Abstract

Teknologi informasi saat ini mempengaruhi metode dan proses pembelajaran. Metode dan proses pembelajaran saat ini perlu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam kebutuhan belajarnya. Disamping pembelajaran tatap muka (face to face), perlu juga untuk menerapkan metode online learning dalam proses pembelajarannya. Penggabungan antara metode tatap muka dengan online learning inilah yang disebut dengan blended learning. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan perlu adanya penyesuaian metode sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan menggunakan metode blended learning. Dalam penerapan blended learning perlu untuk mengetahui empat macam seting pembelajaran beserta strategi yang digunakan secara efektif. Empat macam seting pembelajaran itu adalah synchronous langsung, synchrounous maya, asynchronous mandiri, dan asynchronous kolaboratif. Selain mengetahui seting belajar tersebut, perlu juga untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan setiap strategi pembelajarannya, sehingga penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat digunakan secara tepat guna. Dengan adanya penggabungan dari metode tatap muka dengan pembelajaran online harapannya siswa dapat mempunyai kesempatan yang besar dalam mengakses materi menggunakan sarana teknologi dan informasi yang ada.

Abstract

The Indonesian Language Politeness Education for Character Building in Early Childhood in Tompobalang was conducted due to the importance of character development from an early age through the use of polite language. Considering the role of mothers as the primary educators at home, this program targeted members of the Majelis Taklim Association (Permata) in Tompobalang, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. The methods used in this community service included lectures, interactive discussions, and simulations. The program aimed to increase the awareness and ability of mothers to apply polite language in their daily communication with their children. The results showed an increase in the understanding and awareness of mothers about the importance of polite language in shaping children's character. Additionally, the mothers became more skilled in using appropriate and polite language. In conclusion, this program significantly contributes to character building in children through the active role of mothers in communicating with polite language

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of regulating legal sanctions under Article 157A of Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation in strengthening worker protection and ensuring legal certainty in employment termination practices. The absence of explicit sanction norms for violations of termination of employment provisions has created a normative gap that weakens enforcement mechanisms and disrupts the balance of protection between employers and workers. This research employs a normative legal method with statutory and conceptual approaches to analyze the coherence of Article 157A within the labor law sanction system. The findings indicate that Article 157A remains general in nature and lacks operational sanctioning power when compared to other provisions in the labor cluster, particularly Articles 185–189, which explicitly regulate administrative and criminal sanctions. Consequently, the provision tends to be non-self-executing and ineffective in preventing arbitrary termination practices. This study contributes conceptually by proposing the reconstruction of more specific and proportional sanction norms, combining administrative sanctions and fines as ultimum remedium, to enhance enforceability, legal certainty, and balanced protection in industrial relations. The research underscores that effective labor protection requires not only substantive rights regulation but also clear and enforceable sanction mechanisms to achieve justice and legal certainty in Indonesia’s employment law system.   Penelitian ini mengkaji urgensi pengaturan sanksi hukum dalam Pasal 157A Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja dalam rangka memperkuat perlindungan pekerja dan menjamin kepastian hukum dalam praktik pemutusan hubungan kerja. Ketiadaan norma sanksi yang tegas terhadap pelanggaran ketentuan pemutusan hubungan kerja telah menimbulkan kekosongan normatif yang melemahkan mekanisme penegakan hukum serta mengganggu keseimbangan perlindungan antara pengusaha dan pekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual untuk menganalisis koherensi Pasal 157A dalam sistem sanksi hukum ketenagakerjaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pasal 157A masih bersifat umum dan belum memiliki daya operasional sanksi yang efektif jika dibandingkan dengan ketentuan lain dalam klaster ketenagakerjaan, khususnya Pasal 185–189 yang secara eksplisit mengatur sanksi administratif dan pidana. Akibatnya, ketentuan tersebut cenderung tidak bersifat self-executing dan kurang efektif dalam mencegah praktik pemutusan hubungan kerja secara sewenang-wenang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dengan mengusulkan rekonstruksi norma sanksi yang lebih spesifik dan proporsional melalui kombinasi sanksi administratif dan denda sebagai ultimum remedium, guna meningkatkan efektivitas penegakan hukum, kepastian hukum, serta keseimbangan perlindungan dalam hubungan industrial. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa perlindungan ketenagakerjaan yang efektif tidak hanya memerlukan pengaturan hak-hak substantif, tetapi juga mekanisme sanksi yang jelas dan dapat dilaksanakan untuk mewujudkan keadilan dan kepastian hukum dalam sistem hukum ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines and critically analyzes speaking tasks in Netzwerk Neu A1.1 (Chapters 1–6) by evaluating their alignment with principles of German as a Foreign Language (DaF), Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT), and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Using qualitative content analysis, 26 speaking tasks were identified, coded, and categorized based on task type, CEFR communicative activity (spoken interaction or spoken production), interaction mode, and levels of learner output. The findings show that template-based tasks dominate the textbook, accounting for 69.2% of activities, while guided and free production tasks are relatively limited. Spoken interaction is the most prevalent communicative activity (76.9%), reflecting an emphasis on dialogic formats such as short exchanges and role plays. Although this design provides appropriate structural support for beginner learners, the limited use of open-ended and autonomous tasks may restrict the development of fluency, communicative flexibility, and strategic competence. Interviews with seven learners and two instructors reveal that while tasks are generally perceived as accessible and confidence-building, they are also considered repetitive and insufficiently authentic. The study underscores the need to balance structured support with opportunities for spontaneous language use in beginner DaF textbooks.

