Abstract

Pengawasan dan penertiban alat peraga kampanye merupakan salah satu tahapan kampanye pemilihan umum. Pemasangan APK sudah diatur mekanismenya dalam Peraturan Bupati Gresik Nomor 9 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Reklame, Nomor 33 Tahun 2018 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Republik Indonesia Nomor 28 Tahun 2018 Tentang pengawasan pemilihan umum. Namun dalam pelaksanaan seingkali kita merasa kebingungan apa kewenangan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dalam menanggani penertiban di Pemilu karena dalam aturan tidak disebutkan dengan jelas tentang kewenangan yang dimiliki oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Alat peraga kampanye termasuk bentuk reklame insidentil karena penyelenggaraanya di masa-masa tertentu (masa pemilihan umum) dan memiliki masa izin kurang dari satu tahun dengan catatan tetap mempertimbangkan etika, estetika, kebersihan, dan keindahan kota atau kawasan setempat sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. 2) Tugas dan wewenang Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja tidak disebutkan secara khusus dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum, namun secara umum tugas dan kewenangan tersebut dalam makna essensi tugas dan kewenangan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja sebagai bagian dari perangkat daerah dalam penyelenggaraan ketertiban umum dan ketentraman masyarakat. Sehingga harus ada sinergisitas dalam pelaksanaan tugas Panwaslu dan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja.

Abstract

Pada bulan Desember 2019, dunia digemparkan dengan merebaknya infeksi virus baru yaitu Coronavirus (COVID-19). Penyebaran virus ini sangat cepat dan bersifat global serta menyebabkan angka kematian yang cukup tinggi. Pemerintah, baik di pusat maupun di daerah, memiliki kewajiban untuk menjaga ketertiban dan keteraturan di masyarakat. Salah satu kewajiban pemerintah daerah adalah memelihara ketertiban dan ketertiban masyarakat dalam menghadapi penyebaran COVID-19 di Indonesia yang dilakukan dikeluarkan oleh Satpol PP. Permasalahannya adalah Bagaimana kedudukan Perbup Nomor 22 Tahun 2020 di Peraturan Daerah Nomor 02 Tahun 2020 dan Bagaimana kewenangan Satpol- PP dalam penindakan dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode Yuridis Empiris. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat keselarasan atau sesuai satu sama lain dalam hal penangganan COVID-19 antara Peraturan Bupati Gresik Nomor 22 Tahun 2020 memiliki dasar hukum dan berada dibawah peraturan daerah Nomor 02 Tahun 2020 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Ketentraman/Ketertiban Umum Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat. Satpol-PP menjadi salah satu bagian yang menjadi keberhasilan dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19. Berbagai bentuk upaya atau kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh Satpol-PP sebagaimana telah diuraikan menunjukkan peran Kepala Daerah melalui Satpol PP dalam memelihara keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat saat menghadapi penyebaran COVID-19 sudah dilakukan secara optimal.

Abstract

Tape entrepreneurs in Payudan Dundang and Pordapor villages have been pursuing this business conventionally since the beginning. The assistance aims to change methods from conventional to digital to become a solution in advancing the business of the Entrepreneurs in the two assisted villages. Assistance with digital marketing concepts is one of the effective methods of driving the economy of residents who focus on local potential. This tape productivity effort is not just an economic concept, but is also a way to solve the socio-economic problems of the interior which are getting worse with the existence of the modern market. Mentoring is carried out by opening initial communication with tape entrepreneurs at the mentoring location, seeing what business techniques are used, and planning the best mentoring method. The method used is advocacy, training and real action in utilizing natural materials around, and penetrating the modern market with tape packaging innovations.

Abstract

The Sudan crisis is an important topic that reflects global humanitarian challenges, yet there is a gap in the literature regarding media representations of this issue. This study aims to uncover how two media outlets, royanews.tv and Aljazeera, portray the famine crisis in Sudan, with a focus on the role of the United States and its geopolitical impact. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through text analysis of two news reports. The main findings show that the media plays a significant role in shaping public perceptions by using attention-grabbing terms such as "humanitarian catastrophe." The resulting discourse reflects power relations, where media narratives can benefit or harm certain actors in the existing political context. In addition, there are hidden ideologies in the use of language that support or challenge power, in line with Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) theory. The conclusion of this study confirms that language in media discourse not only shapes public perception, but also reflects and maintains power relations, and influences social and political narratives. This research demonstrates the important role of the media in international responses to humanitarian crises.

Abstract

This article aims to optimize the marketing of products and services in Sumberpasir Village through the use of WhatsApp Business and Catalog. This research reveals the functions and benefits of WhatsApp Business in marketing, identifies the profile of Sumberpasir Village as a marketing potential, and explains the role of WhatsApp Business in supporting marketing efforts in the village. WhatsApp Business is a communication platform that allows businesses to interact directly with customers. Its main function is to strengthen the connection between customers and businesses, facilitate two-way communication, as well as provide tools to efficiently manage messages. This article highlights the benefits of WhatsApp Business in marketing, such as increasing customer engagement rates, expanding marketing reach, and increasing customer trust in businesses. Sumberpasir Village has great marketing potential, especially in local products and tourism. The profile of Sumberpasir Village as a unique rural area and rich in local culture is the main attraction for marketing. This article discusses the potential of Sumberpasir Village's superior products that can be promoted through WhatsApp Business and Catalog to attract customers from outside the village. The use of WhatsApp Business in villages opens up opportunities for micro and small businesses to develop and increase competitiveness in local and regional markets. The results of this service show that WhatsApp Business and Catalog have an important role in optimizing marketing in Sumberpasir Village.

