Abstract

PT Aerojasa Cargo is one of the subsidiaries in the business strategy group of the Garuda Indonesia Group Aerowisata unit which is engaged in transportation, tourism, hospitality, logistics and flight catering services. Tbk. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the IFE matrix shows that the strength and weakness factors have a total score of 3.47. This indicates that the condition is in a very strong internal position. Furthermore, the EFE matrix shows that the opportunity and threat factors have a total score of 3.14. This indicates that the Cargo Services business can respond to the opportunities that exist in the right way so as to avoid threats in the industrial market. The quadrant diagram shows that PT Aero Jasa Cargo is in the Growth quadrant where the quadrant is in a very favorable condition. The results of the SO strategy, obtained the strength factor that must be maintained in order to be able to take the existing opportunities, the ST strategy shows that the company must maximize the strength to overcome the existing threats, the WO strategy, take advantage of the existing opportunities by minimizing the company's weaknesses. As well as the WT strategy which requires companies to be able to minimize weaknesses and avoid threats.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang aspek penting dalam intensi pelanggaran batas kecepatan maksimal di Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZoSS) di DKI Jakarta khususnya lima wilayah yang berbeda yaitu Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Barat dan Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana data yang diperoleh disajikan dalam bentuk angka (numerik) dan dianalisis lebih lanjut menjadi delapan variabel penelitian, yaitu Intensi Pelanggaran Batas Kecepatan Maksimal sebagai variabel terikat (dependent variable), Sikap, Norma Subjektif, Pengendalian Terukur, Gender, Usia, Pendidikan, dan kepemilikan SIM sebagai variabel bebas (independent variable). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dilakukan dengan survei online di bulan Juni dan Juli 2020. Survei didistribusikan melalui media sosial di berbagai kelompok pendidikan dan pusat komunitas di Jakarta. Dari data yang didapatkan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa berdasarkan uji t (t-test) hanya variabel Norma Subjektif (Norma) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intensi Pelanggaran Batas Kecepatan Maksimal di ZoSS, hal ini memberikan penjelasan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan berupa nilai-nilai di masyarakat signifikan mencegah terbentuknya niat ngebut yang dapat membahayakan dan dapat merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain. Dengan adanya pengaruh dan sanksi sosial jika melakukan perilaku itu, maka adanya Intensi Pelanggaran Batas Kecepatan Maksimal di ZoSS dapat diminimalkan.

Abstract

West Java is the province in Indonesia with the third greatest number of accidents. Accidents are caused by dangerous traffic behavior. In order to save Indonesia's productive generation, changing traffic behavior is a top concern. Several schools in accident-prone areas have been designated as Safe School Zones (ZoSS) by the government. However, it is vital to teach students and their support systems how to drive safely. This program seeks to promote road safety knowledge and behavior, support changes in traffic safety behavior, and increase traffic safety knowledge and behavior among students, teachers, and the public. On December 22, 2021, the activity was held in 5 elementary schools (SD) and 5 junior high schools (SMP), with theoretical and practical road safety training. The activities resulted in the development of young fighters' capacity, the formation of Road Safety Ambassadors and Safety Awareness Community Groups (KMSK), and the emergence of a sustainable program by advocating to the government and designating the Bandung City Transportation Office as the Adopting Father of Ambassadors and KMSK.

Abstract

PT Citilink Indonesia is one of the low cost airlines or Low Cost Carrier (LCC), a subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero). The problem discussed in this study was how to increase the number of seat load factors of PT Citilink Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's internal and external factors and to analyze the strategies formulation to increase the number of seat load factors of Kertajati - Surabaya route in 2019. The research method used in this study was Qualitative by obtaining data through interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the Internal External Matrix (IE), the company's position is in cell I; growth and development, with a total score of internal factors of 3.12 and external factors of 3.12. The alternative strategies could be applied are market penetration, market development, and product development. While based on SWOT - 4K analysis using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) tables, the internal strength factor is 3.78 and the weakness factor is 2.27, which shows the difference between the two internal factors is 1, 41. As for the external factor the chance is 3.24 and the threat is 3.00, which shows the difference between the two external factors is 0.24. The conclusion of the research based on SWOT-4K diagram the company's position is in the SO quadrant, where the company has great strength and opportunities and based on SWOT-4K Matrix the company's position is in the S-O strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the delay arrival of passenger trains towards the operation performance of Jakarta first district operation. The problem of this study is the delay arrival of the passenger trains and the operation performance of Jakarta first district operation. The data collection used an unstructured interview method, library research, and the company’s data. The data was analyzed with a simple linear regression method and the basic calculation of the delay arrival of passenger trains and the operation performance. The result of the delay arrival of passenger trains (X) towards the operation performance of Jakarta first district operation (Y) is 38.44%, in which the result of the interpretation towards the correlation coefficient is 0.62. The result shows a strong correlation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of flight safety ramp check implementation in Terminal II Soekarno Hatta airport in 2017. The method applied in this research was quantitative method using simple linier regression, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing to analyze the data. The result shows that there is a proportional relation of the ramp check implementation towards the flight safety. This can be seen from the simple linier line equationwhich is Y = 29,754 + 0,524 X. The analysis also shows a strong relation of the ramp check implementation towards the flight safety that can be seen from the coefficient correlation r= 0,406, and the hypothesis testing tcount= 2,130 > ttable= 1,714 thus HO is rejected and Hais accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of flight safety ramp checkimplementation in Terminal II SoekarnoHatta airport.

