Abstract

Transfer pricing, merupakan kebijakan yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam menentukan harga transfer pada barang dan jasa.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pajak, tunneling incentive dan bonus plan terhadap transfer pricing studi empiris pada perusahaan multinasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan multinasional pada tahun 2016. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan diperoleh 90 unit analisis sebagai objek pengamatan. Alat analisis adalah regresi logistik dengan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pajak saja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transfer pricing. Sementara tunneling insentif dan bonus plan tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada harga transfer.

Abstract

This study is manifestation of a non-Western perspective communication research. The dominance of western perspective in communication studies encourages the development of contextual non-Western communication with the source from historical and socio-cultural as a grounded alternative perspective. This study is aims to read the era by examining the historical traces of Prince Diponegoro and post-truth practices that occurred during the Javanese classical propaganda era around the late 18th century and early 19th century. This study uses historiography method through literature review of historical texts related to Prince Diponegoro and social history at that time. The results of this study reveal the fields of production of reality that are influenced by the colonial culture and the practice of de-islamization that separates the local wisdom of the Palace and tradition of the Javanese society. The intersection of Prince Diponegoro’s resistance to the amoral values implies the creation of a negative construction of Prince Diponegoro as a rebel figure who only wants to gain power in the land of Java. The clarity of reading historical reality is important in order to avoid a factual twist as a whole of civilization. Abstract

ABSTRACTYohana Reienha, 15013061,  Analysis of Application of Comparison of Income Tax Rates Based on Government Regulation 46 of 2013 And Law No 36of 2008 in UD. Barokah of 2014-2017. This research is based on the Government's program in collaboration with DJP that involve UMKM  in Indonesia. This study aims to help each another UMKM in completing its tax administration obligations, especially at UD. Barokah Gresik. To find out the Income Tax calculation using PP 46 of 2013 and Law 36 of 2008 and calculate the more profitable company UD. This Barokah. This type of research is descriptive comparative. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were interviews, documentation and observation. The object in this study is accounting in UD. Barokah. The data analysis technique used is analyzing gross circulation and income statements for 2014-2017, calculating and analyzing the reporting of the payable income tax. The results of this study indicate that the results of the comparison of large PPh payable UD. Barokah Gresik in 2014-2017 if using PP 46 of 2013, the result is a tax payable is smaller than using the rules of Law 36 of 2008. Due to PPh rates owed PP 46 of 2013 is directly charged to the monthly turnover of taxpayers, then every month they pay the tax payable not too big.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh cost agency yang diproksikan dengan Dispersion of Ownership; Kepemilikan Institusional; Free Cash Flow,  siklus hidup perusahaan dan peraturan industri tentang kebijakan dividen di industri manufaktur Indonesia (BEI). Teori keagenan, teori pasar risiko dan teori peluang investasi digunakan untuk mengembangkan kerangka teori untuk mengatasi tiga hipotesis. Data sekunder dari Direktori Pasar Modal Indonesia digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh hipotesis cost agency yang diproksikan dengan Dispersion of Ownership; Kepemilikan Institusional; Free Cash Flow, siklus hidup perusahaan dan peraturan industri tentang kebijakan dividen. Jumlah sampel adalah 31 perusahaan sebagai bagian dari 153 perusahaan manufaktur di BEI. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa cost agency, kepemilikan institusional, cash flow, siklus hidup perusahaan dan karakteristik industri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. Secara parsial hanya kepemilikan institusional yang tidak berpengaruh. Penelitian ini memperkaya fakta studi empiris tentang teori keagenan,, teori pasar risiko dan peluang investasi. Dispersi Kepemilikan, Aliran Kas Gratis,  dan Aset Collaterilazable ditambahkan sebagai cost agency proksi yang berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menawarkan informasi baru tentang kebijakan dividen di industri pabrikan di BEI bahwa manajemen secara keseluruhan lebih mementingkan  investor minoritas daripada kepemilikan institusional.