Abstract

West Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia with a high level of seismicity. During August 2024 alone, there have been 134 earthquakes with 23 earthquakes centered on land. The high seismicity on land is caused by the many faults on the mainland of West Java. This paper presents the results of research on fault patterns in mainland West Java from earthquake data from 1953 - 2023. The data of this research was obtained from the USGS, BMKG, GFZ, IRIS and Global CMT websites. The selected data is an earthquake with a magnitude of ≥ 5 SR and a depth of ≤ 40 km with an area boundary of 5°85 ́- 8°13 ́S and 106°74 ́- 108°76 ́ E. Using the Focal Mechanism Method, it can be found that the fault pattern that causes earthquakes in West Java in 1953-2023 is 5 reverse fault, 2 Normal fault, and 1 Strike-slip Fault. The results of this research are expected to be used as material for the preparation of earthquake disaster mitigation in West Java.

Abstract

وأهداف هذا البحث هي لمعرفة أشكال الأخطاء ولمعرفة أسباب الأخطاء الصرفية في استخدام الضمائر عند كتابة طلاب الفصل الثاني "ب" من المرحلة المتوسطة، مع إعطاء الحلول لعلاج تلك الأخطاء. ونوع هذا البحث هو تحليل الأخطاء، استخدم الباحث في هذا البحث مدخلا كيفيا. أما جمع البيانات فاستخدم الباحث طريقة المقابلة والاختبار والملاخظة. ونتائج هذا البحث هي :1) أن أشكال الأخطاء الصرفية في استخدام الضمائر 30 خطأ. 22 خطأ في الضمائر المنفصلة، وفي الضمائر المتصلة 6 أخطاء في الضمائر المتصلة، وخطآن في الضمائر المستترة. 2) أن أسباب أخطائهم نوعان: أولا، الأسباب اللغوية وهي التطبيق الناقص للقواعد والجهل بالقاعدة وقيودها. ثانيا، الأسباب غير اللغوية ومنها أن الطلاب لا يقومون بإعداد الدروس خارج الفصل الدراسي ولايعملوا التدريبات والتمرينات في كتبهم. ولا يقومون الطلاب بإنجاز الواجبات التي كلفهم بها المعلم بالجد. وقلة اهتمام المعلم بالطلاب الذين لا يقومون بإنجاز الواجبات. 3) ومن الحلول المقترحة هي على المعلم أن يختار طريقة التدريس المناسب ليكون الطلاب حريصين على الدراسة.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian normatif, yaitu menjelaskan suatu masalah dengan keilmuan dari sisi normatif. Dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan, konsep dan sejarah. Mempelajari dan memaknai persoalan-persoalan teoritis yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan donasi.Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa sehubungan dengan pertanggungjawaban Perusahaan dagang berbadan hukum atas kegiatan pengumpulan sumbangan dalam Pasal 1 angka (6) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesejahteraan Sosial, dapat disimpulkan bahwa status Perusahaan dagang berbadan hukum belum tertulis secara jelas ke dalam kategori pelaku penyelenggaraan donasi. jika dikaji lebih jauh, Perusahaan dagang berbadan hukum termasuk dalam kategori kelompok, sehingga memenuhi syarat penyelenggara pengumpulan donasi. Tanggung jawab Perusahaan sebagai penyelenggara pengumpulan donasi adalah memberikan donasi kepada yayasan-yayasan terpercaya, memberikan laporan kepada pejabat pemberi ijin setempat serta transparansi.

Abstract

Numerous conflicts have arisen since the Omnibus Law-based Job Creation Law was passed, particularly in the environmental cluster. In this instance, it is evident in the environmental cluster of Article 22 Number 33 of the Job Creation Law, where the phrase "without the need to prove elements of error" is omitted, leading to ambiguity in its meaning. Subsequently, the legal ramifications for law enforcement, settlement quality, and environmental preservation; following this, the legal ramifications for land fire and forest fire incidents; and last, the indirect legal ramifications for environmental legal politics. As the owner of the authority, the government should review and revise the Job Creation Law in the environmental cluster and strengthen the law enforcement system in order to achieve justice and a sustainable development without ignoring the protection and management of the environment so that its sustainability is always maintained both now and in the future. This is because the government is best suited to manage matters like these, which have connections to law enforcement and other important legal components. It's likely that the data from this study will be useful for future research on the environment or other subjects..

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contribution of Tawhid verses to the phenomenon of kicking Sesajen and identify the objectives, benefits, methods, and results of the study in a case study on Kompas TV.Com. The phenomenon of kicking Sesajen is a controversial behavior in society. A qualitative approach is used in this research with content analysis to analyze the relevant content related to the phenomenon on the Kompas TV.Com platform. The main objective of this research is to understand the contribution of Tawhid verses to the phenomenon of kicking Sesajen. The benefit of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between the concept of Tawhid in Islam and the behavior of kicking Sesajen. The research method involves analyzing the content of articles, videos, and comments on the phenomenon on Kompas TV.Com. The study results indicate that Tawhid verses significantly contribute to the phenomenon of kicking Sesajen. Tawhid verses emphasize the oneness of Allah and the prohibition of worshiping other than Him, as well as not giving a negative impression on the followers of other religions by not insulting their worship. This research also reveals that through the Kompas TV.Com platform, the community can participate in commenting on this phenomenon and gain a broader understanding of the implications of the Qur'an for social behavior. Good customs will not contradict the goals of religion but instead provide meaning that supports sustainable cultural values. Therefore, we need to maintain a balance between customs and religion. Religion cannot spread without the presence of culture; likewise, culture will lose its direction without the guidance of religion.