Abstract

This study is aimed at finding out the effect of cargo supervision to the accident rate of KM. Madani Nusantara (Ro-ro/Passanger ship) route Balikpapan – Makassar – Pare-pare. The data analyses are regression, correlation, determinant coefficient and hypothesis test. The result showed that there is an effect of cargo supervision to the accident rate that can be proved using simple linear regression (Y = 7.45 + 0.79X). It means that each increasing point of variable X (cargo supervision) will affect variable Y (accident rate) which is 0.79 in 7.45 constants. Based on correlation analysis, r = 0.93 or +1 shows that there is a positive effect of cargo supervision to the accident rate. The determinant coefficient is 86.49 % proves that accident rate is most affected by cargo supervision while the rest (13.51 %) come from other factors such as cargo shipping documents and crew ship documents. The last result from hypothesis test is t count > t table or 36.43 > 1.701 which means there is a significant impact of cargo supervision to the accident rate of Ro-ro KM. Madani Nusantara.

Abstract

In the last 10 years, the practice of logistics in the industry changing very remarkable. Global competition in the market of products and services to encourage the diversity of products to meet the needs of market segments are also diverse, high standard of product quality, timely delivery of goods is very dependent on the condition of public infrastructure provided by the government of a country. As a result, the demands of efficiency in higher logistics activities, including the level of security quality, safety and service. The lack of infrastructure support and the absence of "hub port" nationwide; poor management of interconnection or intermodal system between port infrastructure, transportation and warehousing as well as lower network capability, information technology led to the position of Indonesia is low in terms of competition and the logistics performance index compared with many countries in dunia.Tujuan research is to formulate the concept of multimodal transport role in realizing the Vision Logistics Indonesia 2025. The data was collected through a literature review, research results, and related scientific publications. The analysis uses qualitative descriptive approach, as well as to evaluate the public policy analysis to formulate the concept of multimodal transport role in realizing the vision of Indonesian Logistics 2025. The results are realizing the integration of the logistics system and increasing the role of multimodal transport, building a logistic center, to be able to realize the logistics system connectivity national.

Abstract

The Company is service transporting of  palm oil, cement and  fertilizer  is domiciled in Belawan, Medan. In this study, to determine the development of fleet size, ritase, and achieving distribution of goods in the region of Belawan.  Method is  use quantitative methods, while, to know the effect of fleet size and the number of ritase in achieving distribution of goods as indicated by multiple linear regression line, namely; Y = 156 400 - 7.726X1 + 25.033X2,    Meanwhile, determinant coefficient test showed 0.995, suggesting the contribution of fleet size and the number of ritase to the achievement of the distribution of goods amounted to 99.5% while the rest influenced by other factors. Furthermore, the test Simultaneous results F count equal to 2239.989 for the F table at 3:47 Then F count> F table (2239> 3.47) then H0 is rejected, it means that with the same significant difference between the fleet and the number of ritase towards achieving the delivery of goods.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe and show the role of HRIS related to its use, business opportunities, and employee performance evaluation, which is used from existing scientific articles and then given a perspective by researchers in this scientific article. Research methods used. Qualitative research with a literary research approach. This method uses the keywords HRIS, Human Capital and Career to summarize articles from Google Scholar, Research Gate and other reputable international journals. Literature titles, abstracts and keywords are used to filter the criteria of the filtered literature again, reading the entire content. The  results of research with research variables are related to  research (Nagendra &; Deshpande, 2014), (Irum &; Yadav, 2019), (Widhianto, 2002), (Jonni &; Husein, 2019), and there are also research results that conflict with manual use with HRIS from research results  (Edhy Permata, 2019), the last research from (Susanto &; Parmenas, 2021) where business and development opportunities for companies to use HRIS in MSMEs. Variables that can be used for further research HRIS Skills Inventory, HRIS Training Needs Analysis, HRIS Succession Planning and HRIS Workforce Needs and Supply Analysis, workforce planning, HR business needs and decision making, cheap and easy information technology from the business side, employee training, employee violation information, employee payroll, business   acquisition records , HRIS is still followed by manual processes, business opportunities and development of system usage
