Abstract

A Bibliometric analysis is essential to comprehensively evaluate the progress and impact of chemical education research. The purpose is to analyze the visualization of bibliometric mapping on the network between keys, the most frequently discussed topics, and recommendations for research opportunities on the topic of Chemical Education. This research is quantitative descriptive research with a bibliometric approach. The stages carried out include the data collection process, checking and refilling bibliographic attributes, then bibliometric analysis using VOS viewer software. Data collection is done by searching for Scopus indexed journal articles through Publish or Perish (PoP). Data from Publish or Perish (PoP) is filled in and completed in the author keywords section manually using desktop Mendeley software then integrated into the VOS viewer software for mapping. The results of the analysis of keyword mapping in Scopus indexed scientific articles from 2019-2024, it is known that in the last 5 years, in Scopus indexed journals there are 462 different keywords and form 2072 connecting lines and 35 clusters. The keywords with the strongest links based on VOS viewer include: chemistry education (27), first-year undergraduate/general (25), curriculum (22), general public (20), green chemistry (18), systems thinking (18), high school/introductory chemistry (16), upper-division undergraduate (14).

Abstract

Training on developing differentiation-based learning tools for MGMP IPA Makassar City aims to improve science teachers' competence in preparing teaching modules and learner worksheets (LKPD). This training included 20 science teachers who were members of the Makassar City Science MGMP. This activity occurred in December 2024 at the FMIPA Campus of Makassar State University. The Differentiated Science Inquiry (DSI) learning model is the focus of development by implementing four levels of inquiry: Demonstrated Inquiry, Structured Inquiry, Guided Inquiry, and Self-Directed Inquiry. The methods applied in the training include material delivery, training in the preparation of tools, and evaluation of training results. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in science teachers' understanding of aspects of the preparation of LKPDs dan modules, including understanding differentiated learning, DSI learning models, and the characteristics of LPDs and teaching modules. The training participants also showed enthusiasm and gave positive feedback regarding the methods and materials presented. Thus, this training can increase teacher creativity in developing flexible science learning tools that fit students' needs to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Students are always faced with a saturated situation due to uninteresting and monotonous learning models and media. This causes students to pay less attention to the teacher's explanation and causes low student learning outcomes. One way to improve student learning outcomes is to use the Discovery Learning Model with the help of technology-based assessment tools, namely Plickers. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Plickers media in the Discovery Learning Model on the learning outcomes of Class XI MIPA students at SMA Kartika XX-1 Makassar. The research method used was quasi-experimental using a post-test only control group design. The research population was all classes XI MIPA SMA Kartika XX-1 Makassar with a total of six classes. The research sample was class XI MIPA 5 as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 4 as the control class. The data collection technique was carried out by giving a multiple-choice test with 20 validated items to obtain learning outcome data. Inferential statistical analysis used the Mann-Whitney test and obtained Zcount = 10.94 and the Ztable value at the 0.05 level of significance is 1.65. So that Zcount (10.94) > Ztabel (1.65), which means that the Plickers media in the Discovery Learning Model has an effect on participant learning outcomes. Class XI MIPA students at SMA Kartika XX-1 Makassar on the main material of salt hydrolysis.

Abstract

The body of lesson study research necessitates a comprehensive mapping of its development in academia. Bibliometric analysis tracks the evolution and research patterns of the lesson study learning model over time. This study aims to investigate lesson study development through a three-stage process: data collection using Publish or Perish and Mendeley, bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer, and final interpretation and discussion. Findings indicate that Lesson Study and Lesson Study for Learning Community are central in educational literature, with high frequency and strong associations with other keywords. Publication trends from 2015 to 2025 show fluctuations, with spikes in 2020 and 2023. Early research emphasized teacher competencies, while trends integrate Problem-Based Learning, 21st-century skills, and collaborative professional learning, offering insights for education stakeholders.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Liveworksheet yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Pengembangan Liveworksheet ini mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis (analysis), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (development), tahap implementasi (implementation), dan tahap evaluasi (evaluate). Sumber data pada penelitian ini ada empat, yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi sebagai uji kevalidan, guru mata pelajaran kimia sebagai uji kepraktisan serta peserta didik kelas XI 5 berjumlah 25 orang sebagai uji kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk kevalidan yaitu lembar validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, kepraktisan yaitu lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran Liveworksheet, angket respon guru dan peserta didik, serta keefektifan yaitu angket motivasi belajar dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) rata-rata validitas Liveworksheet dari ahli materi sebesar 3,63 dan ahli media sebesar 3,66 yang berada pada kategori valid dengan uji konsistensi antar validator sebesar 1,0 yang berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi, (2) rata-rata persentase kepraktisan Liveworksheet berdasarkan keterlaksanaan media adalah 100%, dan rata-rata kepraktisan berdasarkan angket respon peserta didik dan guru terhadap Liveworksheet berturut-turut sebesar 4,31 dan 4,43 dengan kategori tinggi, 3) Liveworksheet memenuhi kriteria efektif (≥85%) berdasarkan pencapaian ketuntasan kelas dengan persentase 88%, dan berdasarkan motivasi belajar dengan pemberian angket awal dan angket akhir didapatkan hasil nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,55 (kategori sedang). Berdasarkan data tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa Liveworksheet Sistem Koloid berbasis Discovery Learning yang dikembangkan dengan model ADDIE bersifat valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Komptensi guru-guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) masih perlu perhatian. Hal ini diisyaratkan dari besarnya persentase guru yang mandek karier kepangkatannya dengan persyaratan PTK. Jurusan Kimia sebagai Mitra Sekolah Menengah Analis Kimia (SMAK) merasa perlu mengambil bagian dalam mengatasi permasalahan mitra salah satunya dengan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) Pelatihan penyusunan PTK dan artikel ilmiah. Metode PKM yang diterapkan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan PTK dan artikel ilmiah dengan waktu delapan pekan. Kegiatan Pelatihan diawali dengan pemaparan secara teoritik dan praktek; kemudian masing-masing guru mengidentifikasi permasalahan spesifik di kelasnya untuk kemudian menyusun rancangan PTKnya sebagai produk. Proses selanjutnya adalah pendampingan penyusunan proposal dan artikel ilmiah. Hasil PKM secara umum direspon “sangat baik” oleh 30 peserta dari hasil jajak persepsi melalui angket. Mereka berharap kegiatan-kegiatan sejenis ini berkelanjutan untuk lebih meningkatkan profesionalisme guru-guru. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menghasilkan guru-guru yang mengerti dan memahami cara menyusun PTK dan artikel ilmiah. Kegiatan ini sangat dibutuhkan

