Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui media sosial apa yang selalu digunakan dan manfaatnya terhadap pemasaran produk yang terdapat di media sosial. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi adalah siswa kelas XI dan XII SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta jurusan pemasaran. Hasil temuan menunjukkan Media sosial paling banyak digunakan untuk pemasaran produk adalah Instagram 78%, Youtube 58%, Facebook 31%, Whatsapp 20%, Line 18%, Path 7% dan Twitter 2%. Media sosial telah sangat membantu siswa bahkan juga masyarakat dan para pengusaha dalam mempromosikan produk. Dengan hal ini terbukti banyaknya pengguna media sosial memberikan manfaat yang baik dalam hal pemasaran produk. Semakin majunya perkembangan teknologi bahkan dengan adanya media sosial membuat masyarakat khususnya pengusaha dapat menjangkau calon pembeli dengan mudah

Pandemi Covid 19 yang terjadi secara global tentu saja berdampak terhadap berbagai sektor terutama di sektor ekonomi. Dampak perekonomian ini tidak hanya di rasakan secara domestik, namun juga terjadi secara global. International Monetary Fund (IMF) yang memproyeksikan ekonomi global akan tumbuh minus di angka 3%. Di Indonesia, hal ini tentunya juga memiliki dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap pariwisata, sektor perdagangan, industri termasuk Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Desa Sumurboto, Kabupaten Blora merupakan salah satu desa yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya menjadi pengrajin anyaman bambu. Secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, mereka terdampak adanya pandemic covid 19 ini. karena itu perlu strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid- 19 dan faktor pendukung dalam berwirausaha di sektor ekonomi kreatif pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penyusunan strategi pemasaran dalam berwirausaha pada sektor ekonomi kreatif dapat direncanakan melalui STP (Segmenting, Targetting dan Positioning) untuk menarik konsumen. Sedangkan faktor pendukung dalam berwirausaha di sektor ekonomi kreatif pada masa pandemi Covid-19 agar berjalan secara efektif dan efisien diantaranya adalah konsep promotion, service excellet customers rewards, afiliasi atau kemitraan dan modal sosial.

This study aims to determine whether during the pandemic Perceived Quality has an effect on Customer Loyalty through Brand Equity on Oppo brand smartphone users in the Depok area. By using a quantitative research approach and SEM factor analysis methods as well as SPSS Amos 23 test equipment. The object of the analysis is consumers "Oppo brand smartphone users" in Depok. The research design used a single cross sectional, a sample of 150 respondents. The results showed that perceived quality had a significant effect on brand equity on Oppo smartphones in Depok with a regression coefficient of 0.882 and a critical ratio value of 6.891. Brand equity has a significant effect on customer loyalty on Oppo brand smartphones in Depok with a regression coefficient of 0.612 and a critical ratio value of 5.696. Perceived quality directly has no significant effect on customer loyalty on Oppo brand smartphones in Depok with a regression coefficient of 0.043 and a critical ratio value of 0.385. The indirect effect of perceived quality on customer loyalty > the direct effect of perceived quality on customer loyalty is 0.482 > 0.043, meaning that brand equity mediates between perceived quality and customer loyalty on Oppo Brand smartphones. Visionet Data Internasional Inc is one of the largest companies in the field of IT management service providers in Indonesia. For this achievement, the company needs employees with quality in accordance with the criteria needed. But in reality, there are still many companies that experience difficulties in the process of hiring employees. This is cause by many factors such as the many assessment criteria that serve as benchmarks in the recruitment process.One way to solve this problem is to create a decision support system that applies one of the MCDM methods. TOPSIS is a MCDM method that can be used in the decision support system. This method provides the advantages of concepts that are simple and easy to understand, computationally efficient and can measure the relative performance of alternative decisions in a simple mathematical result. In this research, a decision support system is designed that can be used by companies to provide alternative decisions in the employee recruitment process. The result of this research is a decision support system that can be used by the HRD Admin to assist the employee recruitment process.