Abstract

Abstract: The morality and character of students who use excessive free fire online games tend to be negative, characterized by irresponsible characters, lack of empathy and tend to behave aggressively. This study aims to determine the collaboration of teachers and parents in overcoming the negative morality and character of students in the Free Fire online game era at SDN 61 Bengkulu Tengah. Using descriptive qualitative methods, with homeroom teachers, parents and students as informants, through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Data validity uses source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of the study show that: (1) Collaboration between teachers and parents in overcoming negative morality and character in students in the era of the Free Fire online game, namely by teachers actively involving parents through meetings and distributing report cards to communicate children's learning problems, and discussing solutions to overcome negative morality and character, building shared awareness about the negative impacts of games through meetings and discussions; (2) The impact of the online game Free Fire on students' morals and character is a decline in moral and character values, lack of empathy, lack of responsibility, and aggressive behavior; (3) The condition of students after playing the online game Free Fire, students are not concentrated and not focused on studying, tend to ignore schoolwork, and are not motivated to achieve academic achievement; (4) Actions taken to overcome negative morality and character of those addicted to the free fire online game are active collaboration between the school and parents, the school provides extracurricular activities such as scouts, dance, and sports to divert students' attention from the influence of online games. Meanwhile, parents limit game playing time, monitor children's game activities, communicate with the school, and encourage children to do physical activities and positive activities. Thus it can be concluded that the collaboration of teachers and parents can overcome the morality and negative character of students in the era of the free fire online game. So it can be suggested to be able to overcome the morality and negative character of the free fire online game era, then increase the collaboration between teachers and parents in schools.Keywords: Collaboration of Teachers and Parents, Morality and Negative Character, Era of Free Fire                      Online Games. Abstrak: Moralitas dan karakter siswa yang menggunakan game online free fire yang berlebih cenderung negative, ditandai dengan karakter kurang tanggungjawab, kurang empati dan cenderung berperilaku agresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kolaborasi guru dan orang tua dalam mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative siswa era game online Free Fire di SDN 61 Bengkulu Tengah. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan informan guru wali kelas, orang tua dan siswa, melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kolaborasi guru dan orang tua dalam mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative siswa era game online Free Fire yaitu dengan cara guru aktif melibatkan orang tua melalui rapat dan pembagian rapot untuk mengkomunikasikan permasalahan belajar anak, dan berdiskusi mencari solusi mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negatif, membangun kesadaran bersama tentang dampak negatif game melalui pertemuan dan diskusi; (2) Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari game online Free Fire terhadap moral dan karakter siswa yaitu penurunan nilai moral dan karakter, kurang empati, kurang tanggung jawab, dan bersikap agresif; (3) Kondisi siswa setelah main game online Free Fire, siswa tidak konsentrasi dan tidak fokus belajar, cenderung mengabaikan tugas sekolah, dan tidak termotivasi untuk mencapai prestasi akademik; (4)  Tindakan yang diberikan dalam mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative yang kecanduan game online free fire yaitu berkolaborasi aktif antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua, sekolah menyediakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti pramuka, tari, dan olahraga untuk mengalihkan perhatian siswa dari pengaruh game online. Sedangkan orang tua membatasi waktu bermain game, memantau aktivitas game anak, menjalin komunikasi dengan pihak sekolah, serta mendorong anak melakukan kegiatan fisik dan kegiatan positif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi guru dan orang tua dapat mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative siswa era game online free fire. Sehingga dapat disarankan untuk dapat mengatasi moralitas dan karakter negative era game online free fire, maka tingkatkan kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua di sekolah.Kata kunci: Kolaborasi Guru dan Orang Tua, Moralitas dan Karakter Negatif, Era Game Online Free Fire.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of market ethics from the perspective of Islamic economics on the behavior of business actors at Mandiri Jaya Jatimulyo Market, South Lampung Regency. Islamic market ethics are viewed as a moral instrument that guides economic activities to operate fairly, honestly, and oriented toward public welfare. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving business actors actively engaged in daily market transactions. The findings reveal that Islamic market ethical values, such as honesty, transparency, and moral responsibility, have been applied in trading practices; however, their implementation remains partial and largely dependent on individual moral awareness. Religiosity, economic pressure, the social environment of the market, and the level of Islamic economic literacy are identified as key factors influencing ethical behavior. This study concludes that strengthening Islamic market ethics in traditional markets requires a comprehensive approach involving continuous education, the development of an ethical market culture, and institutional support to ensure sustainable internalization of Islamic values.
