Abstract

This study examines the integration of multicultural values in school management at MTs Favorite Darut Taqwa. It focuses on how inclusive institutional policies, diversity-oriented learning programs, and the management of social interactions contribute to fostering tolerance and appreciation for differences within the madrasah environment. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that MTs Favorit Darut Taqwa has successfully implemented non-discriminatory admission policies, incorporated multicultural values into the curriculum, and organized extracurricular activities that promote interaction among students from diverse backgrounds. Furthermore, the use of project-based learning and discussion methods has proven effective in enhancing students' awareness of cultural and social diversity. This study contributes to the discourse on multicultural education by providing insights into how school policies can foster a harmonious and inclusive learning environment. The findings offer valuable implications for madrasahs and other Islamic educational institutions in formulating policies that support multicultural education, with the aim of cultivating a tolerant generation with a strong national identity.

Abstract

The implementation of religious moderation values in the midst of a multi-faith society in Kapuas Hulu Regency is important to strengthen harmony between religious communities. This regency is known for its high religious diversity so that in this context, multicultural Islamic religious education plays a strategic role in instilling the values of religious moderation. This study is included in the qualitative cluster by collecting observational data, interviews and documentation. In addition, researchers analyzed the data using data condensation, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of religious moderation values in Islamic Religious Education in Kapuas Hulu Regency is very important to create a harmonious and peaceful society amidst diversity. Islamic Religious Education in Kapuas Hulu Regency has a strategic role in the implementation of religious moderation values, in the midst of a society that has high religious diversity. The values of religious moderation applied by the people of Kapuas Hulu Regency include a) tolerance, b) anti-violence, c) social justice and, d) inclusive attitudes so that they can make the people of Kapuas Hulu cooperate and respect each other. In addition, Kapuas Hulu Regency provides an understanding of the values of religious moderation through Islamic religious education such as a) religious tolerance education and b) understanding of religious moderation.

Abstract

The Kapuas Hulu Regency is home to a diverse array of ethnicities and cultures, requiring a leadership approach that can strengthen national values and interfaith tolerance. This study aims to examine leadership strategies for nurturing national insight in Kapuas Hulu, from the perspective of multicultural Islamic Religious Education. This research uses a qualitative method, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis is conducted through data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions.  The research findings indicate that leaders in Kapuas Hulu implement an inclusive approach in Islamic religious education, which not only emphasizes religious values but also encourages respect for cultural and ethnic differences. The leadership strategies applied in Kapuas Hulu include: a) Education and Socialization of Pancasila Values, b) Maintaining Diversity and Tolerance Among Ethnic Groups, Religions, and Races, and c) Strengthening National Identity through Culture and Traditions.   These strategies reflect the efforts of leaders in Kapuas Hulu to nurture a sense of nationalism amid diversity in a pluralistic society. Additionally, leadership strategies should be directed toward the education sector as an effort to cultivate national values among the younger generation, such as: a) Raising Multicultural Awareness Among Students, b) Integrating Character Education into the Curriculum, andc) Creating a Tolerant and Inclusive Educational Environment. These strategies are being applied in the educational sector in Kapuas Hulu. However, leaders in Kapuas Hulu face challenges in practicing these strategies in everyday life, such as the high level of diversity and stereotypes.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to elaborate and analyze certain values, implementation processes, and inclusive education model in developing tolerant mentality based on Islamic education in the State Elementary School 06 Malang. This research uses case study of qualitative approach, purposive technique data selection, and snowballing technique for its data development. It uses observation, interview, and documentation study for its data gathering. Miles and Huberman analysis is conducted using internal and external data audits to assure data accuracy. Results of the research show that the inclusive education values include diversity which believes that humans are diverse and are having impartial, social, tolerance, and caring characteristics which foster their social sensitivity to genuinely support others in need. Inclusive education process for building tolerant mentality of Islamic education is comprised of learning, role modelling, affirmation, and habituation to build students’ tolerant mentality inside and outside classes. This embodied tolerant mentality is the awareness, acceptance, and respect toward diversity which can encourage collaboration among the student’s diversity to complement each other’s weaknesses and strengths. The implementation of inclusive education model is a combination of full-inclusive and partial-inclusive. Students are at the same class. However, in a specific condition the special-need students will be placed in a special class without reducing the right of regular students to learn. Likewise, the special-need students can learn based on their level of competencies

