Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine work culture and work motivation as well as the joint influence of work culture and work motivation on job satisfaction of XYZ Bank employees in the City of Bukittinggi. For the sake of the image of the bank in the eyes of customers, the name of the bank is called XYZ Bank. This study took data from one of the banking institutions in the City of Bukittinggi, during the research period from February to October 2020, the quantitative research method was using questionnaire data collection techniques. The research variable of organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) as independent variables, while job satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable, with a population of 50 employees of Bank XYZ, all of them were sampled, using total sampling technique. The results of the research on organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of XYZ Bank employees, and simultaneously the variables of organizational culture and work motivation together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of bank employees XYZ.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the use of digital media that is not optimal and less varied such as when explaining lessons is only supported by youtube media without any editing, this is because teachers are often burdened with high administration and workload, so that they find it difficult to spend time learning and integrating digital media into the teaching process This research aims to To produce interactive media based on articulate storylines that are valid, practical and effective in fiqh subjects of Hajj and Umrah material class VIII MTsN Agam. The research uses the Four-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model. The test subjects amounted to 23 students with interactive media objects based on articulate storyline. The results of the study show that the media developed is valid, very practical, and effective. Practicality from a student's perspective reached 92.87% (very practical category). Effectiveness was proven through a paired t-test between pretest–posttest with t-count = 9.27 > t-table = 2.074 (df = 22; α = 0.05), so that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes after using media. This finding confirms that the interactive media developed is feasible to support the achievement of fiqh learning goals in Hajj and Umrah materials at the MTsN 8 Agam level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk membuat perangkat lunak (program) minimisasi tabel keadaan pada perancangan rangkaian logika untuk jenis rangkaian sekuensial dengan metode partisi. Perangkat lunak ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic. Program menerima masukan yang disimpan dalam file teks dengan format tertentu yang menyajikan tabel keadaan asli. Hasil minimisasi tabel keadaan disimpan dalam file teks. Tabel asli dan tabel hasil minimisasi ditampilkan untuk memudahkan pembacaan. Meskipun secara teoritis tidak ada batasan jumlah masukan dan jumlah keadaan pada metode ini, untuk minimisasi dengan komputer digital, jumlah masukan dan jumlah keadaan dibatasi oleh ruang memori komputer yang tersedia.

Abstract

This study examined the performance of limestone calcined clay cement (LC3) produced with Indonesian clays containing low–medium kaolinite (20–30%) and clinker contents below 50%. Material characterization was carried out using XRF, XRD, and particle size analysis, followed by evaluation of fresh and mechanical properties. LC3 mixtures incorporating local clays exhibited good workability and required less superplasticizer than metakaolin-based controls, indicating favourable fresh behaviour despite reduced clinker content. A notable strength reduction was observed when clinker content dropped below 35%, reflecting insufficient portlandite required for pozzolanic reactions. The addition or substitution of Ca(OH)₂ did not improve strength and hindered calcined clay reactivity due to elevated pH level (12.5–13.5). Microstructural analysis confirmed that mixtures with higher kaolinite and clinker contents produced denser hydration products. The results demonstrated that Indonesian clays are suitable for LC3 development, with promising fresh properties and microstructural behaviour supporting further optimization and future durability studies.

Abstract

Ketersediaan air bersih menjadi isu utama di wilayah pesisir yang rentan terhadap intrusi air laut. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem filtrasi air berbasis tenaga surya dengan pemanfaatan biji kelor (Moringa oleifera) sebagai biokoagulan alami. Proses filtrasi ini melibatkan kombinasi media alami seperti pasir silika, batu zeolit, karbon aktif, dan ijuk, serta diintegrasikan dengan sensor pH dan turbidity berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan nilai Total zat padat yang terlarut (TDS)  dari 263 ppm menjadi 109 ppm, serta peningkatan pH air ke kisaran standar air layak konsumsi (8,30). Sistem ini menunjukkan potensi tinggi untuk penerapan berkelanjutan di daerah pesisir dengan keterbatasan air bersih.

