development of the Hypnoteaching-assisted ESQ method was carried out in two stages: 1) development of a hypothetical draft and 2) conceptual and empirical testing by experts as a process of rational, structural and editorial assessment. Based on the results of the disciplinary questionnaire, there was an increase after participating in ESQ training with the help of hypnoteaching. The application of hypnoteaching in ESQ training also has some drawbacks. Students feel they do not get the same attention from educators and the number of meetings is still limited. The conclusion of this study is that there are significant differences in discipline between before and after receiving hypnoteaching-assisted ESQ training.

Abstract

Pendampingan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat merupakan strategi dalam pembangunan yang berpusat pada masyarakat sebagai subjek pembangunan. Untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal yang dimiliki desa dimana masyarakat tinggal. Pembangunan masyarakat bisa dimulai dengan melihat perilaku dan budaya masyarakat setempat. Pendampingan Pemberdayaan dilakukan dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas dalam kesejahteraan masyarakat meliputi kesejahteraan keluarga, memandirikan masyarakat miskin, mengangkat harkat dan martabat masyarakat lapisan bawah. Salah satu pemberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Kalijati adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Pengrajin Boneka. Usaha ini memiliki peran dalam mengembangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Desa Kalijati, Kecamatan Jatisari, Kabupaten Karawang. Community Empowerment Assistance is a strategy in community-centered development as the subject of development. To empower the community can be done by utilizing the local potential of the village where the community lives. Community development can be started by looking at the behavior and culture of the local community. Empowerment assistance is carried out in an effort to improve the quality of community welfare including family welfare, self-reliance for the poor, and raising the dignity of the lower strata of society. One of the community empowerment programs in Kalijati Village is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of doll craftsmen. This business has a role in developing economic growth and employment in Kalijati Village, Jatisari District, Karawang Regency.

Abstract

The background of analyzing the dynamics of foundation organizations in advancing community education lies in the increasing need for effective mechanisms to address societal educational challenges. By scrutinizing the operational dynamics of such organizations, insights can be gained into their pivotal role in shaping community educational landscapes. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for devising strategies that optimize their contributions to enhancing societal learning outcomes. This study analyzes the dynamics of foundation organizations in efforts to enhance community education. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, researchers identify the main challenges faced by foundations in this context. The research method involves analysis of relevant literature sources. The findings indicate that factors such as resource management, leadership, and community involvement influence the effectiveness of foundations in advancing community education. These findings offer valuable insights for practitioners and policymakers to improve the performance of foundation organizations in supporting community education. To enhance their impact, recommendations include improvements in management strategies, increased community participation, and enhanced collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Abstract

The Community Learning Center (PKBM) plays a vital role in providing educational access to communities not reached by formal institutions. However, challenges in managing and institutional management of PKBM often affect the quality of educational services. This research aims to enhance the institutional management quality of PKBM in Bandung Regency through a workshop titled "Innovation in PKBM Management: Efforts to Improve Institutional Management Quality at the District Level in Bandung Regency." The research method involves conducting workshops with PKBM managers from various areas in Bandung Regency. The workshop content includes innovative strategies in PKBM management, understanding institutional management, and case studies to reinforce concept application. The results show an improvement in understanding and skills among PKBM managers in effectively managing their institutions. The workshop also identifies several innovations that can be applied to enhance the quality of educational services at PKBM. In conclusion, this workshop activity successfully contributes positively to improving the institutional management quality of PKBM at the district level in Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Education serves as an essential foundation that cannot be replaced in efforts to build a sustainable society. In this era of globalization, educational challenges are becoming increasingly complex, requiring continuous innovation and adaptation to ensure optimal learning quality for all segments of society. Cianjur Regency, as an integral part of Indonesia's development, located in West Java Province, faces unique challenges in improving the quality of education. One of the districts requiring special attention is Cidaun District. Despite its significant potential, challenges in education persist, particularly in understanding and utilizing various teaching methods, insufficient use of technology, and low student engagement, which hinder the development of the education system in this area. In response to these challenges, a community engagement approach serves as a strong foundation, focusing on empowering the local community to enhance and innovate learning. Abstract

Pentingnya pembelajaran inovatif pada era digital sangatlah besar karena mencerminkan adaptasi terhadap perubahan zaman dan tuntutan kemajuan teknologi. Workshop Pembelajaran Inovatif bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Kecamatan Cidaun, Kabupaten Cianjur. Metode workshop melibatkan penyampaian beragam strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan penggunaan teknologi. Hasilnya, para guru mampu mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan efektif, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, dan daya serap materi pelajaran. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah adopsi praktik pembelajaran inovatif yang berkelanjutan, memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan di wilayah tersebut.The importance of innovative learning in the digital era is enormous as it reflects adaptation to changing times and the demands of technological advancement. The Innovative Learning Workshop aims to improve the quality of learning in Cidaun Sub-district, Cianjur Regency. The workshop method involves the delivery of various innovative learning strategies and the use of technology. As a result, teachers were able to implement more interesting and effective learning methods, increasing student engagement and subject matter absorption. The implication of this research is the continued adoption of innovative learning practices, improving the quality of education in the region.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diinisiasi oleh Program Pascasasrjana IKIP Siliwangi menetapkan PKBM Sangkanhurip yang terletak di Desa Sangkanhurip, Kecamatan Katapang, Kabupaten Bandung sebagai tempat pelaksanaan program pengabdian. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi ditemukan beberapa masalah yang dihadapi lembaga tersebut dalam proses pengembangan kewirausahaan yang sudah berjalan. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menggali dampak dan efektivitas pelatihan dalam mempersiapkan peserta untuk memahami dan mengelola pasar lokal. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif dalam menyajikan materi market planning kepada peserta. Pelatihan difokuskan pada aspek analisis pasar, strategi pemasaran yang relevan dengan konteks lokal, dan pengembangan keterampilan manajemen bisnis yang diperlukan. Metode evaluasi meliputi survei pra pelatihan, survei pasca pelatihan, observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang analisis pasar, strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan konteks lokal, dan keterampilan manajemen bisnis setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Implikasinya adalah penguatan kapasitas masyarakat lokal untuk mengelola bisnis atau inisiatif mereka sendiri dengan memahami pasar dan mengembangkan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan komunitas
