Abstract

Digital transformation in developing regions frequently encounters challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, limited system integration, and uneven digital literacy. These constraints are especially significant in local government institutions where policy readiness and system interoperability remain low. This study evaluates the effectiveness of hybrid records management as a strategy for facilitating digital transformation, despite limitations in integration. A desk-based analytical case study was conducted on the M’mbelwa District Council in Malawi, using a mixed-method exploratory design. Qualitative analysis applied the TOE Framework, UTAUT/TAM, and the Records Continuum Model, while quantitative validation used the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model. The findings show that, despite the absence of formal IoT policies, the council effectively utilized basic devices, such as computers, mobile phones, and notebooks, for daily data recording and archival management. Staff capability was measured at 50 percent intermediate and 30 percent advanced, with 100 percent daily usage. Security measures included passcode protection and regular backups. Quality scores reached 4.5 out of 5 for information relevance and 4.3 out of 5 for user satisfaction, while efficiency improved by about 25 percent. The archives lifecycle, covering creation, capture, organization, and transfer to the National Archives, was implemented effectively, although disposal procedures were absent. This study demonstrates that hybrid records management can bridge the digital divide and sustain public services in low-resource contexts. The results make theoretical contributions to the digital transformation literature and provide practical guidance for policymakers facing similar infrastructural and policy challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of factors that influence learning creativity in economics learning of students at SMAN 9 Bogor. This study was conducted to determine the dominant factors in economics learning at that school. The study used quantitative methods with a quesdtionnaire as a data collection tool.. The questionnaire data was processed using factor analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. Of the nine factors studied and analyzed using factor analysis, four dominant factors were formed, namely : (1) Interest and relevance of learning factors, which consist of stimulation variables from the school environment and self motivation, (2) Activeness and participation factors, which consist of situational variables that give rise to and encourage the emergence of many questions as well as bilingualism variables, (3) Independence and parental support factors, which consist of situational variables that present incompleteness and openness, situations that encourage producing something, and parental attention to their child’s interests, (4) Independent problem solving factors, which consists of situational variables that emphasize self initiative to explore, observe, ask, and feel, clarify, record, translate, estimate, test of the results of estimates, and communicate.

Abstract

The incorporation of machine learning (ML) into modern financial analysis has made transactions more complex and ondemand, and further increased the scope of ML applications in finance. On the other hand, accounting and auditing processes have yet to adopt machine learning systems due to challenges of precision, interpretability, and integration. This research analyzes the balance between accuracy and explainability in XAI for fraud detection with XGBoost, Transformer-Based Models, and continuous auditing approaches. Key findings suggest that although less preferred, Transformer-Based Models are more accurate in detecting multi-faceted fraud and deliver an AUC-ROC of 95%. XGBoost, with an AUC-ROC score of 92%, surpasses set benchmarks for continuous auditing, achieving high assurance while requiring low operational complexity, and therefore the model with fewer continuous auditing constraints. The results substantiate the premise that claiming compliance with audit requirements evokes low complexity emerges logic steeped in trust faced by agile controllers. The primary claim was the accompanied loss of understanding with defining accuracy and the adoption scrutiny processes of XGBoost. These results emphasize the potential of hybrid AI systems achieved by merging explainability of XGBoost with sequential analysis of Transformers which also tend to be less interpretable. Such models could benefit decision makers significantly.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi katalis penting dalam memperkuat kapasitas dan daya saing usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Namun, keterbatasan literasi kewirausahaan, penguasaan teknologi, serta lemahnya jejaring kolaboratif masih menjadi hambatan signifikan, termasuk di Kecamatan Kalibening, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi akselerasi literasi kewirausahaan dan pendampingan UMKM melalui inovasi digital dan jejaring kolaboratif dengan melibatkan mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan 25 pelaku UMKM dan 30 mahasiswa melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, serta focus group discussion (FGD). Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola, pengalaman, dan dampak program. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi kewirausahaan sebesar 35% dan kenaikan penjualan rata-rata 15–20% setelah tiga bulan implementasi. Program pendampingan berhasil menguatkan aspek manajemen usaha, inovasi produk, digital marketing, adopsi e-commerce, sistem pembayaran digital, dan pencatatan keuangan berbasis aplikasi. Peran mahasiswa teridentifikasi sebagai agen transfer pengetahuan, fasilitator digital, broker kolaborasi, dan katalis inovasi. Selain itu, terbentuk forum jejaring UMKM lintas sektor yang memperkuat akses pasar, bahan baku, serta peluang kerja sama bisnis berkelanjutan. Meski masih dihadapkan pada keterbatasan infrastruktur internet, resistensi sebagian pelaku, dan keterbatasan modal, program ini membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan kolaboratif dan partisipatif dalam memberdayakan UMKM pedesaan. Pengabdian ini berkontribusi pada model pengabdian masyarakat berbasis digital yang dapat direplikasi di daerah lain dengan karakteristik serupa.

