Abstract

Penggunaan internet di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Cersa Pasaman masih belum optimal, internet hanya digunakan untuk informasi sekolah dan belum adanya sistem informasi keuangan sekolah. Berdasarkan observasi pembayaran SPP disekolah masih bersifat manual dan membuat pekejaan bagian keuangan menjadi lebih lambat. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pembayaran SPP dapat membantu pekerjaan bagian keuangan menjadi lebih mudah dan praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas, praktikalitas dan kelayakan sistem informasi pembayaran SPP berbasis web di SMK Cersa Pasaman.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development). Pengambilan data dilakukan kepada pengguna sistem informasi pembayaran SPP berbasis web. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang terdiri dari 5 orang guru (Tata Usaha) dan 25 orang siswa SMK Cersa Pasaman, instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket untuk mengetahui kelayakan sistem informasi pembayaran SPP. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah sistem informasi pembayaran SPP berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dengan nilai rata-rata 85,67%. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan sangat praktis dari hasil uji coba terbatas kepada guru dan siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 92,60%, sedangkan hasil uji coba diperluas memproleh nilai rata-rata 92,68%. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi pembayaran SPP berbasis web di SMK Cersa Pasaman ini valid, praktis dan layak digunakan untuk pembayaran SPP siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan media pembelajaran online yang valid, praktis, dan efektif pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan di Universitas Negeri Padang. Media pembelajaran online ini dirancang untuk dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa sehingga meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda penelitian Research and Development (R and D) dengan prosedur pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate). Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan validitas, praktikalitas, dan efetivitas media pembelajaran online. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian pengembangan ini: (1) validitas media pembelajaran online dinyatakan valid pada aspek media dan aspek materi, (2) praktikalitas media pembelajaran online berdasarkan respon dosen dan mahasiswa dinyatakan sangat praktis, (3) efektivitas media pembelajaran online dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran online dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran mata kuliah Manajemen Proyek, di dalam proses pembelajaran masih menggunakan modul yang tidak memadai, sulit untuk memahami materi, dan masih menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab sehingga mahasiswa tidak mendapatkan pengalaman secara langsung dalam memahami konsep Manajemen Proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk merancang e-modul project based learning, 2) untuk mengetahui respon dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap pengembangan e-modul. Subjek penelitian ini 45 mahasiswa dan 3 dosen pendidikan teknik bangunan. Untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa dan dosen terhadao pengembangan e-modul project based learning, data diperoleh menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain e-modul project based learning berhasil dikembangkan berdasarkan uji yang dilakukan. Hasil tanggapan 45 mahasiswa terhadap pengembangan e-modul project based learning dengan nilai rata-rata 86 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis, dan hasil tanggapan 3 dosen terhadap pengembangan e-modul project based learning dengan nilai rata-rata 92 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis.

Abstract

The practicum learning process in vocational education requires instructional media that support students in understanding work procedures systematically and independently. However, the printed jobsheets used in forward-reverse circuit learning still have limitations in visualization and interactivity. This study aims to develop an electronic jobsheet (e-jobsheet) for forward-reverse circuit materials and determine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Instructional Development Institute (IDI) model, consisting of three stages: define, develop, and evaluate. The participants included expert validators, subject teachers, and 30 eleventh-grade students in the Electrical Power Installation Engineering program. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The findings revealed that the developed e-jobsheet achieved material validity of 75% (valid), media validity of 85.93% (very valid), and language validity of 94.65% (very valid). The practicality test showed a score of 91.67% (very practical). In addition, the effectiveness test indicated an improvement in student learning outcomes, with the average pretest score increasing from 55 to 88.1 in the posttest and producing an N-gain score of 0.78 in the high category. Therefore, the developed e-jobsheet is considered valid, practical, and effective for supporting digital-based and student-centered practicum learning in forward-reverse circuit materials.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of using Google Site as a digital learning media in the subject of Electrical Installation for Grade XI TITL students at SMKN 1 Pariaman. This research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using the one-group pretest-posttest model. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments involving 23 students. The N-Gain Score analysis showed a moderate category of effectiveness with a gain value of 0.574 (57.403%). Paired sample t-test results showed a significant difference (p < 0.05) between pretest and posttest scores, confirming the positive impact of Google Site implementation. The study concludes that Google Site is an effective and accessible platform to enhance students' learning outcomes, particularly in vocational subjects.

