Abstract

This research aims to explore the service marketing strategies implemented by Kun Anta Preschool, Kasturi Branch, Palu City in increasing parents' interest in this school. Kun Anta Preschool is an Islamic-based Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institution with the Montessori learning method. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with parents and teaching staff at Kun Anta Preschool Kasturi Branch. Direct observations were also carried out to understand practices in schools. The population of this study involved parents and teaching staff at Kun Anta Preschool, Kasturi Branch, Palu City. The research results showed that Kun Anta Preschool used several effective marketing strategies. They utilize social media such as Instagram and Facebook to create interesting content that increases the school's visibility in the community. One of the unique things about Kun Anta is the application of the Montessori learning method which is only applied by this school, which is a special attraction for parents. The obstacles faced by Kun Anta Preschool include the large school fees, but they are proportional to the facilities provided. However, the school's good reputation and the quality of early childhood education are strong factors that make parents interested in enrolling their children. This marketing strategy succeeded in increasing parents' interest in Kun Anta Preschool. In conclusion, the marketing strategy implemented by Kun Anta Preschool, Kasturi Branch, Palu City, especially through social media and unique learning methods, played an important role in increasing parents' interest. Positive factors such as the school's reputation and the quality of early childhood education also determine parents' decisions to enroll their children at Kun Anta Preschool. This research provides an in-depth understanding of how marketing strategies can influence parents' perceptions of a PAUD institution.

Abstract

yayasan Galang Bersama Kami Foundation is an Islamic philanthropic humanitarian organization that is engaged in empowering poor people who use digital marketing as an online medium to attract potential donors to donate. The aim of this research is to find out how important the role of digital marketing is in attracting potential donors to donate to yayasan Galang Bersama Kami Foundation. This research approach uses a qualitative approach, which aims to interpret the data that has been collected, so as to obtain a general and comprehensive picture of the actual situation. Data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data analysis technique uses interactive data analysis techniques. The results of this research are that digital marketing has the potential to attract potential donors to donate because it is very efficient in disseminating information about what is needed and to whom the donations are distributed. This research emphasizes the important role of the right digital platform to promote programs being run by foundations that are in need of potential donors. Using company digital marketing can increase trust and attract potential donors to donate to yayasan Galang Bersama Kami Foundation by using elements in digital marketing such as content marketing, social media, websites, digital advertising, CRM systems.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of consumer trust on decisions to purchase beauty products (Case Study of Wardah Products at the Alke Cosmetic Store in Kolaka Regency) and (2) The Influence of Product Knowledge on Decisions to Purchase Beauty Products (Case Study of Wardah Products at the Alke Store Cosmetics in Kolaka Regency). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all Muslim female consumers using Wardah in Kab. Kolaka with a sample size of 120 respondents using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25. Research data analysis techniques use the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is proven by the t-count or t-statistic which is 2.664 which is higher than the t-table value > 1.657. With P-values ​​0.009. Meanwhile, Product Knowledge also has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions because the t-count or t-statistic value is 4.797 which is higher than the t-table value >1.657 with P-values ​​of 0.000. So Consumer Trust and Product Knowledge have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions by 92.7%.

Abstract

Efforts in disaster risk reduction have not been carried out optimally. In this case, the socialization of disaster risk reduction in Dusun II Kalukau, West Sibalaya Village is one of the efforts to provide direct education informally to the community. This study aims to produce information about public understanding and awareness of disaster risk reduction. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data sources come from observation, discuccion focus groups, and active participation. The results showed that public understanding of disasters was relatively good, the implementation of disaster risk reduction socialization was considered good as an educational effort for disaster mitigation.