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the digital economy has drastically changed business processes and public services. However, in another way, this technology further exacerbates social and economic disparities. Disadvantaged groups such as low-skilled workers, micro and small enterprises (MSMEs), and groups less accessible to digital technology are largely not equally endowed with AI technology and digital infrastructure. This research aims to establish a new theoretical framework for comprehending the social and economic impacts of AI uptake in the digital economy, particularly on vulnerable groups. Employing a qualitative case study approach, this study is literature-reviewed and document-analyzed and based on five sociological theories at its essence: Social Stratification, Social Inequality, Social and Cultural Capital, Modern Stratification, and Network Society. The results of the study show that utilization of AI works to benefit individuals or groups with digital literacy skills and technological access, while reinforcing marginalization of those with fewer resources. This situation amplifies inherent structural inequality and creates a new layer in the form of digital stratification. The conceptual framework derived from this study presents an integrated and multi-disciplinary way of comprehending the far-reaching social implications of AI implementation. Apart from identifying the potential setbacks of technological exclusion, this research is also a springboard upon which to design more equitable and inclusive AI policy. By connecting classic sociological theory to present-day digital dynamics, this research presents a new contribution in the guise of analytical tools for assessing justice and inclusion in an AI economy.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia secara berkelanjutan menjalankan berbagai program bantuan di sektor peternakan sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan peternak. Namun, implementasi program tersebut masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti kurangnya integrasi data, ketidaktepatan sasaran, dan terbatasnya alat bantu pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan data peternakan ke dalam sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (Decision Support System) yang dapat digunakan oleh pemerintah dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program bantuan secara lebih efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method dengan pendekatan Exploratory Sequential Design, yang dimulai dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif melalui wawancara dan studi kasus untuk menggali kebutuhan serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pemangku kepentingan di sektor peternakan. Hasil dari tahap eksploratif ini digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pengembangan sistem berbasis data kuantitatif yang mengintegrasikan informasi peternakan dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam optimalisasi penyaluran bantuan pemerintah di bidang peternakan, sekaligus mendukung transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan data sektor pertanian. Implikasi dari penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk pengembangan sistem serupa di sektor lain yang membutuhkan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dan spasial.