Abstract

Abstract—Graduate employability has become a significant challenge in today’s global job market, especially for students in vocational programs such as Electrical Engineering Education. The persistent mismatch between graduates' competencies and industry demands highlights the need to evaluate students’ readiness for the workforce. This study aims to analyze the work readiness of final-year students in the Electrical Engineering Education Program at Universitas Negeri Padang using a descriptive quantitative approach. This method was employed to describe the current state of work readiness based on questionnaire data that had been tested for validity and reliability. The questionnaire was distributed to final-year students to gather their perceptions of their readiness to enter the workforce. The findings show that the students’ level of work readiness falls into the “moderate” category. Most students have clear career plans and sufficient internship experience, although the relevance of these experiences to industry needs remains limited. Additionally, aspects such as learning motivation, mastery of soft and hard skills, and self-competence still need further development. None of the respondents felt “very ready,” indicating that their overall readiness is not yet optimal. Therefore, improvement is needed through more relevant internships, structured soft skills training, intensive career guidance, and stronger collaboration with industry. These efforts are expected to enhance students’ preparedness to face the dynamic and competitive labor market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning model in improving students' learning outcomes in the Basic Electrical Engineering subject at SMKN 1 Pariaman. The research was motivated by the low student achievement, with only 24% of students meeting the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP), caused by low participation, lack of collaboration, and teaching methods that did not actively engage students. The study employed a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving Grade X Electrical Engineering students as research subjects. Data were collected through objective tests (pretest and posttest) that had been validated and tested for reliability, then analyzed using the N-Gain Score calculation and learning mastery percentage. The results showed that the implementation of the STAD model significantly improved students' learning outcomes, with a high category of improvement in the cognitive aspect, where most students achieved mastery learning. Group interaction and team reward systems were proven effective in increasing active participation and collaborative understanding of the material. The study concludes that the STAD model is effective for teaching technical subjects in vocational schools and is recommended as an innovative alternative learning strategy to enhance student achievement.

Abstract

Abstract - The low learning outcmes of students in the Electrical Motor Installlation subject at SMK Negeri 1 Rengat Barat indicate the need for a more effective model. This study aims to improve student’s learning outcomes through the implementation off the Direct Instruction learning model. The research employed a uantitative approach with an experimental method using One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The subjects were 28 student of grade XI Elektrical Power Engineering in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collection through pretest and posttest instruments and analyzed using the T-Test, N-Gain Score and Efect Size. The results shoed a significant improvement in student’s learning outcomes,with an average posttest score 81,29 compared to pretest score of 53.14. the N-Gain alue of 0.60 indicated moderate improvement, while the learning mastery level reached 96% with a high effect size. Based on these resuld, the Direct Instruction learning model proved effective in improving student’s learning outcomes and fostering their active engagement in the learning process. Therefore, this model can sarve as alternative instruction strategy relevant to vocational subject in vocation high schools.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were (1) to design and implement the development of mobile-based e-modules, (2) to know the students' and lecturers' responses toward the development of the mobile-based e-modules, and (3) to know the students' learning outcomes after using the mobile-based e-modules. The research employed a Research and Development with the 4D development model. The participants of this study were 54 students and three lecturers of construction engineering education. The data on the students' and lecturers' responses to the development of mobile-based e-modules were obtained using the questionnaire method. The results of the study show that the design and implementation of the developed mobile-based e-modules were successful based on several tests conducted. The successfully developed e-modules can be seen from the students' responses, in which 64% are included in the Very Practical category, and only 36% are in the Practical category. On the other hand, the results of the lecturers' responses show a Very Practical category by the percentage of 100%. As a consequence, the students' learning outcomes are declared complete at 100% and increase with a gain score of 0.44 (moderate) from 54 students in the project management course.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of applying CADe SIMU media in improving students’ diagram analysis ability in the Motor Installation Elements subject at Vocational High Schools (SMK). The fundamental problem addressed is the students' low analytical capability resulting from the lack of digital simulation-based media integration in active learning. This research employed a quantitative approach with a one-group Pre-test and Post-test experimental design involving Grade XI Electrical Power Installation Engineering students. Data were collected through expert-validated objective tests and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ diagram analysis ability following the implementation of CADe SIMU media. Statistical analysis confirmed that the post-intervention performance increased substantially compared to the initial state. Furthermore, the students' final achievement consistently exceeded the determined minimum competency standards. This study concludes that CADe SIMU is an effective interactive simulation-based medium for vocational education. It not only strengthens analytical thinking and problem-solving skills but also enhances technological literacy, aligning with 21st-century vocational education goals.