This research was conducted in order to improve the teaching material in the form of an educational CD for class VII SMP with material on physical and chemical changes (chemical reactions). The stages of research and improvement carried out include: (1) needs analysis, (2) product improvement stage, (3) feasibility study and trial stage. Analysis of the needs of class VII students of SMPN 8 Jakarta with 39 respondents was carried out with the results that 100% of respondents had used computers at relatively frequent intervals (79.92%). More than half of the respondents (66.67%) stated that the seventh grade science (chemistry) subject was quite difficult. The product improvement stage begins with a literature study to create teaching material content, and the production of teaching materials in the form of interactive CDs. Educational materials are made using Macromedia Flash interactive programming facility which includes animation of chemical reaction applications, chemical reaction processes, and practice questions with multiple choice questions. The time required for the contents of this learning CD is 15-20 minutes. The feasibility test phase carried out by material experts, media and teachers showed that the learning CDs developed were suitable for practical use. Meanwhile, small and large group experiments with class IX students of SMPN 8 Jakarta and SMP Terpadu Widya Duta Jakarta gave very good interpretation results, so it can be concluded that CD is used for learning materials on physical and chemical changes.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Gemilang Sinar Jaya. This study uses a descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach. The population is consumers who made purchases in 2019 as many as 638 consumers and samples taken as many as 86 people. Calculation using SPSS. The results showed that product quality and service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 15.009 + 0.294X1 + 0.422X2. The contribution of product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction simultaneously is 44.8%, the calculated F value is greater than F table or (39.285> 2,700), with a significance of 0,000 <0,05. There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction.

Reducing unemployment and then creating productive jobs are the two biggest barriers in most developing countries. However, the achievements of the two programs face a dilemma. On the one hand, broad job creation leads to a decrease in labor compensation. On the other hand, increasing labor compensation implies that employers will change their production techniques to be capital intensive (i.e. lay off their workers). This study tests the hypothesis that workers whose compensation packages contain a profit-sharing component are less prone to being laid off in the face of negative shocks to product demand than workers who are paid a fixed time-based wage. The theory is tested on macroeconomic data, particularly on two selected manufacturing industries in Indonesia. The estimation results show that the profit sharing meets the theoretical requirements to stabilize employment. This means that profit sharing can be considered as a means to combat unemployment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Inventory Accounting Systems in Improving the Inventory Internal Control Structure at Putri Mayasari Cilandak. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach and the data collected consists of primary and secondary data. Then Primary Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while Secondary Data is collected through library research to determine the role of the inventory accounting system in improving the structure of internal inventory control. The results of the study found that the role of the inventory accounting system in improving the internal control structure of inventory has been implemented properly and correctly. The company will conduct profit management with the aim to meet its personal interests and sometimes there is a relationship between the agent and the company so that the agent will participate in profit manipulation so that investors want to invest in the company and for investors who use the services of agents, if they fully trust the agent then the investor will want to invest in the company suggested by the agent, But with a high enough profit, investors will ask for a greater rate of return than usual. Therefore, management certainly chooses to beautify financial statements by maintaining their profits while investors want a large dividend from the company so that this difference in interest triggers profit management practices. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of profit management and information asymptomatic on the cost of equity. This quantitative research uses secondary data and with sampling methods in the form of purposive sampling obtained by 100 consumer goods companies registered with the IDX from 2015-2019 as samples. Processing data analysis using SPSS software version 23. The results showed that profit management and information asymmetry partially had no significant effect on the cost of equity. Likewise, it also jointly shows that profit management and information asymmetry have no significant effect on the cost of equity

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) as one of the factors driving the economy in Indonesia are experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic crisis which has led to the activities of the Indonesian people. This will indirectly affect the activities of human life, including the buying and selling process. Buying and selling activities that are usually carried out face-to-face can not be carried out normally due to activities from the government so that it indirectly affects the sales results of business actors, including MSME actors. During this pandemic, there was a very significant decline and caused deep anxiety for MSME actors such as payment of employee salaries, daily operational costs, and others. The existence of this phenomenon or incident has resulted in MSMEs having to rack their brains in order to survive in the midst of the ongoing crisis. In order to continue to survive, MSMEs use social media to promote sales, or make sales online with social media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media adoption on the performance of MSMEs. This research method is carried out in several stages which include problems, literature review about the research model, research design, making instruments that produce questionnaires. The result of this study is produces a research model related to the adoption of social media on the performance of MSMEs which is supported by the dependent variable of the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, as well as a questionnaire.