Abstract

The importance of organizational sustainability, green motivation are increasingly becoming an option for organizational managers in their organization's human resource management practices. The digital era has the potential to change the current construct of green motivation. This paper attempts to re-conceptualize the construct of green motivation by conducting thematic analysis of research questions such as what is the conceptual definition of green motivation in the digital era, and what are its dimensions. The Systematic Literature Review method was chosen to explore this. A descriptive analysis of the 20 selected articles was conducted using a classification framework, which included distribution by year, country, concept focus, and dimensions relevant to the digital age. By conducting this analysis, it is hoped that this study can provide a deeper understanding of the concept of green motivation in human resource management in the digital era, as well as identify key dimensions associated with the concept. It was found that green motivation is still a multidimensional construct consisting of green intrinsic motivation, and green extrinsic motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, digital literacy, and business knowledge on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with innovation as a mediating variable. Data were collected from MSME respondents in Central Jakarta using a structured survey. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that financial literacy, digital literacy, and business knowledge have a significant influence on innovation and development of MSMEs. Directly, financial literacy affects innovation with a t-count value of 14.715 (p-value 0.000) and MSME development with a t-count value of 7.568 (p-value 0.000). Digital literacy shows a significant influence on innovation (t-count 15.082; p-value 0.000) and MSME development (t-count 8.654; p-value 0.000). Business knowledge also affects innovation (t-count 12.918; p-value 0.000) and MSME development (t-count 7.477; p-value 0.000). Testing the indirect effect through innovation shows significant results. Financial literacy influences MSME development through innovation with a t-count of 2.205 (p-value 0.022). Digital literacy shows a significant indirect influence on MSME development through innovation (t-count 2.197; p-value 0.023). Business knowledge is also shown to influence MSME development indirectly through innovation (t-count 2.195; p-value 0.023). Innovation is proven to be a mediator that strengthens the relationship between the three independent variables and MSME development. This research provides practical contributions in the form of recommendations for improving financial literacy, digital technology adoption, and better business understanding to support MSME innovation and growth. In addition, innovation is a strategic key in creating competitiveness and business sustainability in the midst of modern economic challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education, and family environment on entrepreneurial intentions through the mediation of self-efficacy of students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. This research was conducted for 4 months starting from August to November. The method used in this research is a survey method. The respondent selection technique used Proportional Random Sampling so that the sample obtained was 140 from class XII students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the help of the SmartPLS 4 program. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that this research shows that there is a positive and significant direct influence between entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intentions, there is a positive and significant direct influence between entrepreneurial education on self-efficacy, there is a positive and significant direct influence between the family environment on entrepreneurial intentions, there is no positive and significant direct influence between the family environment on self-efficacy, there is a positive and significant direct influence between the family environment and self-efficacy. positive and significant between self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, there is a positive and significant indirect influence between entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intentions which is mediated by self-efficacy, there is no positive and significant indirect influence between the family environment on entrepreneurial intentions which is mediated by self-efficacy.

Abstract

This article explores the development of teacher quality dimensions in improving the quality of national education. Methods This research uses a case study with a mixed methods approach. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique with respondents. Based on the findings in this study, the results of the analysis were obtained with a Satorra-Bentler Scaled Chi-Square value of 189.190 and a p-value coefficient of 0.070 > 0.05, RMSEA of 0.030 <0.080, CFI ≥ 0.90, so the model obtained is "good fit" (acceptable model suitability) then the dimensions in the professional management of teachers in improving the quality of education are the three dimensions of learning which include lesson preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In addition, the results of the information obtained by students expect quality teachers such as having preparation, knowledge/ability in teaching, class management, personality, dedication, open-mindedness, responsibility, varied teaching methods, punctual work, and good judgment. This research suggests that if changes in the education system need to be developed, policy recommendations prioritize teacher staff and the determinants of teacher effectiveness. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendalami perkembangan dimensi kualitas guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan nasional. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan mix methods. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan responden. Berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil analisis dengan nilai Satorra-Bentler Scaled Chi-Square sebesar 189,190 dan koefisien p value sebesar 0,070 > 0,05, RMSEA sebesar 0,030 < 0,080, CFI ≥ 0,90 maka model yang diperoleh adalah “good fit” (kecocokan model dapat diterima). Oleh sebab itu, dimensi dalam pengelolaan profesional guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yaitu pada tiga dimensi pembelajaran yang meliputi persiapan pembelajaran, implementasi dan evaluasi. Selain itu, hasil informasi yang diperoleh siswa mengharapkan guru yang berkualitas seperti memiliki persiapan, pengetahuan/ kemampuan dalam mengajar, manajemen kelas, berkepribadian, berdedikasi, berpikiran terbuka, bertanggung jawab, metode pengajaran yang bervariasi, tepat waktu dalam bekerja serta melakukan penilaian yang baik. Saran penelitian ini yaitu jika perubahan sistem pendidikan perlu dikembangkan maka rekomendasi kebijakan mengedepankan tenaga guru dan faktor penentu efektivitas guru.