Abstract

The villagers are experiencing social problems such as shifting values, land transfer, complex regeneration of youth in agriculture, and land gentrification that make the community increasingly cornered. The firm conception of knowledge about the village plays a role in seeing the people as a lagging community. The presence of actors who parade the village community in Malang City brings a new concept, Kampung Cempluk tourism village, to support the community to move from the marginal condition. This study analyzes how communication patterns occur during the mobilization actors conduct social organizing when promoting the Kampung Cempluk tourism concept in Malang City. The method used is descriptive qualitative by applying interviews and technical data analysis to find in-depth findings. The research findings show that the communication process carried out by the mobilization actor can infiltrate the values of the social wisdom of the Cempluk community. This communication process occurs in various activities such as tahlilan (communal feast for event), prayer, or PKK (Family Welfare Program) meetings. Furthermore, this study shows that the process of transforming knowledge about Kampung Cempluk is directly conveyed through social routines. This social routine encourages the community to collectively agree on the Kampung Cempluk Festival (CVF), where social organizing is carried out in the movement process. The study results show that villagers who are known as disadvantaged groups can pattern complementary communication into symmetrical communication. Submission of concepts by village movers triggers a collective spirit among them and direct action in maximizing the implementation of CVF, and then increases social relations with other stakeholders such as university students, lecturers, and sponsorship. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya optimalisasi pengelolaan dan penyaluran zakat produktif sebagai instrumen pemberdayaan ekonomi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik, khususnya pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Zakat produktif berfungsi sebagai bantuan produktif dan sarana penguatan kemandirian ekonomi mustahik melalui pemberian modal dan pembinaan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengelolaan dan penyaluran zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik pelaku UMKM di LAZISMU Sumatera Selatan, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian asosiatif kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mustahik penerima program zakat produktif, serta didukung oleh wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik untuk menguji hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pengelolaan dan penyaluran zakat produktif berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik pelaku UMKM. Namun secara parsial, variabel pengelolaan zakat produktif belum menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan variabel penyaluran zakat produktif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,554 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 55,4% variasi kesejahteraan mustahik, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa zakat produktif berperan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik, namun efektivitasnya perlu didukung oleh penguatan aspek pengawasan, pendampingan usaha, serta pengembangan kapasitas kewirausahaan mustahik secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pemerintahan harus melakukan penilaian dan evaluasi terhadap kinerja keuangannya. Evaluasi kinerja keuangan daerah, dapat menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan. Analisis rasio, kita dapat menggambarkan kondisi pemerintahan secara keseluruhan yang mencakup tingkat keefektifan dalam penggunaan APBD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rasio keuangan pemerintahan daerah Kota Bandung Provinsi Jawa Barat periode 2018-2022.Rasio yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rasio kemandirian daerah, Rasio desentralisasi fiskal, Rasio efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah Rasio efektivitas pajak daerah, Rasio efektivitas retribusi daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif, dengan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui website djpk.kemenkeu.go.id dalam bentuk laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan Kota Bandung.Hasil analisis kinerja keuangan pemerintahan Kota Bandung 2018-2022, Kota Bandung dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai daerah yang memiliki tingkat rasio kemandirian dan tingkat rasio desentralisasi fiskal yang cukup tinggi, tingkat rasio efektivitas pajak daerah yang cukup efektif, dan tingkat rasio efektivitas retribusi daerah yang tidak efektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Strategy for Prioritizing Activity Budgets at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection tools are observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study. Data analysis is a qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Prioritization of Activity Budgets at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency has been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations, although not yet optimal. Arrangement of Activity Budget Priorities at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency, including planning, implementation, financial administration, reporting, accountability and supervision activities. In this regard, there are several obstacles encountered in implementing the budget, namely the problem of time, human resources, and coordination between related parties.