Abstract

Urgensi Kedudukan Hukum (Legal Standing) Dalam Pengujian Undang-Undang oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia menjadi judul makalah ini dikarenakan memperkuat objektivitas dan juga kredibilitas Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam menjaga konstitusionalitas undang-undang. Selain itu, kedudukan hukum memberi kepastian hanya pihak yang punya hak konstitusional yang dilanggar yang bisa mengajukan pengujian. Serta kedudukan hukum (legal standing) ialah aspek fundamental pada pengujian undang-undang oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia. Isu hukum yang diangkat yaitu tentang pengujian undang-undang di Mahkamah Konstitusi secara lebih mendalam. Selain itu pada artikel ini kami juga membahas persoalan hukum seperti mengenai dampak putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi di berbagai aspek dan juga wewenang Mahkamah Konstitusi RI pada perlindungan hak konstitusional warganya. Oleh karena itu penting untuk diadakan sosialisasi terkait topik ini melalui metode yuridis normatif dan pendekatan kasus melalui putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Sosialisasi ditujukan pada pemuda dan pemudi karang taruna Ds. Kesamben Wetan RT. 04, Driyorejo, Gresik dan dilakukan via zoom meeting dengan bermitra dengan ketua karang taruna Ds. Kesamben Wetan. Menurut pandangan kami, topik yang kami sosialisasikan masih tergolong baru didengar di telinga beberapa pemuda dan pemudi, sehingga kami membuka beberapa slot untuk sesi tanya jawab saat sosialisasi dilakukan. Dengan dilakukannya sosialisasi mengenai “Urgensi Kedudukan Hukum (Legal Standing) Dalam Pengujian Undang-Undang oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia” hasil yang kami lihat yaitu para peserta sosialisasi dapat mendapatkan ilmu dan pandangan baru mengenai urgensi kedudukan hukum pada pengujian undang-undang oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi, dampaknya dalam berbagai aspek, dan juga tentang kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi secara lebih mendalam. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa persyaratan kedudukan hukum yang ketat sangat penting untuk menegakkan keadilan konstitusional, melindungi hak-hak individu, dan menjaga keseimbangan kekuasaan antar lembaga negara sehingga sosialisasi dapat membantu beberapa orang untuk dapat mempelajari dan memahami hal ini secara lebih mendalam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kolaborasi antara PGNU dan Kementerian Agama dalam mendukung pendidikan keberagaman, tantangan dalam implementasi pendidikan multikultural, serta strategi peningkatan sinergi untuk pendidikan inklusif dan toleran. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kajian pustaka terhadap konsep pendidikan multikultural, nilai-nilai Islam, dan peran guru dalam membentuk kesadaran keberagaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi terwujud melalui pelatihan guru dalam keterampilan multikultural, penciptaan ruang belajar yang aman, serta integrasi nilai multikultural dalam kurikulum. Tantangan utama meliputi resistensi budaya, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan keselarasan kebijakan dengan nilai lokal. Strategi yang diusulkan mencakup penguatan dialog antara PGNU dan Kementerian Agama, peningkatan kapasitas pendidik, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran inklusif. Dengan strategi yang tepat, pendidikan berbasis nilai Islam dan keberagaman dapat diwujudkan secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Maksud yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan uraian dalam bentuk deskriptif dan menganalisis serta memberikan interpretasi pada cakupan: 1. Konsep pelatihan PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi dalam pengembangan kelembaganaan SDM berkesadaran, 2. Implementasi Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Islam Multikultural dalam pelatihan PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi, 3. Model Pengembangan Kelembagaan SDM berkesadaran dalam membangun hidup damai di PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti tahapan Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Program pengembangan SDM berkesadaran di PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi, seperti pelatihan RK BE 360°, efektif dalam membentuk pola hidup sehat, kaya, dan bahagia yang menjadi fondasi untuk menciptakan kedamaian personal dan sosial, cara menerapkan materi pelatihan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui tiga tahapana, yaitu moral knowing, moral feeling, moral acting dan ada satu hal yang harus dilakukan yaitu moral keeping. 2. Implementasi nilai-nilai Islam multikultural seperti ta’aruf, at-tawazun, tasamuh, ta’awun dan tawasuth berhasil diintegrasikan ke dalam program pelatihan, yang mencakup keseimbangan spiritual, keterampilan praktis, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman. Program ini juga memperkuat semangat nasionalisme dan kolaborasi melalui pendekatan inklusif yang harmonis, 3. Model Pengembanagn kelembagaan PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi menggunakan kerangka teori APK dari Ostrom (2005), Hess dan Ostrom (2007), serta Heywood, Stephani, dan Garner (2017) digunakan untuk menganalisis pengembangan SDM berkesadaran melalui tiga komponen utama: Struktur Situasi Aksi, Rules-in-Use, dan Tata Kelola serta Tindakan Kolektif. Pendekatan ini dikombinasikan dengan siklus PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) pada program pelatihan RK (Rileks Koinsidens), serta memastikan inovasi (Inovation) yang berkelanjutan (sustainable) untuk mempertahankan kualitas baik barang maupun jasa dalam pengembangan kelembagaan SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) oleh PT. Griya Kesadaran Yogi.