Abstract

The quality of the close relationship between parents and children is difficult for parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Many parents do not have the communication competence to build strong interaction with autistic children, which causes interaction patterns at home to be inappropriate. This study aims to determine the influence of communication competence on the relationship quality of parents and children, determine the effect of family communication patterns on the relationship quality of parents and children, determine the effect of family communication patterns on relational maintenance behaviour, determine the effect of relational maintenance behaviour on relationship quality of parents and children, determine the role of relational maintenance behaviour as a mediator of the influence between communication competence and family communication patterns on the quality of the relationship between parents and children. This study uses quantitative research methods with survey methods and purposive sampling techniques. The results of the sample (N=202) indicate that communication competence significantly affects the quality of the relationship between parents and children, family communication patterns significantly affect the quality of the relationship between parents and children, family communication patterns significantly affect relational maintenance behaviour, and relational maintenance behaviour significantly affects the relationship on the quality of the relationship between parents and children, and relational maintenance significantly mediates the influence between communication competence and family communication patterns on the quality of the relationship between parents and children.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembangunan, semen merupakan salah satu komponen yang berperan sangat besar, dan juga salah satu material yang mempunyai dampak lingkungan paling besar juga. Dalam upaya mengurangi penggunaan semen, dan disisi lain juga mengoptimalisasi performa beton, muncul berbagai solusi untuk menggunakan material limbah pengganti/subtitusi binder, maupun penggunaan admixture. Penggunaan fly ash dapat meningkatkan workability dan stabilitas daripada pasta. Disisi lain, partikel fly ash yang lebih kecil daripada semen dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepadatan dari spesimen, yang berkontribusi pada meningkatnya nilai kuat tekan. Selain kontribusi akibat binder, rasio air semen (w/c) juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan beton. Semakin rendah w/c, maka semakin tinggi pula nilai kuat tekan spesimen, dimana pada sampel pasta dengan binder 100% semen, penurunan w/c sebesar 65.63% dapat meningkatkan kuat tekan hingga 143.77%. Dengan mengetahui sifat dan dosis yang tepat dalam menggunakan superplasticizer, performa dan properti beton dapat ditingkatkan, baik dalam keadaan segar maupun dalam keadaan sudah mengeras.

Abstract

The highest leader, the principal, is legally able to decide on policies, make the proper choices, and positively affect teacher performance in order to foster a stimulating work environment. The study was carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Kayuagung. Researchers employed an inductive qualitative approach in this study to try to delve thoroughly into the principal’s policy at SMA Negeri 3 Kayuagung about teacher performance. Techniques for gathering data include observation, interviewing, and documenting. The quality approach used by analysis techniques comprises data reduction, data display, and conclusions. According to the study’s findings, policy decisions were made in response to identified issues, and funds were allocated to initiatives aimed at enhancing teachers’ performance through workshops on competency development and training. The principal oversees, monitors, evaluates, and tracks student progress using a teacher work evaluation framework.

Abstract

Abstract- The aim of the study was to find out the finance collection strategy as a support function in supply chain management in the city of Palembang. The variable used in this study is the strategy of collecting finance and optimizing the potential of finance. The data analysis used was qualitative descriptive. The results of the research carried out were the finance collection strategy carried out by the supply chain management in Palembang, namely by establishing finance collection units which were placed in several government agencies such as government agencies and companies as well as cooperating with banks, government officials, and religious leaders. The strategy for collecting finance can be done by OPZ, LAZIS or BAZIS by collecting finance through the payment system, among others; 1) payment of finance with a payroll system, a form of payment of finance by deducting salaries of employees in a company. 2) finance payments via an Android-based E-Card, in this way every Muslim can pay finance via the finance mobile application made by OPZ, LAZIS or BAZIS. 3) Finance can also be paid through Islamic banking services, in this case OPZ, LAZIS or BAZIS can work together with Islamic banking in the process of collecting national finance. As for optimizing the potential for finance collection, finance management institutions in the city of Palembang conduct socialization, promotion and education to the community.

Abstract

Basically, the era of globalization has both good and bad impacts on children. One of the most important factors in development and education is morals, because currently morals are increasingly deteriorating. Therefore, the role of parents is very important in determining the right education so that children have good growth and character development. This research aims to determine the urgency of Islamic boarding schools in the contemporary era. This research uses quantitative methods using survey models and in-depth interviews. The survey tool used by researchers is Google From. Then the researchers also conducted in-depth interviews with parents and boarding school administrators. The results of this research show that Islamic boarding schools can be a means of helping a child's moral development in the contemporary era. The conclusion of this study explains that the role of parents is very important in choosing education for children. Therefore, the limitation of this research is that the researcher did not conduct a survey of children's development outside the Islamic boarding school so they cannot compare how a child's morals are, therefore the researcher hopes that future researchers can conduct research on how a child's morals are outside the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

This article or writing aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline and work motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of non-PNS Islamic religious instructors in the PALI Regency. Data was collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression. The research results show that discipline and work motivation influence the performance of non-PNS Islamic religious instructors in the PALI Regency. Discipline, with an R² value of 0.894, explains 89.4% of the variation in performance, while work motivation is more dominant with an R² value of 0.981, explaining 98.1% of the variation in performance. Work motivation makes a more significant contribution than scientific discipline. To improve the performance of extension workers, it is important to focus on increasing motivation through rewards and support, as well as improving time management and cost management. The PALI Regency Ministry of Religion applies an effective motivational approach, combining intrinsic motivation through training and guidance, as well as extrinsic motivation through honor, uniforms and awards. This approach is expected to improve the performance, job satisfaction and contribution of instructors in religious education.
