The purpose of this study is: to know Style Leadership, Communication and Employee Performance at Branch Mc'Donalds Tasikmalaya, to determine the effect on the Performance Leadership Style, effect and influence on the Performance Communication Leadership Style and communication together (simultaneously) on the Performance of the Mc 'Donalds Branch Tasikmalaya. Author of the research methods used in this research is descriptive and associative. Unit analysis on Warehouse Distributors Warehouse employee PT. Bina San Prima Tasikmalaya many as 31 people. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Leadership Styles on Employees PT. Bina San Prima included in the category of Pretty Good with scores of 92, but there are still below average in the dimensions of autocratic leadership. Communication on employees of PT. Bina San Prima included in the category of Pretty Good with scores of 92, but there are still below the average the dimensions Communications Diagonal. Employee Performance PT. Bina San Prima included in the category of Pretty Good with scores of 92, but there are still below average in the dimensions of quality. Leadership style influence on Employee Performance at PT. Bina San Prima at 0.2202 so H0 is rejected and HI accepted (accepted hypothesis). Communications effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bina San Prima at 0.2515 H0 and HI accepted (the hypothesis is accepted) .. 6). There is the influence of leadership style and communication together (simultaneously) on Employee Performance at PT. Bina San Prima at 0.472

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze Product Quality and Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction. The object to be studied is PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Majalengka. The research method used is survey method. The collection of data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature. Population in this research is Customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Majalengka. By using path analysis, the study found that partially, Product Quality and Service Quality have significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously, Product Quality and Service Quality has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, So the hypothesis was verified.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and timeliness of delivery on consumer satisfaction (survey on consumer of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Indihiang). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at PT POS Indonesia (Persero) branch post office Indihiang. The results showed that there was a positive influence and timeliness of delivery on consumer satisfaction at PT POS Indonesia (Persero) branch post office Indihiang. Based on this, it can be concluded that if there is an increase in the value of service quality, the value of consumer satisfaction will also increase. Based on this, it can be concluded that if there is an increase in the value of on time delivery, the value of consumer satisfaction will also increase.

This study aims to determine the influence of perceptions of price, location and facilities simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Mitra Mart Minimarkets. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a causality method and a consumer survey approach with a sample of 100 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaire techniques. The data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the perception of price, location and facilities had a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the purchasing decision of Mitra Mart Minimarket.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Brand Image, Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Consumer Goods Distributors in Tasikmalaya City. The object of study was the Consumer Consumer Distributor Distributor in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection was obtained through observation, questionnaires and literature study. The population in this study was 304 customers. The results showed that Brand Image, Service Quality and Price had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction of Consumer Goods Distributors in Tasikmalaya City.

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of work ethic and workload on employee performance (census on Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan at Kota Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 58 respondents who are an employee at Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan at Kota Tasikmalaya. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously work ethic and workload has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially work ethic has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially workload has a significant on employee performance

Kepemimpinan dalam organisasi berkaitan dengan kemampuan pemimpin untuk mempengaruhi atau membujuk para pegawai agar mampu mewujudkan tujuan organisasi dengan antusias. Antusiasme tersebut berkaitan dengan kinerja yang superior yang ditampilkan oleh pegawai. Kinerja merupakan perwujudan atas pekerjaan yang dihasilkan atau diemban pegawai dalam mengemban pekerjaannya. Hasil tersebut tercatat dengan baik sehingga ketercapaian kinerja yang seharusnya dengan apa yang terjadi dapat dievaluasi dengan baik tidak terkecuali bagi Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja diantaranya adalah sumber daya, kepemimpinan, imbalan (kompensasi), struktur dan desain pekerjaan.Tujuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam pengertian bahwa penelitian ini merupakan sebuah metode penelitian yang bertujuan menggambarkan fenomena atau gejala sosial secara kuantitati dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis).

The purpose of this research is to find out how to control product quality on products DYA Bordir Tasikmalaya. In this study using data collection methods with techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis tool is carried out using the Fishbone Analysis method. The results of the analysis on the Pareto diagram show that the defective products are mostly caused by loose threads and twisted threads. From the results of the analysis of the causal diagram it is also seen that the factors causing production defects come from human factors, machines, methods and raw materials. It is recommended for DYA Bordir Tasikmalaya to be able to continue to improve products or minimize product defects that occur. By utilizing the Fishbone Analysis method to identify and find solutions to improve product quality.