Abstract

Pelayanan public kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu tugas atau fungsi penting Pemerintah dalam menyelenggarakan tugas-tugas pemerintahannya. Pemerintah harus mampu mengembangkan kemampuan dan kreativitasnya untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat karena kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat menjadi salah satu indicator dari keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pemerintah. Pajak adalah iuran yang berupa uang dari rakyat kepada Negara berdasarkan undang-undang yang dapat dipaksakan dengan tidak mendapat jasa timba lbalik (kontraprestasi) yang langsung dapat ditunjuk atau digunakan untuk membayar pengeluaran umum. Dalam hal mengurusi surat-sura tkelengkapan dan kepemilikan mengenai kendaraan bermotor pemerintah telah membentuk kantor SAMSAT. Adapun tugas yang dilakukan dalam di Instansi ini adalah mengikuti kegiatan ATT, dimana kegiataan tersebut di fokuskan di beberapa OPD di Kota Palu dikarenakan banyaknya ASN yang tidak taat dalam pembayaran pajak kendaraan dinas.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perempuan terinfeksi HIV gampang terkena HPV. Salah satu kelainan yang dilaporkan diidentifikasi berhubungan dengan HPV adalah ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance). Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kejadian ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance) pada perempuan terinfeksi HIV. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik, cross sectional 32 perempuan yang terinfeksi HIV antara bulan Desember 2019-Maret 2020 yang berumur 26-51 tahun. Pemeriksaan ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance) dengan menggunakan pemeriksaan papanicolou smear. Hasil: Selama periode penelitian (Desember 2019-Maret 2020) didapatkan total respoden sebanyak 32 orang, ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance) terdeteksi 3,13%. Kesimpulan: sebanyak 3,13% responden terdeteksi ASCUS (Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review dan customer rating melalui aplikasi gojek fitur gofood terhadap keputusan pembelian pada restoran ikimura food. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini 139 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang sudah pernah membeli direstoran ikimura food. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa variabel (X1) online customer review berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada restoran ikimura food. Dengan mendapatkan hasil dalam uji t dimana t (hitung) sebesar 3,690 > t_tabel 1,977 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel (X2) customer rating berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan mendapatkan hasil dalam uji t yaitu t_hitung sebesar 5,763 > t_tabel 1,977 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa online customer review dan customer rating melalui aplikasi gojek fitur gofood berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada restoran ikimura food. Dengan menggunakan uji f maka diperoleh nilai f_hitung sebesar 34,242 > f_tabel 3,061dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0,05.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of the Example Non Example learning model on student participation in social studies, driven by the low levels of engagement observed among students. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Example Non Example model in enhancing student participation in social studies classes. A quasi-experimental method was employed, involving two groups: an experimental group taught using the Example Non Example model and a control group receiving conventional instruction. The model incorporates visual media, with only the experimental group exposed to image-based learning materials. A total of 30 students were included in the sample, selected through total sampling. Data were collected using an observation sheet for student participation. The findings indicate a significant effect of the Example Non Example model on student participation at SDN 06 Tanjung Baru Tanah Datar. Statistical analysis, including the t-test and determination test, showed a t-test value of 0.401, which is below the threshold of 0.05, suggesting a meaningful impact. The determination test further revealed that this model accounts for 14% of the variance in student participation.

Abstract

Analysis of the marketing mix and the development strategy of the tofu agro-industry in Sibalaya Barat village. The research method used is a survey. The research respondents consisted of owners, employees, consumers, and the West Sibalaya village industrial office. The results showed that the marketing mix applied by the tofu industry at household, medium, and large scale for product mix, price, place, and promotion was different. The internal environment of the tofu industry consists of products, management, funding, human resources, business location, and marketing, while the external environment consists of economic, social and cultural, technology, competitors, government policies and consumers. The strategy for the development of the tofu agro-industry for medium and large households is the development of tofu production on a large scale because it is of interest to some people.

Abstract

Innovation in the management of Islamic education curriculum is an important effort to update and align the educational process with the needs of an increasingly dynamic era. This research examines the perspectives and implementation of such innovations, highlighting the importance of a contextualised approach that considers the needs of learners as well as the relevance of Islamic teachings in the modern context. The research findings show that the success of the innovation depends not only on improving teaching materials, but also on teaching methods that encourage students' active participation and enhance their understanding in technology and global competence. However, the implementation of this innovation faces challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change. Overcoming these obstacles requires collaboration between educational institutions, communities and support from governments and organisations. Thus, innovation in the Islamic education curriculum can play an important role in shaping a generation that is strong in faith and adaptive and competent in facing global challenges.