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi salah satu pendekatan utama dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, namun masih banyak guru yang belum memahami penerapannya, terutama dalam pengembangan perangkat ajar. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas guru MGMP Kimia Kabupaten Takalar dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berbasis diferensiasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam satu hari secara partisipatif melalui pelatihan, praktik kelompok, dan refleksi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest-posttest, penilaian produk ajar, angket sikap, dan observasi keterlibatan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata posttest,, 80% produk ajar tergolong baik hingga sangat baik, dan terjadi perubahan sikap positif terhadap penerapan diferensiasi. Keterlibatan peserta juga sangat tinggi sepanjang kegiatan. Pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik dan kontekstual efektif dalam membangun kompetensi profesional guru serta mendorong kolaborasi di tingkat MGMP.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Mind Mapping dalam model Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba pada materi termokimia. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah post-test only control group design. Populasi adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba yang terdiri dari empat kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pemberian tes akhir hasil belajar pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas control dan eksperimen berturut turut sebesar 70,33 dan 75,40. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa nilai Zhitung(α = 0,05) = 1,73 dan > Ztabel = 1,64. Berdasarkan data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan Mind Mapping dalam model Discovery Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba pada materi termokimia. ABSTRACT This quasi-experimental research aims to determine the effect of Mind Mapping in Discovery Learning model toward students learning achievements in Class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba on Subject Matter of Thermochemistry. The research design used is the posttest only control group design. The population is student of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba consisting of four classes. Sampling was carried out randomly. So that the class XI MIPA 1 was obtained as an control group and the class XI MIPA 2 was obtained as an experimental group consisting of 21 and 22 people respectively. Data collection was performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The average’s value of students learning achievements in control group is 70,33 and experiment group is 75,40. Hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney test, for learning achievements obtained Zcount = 1,73 and at a significant level α = 0,05 obtained Ztabel = 1,64. Based on the this data it can be concluded that there was an effect of Mind Mapping in Discovery Learning model toward students learning achievements in Class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba on Subject Matter of Thermochemistry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R & D) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran game monopoli berbasis teknologi menggunakan Adobe Flash CS6 sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi pokok senyawa hidrokarbon. Pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk kevalidan yaitu lembar validasi untuk ahli media dan materi, kepraktisan yaitu Angket respon guru, Angket respon peserta didik dan keefektifan yaitu tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kevalidan media pembelajaran game monopoli berbasis teknologi menggunakan Adobe Flash CS6 berdasarkan ahli media dan materi, masing-masing sebesar 3,5 dan 3,4 , yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid (2) kepraktisan media pembelajaran game monopoli berdasarkan Angket respon guru, dan peserta didik berturut-turut sebesar 90,8%, 86% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, sehingga dinyatakan layak digunakan dari segi kepraktisannya (3) keefektifan media pembelajaran game monopoli berdasarkan hasil belajaran yang mencapai ketuntasan kelas sebesar 97% sehingga termasuk dalam kategori efektif. Berdasarkan data tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran game monopoli interaktif berbasis teknologi menggunakan Adobe Flash CS6 pada materi pokok senyawa hidrokarbon yang dikembangkan dengan model ADDIE dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

This development research aims to produce a valid and practical integrated green chemistry teaching module using the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instrument used to measure validity is the validation sheet. The instrument for practicality is the observation sheet of lesson implementation and the teacher and student perception questionnaires. The research was conducted at SMAN 8 Makassar in August 2024. The results of the module's validity obtained a very valid average score of 3.70 with a consistency between rates of 1.00. The practicality of the module based on lesson implementation was 99.21%. The positive perceptions of teachers and students were 93.18% and 93.83%, respectively, both in the very practical category. The conclusion drawn is that the developed integrated green chemistry teaching module meets the validity and practicality criteria for use in teaching.