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the behavior of the Islamic entrepreneur Abdurrahman ibn Auf based on the teaching of the Quran. Abdurrahman ibn Auf was an entrepeneur and a businessman who lived in the time of the Prophet. The clear-cut definition of entrepreneur term has not been found until now, so research on entrepreneurship remains relevant. The backbone of this study is the Quran, as it provides a deeper understanding based on what is contained in the Quran. Therefore, this article attempts to answer how is Abdurrahman ibn Auf’s manner in Islamic entrepreneur based on the study of the Quran? This research has to be done taking into account the fact that the current development of large corporations requires business research directly from the Quran for reference and facts about Islamic figures. This study uses library research methods and examines relevant scholarly articles as data sources. The results of this study contain a few basic verses about entrepreneurship. This verse is related to the attitude of business participants when conducting business. Finally, the concept of Islamic entrepreneur will be very suitable for application as it contains two meanings, Hablumminannas and Hablumminallah, as the attitude of Abdurrahman ibn Auf, who always adheres to the values in the verses of the QuranKarya tulis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perilaku Islamic Entrepeneur Abdurrahman bin Auf dalam kajian al-Qur’an. Abdurrahman bin Auf  merupakan seorang entrepreneur yang hidup pada zaman Rasulullah. Pemaknaan entrepeneur hingga detik ini belum menemukan istilah yang paling spesifik, sehingga kajian tentang entrepeneur masih relevan untuk dilakukan. Sandaran utama kajian ini adalah terhadap al-Qur’an, karena untuk memberikan pengertian yang jauh dan mendalam sesuai dengan apa yang terkadung di dalam al-Qur’an. Maka karya tulis ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana perilaku Islamic Entrepeneur Abdurrahman bin Auf dalam kajian al-Qur’an? Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan mengingat saat ini perkembangan usaha yang semakin besar akan membutuhkan kajian entrepeneur yang secara langsung diambil dari al-Qur’an sebagai rujukan serta spesifikasi terhadap seorang tokoh Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dan menelaah artikel ilmiah yang relevan sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat beberapa ayat dasar dalam berwirausaha. Ayat tersebut berkorelasi dengan sikap para pelaku usaha dalam menjalankan aktivitas usahanya. Pada akhirnya konsep wirausaha berbasis Islam akan sangat tepat untuk diterapkan, karena mengandung dua implikasi yakni hambumminannas dan hablumminallah, sebagaimana sikap Abdurrahman bin Auf yang senantiasa berpegang teguh terhadap nilai dalam ayat Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This study explores the application of the concept of "khairu ummah" through non-formal education at the Sabilurrosyad Islamic Boarding School, Malang, with a focus on the role of religious traditions in shaping individual character. The background of this study is driven by the decline in morals and erroneous understanding of religion in Indonesia, which is evident in social events such as violence and religious conflict. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies, involving observation, interviews, and documentation to analyze how religious traditions, such as congregational prayer and tadarus Al-Qur'an, contribute to the formation of khairu ummah character. The results of the study indicate that the application of religious traditions consistently and structured is effective in shaping individuals who meet the criteria of khairu ummah, which includes the integration of the values of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar and iman billah in everyday life. This study emphasizes the importance of expanding socialization and implementing the principle of khairu ummah to overcome the decline in morals and understanding of religion in society.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the dynamics of social, religious, and economic relations between Chinese and Muslim populations in Lenteng, Sumenep, which have shown the complexity and richness of intercultural interactions. The unique cultural and religious diversity in this area has presented unique challenges and opportunities to build social harmony through the leadership role of kiai in strengthening inter-community cohesion. This study uses multicultural Islamic education to examine the role of Kiai leadership in promoting unity between Chinese and Muslim populations in Lenteng Timur, Sumenep. Employing a qualitative methodology and case study framework, data were gathered via observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate two principal conclusions. The Kiai utilize various strategies, such as reinterpreting religious texts within a multicultural context, differentiating between exclusive theological doctrines and inclusive social interactions, adopting a cultural perspective rooted in Madurese values, and implementing personalized approaches through interpersonal engagement. The influence of this leadership is apparent in various aspects: socially and culturally, it has promoted harmonious integration among ethnic groups; economically, it has enabled mutually advantageous relationships based on Islamic business ethics; and religiously, it has resulted in the establishment of inclusive practices characterized by distinct “boundary awareness.” This research enhances comprehension of the transformative function of religious leadership in fostering intercultural harmony using contextually relevant, faith-based educational approaches
