Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see the relationship between variables and provide answers from the perspective of researchers’ methods use qualitative techniques in ways related to literature, and review literature which is a way or method of scientific writing in the form of library research. The results of the research on the variables in this study according to the review literature that between variables there is a direct and positive influence even though there are variables as independent variables, intervening variables, and dependent variables. Dozens of review literature displayed in this study were analyzed using variables in this study.

Abstract

Abtrak              Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Boarding School, Bogor. Program ini melibatkan 56 peserta, terdiri dari 20 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan 36 santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman. Selain itu, pendampingan kegiatan ini juga dilakukan oleh para dosen home base Prodi S3 Ilmu Manajemen Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi para santri yang diberi tanggung jawab dalam mengelola berbagai unit bisnis di bawah naungan pondok pesantren. Melalui program ini, peserta mendapatkan pelatihan dan bimbingan dalam bidang manajemen, kewirausahaan, serta pengembangan bisnis berbasis pesantren. Diharapkan, hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pengelolaan bisnis pesantren, serta meningkatkan kemandirian dan keterampilan santri dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan.

Abstract

Amidst a scarcity of literature on the adoption of information technology among Generation X employees within the banking sector, this study aims to delve into the factors influencing their intention to use Performance Management Systems (PMS). Drawing upon the Technology Acceptance Model, this study endeavors to analyze the impact of self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, and attitude towards PMS on the intention to use such systems among Generation X bank employees. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study engaged 158 participants from a regional bank in Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling. Data gathered via online questionnaires underwent analysis using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling via SmartPLS 4.0 to evaluate ten research hypotheses. The findings revealed that while self-efficacy in PMS did not directly influence the intention to use PMS, perceived usefulness of PMS and attitude to PMS acted as mediators, facilitating the effect of self-efficacy on intention. These results can be attributed to the inherent skepticism and pragmatism of Generation X individuals towards novel technologies. Consequently, this study yields significant insights for both the advancement of technology acceptance literature and the strategic preparedness of banking institutions in adopting new technologies.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influences that cause increased performance. The research method used is Quantitative Descriptive. The data used is primary data, obtained from a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale measurement scale of 1-5 (strongly disagree-strongly agree), filled in by employees at 6 freight forwarding companies in Jakarta, Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 108 participants. The analysis software utilized is SmartPLS 4.1.0.0. The results are: 1) Training and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement; 2) Discipline has no positive and insignificant effect on employee engagement; 3) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) Self-efficacy and discipline have no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; 5) Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) Training and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee performance throughout the employee's existence; and 7) Discipline has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through the presence of employees. Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to help future authors in determining human resource management research. The research article determining the concept of human resource management: aspects of human resource development and organizational development is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and comes from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Aspects of Human Resource Development affect the Concept of Human Resource Management; and 2) Organizational Development Aspects affect the Concept of Human Resource Management.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh para pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan Soft Skills, jiwa kewirausahaan dan pemahaman kewirausahaan digital. Pengembangan dan peningkatan yang dilakukan berupa pengembangan keterampilan soft skills, jiwa kewirausahaan, dan pemahaman kewirausahaan digital sehingga dapat berguna dalam mengembangkan usaha yang akan dijalankan di kemudian hari.Guna mewujudkan program pemerintah untuk menjadikan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang Go Online! Serta mendukung langkah pemerintah Indonesia dalam menghadapi era Industri 4.0, maka hampir seluruh sektor yang ada berupaya untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut. Salah satu sektornya adalah sektor Industri, dimana perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat mengharuskan seluruh elemen industri untuk transfromasi menggunakan Artificial Intelligence. Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu pelaku industri yang sangat perlu diperhatikan yag dapat disebut juga dengan genrasi digital, untuk itu upaya menyatukan antara generasi muda, teknologi, dan industri 4.0, makan diperlukan pelaksanaan pelatihan guna meningkatkan keterampilan-keterampilan yang dibutuhkan. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan penyebaran kuesioner.

Abstract

The Purpose of this research is to find out: 1) The effect of job placement on job satisfaction at PT X. 2) The effect of career deveplomet on job satisfaction at PT X. 3) The effect of job placement and career deveplomet on job satisfaction at PT X. The research method used was a survey method using a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 83 employees who were determined by the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 26 to process and analyze the data results. The results of this study reveal that there is a positive and significant effect of job placement on employee job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of career development on employee job satisfaction, and there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of job placement and career development on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are as follows: 1) To find out the description or description of career development, work motivation, compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 2) To determine the effect of career development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 3) To determine the effect of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 4) To determine the effect of career development and work motivation simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. To determine the effect of career development and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, this research was conducted on 452 employees at PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, using a sample of 82 employees. The study uses a quantitative approach using causal explanatory research methods that aim to explain how a certain variable can affect or cause changes to other variables. The data collection technique used in this study was through a survey method by distributing questionnaires, which then the data obtained would be processed using the SmartPLS version 3 software. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job involvement, training, and career development on the performance of Bureau Human Resources, Organization and Law LAPAN. The population in this study were employees of the Environment Bureau Human Resources, Organization and Law LAPAN. The sampling technique with the probability sample technique used cluster sampling and the respondents in the study were 40 respondents. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire with a likert scale and data processing using SPSS 24. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Research results and hypotheses indicate that partially or simultaneously job involvement, training, and career development affect the performance of Bureau Human Resources, Organization and Law LAPAN. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee work motivation at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Jakarta, Thamrin. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory approach. The number of respondents was 50 employees, with a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on work motivation, while the work environment has a significant negative effect. This finding indicates that the current work environment can reduce motivation, so it is necessary to evaluate the physical and non-physical aspects that shape the work atmosphere. This study provides important implications for management in increasing productivity through improving a more conducive work environment
