Abstract

This research aims to determine the costs and income of corn farmers in Sugihwaras Village, District. Sugihwaras, Bojonegoro Regency. With this research, it is hoped that it can help farmers’ current problems, recording production costs should start from the planting process until they become corn seeds ready to sell so that from the income we get, we can determine what the production costs will be and ultimately we can calculate profits accurately. , therefore it is also necessary to study production costs. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The descriptive method is a method of researching the status of a group of people, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought, or a class of events in the present. The research results show that by calculating production costs properly and continuously, we can find out the total production costs (Raw Material Costs, Labor Costs, and Factory Overhead Costs) in each season, the production costs per unit and the profits obtained each season.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the work environment on the turnover rate at PT Spesial Gold, with the method used in this study is a qualitative approach method. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling where respondents are determined with the criteria of being employees who work at PT. Spesial Gold with customer service or sales positions. The results of interviews with respondents show that high workloads and ineffective communication are the main factors causing turnover. Poor relationships between superiors and subordinates, as well as inadequate work facilities, also contribute to employee dissatisfaction. Employees often show a desire to leave after one to two years of work, because they feel there is no career development. An uncomfortable work environment can cause stress and feelings of being unappreciated, encouraging employees to look for other opportunities. Recommendations to reduce turnover include improving internal communication, training for superiors, adjusting workloads, and providing employee welfare programs. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of management in creating a conducive work atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) in Indonesia on tax revenue performance, specifically on the efficiency of employee performance at the Directorate General of Taxes through qualitative approach methods. The sample collection technique used purposive sampling where respondents were determined with the criteria of being employees at the Directorate General of Taxes with the position of Tax Executor and Counselor. Coretax, as a digital technology-based tax system, is expected to increase the transparency of tax information and strengthen the supervision mechanism in tax management. This study aims to show that the implementation of Coretax contributes significantly to increasing the effectiveness of employee performance at the Directorate General of Taxes and strengthening the ability of tax authorities to search for transaction data, reduce opportunities for fraud, and accelerate the audit process of tax cases. The results of the study show that Coretax is able to improve service performance faster, more efficiently and transparently and. However, the challenges in implementation practice from early January 2025 to the end of April 2025 still have system error problems that do not always run smoothly and a series of other technical problems, both from the user interface of taxpayers and tax officers themselves.

Abstract

. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Sowanlor Village, Kedung Sub-district, Jepara Regency, in 2024. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, with a focus on secondary data analysis. The main focus of this research is to assess the extent to which transparency and accountability principles are applied in the planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the APBDes by the village government. The results indicate that although the village government has made efforts to disseminate financial information and involve the community in budget planning, there are still obstacles related to information openness and public participation. The delivery of financial information is considered insufficiently detailed and not easily understood, while community participation in program monitoring and evaluation remains limited. This study recommends that the village government enhance the quality of financial information disclosure to be more transparent and accessible to the public. Additionally, it is essential to strengthen community involvement in all stages of village budget management, including implementation and evaluation, in order to foster more transparent and accountable village financial governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the selling skills of marketing officers in the process of selling insurance products at BCA Trunojoyo Branch. It is a qualitative descriptive study. The respondents are insurance marketing officers assigned to the BCA Trunojoyo branch in Jember. The data source used is primary data, which was obtained through interviews with the insurance marketing officers at the BCA Trunojoyo branch in Jember, conducted in April 2025. The results of the study indicate that the selling skills possessed by each individual selling skills have a crucial role in enhancing the success of insurance product sales. By implementing the development of good selling skills for marketing staff, it is hoped that Bank BCA Trunojoyo Jember can improve the quality of marketing staff periodically through training so that they can meet the company's goals and be able to maintain competitiveness in the banking sector, especially the sale of insurance products.

Abstract

This study discusses the digital marketing strategy implemented by Daintys Handmade, a local brand engaged in handicrafts (handmade) such as bags and accessories. The purpose of this study is to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by Daintys Handmade in its sales. This study uses qualitative descriptive research and interviews with the owner of Daintys Handmade. The results of the discussion show that a well-planned digital marketing strategy can increase sales volume and strengthen the position of local brands in the market. The digital marketing strategy implemented by Daintys Handmade, such as utilizing various marketplaces (Instagram, Shopee, Tiktok, Whatsapp Business), promotions through discounts, giveaways, endorsements, and digital advertising have proven effective in increasing sales volume.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat pengetahuan dasar literasi keuangan di kalangan siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Literasi keuangan merupakan kemampuan untuk memahami dan mengelola keuangan pribadi secara efektif, termasuk pengetahuan tentang tabungan, investasi, pengelolaan utang, dan perencanaan keuangan. Studi ini menggunakan metode survei dengan melibatkan Kurang Lebih 50 siswa dari Sekolah SMA Providentia di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyampaian materi yang mengukur pengetahuan dasar keuangan, sikap terhadap pengelolaan keuangan, dan perilaku keuangan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan siswa SMA secara umum masih rendah. Banyak siswa yang belum memahami konsep dasar seperti bunga majemuk, diversifikasi investasi, dan pentingnya menabung. Faktor-faktor seperti latar belakang pendidikan orang tua, akses terhadap informasi keuangan, dan program pendidikan keuangan di sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat literasi keuangan siswa. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan pendidikan literasi keuangan di kalangan siswa SMA melalui kurikulum yang lebih komprehensif dan praktis. Penerapan program pendidikan keuangan yang melibatkan simulasi, praktik langsung, dan pengajaran dari para ahli di bidang keuangan dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan keuangan siswa. Dengan demikian, siswa diharapkan dapat membuat keputusan keuangan yang lebih bijaksana di masa depan dan menghindari masalah keuangan yang dapat menghambat kesejahteraan mereka.

Abstract

Digital Smart Branch as a form of banking digitalization is presented as the latest service strategy that makes it easier for people to enjoy banking services faster, easier and safer. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Smart Branch digital services at Bank Mandiri Wahid Hasyim Malang in an effort to increase customer satisfaction. This study is a qualitative study with a method of collecting information through interviews with sources, books, literature reviews, literature, previous research, websites or articles that are relevant to the problem being studied. The results of the study indicate that with the Smart Branch service system, a strategy that can be applied to provide more efficient customer service is to utilize technology to personalize customer service, such as customized product recommendations or providing faster and easier problem solving.

Abstract

This study was conducted on employees of PT. Compotec International Bogor. This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Compotec International Bogor. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting information through interviews with 2 people, who are employees of PT. Compotec International Bogor, and other information through articles that are in accordance with what is being studied, as well as from its official website. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work environment and motivation affect job satisfaction. A comfortable and safe work environment, as well as coworkers who encourage each other will have an impact on work. If the work environment is uncomfortable or there is no motivation, it will affect work, work will be difficult.

Abstract

The focus of this study is for investigating the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in Difabis Coffee & Tea. The uniqueness of this study is the absence of case studies on coffee and tea disability with comparable characteristics in earlier references. Purposive sampling is the approach to sampling used in the research, which utilizes a quantitative descriptive methodology. Attendees to Difabis Coffee and Tea served as the study's respondent population. A total of 88 respondents participated in the data collection process in July 2023. The data used are first-hand records. The main information is obtained through surveys that were distributed using a Google form. Partial Least Square, utilizing Smart PLS 3.3.9, is the data analysis method used. The findings indicated a relationship between customer satisfaction and Difabis Coffee & Tea's service quality.
