Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and interpersonal communication on work effectiveness with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study are subjects related to the research that the author did at PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia. The sample size uses indicator calculations multiplied by 5 so that 205 respondents are obtained. The analytical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between leadership style on work effectiveness, interpersonal communication had a significant positive effect on work effectiveness, leadership style had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, interpersonal communication had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on work effectiveness. , leadership style has an indirect effect on work effectiveness through job satisfaction, interpersonal communication has an indirect effect on work effectiveness through job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Quality of Work Life on Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction and its Impact on Turnover Intention of Outsource Employees in Area 4 PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia. The population in this study were all outsource employees in Area 4 at the PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia in Jakarta with a total sample of 195 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between the Quality of Work Life on Work Motivation in outsource area 4 employees at PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia, there is a significant positive effect between the Quality of Work Life on Job Satisfaction in outsource area 4 employees at PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia, there is a significant negative effect between Quality of Work Life on Turnover Intention in outsource area 4 employees at PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia, there is a significant negative effect between Work Motivation on Turnover Intention on outsource area 4 employees at PT. Abstract

Based on career construction theory and job attachment theory, the aim of this study is to provide insight into the interaction between transformational leadership, career adaptation, and career commitment on career success and the role of job embeddedness as moderating. A quantitative approach is used for this research. Data were collected from 129 lecturers at La Tansa Mashiro College. Rangkasbitung, Banten. Hypothesis testing using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that the effect of transformational leadership on career adaptation is not significant, job embeddedness as a moderator is needed for lecturer career success.

Abstract

Kemampuan manajemen keuangan dalam hal perencanaan keuangan menjadi salah satu kemampuan yang wajib dimiliki oleh para buruh migran yang bekerja di luar negeri dengan meningkatkan literasi keuangan mereka. Sebab dengan kemampuan manajemen keuangan yang baik dapat melakukan perencanaan keuangan yang efektif, efisien, dan bermanfaat, sehingga para buruh migran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesejahteraannya saat kembali ke tanah air memiliki modal yang cukup selama merantau di luar negeri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar para pekerja migran di Taiwan memiliki pengetahuan literasi keuangan yang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pemaparan materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para pekerja migran dapat melakukan perencanaan keuangan rumah tangga. Dengan memiliki literasi keuangan yang baik, masyarakat Indonesia diharapkan menjadi lebih maju, sehat, dan sejahtera khususnya pekerja migran di Taiwan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Career Development terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan melalui Employee Engagement sebagai mediasi. Populasi penilitan ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. kuesioner disebarkan kepada sampel sebanyak 219 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis menggunakan analisis SEM (Stuctural Equation Model) dengan program Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi,Career Development dan Employee Engagement secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi Loyalitas Karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan melalui Employee Engagement sebagai mediasi serta Career Development berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan melalui Employee Engagement sebagai mediasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. This research conduct at PT. XD Sakti Indonesia. The population is employees belonging to grade 2 (non-staff); The sample was taken, 200 respondents. Primary data and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The findings of this study prove that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which can further improve employee performance. The independence of employees in performing has not been able to show their ability according to their duties and responsibilities, which is caused by the lack of employee confidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the influence of spiritual leadership on employee engagement with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This research used a quantitative approach to reveal the relationship between research variables with Structural Equation Modeling (AMOS-SEM) as a data analysis tool. The findings of this research are Spiritual Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on mediating spiritual leadership to employee engagement. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Knowing the description of the work ethic, organizational climate, and organizational commitment of employees of the sorting division of PT A. (2) Analyzing the effect of work ethic on organizational commitment to employees of the sorting division of PT A. (3) Analyzing the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment to employees of the sorting division of PT A. (4) Analyzing the effect of work ethic and organizational climate together on organizational commitment to employees of the sorting division of PT A. The type of data used is quantitative. The sample in this study was 122 people who were determined by the slovin formula. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25.0. Based on the analysis, it was found that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, and work ethic and organizational climate together have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui deskripsi dari etos kerja, iklim organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi karyawan divisi sortation PT A. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan divisi sortation PT A. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan divisi sortation PT A. (4) Menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan divisi sortation PT A. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 122 orang yang ditentukan dengan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25.0. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa etos kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, serta etos kerja dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Description of job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and turnover intention; (2) The effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention; (3) The effect of transformational leadership on turnover intention; and (4) the effect of job satisfaction and transformational leadership on the turnover intention of the nurse profession at Semen Padang Hospital.This study uses quantitative methods, with descriptive and causal research designs. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development and workload on job satisfaction in employees of PT X. This study took a sample of 86 employees of PT X. This study used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Data analysis techniques use the IBM SPSS Statistical 25 program to process and analyze research data. The results of this study show that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a significant negative influence on job satisfaction, and career development and workload have a significant effect on job satisfaction. ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT X. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 86 karyawan PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistik 25 untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian, Hasil pada penelitian ini menjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan karir dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
